I decided to create some concepts for Eeveelutions of the types that don’t have them yet, inspired by some very old designs of mine I first made in middle school, along with shinies. While I don’t think we are ever getting another eeveelution, they’re fun to design!

Shinies and dex entries/evolution methods are under the cut

From the center, up, and clockwise:

Eveluteon: Normal type. The Evolved Pokémon.

Ability/s: Protean.

Evolves from Eevee at level 59 if it fulfills either none or more than two requirements for other evolutions.

It takes a very dedicated and experienced trainer to keep Eevee’s irregular genetic code stable long enough to evolve without the use of elemental energy.

Eveluteon’s thick mane protects its neck. It appears to shimmer with all the colors of the rainbow.

Dusteon: Ground type. The Dust Devil Pokémon.

Ability/s: Sand Stream, (Hidden) Sand Rush

Evolves from Eevee with Crumbled Stone or by leveling up during a sandstorm

As this Pokémon generates a lot of clean sand, it is very popular among glassblowers.

They can chase their tails fast enough to cause sandstorms at up to 40mph.

Champeon: Fighting type. The Boxing Glove Pokémon.

Ability/s: Steadfast, (Hidden) Justified.

Evolves from Eevee with Gilded Stone or by landing two critical hits in one battle.

Trying to surprise attack this Pokémon from behind is a bad idea, as it will hit you with its tail. Its tail can also be used to grasp things.

If Champeon’s trainer practices a martial art, it will begin to change it's fighting style to match.

Lepideon: Bug type. The Multi-Leg Pokémon.

Ability/s: Gluttony, (Hidden) Compound Eyes.

Evolves from Eevee with Amber Stone or by leveling up and eating a berry in the same battle.

Although it is small, it has a ravenous appetite, occasionally including clothing.

If you offer them an item, they will take it and hold it in their upper paws. Trainers of Lepideon often take cute pictures of them holding various objects.

Geodeon: Rock type. The Geode Pokémon.

Ability/s: Gemcutter (Rarely, if not holding an item, the Pokémon will generate a random evolution stone), (Hidden) Sturdy.

Evolves from Eevee with Rainbow Stone or by leveling it up with Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon in the party.

Its body is hollow. It grows evolution stones inside. It is important to feed it a mineral-rich diet, or else this process will halt.

It creates evolution stones to give to other Eevees. It wants to help weaker Pokémon evolve. When this Pokémon is threatened, it will curl its ears over its eyes and tail over its back, and become very still, hoping predators will mistake it for a rock.

Wyveon: Dragon type. The Mana Wing Pokémon.

Ability/s: Marvel Scale, (Hidden) Mirror Armor.

Evolves from Eevee with Drake Stone or by leveling up while having a large amount of money.

Wyveon are very proud, and often select types of items that they hoard in large piles. They will attack anyone who touches their hoards.

Wyveon stores its energy in its wings. Its wings glow when it’s charging up a powerful attack.

Aviatieon: Flying type. The Winged Ears Pokémon.

Ability/s: Keen Eye, (Hidden) Aerilate.

Evolves from Eevee with Dawn Stone or by leveling up in a high altitude.

The fur around this Pokémon’s neck feels a lot like down feathers, and they often sleep with their heads leaning back into it. They use their ears to gesture and communicate as well as to fly.

Aviateon’s vision is unparalleled. They can focus on prey while flying two miles above them.

Veneon: Poison type. The Venom Pokémon.

Ability/s: Poison Point, (Hidden) Poison Touch.

Evolves from Eevee with Dusk Stone or by leveling up while poisoned.

Whenever it encounters a new toxic substance or plant, it will chew it up and groom itself. From then on, it gains the ability to secrete similar toxins.

Because it is so tame, doctors use venom from Veneon’s tail to make Antidotes. It remembers every poison it’s encountered and can generate them at will.

Obliveon: Ghost type. The Living Shadow Pokémon.

Ability/s: Shadow Tag, (Hidden) Comatose.

Evolves from Eevee with Tomb Stone or by ending a battle while at 1hp.

When it evolves, it does not grow in size, and much of the longer fur falls out. It becomes very still, except for its wagging tail. It's said its spirit has entered the form of a shadow.

Its body is completely dormant, not moving and possibly not breathing. But its shadow remains very active and playful. If you want to play with it, pet the ground where the shadow is cast—it will appreciate it!

Pauldreon: Steel type. The Knight Pokémon.

Ability/s: Stalwart, (Hidden) Battle Armor.

Evolves from Eevee with Shiny Stone or by knocking out a Dragon type.

It spends hours polishing its armored plating. Whenever it is scuffed in battle, it will immediately try to clean itself once the battle is over.

Pauldreon have a rivalry with Wyveon, and it’s recommended to keep them separate. They fight over who is the shiniest. Sylveon, however, love this Pokémon.

OOH. yes i can oblige :] cant tell everything Yet but!

- kishu is nineteen! she is a former blademaster, I think one of the younger ones, but not by a lot. she's very. serious about her work. i'd compare her to pre-calamity gaffen except i have not explained just how bad he gets about training. but it's an intentional parallel

-read every one of master kohga's weird rambly books and quotes from them liberally. he's a bit like l ron hubbard in that sense he's written a lot of bad books and the yiga clan thinks they're the best thing ever. they do have actual texts for their beliefs but they're fairly short; kohga just likes writing about himself more. she also tends to quote them wildly out of context the thing is everyone knows this and calls her out on it.

-she met gaffen for the first time four years ago, not far from kakariko. it was probably one of her first times out of the hideout. she approached him in disguise and uh. had a lot of trouble hiding that she wanted him dead <\3 her grasp on magic was fairly poor at the time so she had difficulty trying to manage her own disguise which just added to her own frustration. instead of waiting to catch him off guard after a few seconds of walking with him after giving him her alibi she just went "ok i'm killing you" smh

-she got in trouble for that. bc of course she told her superiors instead of lying. ever since then she's tried to avoid being sent on missions where she has to disguise herself in front of gaffen. for about a year she was responsible for stealing supplies from the gerudo and that went pretty well. it's a fairly difficult job bc gerudo are. used to the yiga stealing from them. they're aware of their disguises and know how to detect them, and they can deactivate the magic that yiga use to teleport long distances (they use magic flares for emergencies, and invisible teleportation circles similar to what's used in shrines for regular travel. i really should think about when and how they learned how to use teleportation magic, but it's probably something they've picked up on...somewhat recently? anyway the gerudo can destroy teleportation circles.)

-she kind of has a bad handle on her emotions in general despite wanting to seem stoic. she sees gaffen as similar to her in that way, despite. gaffen honestly not doing it of his own free will. but it is another parallel. they love trying to piss each other off

-hobbyless weirdo even compared to the average yiga. but she enjoys sparring with ppl for fun. fascinated by glassblowing and has stolen glass bowls from gerudo town for herself. used to be a bit of a prankster with her training buddies but doesn't really like pranks now. stole coffee every single time she went to steal stuff enough that she got nicknamed "bean freak" by guards. they almost caught her once bc they knew she would try to get coffee 💔 but she got away haha. nowadays she gets by with black tea but she doesn't like it as much.

-she is a decent cook. she always cooks with bananas ofc. but the yiga do have some pretty good cuisine and recipes. it's usually pretty spicy so yeah she has great spice tolerance.

What a beautiful day. I had such a good time. And Jess is staying over again! She's going to leave early tomorrow but I'm excited that she has been here for longer.

I slept really well though I had bizarre dreams. What else is new. But when my alarm went off I was pretty awake. I was not feeling great because our heat came on and it was very hot and dry in here. My eyes and nose were hurting really bad. It wasn't fun. I wouldnt feel better until we'll into our drive. But I struggled through.

Jess was half ready. And I got half dressed. And we had breakfast. I took some allergy meds but it wouldn't help for a while. We had a nice little breakfast. Watched a video. And then finished putting out costumes on.

I love Jess's dress. And I felt really good in my outfit. It was fun. It was a little chilly out. But we were in good spirits.

The drive out was good. And it was nice watching the leaves. It did start to drizzle and I was worried. It would rain basically for the last 10 minutes until we parked and then it stopped. It would be breezy and grey but no more rain!

We got there just as it opened (they fired a cannon) and got inside fast. It was very crowded by the front but we would power through to the other end where there were no people. It was great. I loved being in the space, but specifically I love when there weren't many people. It would getmore crowded as the day went on. But it wouldn't be to bad.

We honestly had great luck today. We got there just as it opened. We went and found French fries. We did a full loop to see everything and understand the layout. I saw that they had birds and if you gave a donation you got a sticker and you got to hold a bird. So I got to hold a crow! And I was so happy?? Jess said I was making big happy faces. And it's true I was just so happy.

And then we happened upon the joust! We got great seats. Jess saved my seat while I went and got cheesecake on a stick. And then we got to enjoy the show.

And it was a lot of fun!! I loved cheering for our champion. He was Irish and had long hair and a really cool vest that had embellishments to make it look like ribs.

The show was great. And we would walk around more. I wanted to go back and buy this bronze pin which was expensive but in my budget I gave myself for the day. Right after the joust I would buy a wooden sword I'm going to wood burn and I'm very excited about. The bronze pin is a bunny and it's so beautiful and feels so sturdy. I'm going to use it for scarves I think.

We would eat some more snacks. Get a soda. Watch a show. We got to see someone shoot a bow and arrow with their feet. And she got me teary eyed with her speech about giving yourself time to learn and grow and try again.

I wanted to try to find Bob, the musuem black smith, and we would! I saw him eating a sandwich at the glassblowing stand. And so we went and sat with him. He also got to hold the bird. We all sat and watched the glass blowers make a vase and I was just like. Enraptured the whole time. Jess says she's going to take a one day glassblowing class and I might join her. I would love to try it. I didn't in college because the classes were at the same time as the bronze classes and I didn't want to miss those. But man. It's so cool.

Jess decided she also wanted to hold the bird. And so we went to find that again. It was much busier this time. But I got a good video of her. The lady the first time was really nice to me but the lady with Jess was a little short with her and I did not like that. But I am glad Jess got to hold a bird and feel happy too.

The last thing I wanted do to was make a smash coin medallion pendant. I see them every time I go to the Ren fair and I am an adult and I want to get one.

What I didn't realize was it would take 45 minutes because they had a lot to do. I felt bad because we were leaving so we had to waste more time. But Jess said it was okay. And I was very excited about my pendant. I got the tree of life on one side and a J on the other.

I set an alarm so I would know when we should go back. And we went to find a circus act to watch. And it was really cute. It took us a while to figure out where the stage was but we found it and it was a good show. Acrobatics. They claimed to be sisters. I wonder if they actually were. They were very funny though and I enjoyed watching.

Jess asked me the time and it was 5 minutes before my alarm so we decided to leave the show and walk to the coin place.

And when we got there there were only 2 more until mine! Awesome. So we sat and waited and then it was done and it was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I'm thrilled.

And then it was time to go. We were both beat. I had to hold it together to drive us home. But we were both exhausted.

The drive back was nice though. My feet hurt but it was okay. We just talked and listened to music. And soon enough we were back here.

We struggled a little getting inside. Jess's feet and ankles had locked up and there were packages to bring up and we were dropping shit. But we were mostly just laughing and being silly.

And almost as soon as we got inside James was coming home too!! And we told them all about the day and changed out of our costumes.

We opened the mail. My winter lotions came. As well as James's new tires. And one of our registry gifts! The new shower head! It's going to let us have two shower heads at once!! I would install that all by myself later and was very proud of myself.

James did the laundry and went to get some potatoes and broccoli from the store to make us dinner. Which was excellent. James is such a sweetheart and I love them so much.

We were all very tired though. This last week has been a lot. The wedding wildness. Then sdc. Then Femi's wedding. Then market and flower picking. And now the Ren fair?? Back to back to back. And the sun going down earlier. It is just a lot. So my brain and body were very tired.

Jess would trim the back of my hair. And she got her jammies on. I installed the new shower head and took a great shower. Washed my hair. And we all chilled in the living room for a while.

I made some outfits for the week. And tried to stay engaged and stuff. But we are all beat. Brandon was supposed to be over a while ago but isn't here yet. James and him are going to watch their show and then we will all go to bed.

Tomorrow morning Jess, James, and me are going to have brunch and then she'll go home. I have reading to do for work and I have to pull prints for our thank you cards. It's going to be a good day though. I'm calling it now.

A snippet from last year...

I called Vassilios before I took my ire out on anyone, and I'm glad I did.  The infirmary has taken on a new batch of healers, and they are training on various dreamers.  I was one of the guinea-pigs.  I was told that the dreaming itself went according to plan, but I had unprocessed emotions that rose up and demanded to be processed before anyone could act.  In the climax of my anxiety, I injured myself and jerked awake.  Nobody's fault.

I spent the next day and a half resting and exploring the layout of the grounds.  I told Fortitude that I could teleport just about anywhere in the Dream World, but if asked I likely couldn't find any particular location on a map.

Night before last, I returned from my rounds to face the east wing, where the kitchen and the master quarters are.  Dimitrios had created perhaps the most beautiful pastries I had ever seen, in colors I thought might have emerged from a glassblower's shop rather than a patisserie.  

I felt dirty, wet, and generally out of place for such a gathering, but I accepted a champagne flute and paused to chit-chat with the oneiroi.  I'm not sure if my hesitation to socialize stemmed from my recent issues with bereavement and insecurity... or if I was just feeling underdressed and feeling gross from working.

Regardless, I got to spend a little time looking around, getting my bearings a bit at a time.  The kitchen is almost directly below my quarters, and it's twice as large, I think.  Everything is so much bigger than I imagined it to be, including Dimitrios' pastries!  Each one could fill both hands; the size of a massive hamburger, and filled with what I think was a Swiss creme.

Unfortunately, there were few updates for me.  Vassilios brought me a petition from the prophetic faction to allow Orpheus more unlimited access to the Dream World.  Now that things have calmed down, I stamped the petition with my signet, with a few conditions that I think won't cause too much of a fuss.  The other document was a progress report on Hermes, who seems to be doing pretty well, all things considered.

But it couldn't last.  I went back to the infirmary, and perhaps that was a bad idea.  The dreamlings just don't know how to finish out invasive dreams like the ones I continue having, so I keep waking up early and in pain. 

 Last night, I dreamed W was dying.  I cradled his little-boy body as his breathing slowed, and I was told that it would only be a few minutes.  I rocked him helplessly, trying to keep from creating rug burn on any of his exposed skin.  I know what it was; just a growing compilation of worry for my son and the grief that continues to pile up in my psyche.

I'm not worried that my son will die; I should hope that would be pretty clear.  But if these dreams continue to get worse... I'm pretty sure I won't want to go back to sleep.  I'm not sure what to do at this point.  Fortitude says I can call on anyone I like; Echidna or any of the other three-or-so thousand nightmare siblings.  I miss Phobetor, but I don't want to pressure him into being somewhere he doesn't want to be, or make him feel trapped... all of which I suspect would just end with me getting yelled at again.

Why am I so scared of this?  A former version of me would say it's because I care about him, and I don't want him to be mad at me, but I think that might qualify as a "red flag."  If I'm really that scared of what someone's going to say, then does that mean I should really put trust in that person?

At this point, I'm kind of numb.  I got up at dawn today, like I haven't in awhile, and went to the farmer's market to try and make the best of a bad night.  I came home a little more than an hour later and got back into bed, but I couldn't sleep.  I'm not sure if my chakras are still broken, or I still need to "cry it out" or whatever, but... being under that heavy gray comforter was somehow just what I needed to get through the day.

I'll take Fortitude's advice and reach out to Ikelos, who I have a contract with.  Perhaps he'll be able to help... or maybe he'll have some insight I haven't heard yet.  Either way, I'm going to try to go back to Yiorgos for another massage.  I haven't slept that well in a long time, and I need to make it a regular thing.

Ru is deeply appreciative that his friends don't judge him for his beliefs and that he can rely on them to ground him when he has anxiety/panic attacks. His friends love Ru for how straightforward and open he is with how he feels, there's no passive aggressiveness or wondering, he's very honest in his affection.

Ruaidri's safe place is ideally just. With his family somewhere. He can only calm down if he knows His People are okay and safe and healthy. Anytime he has to travel anywhere he's scrying them at least once a day or so to Make Sure everyone's alright, poor guy.

Ru is actually very skilled at illusion and conjuration magic, something he picked up by hanging around his sisters while they were studying for their specializations (healer and necromancer, respectively). He's especially good at "bound weapon" and "throw voice" types of spells.

21. What new skills would they really like to learn?

He'd want to learn fire-based destruction spells, how to play a lyre or similar instrument, and how glassblowing works. (He's being forced kicking and screaming to learn how to ride a horse lmao)

Ru's favorite color is that sort of iridescent teal you see on some beetles, and the colors he wears most often are dark green, cream, and a sort of rusty brown.

Do you think Spamton likes making things with his hands? I mean, I’m assuming he painted the mural in his shop himself, and there’s also the paintings of the Queen that he paints over in the weird route, he seems to be at least mildly interesting in painting

I’m also thinking about what Spamton used to do for big shot autos. He might have just been there to show off the cars and maybe drive them around to promote the brand, but what if he also liked renovating them and tinkering around with mechanics?

Also, Spamton seems to have a good taste in fashion, or at least he used to. Based off of their descriptions, the “handsome” bowties in Swatch’s shop are probably leftover products from Spamton, they just cut the labels off so that (hopefully) nobody realizes they’re Spamton’s. And Spamton still tries selling frayed bowties in his shop, although it’s hard to tell if he’s purposefully trying to scam you with a bad deal or if he’s so disillusioned with reality that he’s convinced his items are still fashionable and useful. 

I feel like the addisons, including Spamton, might make all of their products by hand so that they’d have total control over what they’re marketing, and so they’d know what they’re selling by heart. So maybe Spamton used to make his own clothes? I could imagine him selling (and modelling) some really extravagant suit sets and that’s why he still has some old bowties left over.

Maybe that’s why the orange addison ends up ripping you off with the mannequin. After Spamton’s departure, whether that be from him moving up in society as a big shot or from him being evicted, they saw an opportunity to take over part of his market, but they didn’t have the same expertise in tailoring that Spamton did so they ended up sewing the dress right onto the mannequin as they were making it. 

Anyway, I think that Spamton would like hands-on crafts a lot, based on all of this at least. Painting, sewing, tailoring, working on cars...I like the idea of him really enjoying working with his hands. Maybe there are some other crafts he’d enjoy. Given his fascination with light, maybe he’d be interested in glassblowing? He could make stained glass art...or maybe like a cool vase or two and a bunch of little paperweights for his office :]

So many of these skills require a lot of fine motor control though, and I can imagine him having trouble using his hands after he became more of a puppet. But I did think of candle making as something that might be easier for him, it doesn’t require a lot of precise, small movements, and he’ll also get to make something that produces light, so I feel like he might like that.

I dunno, I wanted to think about Spamton headcanons that don’t involve pure agony and suffering for once. Going to give him something nice :)

My brother...very briefly attempted to dabble in glassblowing. It could have ended worse, but it's certainly enough to give me an appreciation for the difficulty of glassworking as an art form. Nevertheless, you would think that the DRB would draw in more artists...technically rap battles are a form of creativity, aren't they? Well, I'm not sure if glassworking would be considered to have any laterally transferable skills.

He smiled, his eyes lifting unevenly as he dropped his hand to touch hers that still rested on his arm. He hoped he wasn't being delusional about seeing a pretty pink dust her cheeks. He patted her hand once. “Careful with the goods.”

She giggled and his heart stopped for a moment. “I'll be oh so careful.”

I met the new owners of our old house today. We'll call them Bobby and Christine, one of those generic names are correct. I accidentally mailed some packages there and it's less than 30 away so I scooped. A shipment is missing and I'm in shambles. It was a perfect snoopy-woodstock mug for dad, that's one of his things. He loves classic shit, old pop culture gems like athletes and star trek and sherlock holmes and hall n oates and diana ross and looney tunes. And peanuts :)

Anyways they're really keeping up the garden. Bobby was spilling life shit, like any moderately lonely grown man who doesn't have many people to talk to because he spends all his time on the nuclear family and probably one or two super niche hobbies like craft beer or old cars or glassblowing. I'm projecting. I liked him a lot. Those are white-ass hobbies and less likely to be applicable. He does 5g contracting whatever for the government and she works for a big transportation company. I didn't ask about kids but there's a new used hoop in the driveway, old school with the sandbags on top. They made some changes to the frontyard walkway, like replacing the big hydrangea bush with something still very fluffy, I dig it. But I'm not a tastemaker for this shit, my parents always architected. It's such a nice thing to meet the people that'll love that home for a long time

ohmygod dean takes up so many little hobbies and crafts and he loves all of them. i dont think he ever commits dedicatedly to a single one but he has so much time on his hands & he likes to try different things now that he can do that in a controlled safe environment. he's cooking & doing watercolors & sewing patches onto his jackets & writing poems/short stories & rock collecting & so many other things and he's so happy that the only thing he has to worry about is finding space for his new rock or whether to hang up his paintings in the bedroom or living room

For shows for the first time... Moonie the Magnificent, Cirque Du Sewer, Barely Balanced, Ded Bob (though I don't know exactly when you're going and he may or may not be performing, depending on his schedule), try to get to Tomato Justice, most people love the joust so probably that?

Beyond that... I haven't seen the other shows? Oh, there's a street performer who pushes around a mushroom and he does SUPER fun close up magic. Definitely recommend if you see him stopped or around.

My favorite shops are Four Wind Clothing for garb, Bast's Garden for cute dragons/cats/stuff, the glassblower just because it's SO COOL, the garlic stand because, I mean... garlic? The fur guys have cool stuff I've never bought. I don't buy jewelry so I'm no help on that, sorry.

Food can be expensive but, honestly, there's nothing nearby. I recommend just finding something you can afford. The tempura is always good, the garlic mushrooms are fantastic. Stick to water in a water bottle or sassafras. The beef ribs and Spanish fries also aren't bad in terms of price. You can get loaves of bread from Leonardo's Market if you want as well to fill up on. There are lots of choices! Just think of it as part of the experience, in my opinion.

Take you time to wander around. Seriously. Look all over. Explore. Cross the bridge, for sure, you gotta experience the wobble and then you have to look for the turtles to see where they might be. People watch. Stop by shows that look interesting, even if you have no idea who they are. Have money to tip the performers!

Wear comfortable shoes.

Just have fun! It's a great day and awesome fun and one of my favorite places to go. It's easy to fall in love with, honestly.

There's a shop that sells fruit curds and dressings and their lime curd is BEYOND amazing.

Also, chocolate shop! The chocolate covered raspberries are awesome and their fudge is reportedly also awesome.
