Feeling much better today thankfully! Less emotional, less achey and fluey. I was able to listen to my music in the car this morning without giving myself a headache 😂
Had a decent day at work, and managed to do a little workout when I got home. I wanted to do some easy cardio on the indoor bike but one of the pedals fell off and I couldn't fix it without tools but I was short on time bc Matt was waiting for me to have dinner. So just did a quick bodyweight workout and it felt good 😊 Chinese takeaway for dinner, hot bath, now relaxing and reading, going to have an early night as I need to walk this little lady early tomorrow before I go to pick my wedding dress up! 😅

BBR • P2W2D2 (Pull1)
Condensed week due to a mini-in-state-vacation for a long weekend, so running the four sessions over four consecutive days. Only real consideration will be the elbows. While I've got decent strength in the joints overall, I have to respect that regardless of the movement, pushing or pulling, the elbow joints will take a beating.
A-Z catalog today is Eternal Champion. Admittedly, perhaps sadly, my power metal game is extremely weak. I can't say I'm not a fan, I just diverted to the heavier genres way back when, where I could've otherwise gone full butt-rock and hopefully ended up in the nerd-heavy power fan group. I'll take where I am, enjoying the few that I do know. Eternal Champion is one for sure!

Tuesday 12th Dec
Upper body / core. Just a quick bodyweight workout while dinner was cooking! This monday-friday life means we barely get any time to sit down and watch TV or anything through the week but tbh it's not the end of the world. We'll find a routine 😊 nothing else to report other than my old manager (the nice one I had until Feb, not the asshole lol) sent me a pic of him with my favourite wagon driver as he was at his store today just by chance 🥹 was nice to see they're both doing well. Literally the people and being more active are the only things I miss but those are also part of the reason I quit. There are great people but there are also absolute aasholes that made my shifts utterly miserable. I was active but I was constantly aching and never got time to do intentional workouts. So I'm not about to complain bc I've already met some really lovely people at the new job. All of us new starters are similar ages so we get on really well and everyone on the team who we've met so far is lovely. Anyway. I'm enjoying working out in the evenings, it gives me something to look forward to and get pumped up for on the drive home. Rest day tomorrow though so we can visit his grandma. Hope everyone is well!
