"Celebrity X uses product Y!" They're literally rich and make money off of being pretty and I'm supposed to believe they use a $35 product that was invented four months ago?

Hollywood is a cesspool of looking as unnaturally attractive as possible while maintaining that this is just "how I look normally" because no one can know you had to work for your looks (because that somehow makes you less attractive?)

They use vitamin A supplements or some expensive treatment, or they get plastic surgery and like about it because they've been taught to be ashamed. And that's if their skin isn't already perfect, because;

It's all genetics!!!! That's all it is!!!

Yeah acne begins with puberty and is heightened during - because your hormone are out of wack! But if you have acne beyond puberty you'll probably have it for a while. I had acne so bad I would regularly get abscesses in more humid areas (re: my coochie and armpits). Once it got so bad that I have to have two drained and it was too painful even under local anaesthetic so I had to go under general anaesthetic. I got put on vitamin A supplements, which dry out your skin, which was the best my skin was for a while (at the cost of cracked lips). And while it was less severe after puberty I still have acne!!!

Don't get me wrong, skincare is good for you. But everyone's skin is different in thousands of small ways! The chances that the hot new product on the market is what exactly matches your skin are slim to none! Especially when most of the products are for one type of problem and people have more than one type of problem. Now why could that be? (hint: it's because they want you to buy more product)

All in all, short of literally altering your hormones (which is why the pill helps some people) skin products won't do much for acne. They can still help if you have dry, oily, etc. skin, and even help with acne (but not to the extent of completely clearing it unless your acne is bacterial/environmental), but your goal shouldn't be clear skin it should be healthy skin.

Don't trust the Hot New Product, try different things and see what works for you to get a personalised routine.

And use SPF!!!!!!!

Sure, I can try. Dazai has a unique brand of care and it shows less as the more obvious show of affection and more as an interest in people. Lets go chronologically

Dazai's irritation at the meeting with the sheep in 15. He has imo already started his own weird bonding ritual with Chuuya by that point and wants him as his personal friend, his dog in Dazai lingo cause he is a moron. He gets irked at the way Shirase, and by extension the sheep, make demands of Chuuya. That being said, this is still early and he more or less just uses this info to exploit for later.

Dazai's fascination from the GSS squad vs Chuuya fight develops into Dazai wanting to keep living. And I think that is some kind of care because Dazai legit is vibing with the guy by this point. Him wanting Chuuya to be assigned to him and not Koyou and printing out newsletters about him etc all seem to point towards some weird way of wanting to be on talking terms with him.

In stormbringer Dazai carrying Chuuya all the way across the city to the Old World so he can see Albatross and hear his final words is very important to me.

Dazai's growing agitation at them not getting to Chuuya in time during his capture. Its not as noticeable but he was uncharacteristically insistent.

Dazai's insistence on Chuuya's humanity in general.

Dazai's entire plan in sb was so he could get his hands on details about Chuuya. Like he flat out admits that Mori and the mafia dont really matter to him here and Chuuya even understands that.

That one scene when Guivre first appears and Dazai whispers to Chuuya to not look. An underrated scene imo.

The very well known scene where Dazai gives Chuuya a genuine choice and was willing to put the entire city at risk because he believes Chuuya has a right to his humanity and past. Also him explicitly laying out everything in front of Chuuya.

Obviously him catching him as he fell and holding him or whatever. But also another underrated scene where when Chuuya feels lost at the care shown to his person by Adam in the epilogue Dazai has the softest most fond reaction.

In the day I picked up Dazai he talks about Chuuya to Oda. I think its cute.

Onto dragon head now: Dazai completely flipping from completely unbothered about the war to deciding enough was enough when Chuuya calls him out with a punch and is genuinely mad at him. He is very subdued throughout the manga panels. He doesn't evem tease him. Him quietly accepting that Chuuya needs to use corruption and despite him telling Dazai not to stop him he nullifies corruption by touching his face and then letting him rest on his lap and even puts his hat on his head. Hell Dazai's entire perception of events changes because of Chuuya, from making light of the colonel's death to angrily telling Shibusawa that he had crossed a line with that act. Also Dazai's "get shot and die" line is explained to be a code warning Chuuya of an incoming grenade.

Onto the manga timeline: Dazai is generally far nicer and more civil with Chuuya than any of the mafia members post defection. He gives Chuuya a choice with Lovecraft again, he is very gentle with Chuuya when nullifying corruption, not letting go of him till he knows Chuuya would be able to handle his own weight unlike with say Atsushi. He folds his clothes and brings his hat back. Note that the hat is very important to Chuuya.

Dead apple has Dazai's face when he touches Chuuya to nullify him and then holding him down post corruption. And the sheer trust he has in a Chuuya to follow through on a plan that was never discussed. And Chuuya's hat magically appearing in his line of sight when he leaves. Also you can't tell me he doesnt care when he makes that face.

Dazai's anger at Fyodor bringing Chuuya to Meursault is self explanatory, his bond being questioned is too but particularly his whole speech in 101 where he starts thinking back on their moments is proof enough that he genuinely cares about Chuuya in some weird obsessive way.

HI HIII OUBSDFJNFSD- Don't be intimidated!!! I don't bite <333 But yeah, omg sites and stuff- !! Really intimidating when you start out I totally get it, BUTT It's not that difficult once you get the hang of it, 'cause from my experience, that slump mostly comes from just not knowing what to put and the overloady junk ykyk? But anyways, Yeah! I can talk about some things I learned while developing a portfolio website/landing page

First would be what you want to use it for! For this whole thing I'm just gonna use Weebly and Carrd as samples because they're both free. ANYWAYS, I use two websites for two things, first is a directory that includes almost all the links to my stuff, and the second is my actual main website as a portfolio and professional place to showcase my work to clients and potential employers. The directory is pretty simple since it's just a compilations to links, Carrd is pretty easy to use so I'd recommend this one if you just need one place to put your socials, commission info, and etc.

I put everything in sections and since I mostly use all of this for work in general, I showcase my work status and my website first and foremost!

Andd all of this is just links to stuff that might be important, I'd also recommend having navigation buttons on each page that helps with loading back to other part of your website, (beloww)

and as for my main site, it's a lot more complicated and I'm already babbling way too much in one post so I'll try to condense it pretty quick. Visuals can come later! Focus on what content you want to put in the site first. Usually it's sanctioned into three things: Your Portfolio/shop, a showcase for the services that you offer, and an about-me (I got inspiration from other sites like local brands and their shop websites and art portfolios) (oh and TOS is important too if you're an artist!)

You can of course add and not-add anything you please but that's the generalized gist of it and what worked for me personally. Once you know what to put then you can build up the website bit by bit, I'd recommend weebly for heavier sites like that because not only is it free but unlike carrd, it has no 'element limit'. the only drawback is a footer that advertises weebly on your website, and to me that's not that bad of a con really LOLOL some tips: *I'd recommend putting your best work forward than -all- of your work in a portfolio/gallery. Find what best showcases your talent, quality over quantity! *Find other portfolios/websites that align to what you're looking for, most artists you know prolly have their websites too so it's a good starting point to find inspiration on what to put! *and for actually learning how to use carrd and weebly's interfaces, its a WHOLLEEE other conversation I can't really divulge in without going on a ramble-bam sooo if you have any questions, i dont mind dms! I'd love to help :)) I think advertising and marketing yourself is really important (sometimes even moreso because yk how it is with art as a business), and I already went through the nittygritty of learning this all by myself so I'd love to help anyone that needs it, o7!!!! Anyway one of the reasons for the difference is I headcanon Sakuya as being a 90s kid! as in, he died in the 90s--

His classmates REALLY do not get why Sakuya is so paranoid, so Sakuya shows them how easy it would be for a super dedicated person to figure out exactly where Mahiru’s apartment is using his cooking tutorial videos (uploaded under the channel name "Sunny Mama" courtesy of Kuro) and basic realtor research

Things like Mahiru apologizing for any construction noise and using the time stamp to figure out which apartment complexes had construction in their vicinity during that time, floor plans, how even his living situation and the model of his appliances can all be used to narrow down the area he lives in.

“He lives with his uncle and the camera man, which means at least two rooms. We can see the stove top and the front of the oven, so I take a screenshot of that and… Ah, this is the brand. Now I research the model. Okay, I have two components. it astounds me how far coy will go to show their own ass in these situations (being impulsive, breaking in to the site to delete shit, shit talking the community THEY CULTIVATED??) and the funniest fucking part is that all this started because they were asked to maybe not profit off the species more than the people who are actually working hard on it (which, genuinely i think the new team has done more to further the species than anything ever under civ and coy. we have actual tangible evidence of work being done in the staff wip channel and FINALLY FUCKING TRAIT GUIDES, but anyways)

coy is a modern day furry icarus; all you had to do was shut your stupid mouth and you could have continued to rake in cash from the species you essentially left to die. i mean hell, cal (tycho) was being incredibly generous in saying you would be allowed 1 adopt per month as opposed to every two months like every other damn member of staff has to follow. you flew too close to the sun and now youve lost your easiest source of cash flow you dumbass

Hello there mycopal! Thanks for reaching out! I appreciate your kind words :) I’m super proud of my lab area! It has taken two years to put together by saving 25-50 a paycheck lol!! Humorously my roommate doesn’t like that i commandeered a whole room … haha, but here we are ;) What mushy are you looking to cultivate? Pscilocybe Tampensis or P. subtropicalis maybe? :)

note: my opinions and advice are based on my own experience and studious research :) there are MANY ways to skin things with… skin… lol; as such, my way should work for most but may not and there are many other mycoeducators with varied approaches that offer great insight in their own right :) I have a few vids on youtube (still new to content creating there and working on adding more) if you wanna see more of what I do as I outline it below! At the end of this long winded MCX response I will provide supportive resources for your consideration in order they are addressed in this response.

🍄Tip: get some nasalpharyngeal swabs so you can actively swab and store mushroom genetics you find in the wild for later reararch ;)

Pretext: I live in a (technically) tropical area so what i do with my research areas may be different than you! I am not sure how much of what im about to detail has been considered by you… but if youve considered it then disregard :) i like to break things down like you’re new new new incase theres any detail to miss.

Introductory Answering your Q: Basically you have to consider a handful of generalized steps for cultivating any fungus; and find TEKs (ie: guides by other mycopal’s that have yielded them success) and make your own tek— I always say that the mycojourney is coming up with your own tek, cobbled together from current teks that speak to you and also are appropriate for your resource availability :) after you get through my response you’ll have homework of studying resources but also: finding TEKs for your specific strain you want to work with :)

My preferred supplies-

Genetics: Dont know about the laws and availability where you live, but formal vendors (like innoculatetheworld ; sporeworks) and informal mycoeducators (who sometimes vendor spores) like PGT and Boomershroomer; are the only spore sources I trust (outside of my own stock;).

Boomershroomer makes quality inflatable monotubs and if you order one of her tubs she sends genetics with it! A little ‘secret’ ;) to be aware of!

PGT has a shop online thats only open sometimes but has a cool collectible trading card system for his genetics (buy the card get the microscopy supply with the card).

ITW and SW are generally up 24/7 and are more formal vendors that also sell microscopy stuff.

I currently use and recommend using 6qt shoebox totes for grow container (the kind that you buy in 5-10 packs from Walmart that have gusseted lids that allow some air flow for ‘sneakers’ to be stored hehe). Note that you can use 12/24/48/72qt etc, but I have no experience with those and they require larger set ups with fans, humidifiers, etc. i prefer less is more :)

I always promote a company called Microppose :) they do amazing filters and just started their own monotub production I think :) my fave substrate is CocoBliss coconut coir pith, and I use lab grade nutritional additives like: gypsum, lime, malt extract, and yeast off amazon in various stages of my process. For grain bags, before I made my own, I only trust: spawnmagic.com ; for my grains I use Producers Pride: Whole Oats (like what is given to horses) from the feedstore :) a 50lb bag has lasted me two years, no lie. I dont use bags, but jars for grain: i use brand: Ball, glass mason jars for spawn containers prior to moving spawn into a tub with substrate. I use Aozita wide mouth masonjar plastic lids (off Amazon) for my jars as they can be modified with filters and then pressure cooked safely and come with rubber seals :)

Now to go into detail to answer your question:

Here we go-deep breath-: lets talk cultivation and research starting:

1. Genetics: (a) multi spore syringe (mss) (can be injected into a grow bag but isnt ideal and may not produce viable strains) (recomended to use mss on agar to isolate your own colonies), (b) spore print/swab (requires agar) or (c) liquid culture (LC) isolate syringe (best option for immediate injection-inoculation of grain containers/bags with best chance for healthy growth and fruiting without time and hassle of the steps I outline further :)

1a. If you are able to work with agar (either make your own or buy premade sterilized, one time use agar plates): then you will start your journey by MSS->Agar->Isolate separate germinating colonies off mss agar plate to new plates (those become your mother isolate plates for each specific strain isolate for whatever strain youre working with). The mother plate should become your cold storage, reference plate as you study growth and fruiting characteristics of the colonies you isolate :) at that pont: You can then use some excised pieces of the mother plate (if in a rush, or if able to wait, till gen1 plates (transfers from mother plate to new plates that become duplicate isolates of the mother plate)) to inoculate a jar or two and also inoculate other plates to continue to ‘run the mycelium out’ / ‘chase the mycelium’.

1b. If you are not able to do agar work then I strongly suggest you seek genetics that are LC syringe. Basically, LC syringes are when mycopal takes a 2nd gen+ plate and moves some of that mycelium to sterile sugar water and lets the mycelium grow out in that water till its all filled with reproduced mycelium and can be sucked up into syringes for better more assured propagation of genetics ;)

2. Grain spawn: once you have genetics hammered out, next is grain spawn. Grain spawn can be … well, any grain. Really. Mushrooms can colonize and fruit off of wet cardbord… 💯🍄😂, so what “type” of spawn is more about whats available in your area imo. Youll need to sterilize any grain spawn, unless using a premade bag thats already sterilized or taking chances with uncle bens (or similar) rice baggies that arent sterilized but are arguably cleaner than grains scooped out of a bags of grains from a mill or feedstore.

2a. Grain bags: milo, millet, rye berries, corn kernals, rice, whole oats, really any grain or berry that has a husk can be used :) some species prefer specific grains most work on all kinds of grains with varying levels of efficiency. Some grains are more or less robust and some do better when moistened and or pressure cooked than others :) i make my own grain but exclusively use glass mason quart jars :)

2b. Grain jars: my preference. I have recent grai. Jar prep and creation reels/shorts on my instagram and some on this tumblr if you wanna see specifics :) generally I do 15psi, 10 minute venting, for 1.5 hours for my grain and I do not soak grains, only low boil them for 30 min to soften husks and extract some grain nutrients to then use that liquid ‘grain soak’ run off for agar nutrients :)

2c. Uncle Bens rice bags: i dont do this and dont have any good advice on it. I have a UB tek link or two at end for consideration and there is a whole reddit mushroom sub i think r/unclebens (?) for this

2d. All in one bags: i also do not use these and do not recommend them generally. If you have never had a flush and are literally first timing it, then all in one may work fine :) but as much of the process you can source or create yourself the cheaper and often better, imo!

3. Substrate & Spawn-to-bulk (S2B): many mycopals have their own substrate preferences, but for me I prefer shaved coconut coir pith. I generally do a coir block 650g, 500g vermiculite (from garden store), and 50g gypsum + 50g lime for my substrate. I do not sterilize it, but I do heat pasteurize my substrate for at least 12 hours. In an air tight, insulated cooler (like for sodas at a party). You can also cold pasteurize. I like how Boomershroomer and PGT do their sub and learned from them then tweaked it for my own preferences :)

When my jars are fully colonized and observably free from contam, I will S2B using a clean butter knife :) I kinda cut down into the grain in pizza slices then swirl the knife around as I let grains that spill out mix with my substrate and basically do 1qt spawn to 2qt of substrate, saving maybe 10-15% of the spawn and substrate till end to make a special psuedo casing layer once bulk of spawn and substrate are mixed and compacted. Then I do a last sprinkling of the remaining grain like a baby lasgana and cover that with substrate.

Casing layer explainer: A casing layer is a layer of material applied on top of the colonized substrate in mushroom cultivation. It can help improve yield, reduce certain types of surface contaminants, and maintain humidity around the fruiting bodies. In my experience, using an organic sphagnum peat moss mixed with lime powder and filtered water has produced successful tubs without the need for pasteurization or sterilization. Before I used that i just used left over substrate as a casing layer :) — While some species require a specific type of casing layer after substrate colonization, most do not require one. However, adding a casing layer can be beneficial for improving yield and humidity control.

There are different ways to apply a casing layer. Some people apply it as part of the spawn to bulk (S2B) process, while others apply it only after the substrate surface is fully colonized or slightly before pinning. Personally, I have used a casing layer when colonizing pasteurized wheat/rye straw to provide an even fruiting surface for mycelium. I have also experimented with an organic peat and lime dust casing layer (no pasteurization or sterilization), which has helped retain humidity and has not resulted in any contamination. Personally, I've worked some APEs in that past that had a casing layer applied in the same instance as the S2B occuring, essentially the compacted bits colonized faster than the looser casing layer. Where I always use casing layer, is if I use spawn to colonize pasteurized wheat/rye straw, if only to provide an even fruiting surface for the mycelium! But, even then... most cubensis can fruit solely on pasteurized straw, with no casing layer!

4. Colonization and Fruiting:

4a. Youll need to find a TEK based on whatever substrate container you settle on using :) what ive outlined so far is my own tek, using 6qt shoe boxes and the materials ive outlined above. The substrate chamber/container can be a flat container/tote or could be fruited out the top of a grain bag/all-in-one bag OR could fruit off the side of a bag (if its a species like Oyster mushies that prefer side fruiting). I personally use unmodified tubs and will leave lid on my tubs while colonizing and then take lid off and replace with cleaned, upside down, misted 6qt tub that rests on the edges of the right-side-up tub to create a mini climate that allows more passive air flow, allows light to filter in from high angles promoting fruits growing upwards towards the light. Light isnt needed until pinning, and is a secondary trigger to pinning but a primary factor in pigmentation of fruits and growth direction of fruits.

Colonization of most mushroom fruiting fungi is generally between 68-80F, every species and even some varieties within those species, may have specific temp needs. The way mycopals control for this is many things that I dont have to use fortunately :) ‘Martha Tents’ are something to consider. Some use heating pads and humidifiers depending on where they live and where they are compared to the sea💯. I dont have any experience with martha tents or doing more than using my home A/C, a closet, and a heppa room filter to control my temps in the closet and with lots of trial and error…. I now leave my home at 72F, my closet warms to about 74 with the door shut and a/c at that temp, so i let plates, jars and tubs colonize at 74F and then I will move the tubs to open closet with more air flow and is closer to 72F when I am moving to fruiting :) Ive tried to be clever in how I use my space… so i use wire racks and know higher up on the rack is hotter and less air flow whereas lower is cooler and often more air flow.

Something I havent really gone into yet in this response is about sterility, aseptic environments, personal and environmental hygiene. All important to condsider…

4a. Heres my explainer on that:

Strict aespetic and hygiene techniques are not 100% and even using fancy laminar flow is not 100% contamination free potentials! Common contaminant sources include airborne spores, dust, and environmental factors. Pets that roam around your cultivation area could carry spores on their fur or paws, which may be released when they move through your space. Additionally, some fungal contaminants, like Kahms yeast, can present in distinctive ways and there are dimorphic fungal molds that have one or more alternate morphologies, main dimorphism being mold with a secondary yeast form (whence the mold spores get into human lungs, for example with blastomycosis perhaps) as an alternative reproductive presentation within its life cycle (based on temperature and environmental variables). It's essential to understand that spores and other contaminant-genetic cells are incredibly tiny and (in the case of most spores) can suspend in the air, waiting for air currents, light, or vibrations to move them around. Wet spores and bacterial cells oftentimes require animal assistance or liquid splashing/spritzing/spraying to move around, but can often hitch rides of natural environmental variabes (currents of wind, water, dirt, etc). Humans also carry a range of bacteria and fungal organisms on their skin, which can contribute to localized environmental dust and potential contamination when working in hyper sterile or attempted hygienic environments while researching fungi :)

4b: Primordia, Pins and Fruiting: Pinning is a colony activity (that impacts all sides of your cake once colonized) that shifts metabolic processes of the mycelia to pinning and fruiting, this is why when you start getting heavy side pins you rarely get any flat-surface pins and fruits (all the energy goes into what pins form and fruit, first). Additionally, I believe my suggestions will be effective in controlling for environmental triggers to pinning, it is important to note that side pinning can also occur due to other factors such as genetics or substrate composition.

You can reduce the microclimate from being created that promotes side pins, during the process, by ensuring that the substrate is firmly compressed, once S2B occurs, and then sprinkled with a .25" casing layer of the same substrate material (or peat+lime casing). I press my base spawn+cvg mix firmly, and ensuring that the surface is even with least amount of inconsistently level substrate surface. This early compression, keeps the cake against the wall for as longer than doing little to no compression of your spawn+sub. You should ensure your colonizing mycelium isnt exposed to the same lighting you would for fruiting, but light is only a secondary trigger to pinning, FAE+Temp Drop+Humidity pooling/then drying are the primary triggers for pinning once colonization has completed.

5. Harvesting and Dehydrating: i twist and pull my fruits, some will cut at base, some will float their cake with water and then cut or twist and pull at that poimt :) harvesting is preferential imo. I dehydrate fruits 125F for 24 hours in Air Fryer o. Dehydrate mode :)

Got top surgery and is saving up for bottom surgery. Doesn’t know where bottom surgery/recovery fits into his f1 career or if it’s even possible; it’s not really a priority right now for him but if he can find time or take time off, he wants to do it.

His family was supportive - he’d always be their baby. He was into more dangerous, “masculine” things (sports, fishing, hunting with his dad) from a young age so his decision to officially transition didnt come as a surprise. maybe there wasn't even an "official" transition 

Kimi’s been considered a boy by his family and friends since he was about 9 or 10 (he/him pronouns, masculine clothes, etc.) 

Bc kimi passed from a young age, his dad managed to enter him into karting races as a boy (dont ask me how this works idc about logistics)

Hmmmm I think after I finish a couple scenes I might do chapter by chapter posting for Oathbound.

I thought abt it for St. Sebastian but I don’t have a coherent beginning for it yet, it’s mostly late-middle and end. Trying not to make Sebastian too pathetic considering how biting he can be towards Astarion but at the same time he’s a human who’s been vampircally starved and possibly tortured by Cazador for two hundred years who then, in the fic, becomes contracted to Raphael’s possession. I otherwise dont think Cazador would have thought too much on the imprisoned spawn, maybe tortured during the branding but they’re vermin to be sacrificed so it’s better to put them out of mind until they’re needed.

The bulk of what’s holding me up on St.Seb are connecting the plot lines. More info below if you don’t mind the fic being spoiled

Astarion makes a deal w Raph for the devil to kill Cazador. Raph realizes Seb was one of Astarion’s quarries and decided to keep him, having tangled feelings about Astarion a la Jean Claude Frollo. He decides to turn Sebastian into a replica of Astarion: dresses him well, pampers him, pale with white hair, and uses him to snatch poor souls from the city, not unlike what Star did for Cazador.

The eventual plot is Raph gets kidnapped by Mephistopheles and tortured for fucking up his deal with Cazador. It’s less that Meph cares for the souls, but Cazador would have been bound to him And he finds it a petty, personal slight. His son has to be punished. Haarlep, Korilla, Sebastian, and Astarion have to begrudgingly save Raphael to fix/continue their contracts.

There’s a bit more to it, such as a little cameo from the Knower of Names from Neverwinter Nights, but that’s the gist.

Main problem being: I don’t know what Raphael would want from Astarion in exchange for Cazador. Everything else falls into place if I can decide on the beginning. In the fic, Raph’s main motivation is to have Astarion to himself but refuses to admit it. Astarion in Act 1 didn’t mind “exchanging masters” at first but now prefers not to have a master at all. Maybe the Orphic hammer? So it’s a Tav/Durge-less Astarion story? Maybe. Typing all this out sure helped.

Theres a lot of things that Bug Me about Tumblr Brand Activism and its that- if you arent seen constantly blogging about something it MUST mean you are ignoring it and are therefore as bad as the otherside, or if you aren't doing 100% perfect in boycotting or whatever you're garbage.

Many times people do what they can do. You don't know what they do outside of their blog, you don't know their situation. Someone whos only access to a grocery store is Walmart is going to have a hard fucking time boycotting walmart and surviving. I dont want to sound like Im putting on kid gloves but the whole all or nothing attitude that is common in young tumblr activists is what causes them to eventually burn out of the cause.

I have been fully aware and vocal about support for Palestine for over half of my life. I make it very clear in my daily life that I am. I do share news and info on this blog but there is a certain point that you still have to take care of yourself as well. Black and white, 100% balls to the wall online activism may seem like the way to go but heres the thing about activism- its never an instantaneous fix. Sprinting at full speed without stretching or care at the start of a marathon is not going to helo you win the marathon faster. Same for anything in life.

Ive seen it so many times before. Burn out is real- it doesnt mean you are a terrible person it means we need to be realistic about ourselves and our expectations. No one can go 100% 100% of the time. Still be aware, still do what you can- but ultimately the onus is on the government and mitary powers that be- not because someone ordered a dominoes pizza one night

Candy candy I like these heart shaped lollipops that I got from the Tiger store (they sell a lot of stuff including house stuff, art supplies, craft supplies, decorations, etc.) that are raspberry flavored. If I can include chocolate then it’s all about the Reeses peanut butter cups yall.

I have a few! My favorite shirts/sweaters are:

A dark blue long tshirt that says “L'océan Pacifique” that I got YEAARSSSS ago from Lidl(its similar to Aldi). I like it cause it’s just long enough to be worn as a kind of very short dress, and it helps with my fear of my shirts lifting/ridding up without me noticing, since this one is so long i dont have that problem, and the material is also super soft!

A black tshirt with a funky yellow moon design on it. Again the fabric is really nice and it’s just really comfy for me.

My college hoodie, it’s black and SOOOOO SOFT on the inside. It has a really funky cartoon on the front, it kinda looks like a fish? and its yellow. The hoodies were supposed to be purple cause our class colors were yellow and purple but the purple hoodies would be too expensive so we just went with black. It’s so comfy and it has my nickname on the back. Funnily enough it also says 2021-2022 on the back because thats the year it was printed, and it was also the last year I spent at that school!

this super comfy and adorable sweater that is fuzzy on the inside, its  blue and has a cute ice and fire bears design on the front and its just so cute. Sadly it’s from a very controversial and terrible brand/seller, but I bought it long before I knew about the problems.

This very long sweater that has a bunch of Disney villains on the front. It’s grey and long and although the fabric is kinda rough on the inside I still love it and think it’s so cool. I got it years ago and in my first year of college I wore it to my animation class and my teacher look at me, chuckled, and said “The shirts animation students wear..” in an amused way, like it made him happy, and I was very happy about that. That teacher was awesome.

5. Are you completely sober rn?

Yes but I have been very drunk before! And it was super fun! A lot of sangria and exactly 1 shot. That shot made my snot turn blue which I didn’t know could happen!!! The shot was also blue btw. But honestly I just love sangria so much. And wine. It’s so good

6. What's the one thing that annoys you more than anything?

Being treated like I’m stupid and people that make anything into a joke. I have a very dear friend of mine that makes jokes about everything and anything and almost never takes anything 100% seriously and sometimes it really pisses me off, but I understand they don’t mean any harm, that’s just how they are, but it still gets on my nerves sometimes when I think back to interactions I’ve had with them. But again, they are a very dear friend of mine and I hold no resentment towards them in particular.

7. Have you ever gotten you tongue stuck to a cold pole during winter?

Nope, poles are gross! And I’m pretty sure that getting your tongue stuck on a frozen pole is an american thing. 

8. If you could be anywhere in the world right now, where would it be?

;-; I want to be with my baby (bf). I want to hold him and cuddle with him and have comfy movie sessions. We’re a long distance couple.

9. What was the single last word you spoke?

Probably ‘Okay’ ? I was asking my mom if she needed me to defrost anything for dinner and she said no, so I probably says��‘okay’ after that and walked away.

I am going through my commission queue right now and will probably open my commission back around this week because uhhhh zucc took my money so kinda left me short on funds this month _(:3」∠)_

Anyway, I can explain my situation I guess??? For some unknown reasons I got an unauthorized charge from Facebook last week (yes, Facebook.) On my card for 600++ bucks. I frantically called the bank to block my card because I have bills to pay and I dont want more of my cash to be taken. Turns out, facebook took my money a few days earlier for 17 bucks and I didn't notice that (there was no sms notification either) and a few days later it decided to took a large chunk of money. I'm glad I noticed it earlier but like it's not fun having money taken :/

It's still under bank's investigation and so far I got the 17 bucks back but I am not sure if I ever get the 600 bucks back.

Truthfully, I dont fucking know how and why it happened. I did not connect my bank or card info nor put my bank info to any site, yet I still got the money taken. And you guys would be surprised if I tell you that I wasn't the only person that had this happened to me because months ago this was a big issue were people get their money stolen out of the blue. And all of them have 1 in common: it came from Facebook.

Anyway, don't worry, I still can survive. I still have my basic needs and I live with my parents (justasianthings lol) so I can assure you guys that I am not in danger of being kicked out or starve. But I can't deny that it really sucks losing money that I use to pay the bills and save money for a brand new laptop zzzzz so uhh expect me to post a new commission sheet soon aha _(:3」∠)_

every now and i hear someone saying something about how you cant use salt in baneful magic and im just now processing that bc whaaaaatttttttt???????????????????????? salt????????????????? huh???????????????????????????????

spell ingredients have so much more potential when you think about why they could have the associations they do. metaphysical and physical properties are not isolated from each other. a big part of my practice is taking into consideration what items do for me physically, which is how I can find ways to use things like Tums and plastic in my workings. so what does salt do? its put in near everything to preserve it, it's absorbent, cleansing and its shape is useful to help roughly scrub surfaces, flavor enhancing, too much can damage a heart, some types are sharp, etc

AND REMEMBER NOT TO PUT SALT (except epsom salt thats fine) IN THE EARTH. ITS FUCKS UP THE SOIL SUPER BAD FOR A SUPER LONG TIME

and theres different types of salt too. maybe it depends of the brand but the celtic sea salt i have is pointy as hell. if you eat it raw (listen i have POTS okay) it will slice your tongue up and then dissolve as if it were never there. and yall dont think you can use that in a hex??????

im gonna drop some potential baneful uses for salt because its literally too easy (and remember to consider the people around your target. ex) abusers that feel bad will try to make it everyone elses problem so maybe find a way to protect potential victims)

every time someone is awful to you, put your anger, sadness, feelings of betrayal, into some salt. put all things you want to say to them in the salt. collect all the anger salt when you think it's gotten bad enough to the point you need to hex them, and use that in the hex. maybe you can pile it on top of a representation of them(the sharp celtic sea salt is good for this). or bake with the angry salt and gift it to them. BONUS: water can represent emotions, so get some water to represent their emotional state and dissolve that salt in there so your anger at them is now their anger at them and ideally it will either push them to change or torment them if they don't. and since its dissolved salt it will be a little harder for the target to identify a foreign influence

get a representation of them and scrub salt into it. celtic sea salt is good here too. this is good for very harshly scrubbing off their bullshit and bad habits or beliefs. yes this is cleansing your target. thats the point.

use it to bring out the qualities of like,, literally anything

salt sucks up water. water is very important. suck up their important water, (whatever you have the water represent, like energy, tranquility, resources, a certain emotion, etc ). let their well run dry.

use salt to set boundaries on your hex. contain where all the baneful energy is going so it doesn't spread to innocent people

remember how i said salt fucks up the earth. :))) if you wanna halt their growth for a long long time, represent them with a bowl of soil and salt it.

i adore salt and all her uses. she's in near everything for a reason.

im guessing from your post that you dont keep up w dan and phil so ill explain some recent events??

they came out in 2019 as gay and dan said him and phil were in a relationship but that they wanted to keep their current personal life private

dan then went on a whole bunch of solo projects like writing a book and doing his own solo theatrical stage tour. phil continued his personal youtube channel and dan featured in some videos.

during this time they had designed and built a house together and after quite a bit of delay they eventually moved into the house (known as the phouse). also at the end of 2018 they put their joint gaming channel on hiatus this is important info. so dan did a bunch of solo work phil continued youtube their house was under construction.

then last year after dan wrapped up most of his solo projects they suddenly unpaused the joint channel and brought it back! early on they mentioned how the channel would be kinda different now as everyone (dnp and audience) was grown up and openly gay. importantly as well they brought the channel back because phil really missed it and just wanted to give it a go again together and dan agreed. they didn’t really think a lot of people would care or come back to watch it at the time.

um i think one of the big shifts in the channel was their 2023 halloween baking video. the vibes are just way different from before and they seem so much more relaxed with making jokes

the content just kept going from there. i dont know how much dnp lore you know but they have an april fools channel where they make crafts except it’s actually a cult. well that also went on hiatus when they took a break from the dan and phil brand. then it came back this year and it was their best yet. it was also very gay.

then BOOM they announced they were going on their third joint tour together. again dont know how much lore you know? but their tours are always theatrical with like a musical singing element and a storyline. this time they are reflecting upon the dan and phil brand and the parasocialness that came from it.

so that brings us up to today (the day before tour begins). one of their recent gaming videos they played a couples cardgame. it was a gifted game from their sponsor so. they have never really done anything like that where it is so explicitly this is for Couples. this is to play with Your Partner. this is a Date Night Game. and like yeah it was gifted so there was a reason to play it other than that. but everyone in the phandom did not expect that kind of video. i mean the cardgame company (called relatable) gifted them other games months before so we knew about the date game as well. and then someone realised they own it as it was in the background of a photo/video i forgot. so we all joked like haha what if they play that,,, but then they did????

and then moreee recently is phil asked people for questions for a q&a. specifically he asked for tour or life update questions. it was very casual. for a bittt more context previously phil asked people to submit their favourite most popular dan and phil conspiracies they have ever heard about as it will be used in a segment in the tour. a HUGE theory back in the day was that dan and phil got married in japan in 2015-2016. so back to the q&a video. dan and phil immediately open it with will you address the japan conspiracy. there’s no more detail than that. and then they go what the one where we got married in japan? so first they know specifically which one but then SECOND phil says we’ll be addressing it as part of the tour.

so whilst dnp were very like. we aren’t sharing a lot about our relationship in 2019,,, since the revival of the gaming channel they have been slowly wanting to talk more about stuff. and now we are like ? are they actually going to talk about it explicitly and openly as part of tour?
