Daily check in: the first day of 2025 – Day 49!!



Workouts:
Walked in the forest at sunset for a few kilometers
10 mins posture training by emi wong
Did like 5 mins of this Christmas workout but I was tired and gave up
Steps: 18 973
Eating: (does the tiramisu last night count hahah it was heavenly)
breakfastt: half a carrot, a stacciatella protein yogurt with manyy coconut flakes, chia seeds and berries😋😋
lunch: some carrot, a cucumber, two cabbage rolls with greek yogurt, a slice of some homemade fruit cake, a lot of plain whipped cream and a bigggg slice of tiramisu!!! (my favv)
dinner: a salad with green leaves, spinach, cucumber and cottage cheese, a boiled egg, the SPICIEST NOODLES KNOWN TO MANKIND ISTG, half a glass of milk+a lot of whipped cream to ease the pain + a slice of biscuit cake for dessert and a milka strawberry chocolate candy :3
Water intake: almost 2 liters
Sleep: like 3 hours but I needed that
Studying:
spent 2.5 hours on forestt
worked on my eng tutoring homework
Screen time: dnd all day so 0
I've come to dislike idk my phone a lot recently and I really dread the thought of social media and wasting time checking up on other peoples lives instead of actuallt living my life yk?
Self care:
journaled for 2 hours in the morning and like 2 more at like 3am before I went to sleep, I really needed that so fucking much
Me and my friends are doing a winter recovery arc!! We're hyping each other up for every small win in front of our eds and sh battles and we're there for each other, I know it'll be so helpful to all of us and it'll be so worth it!!
Emotion log:
Oversharing but like I had the worst beginning of an year of my life, and I spent hours this morning, until 5 am, just to figure out what's going on, journal and solve the problems and I feel like I learned so much by that and that it has helped me solve some very important and triggering things and leave some negative stuff in 2024 sm
I'm glad all that happened because I feel like it was so bad that it helped me and that it's actually something good overall, and I began 2025 well. After all, first thing that happened this year was me enjoying some tasty tiramisu, so ofc it's gonna be the best year so far!!!!
It's the first sunny day in MONTHS, you bet I'm spending allll of it walking outside sjsksjs I MISSED THE SUN THE MOST these winter months
Thoughts for tomorrow:
Lots of stuff to be done, I love being so motivated bcs it just makes all the daily tasks a whole lot easier
