Yeah there's one more part coming to wrap things up. I have technically started writing it but like, the doc has 145 words in it so far so it is indeed only very "technically" started.

I know vaguely how I want it to go, some points it needs to hit, how it should end, the title. But I dont really have an arc figured out for it and I want it to be able to stand on its own as well as as part of the series so I need to it be more than just a happy ending, you know?

I can tell you it will be a Nancy POV to bring it back around to where the series started and it WILL be a happy/hopeful ending.

The awful part of writing is that the only way to figure what its about is to actually start writing it but it is hard to start writing when you dont know what its about yet!

Well kids, wether you are getting back into the fandom now, or stayed here the rest of the time like us other weirdos, here is one of the gems I stumbled over while digging through loads of fan fictions to distract myself from the stress and the woe of the world. Not fine together by asleeb It is utterly fluffy and involves a lot of neck kisses. It is rated mature – for mild reasons, though (it's in the tags) – and goes for very soft ace/allo representation. At the same time is written in a way that makes it feel very emotionally grounded and in the moment. The banter is excellent and in my opinion feels very true to both of their characters.

So yeah, if that sounds like your cup of tea, give it a read. I definitely enjoyed lots of it. --------------------------------------------------------

This is IMPOSSIBLE lol. No but literally I have written so much at this point I feel like I can't remember any of it 😂 So these are not My Favorites exactly but they are lines I like a lot.

3: What’s your favorite line of narration?

I really like the entire opening of the ronance tlou au. This story is pretty serious but this part is actually a lot of fun lol. Technically this is two (long) lines but i just love this paragraph a lot.

Nancy was on the couch in her den, spending another Friday night alone, sipping a scotch, neat, and watching the evening news team cycle dutifully through their gentle banter and appropriate somberness over some agricultural issue and mild excitement over the Red Sox playoff chances heading into October. She was thinking that the weather girl, Joan Callahan, looked a little peaked reading off the forecast, that Patrick had better hurry up and fix her makeup at the next commercial break, when Joan's shiny face ripped open four different ways like some kind of grisly flower and bit evening anchor Fred Watkins' head clean off of his body.

Would they Archivists ever say that they love each other?

To be clear I'm 99.999% sure that they do love each other in their own eldritch, dysfunctional way. But would they ever say as much in as many words? Or would they say something like "As Archivists we share a common goal and look out for each other's best interests to ensure our group as a whole is successful,".

Their love language is bullying

I don't think they would explicitly say it. They grew up around each other and dont really want each other dead, but don't always get along. Overall affection isnt really a theme around the archives so "we care about the same things" is closer to it
