#rennikorambles #ITS YA BOY #BACK FROM VACATION #i got back last night but we were all EXHAUSTED so we passed out #but now i RETURN #the beach was pretty fun glad there was a pool around too #like. i dont really like the beach that much in itself #like the sand the salt water the heat i dont really like #but the things you can do there are just so fun i can never say no #and WE PLAYED FRISBEE. WE HAD A FRISBEE AND WE PLAYED WITH IT AND OH MY GOD #i felt a DOG LIKE INSTINCT.#i was pretty good at throwing and every time i caught it i felt euphoria like YES YES I CAUGHT IT WOOHOO HAHAH YIPPEE #we also brought a boomerang but we forgot how to throw it properly so.. (my brother's finger went through some shit... rip brian)#and we met some new friends! well more like my dad was invited by his pal (who i can just SEE why theyre friends istg)#and his family were the ones coming with us! and so we met their kids and they were all pretty great #the oldest one of them was younger than me so i felt powerful <3 #we also played some uno flip and some other games it was just real fun #anyways! lets see what ive missed <3

Been thinking about Ford watching the 70s Animated Lord of the Rings Movies... (companion comic to this post!)

#the other two VHS tapes Fidd's is holding are Rankin-Bass' The Hobbit (1977) and Return of the King (1980)! The 70s animated pseudo-trilogy!#A lot of people pointed out on my other lotr 'crossover' post that Ford would have seen the 70s movies!#And i wont lie i entirely forgot they existed. But now i remember i have so many feelings on it okay. Ford my silly LOTR nerd #I dont think he would have seen Bashkis in theaters. far as I can tell it was a VERY limited (likely mostly CA) run in the middle of winter #but Rankin-Bass'? Aired on NBC & ABC. He absolutely woulda watched them or rented a VHS later. Which is why he's most excited by Bashki's #He's just such a nerd. I need him to nerd out. But also lowkey angst on how his single focus on bill/the portal lead #him to neglecting even the small things in life. You know those AU's where the Batfam finds or learns about either hidden or thought to be dead Al Ghul Danny! with a deaged/daughter Dani (Ellie) (I should know, I created a few of those storylines) but what if, now hear me out, what if instead of them finding Danny first its Talia.

Do I want Talia discovering her thought to be dead son to be alive? Yes. Do I want her to find him while investigating Amity Park when the League gets reports of 'Lazarus creatures/water'? Yes.

DO I WANT HER TO KNOCK ON THE FENTON'S DOOR, fully ready to pretend/honey talk her way into the house to uncover what the Fenton's know, ONLY TO MEET A LITTLE ELLIE?!
