Hi, I just discovered misfits and finished reading it all in one sitting and I have to say I absolutely LOVE IT! I love the little bits of wordbuilding of how the toy soldiers work, I love how you characterized the twins! I just absolutely love the concept in general! I just a have a couple of questions if you don't mind answering

1. Do you think you'll ever have any other pokemon characters show up in Misfits? If only as little easter eggs

2. How many chapters are you planning for Misfits to have?

3. Will I get the chance to throw Jawbreaker into a volcano? Or has Emmet already called dibs?

1. Yes! I have plans for one pokemon in particular. I would like to include the rest as well, but I don't have any specific plans right now.

2. No planned chapter count. I've gotten better at it, but my estimation of how many chapters a plot point will take tends to be wildly inaccurate. So I'm not going to give out any numbers because they will be wrong.

Strictly in terms of plot, with chapter 7 up, we just finished act one of three. However, I highly doubt the acts are going to be the same length as the first. I suspect they will be longer, but we will have to see.

(This is not including the hypothetical sequel. I'm going to be honest, I don't think I'll write the sequel.)

3. Emmet has called dibs, but if you happen to get there first, he would probably congratulate you.

Okay here is my master list of Wyler fic recs cause literally two people asked and I cannot control myself.

Chapter 7 of "Taking Comfort (In Your Arms)" is dragging a bit so I'm attempting to wrap it up but in the meantime, below is a little snippet for you.

Groaning, Addie shook her head, knowing full well which ones she might have slipped. “I’m so glad it went well, Jo. But you do realize he’s going to Africa with Bucky and DeMarco doesn’t have a tight lip, right? Not to mention they could run into Charlie.” 

“Your brother, your boyfriend and DeMarco along with Buck, Crosby, Biddick, and Blakely?” Josie’s eyes went wide. “Your brother isn’t going to know what hit him. Hopefully the boys are on their best behavior?” 

Addie laughed, sighing, leaning back in her chair. “They’re Charlie’s responsibility for a few days.” 

Grabbing a stack of papers, Addie attempted to put the boys, Africa and the upcoming meeting with her father out of her mind. She buried her in the work sitting on her desk, letting all of the worries go.
