Ellie (4 or 5 years old), is left at Steph's safe house with a note explaining why Danny (or template as Ellie likes to say whenever Steph says the name Danny) leaves her in her care. Steph wonders why she until she stares into Ellie's eyes and can see the same eyes of the guy who helps her at some point on her "journey" through Africa.

Did anyone catch what Caleb said to "Billy" when he last "saw" him?

Billy spoke to Caleb, really, not the other way around. Caleb was a bit too stunned to speak I think, perhaps they weren't too sure it was real?

Caleb woke from cryosleep alone, earlier than anyone else on the ship, after about a week's worth of warp travel on the way to our job on Indrid-17C (which was the planet Seas Gone Quiet took place on).

Since we've reclaimed the ship, most of the rooms aboard have become very lived in. There are stickers all over the place, lockers reassigned to the crew (including the kids), personal effects scattered around. It's a home now. Somewhere the crew can choose to be, as opposed to somewhere they're forced to be.

When Caleb woke, the environment looked very clean, empty and sterile. Like how we first found it.

A harsh silhouette was sitting at one of the tables in the crew barracks under one of the lights, completely obscured, but very distinct. Holding that same book full of scripts and wearing that same beanie. Caleb knew immediately that it was Billy.

When he spoke, Billy quoted Hamlet, Act 1, Scene 5. Specifically, when the Ghost speaks with Hamlet.

Mark me.

Before Caleb could even grasp what was going on, others began to wake from cryo, and their environment shifted back to reality, and the silhouette was nowhere to be found.

No one else saw, nor heard Billy.

Caleb hasn't seen him since. At least, that we know of.

Dude it's so fun that you're getting into Men Without Hats. I'm not a huge fan or anything but Safety Dance and Pop Goes The World we're pivotal parts of my childhood and it's crazy seeing it all over my feed when they hardly get any recognition anymore

YEA. i think it’s because of their fate as a “one hit wonder” and shit. there ARE fans of them on some parts, but i unfortunately do not know where most of them reside yet (though if i had to guess it’d probably be facebook because of how old of a band they are)

also they have some banger ass shit outside of those two songs. “i got the message” is probably my favorite song from them right now and it apparently has an unreleased music video??? like it was for the funniest reason too, but to me it seems justifiable enough

this one goes to the “Pisces, Aquarius, Capricorn & Jones Ltd.” album cover. it looks really nice to me

22. Favorite song with Micky on lead vocals?

this one is “Randy Scouse Git”, it’s really chaotic and it has an old timey feel to it (i like that kind of stuff). some other favorites include “Admiral Mike”, and “She Makes Me Laugh”.

25. Favorite episode of the series?

season 1, episode 14 (“Dance, Monkee, Dance”). it has two of my favorite moments in a television series ever (and i guess in the monkees TV show as a whole).

If you’re gonna do the ‘find the clockiest fucker in the room’ thing at least have the fucking decency to NOT ask in a public fuckin space in front of a crowd of unknown people, /especially/ if you haven’t talked before and/or aren’t in a queer space. I don’t know you, I don’t know who’s safe, and I really don’t know who’s gonna decide I deserve to be hate crimed because of whatever answer I give.

What you’ve done at this point is you’ve prioritized your curiosity over my safety.

I’ve had two people do it to me in the past month and boy howdy it Has Not been Fun.

Does Nina do the stereotypical “girly” things with Kate LMAO

She tries to!!!

She wants to paint Kate’s nails, do her makeup, hair, go shopping, all of that - but Kate genuinely gets uncomfortable/squeamish doing any of that stuff. Especially shopping in public, with all the fluorescents and people and noise. Every time she sees herself in the mirror with makeup or feminine clothes or something it feels kind of out-of-body for her. It’s not like it gives her a panic attack, but it feels wrong and she feels like the butt of a joke (also butch Kate my beloved)

It took Nina a while to grasp that Kate wasn’t rejecting it cuz she didn’t wanna spend time with her/indulge in her interests! She just had to find different things to do with Kate. She has in fact made Kate take those magazine quizzes, got her in the kitchen to bake with her, they’ll watch shows and movies together. Nina taught Kate how to sew a little, so now Kate is fixing her torn up jeans rather than telling Toby to get her more. She tried getting Kate into astrology … LMAAAOOO I’m pretty sure Nina and Kate are Aquarius and cancer (in my AU) and Nina gets mad cuz they’re incompatible. Kate’s nodding along

Kate only starts collecting hobbies after she gets involved with the Creepjects, all things considered, so it’s mostly everyone teaching her something new

Last video game…. Oh gosh, does Homescapes count? Otherwise Honkai Star Rail.

Honestly? Characters and designs, because there’s so many little things, and then their voices, and the backstories, and ugh… I really like the character aspect, if you couldn’t tell 🤣 even though I haven’t played much lately with school
