How It Started W/ CSM Characters [Gender Neutral]

This is my first x reader fanfiction, so please give me plenty of criticism. You can also request certain scenarios. I hope you enjoy :) Makima:

Makima is not a devil who cares for love. She finds the idea of love to be below her, a human concept that doesn’t concern her.

You two are coworkers at the Public Safety office in Tokyo. She’s a superior and you’re a new hire, ready to prove yourself

At first, she pays you no attention unless it’s to give you orders. Whatever kind of worker you are, lazy, hardworking, enthusiastic, etc., whatever it is, it slowly catches her attention.

At first, the idea of you becoming a lingering thought to her vexes her. She’s an important person who has to run a government organization, she has no reason to get interested in anyone, even in a platonic sense

But she can’t help it, something about you stays with her until the end of the day. This can’t persist, as she has plans for Chainsaw Man and the world. With all the devils of hell to deal with, one measly human can’t distract her

She “accidentally” let some devils loose in the Tokyo district and sent you and your team to go and fix the situation.

Despite all the odds stacked against you, you survive and this does it, Makima then can’t help but think of you CONSTANTLY.

Slowly but surely her schemes pivot from Chainsaw Man and eradicating devils to getting you to be just as infatuated with her as she is with you

Maybe she could make some use of you as well

Kobeni:

Poor ‘Beni, there’s no way in hell that she has the confidence to ask you out. It’s all on you, champ

For Kobeni, you will definitely need to be coworkers for you two to become close. She has to work constantly in order to please her abusive family.

You guys are assigned to patrol the city on day and that is how you two meet.

During that patrol, you strike up conversations with Kobeni, who, despite her nervous appearance, cheerfully reciprocates.

You don’t mind her nervousness, in fact, you find it quite endearing, leading you to slowly fall for her

After that patrol, you two exchange contact information to stay in touch outside of work.

This is where she will progressively open up to you about her family problems and the difficulties that she has to go through and, to her surprise, you listen and try to help her on an emotional level

No one really cared about her emotionally so she didn’t know what to do, she felt a bit overwhelmed

You being there for her and being a genuinely kind person to her is what makes her slowly grow attached to you and what makes you fall for her even harder.

You ask her to go out to eat or to watch a movie. You stop short of calling it a “date” just in case

You both have a great time

She doesn’t admit it out loud, but she would definitely agree to a few more dates

Asa:

You’re a student who transferred to Fourth East High School. You introduce yourself to the class.

Asa doesn’t think much of you at first, you’re just another student after all.

It isn’t until you are seated next to Asa that she finally pays you any attention

You start trying to talk to her outside of class to her initial displeasure, she’s an incredibly emotionally avoidant person.

This goes on for a little bit until the Bucky situation, Yoru taking over her body, and Asa losing her best friend Yuko.

After that, she starts to appreciate you coming up to her constantly.

These past two weeks have been miserable for her and you taking time out of your day to bug talk to her has cheered her up ever so slightly

Yoru wants to take advantage of this newfound friendship to make a powerful weapon to kill Chainsaw Man

Of course, Asa can’t let that happen, you are one of the only people talking to her at the moment and she can’t let you be taken away from her

This feeling of friendship slowly changes, she looks forward to school just at the thought of seeing you again

Asa decides that she must act and so she asks you out on a date and to her surprise, you agree!

Things are looking up for Asa! She has someone who she can be close with and maybe more than friends!

Maybe Yoru can leave this relationship alone, right?

🥊Nina and Logan Relationship Synastry🥊

*I recently watched an interview w these two and their energy towards each other was interesting . Obviously their relationship has attracted alot of drama due to the his boxing opponent cyberbullying Nina*

🥊 first and foremost Logan is a Pisces Venus. These men are looking for someone kind, empathetic, and fairytale like. Women who are in distress, emotionally vulnerable, dealing with grief and trauma. Obviously people aren’t perfect but it takes some time for Pisces Venus men to learn this. When they are young they will fall in love with the idea of a girl who will turn out to not be what they wanted. They will hold onto this woman while still longing for their true fantasy and usually this leads to cheating. They are constantly displeased with the realities of a relationships /!; If you do not fit their fantasy you’re done for. These men can really disregard women who don’t fit their ideal and use this to justify sleeping around because the women weren’t “worthy” of good treatment anyway. They have to learn there is no prefect partner and everyone has bad days but loving someone despite all that is the purpose.

🥊Pluto in 10th his reputation is all over the place. He’s done some terrible things and this is something he’s struggling with. I think he’s worried that he’ll never find someone he genuinely likes because he doesn’t think he deserves it. Also, indicates image obsession and control issues. Nicki Minaj also has this a shes made statements about her husband being w her with or without the fame and during her hate train era.

🥊regarding her past, Ik a lot of Aquarius mars women who don’t view intimacy the way society wants them to. I love love love Aquarius mars women lol and I do not agree w the slut shaming. Not to mention the person (Dillion) who is fueling a lot of the slutshaming has mars conjunct lilith. This might indicate he directs his anger towards women who are outspoken, nonconformist, or overtly sexual as those are themes of Lilith.

🥊Logan has moon square neptune which mean his relationship with women is not always clear to him. He could be very empathetic towards women to the point he gets manipulated or he’s the manipulator.

🥊Logan has Venus in the 1st so he’s attracted to Martian qualities in a woman. He also has mars in the 7th so his marriages could be very chaotic and Rocky. Nina is an Aries sun + Aries Mercury

🥊her moon is in his 12th…. It’s a big he’s not seeing her for who she actually is. She can pick up on his emotional cues and sensitivities. He mentioned noticing her years ago on a super-bowl ad and it’s a high chance he dreamt about her. He views her as someone who needs protection from this “big bad world”. I think he literally called her an “Angel” and a “Saint” 😭😭😭. He is especially attracted to this overlay because he’s a Pisces Venus.

🥊also as a Capricorn rising a big thing for him is settling down with someone they can start a family with and marry. He’s made it clear he wants to marry Nina and have children. They take having children very seriously because usually these people were forced to grow up too soon and they don’t want to inflict that onto their own kids.

🥊her mars in his 1st he looks exactly how her ideal man should be. I’ve had this synastry before you’re just very very very attracted to them. It can get to be a lot when the 1st house person starts to “put on a show” and do too much lol.

🥊Nina has Venus trine Pluto so it’s no shocker that her looks and beauty lead her to be engaged to someone with money. These women can use their femininity to gain access to other peoples funds, secrets, and fears. They know relationships aren’t just about “love” and they easily find themselves playing the game. However her Pisces Venus is still a hopeless romantic at heart.

🥊he has Venus square pluto and he’s definitely used relationships or flirting for content purposes. He made it a point to say he didn’t want Nina to feel like content so he kept their relationship private. He is attracted to women with access to money and bonus points if she’s secretive.

JuJutsu Kaisen Personality Types Part 1: Suguru Geto

Okay, here we go!

Geto is absolutely the character that inspired me to expand this series to JJK, so I figured I should start with him. He's such a beautifully written, tragic character, and one whose descent feels inevitable by the time it happens.

Anyway, here's how I see his personality type!

Geto Suguru's Enneagram

Wound: We don't know a ton about Geto's life before he entered JuJutsu High, so it's hard to say.

Wounding message: Also hard to say.

Core desire: For the world to be just, and to play a role in making/keeping it that way.

Core fear: an unjust world, loss

Defense mechanism: Geto has a strong sense of justice that guides him in his decisions; he falls back on this when he's unsure

Strengths: Geto is highly attuned to the people he cares about, he's principled, responsible, rational, idealistic, hard-working, empathetic, organized, strategic, and he seeks input from people he trusts

Challenges: Geto is resentful, scapegoats non-sorcerers, rigid, thinks of the world in black-and-white, obsessive, easily demoralized, looks down at others

When healthy: Geto has a sense of fun, trusts in his friends, and respects other worldviews

When unhealthy: Geto is angry, vengeful, self-important, envious, uses his empathy as a reason to hurt others

Looking at all of this, here's what connects when I go back to the Enneagram post:

Wound: again, hard to say

Wounding message: I didn't give a wounding message above, but I could see a case for 1, 2, 3, or 8.

Core desire: 1, 3, or 6

Core fear: 1, 3, or 9

Defense mechanism: 1

Strengths: 1, 3, or 8

Challenges: 1, 4, or 5

When healthy: 1, 3, 6, or 8

When unhealthy: 1, 7, or 8

Geto is an Enneagram 1.

I actually think Geto is a pretty clear 1, though maybe that's because I'm a 1 myself and found some of his thought patterns during his descent to be uncomfortably close to home. When things aren't "right," I totally get the impulse to burn it all down. Especially when lives are at stake.

That's the thing about Geto; even though he hurt innumerable people after he turned, he did so out of deep compassion for the people who he'd seen get hurt. He couldn't bear seeing Gojo nearly die; he couldn't deal with Haibara's death, and he finally lost it when he saw Nanako and Mimiko caged by those villagers. No disconnect exists in his mind because he no longer sees non-sorcerers as humans. He even viewed them as lesser before he flipped, constantly referring to them as "the weak."

Ones live in the Gut center, and tend to repress anger. From Personality Path:

Anger is typically repressed by Type 1s. Type 1s try hard not to express anger as they associate it as a “bad” emotion. Instead, they report a lot of irritation. Interestingly, when their anger is eventually expressed, it can be intense, with a laser focus. A harsh inner voice dictating rigid internal standards is often at the bottom of each of the three core emotions for Type 1s.

Wing

The Enneagram Institute calls 1w9s "The Idealist" and 1w2s "The Advocate." I think Geto's wing is a little tricky to suss out, and I could see a case for either.

Geto is fine with conflict and will readily stand up to others when he disagrees with them. However, he loves when Gojo relies on him, and spirals when he's no longer central to Gojo's life. When he turns, he immediately inserts himself into a leadership position in the religious group. His desire to be needed makes him much more likely to be a 1w2, in my opinion.

From Truity:

These Ones are more focused on the livelihoods of other people, and champion causes focused on meeting people’s needs. They may appear overly controlling or critical of other people in an effort to help them become the “best version” of themselves. Like the Type Two, this type wants to help and feel appreciated.

I think, the fact that Twos go to Eight when stressed, and Eights can have more of a "burn it all down" mentality than others, also makes a good case for Geto having a Two wing.

Subtype

In reading about the different subtypes of One, Geto clearly connects the most to SO 1w2.

Enneagram Explained describes SO Ones like this:

Focuses On:  The need to be correct/right with their groups and communities. SO 1s often take on being the teacher or role model with those around them; trying to show others the right way to live. These 1s are often concerned with fairness and justice. Relationship to Their Vice (anger): SO 1s often suppress their anger but are also a bit ok with showing it. Potential Mistypes: SO 1s can often look like type 3s or type 5s.

Tritype

With One as his Gut type, I could see Five or Six as his Head type, and I could see any of Two, Three, or Four as his Heart type.

After reading the descriptions on Katherine Fauvre's website, I think 1-4-6 (The Philosopher) is the best fit:

If you are a 146, you are diligent, intuitive, and inquisitive. You want to be ethical, original, and certain. You are a private and introspective person and prefer to keep your world small to pursue your creative interests. Only one or two know your true thoughts and insecurities. Morally focused, you voice your expectations and criticisms, hoping your insights will help them to improve. However, you are kind-hearted, and cannot turn a blind eye to others you feel you should assist.

Suguru Geto's MBTI

Here's how I see Geto's Type Dynamics:

Feeling: Geto feels things deeply. I believe his Dominant Process is Introverted Feeling (Fi). At its best, Fi can look like someone who "seeks harmony of action and thoughts with personal values. May not always articulate those values. Empathetic, sensitive, and idealistic." At its worst, Fi can look like someone who will "carry the weight of the world on their shoulders, hypersensitive, pompous, feel sorry for themselves".

iNtuiting: Geto is strongly intuiting, making big leaps and connections by noticing patterns. I believe he uses Extraverted Intuiting (Ne).

Sensing: This would make his Tertiary Process Introverted Sensing (Si).

Thinking: Last, his Inferior process would be Extraverted Thinking (Te). Te as an Inferior Process can look like being "overly critical and negative toward others, judge others harshly, quick to take action to try and control/correct their own imagined incompetence which often backfires making the problem worse".

This would make his Type Dynamics Fi Ne Si Te, and his MBTI INFP (The Healer).

Here's how the Myers & Briggs Foundation describes INFP:

Idealistic, loyal to their values and to people who are important to them. Want to live a life that is congruent with their values. Curious, quick to see possibilities, can be catalysts for implementing ideas. Seek to understand people and to help them fulfill their potential. Adaptable, flexible, and accepting unless a value is threatened.

This comes as a bit of a surprise, as I was certain Geto would be a Judging type, but this actually does sound like him.

Interestingly, this means Geto has a lot in common with two Fruits Basket characters: Mayu and Kazuma.

With Mayu, he shares his Enneagram, Wing, Subtype, and Tritype, but not his MBTI or any Type Dynamics (Mayu is ENFJ, The Teacher).

With Kazuma, he shares his Enneagram, Subtype, Tritype, and MBTI, but not his Wing (Kazuma is 1w9, The Dreamer).

I think this gets to the heart of what makes Geto such an interesting and well-written character. He has qualities we associate with deeply compassionate and empathetic people. Arguably, he is an extremely empathetic and compassionate person, but seeing the death and mistreatment of his fellow sorcerers was just too much for him. His empathy (toward his fellow sorcerers) led him to effectively start a genocide.

So, to summarize:

Enneagram: SO 1w2 (The Reformer/The Advocate)

Tritype: 4-6-1 (The Philosopher)

MBTI: INFP (The Healer)

At his core, Geto is someone who thinks and feels deeply about how the world should be, and tries to do what's right according to his own (sometimes very warped) moral code. He is extremely loyal to those closest to him and thinks of himself in terms of his role within the community of JuJutsu sorcerers.

And to honour this great man I decided to bring to the light some of the more negative aspects of an idol's personality to appreciate them in a way.

Byun Baekhyun is a very talented and popular artist. He’s celebrated success as a member and vocal of EXO, same as in his solo career. He’s well respected and deserves to be admired by all means. However, nobody is perfect and the same applies to Baekhyun.

Many fans know about Baekhyun’s playfulness and high energy with which he approaches his life. Taken to extreme, he might become inconsistent and unpredictable which can be problematic when dealing with serious issues. Sometimes he can become irresponsible when the matter at hand doesn’t seem exciting enough for him. He can easily grow impatient and drop projects simply because he loses interest. Baekhyun is a positive person but he might have tendencies to carelessness and treating things lightly.

Baekhyun is known for being a ray of sunshine but sometimes he might slip into laziness when his tasks seem dull. He will avoid them and ignore them because he’s not interested and he will hope somebody else will take care of them. Even when initially enthusiastic and eager about something, he can lose the drive quickly sometimes when the project loses its charm to him. Anything that’s predictable and dull makes Baekhyun bored and uninterested. He doesn’t like to be part of the crowd when it comes to his style but at the same time he wants to be popular and loved by others which pushes him towards following the common taste. This disbalance and friction might make him feel guilty or ashamed whenever he gives in to the common taste. The fact he has tendencies towards materialism, wanting beautiful and trendy things, living a luxurious life, only make it more difficult for him to resist the temptation of following the crowd.

While Baekhyun can easily pick up on the moods of others and become a mood maker, his own feelings and emotions are way harder for him to read. He might have problems understanding himself which inevitably transfers into his impression that he’s actually misunderstood by others, that nobody can truly get what he thinks and feels. While he might not like to admit it, Baekhyun is very emotional and sometimes he might get blinded by his feelings and make haste decisions in the heat of the moment which he might regret later on. Sometimes he doesn’t think things through properly and get disappointed and frustrated when the outcome is not as he imagined. In general, Baekhyun has tendencies to fire up easily. He’s got quite a temper and can get infuriated when things are not going the way he wanted them to do. The fact he’s slightly confused by his own emotions and feelings can lead to struggling making decisions. If he’s not rushing into something due to his fiery mood, he can get stuck on one pesky issue for ages.

It’s no surprise that keeping up with Baekhyun can be difficult. He can act erratically and unpredictably, you never know what will catch his interest or upset him. Honestly, he doesn’t really know either most of the time. Baekhyun is living fast and he can get really irritated by people who take a long time to act or beat around the bush in discussion. He’s likely to prefer direct and plainly speaking people around him. It’s also safer that way because Baekhyun can suffer from fear of betrayal and honest people are less likely to lie to him or manipulate him. He might sometimes get an impression he’s got bad luck, slipping into gloominess when he believes nothing goes well in his life but only until the moment when something new excites him. However dealing with his bad mood can be a lot to handle for the people around him.

Talking about his relationships, Baekhyun can fall in love easily. However, he truly dislikes being pushed in love or towards commitment. It’s not recommended to rush Baekhyun when it comes to romance. He’s a carefree person and will enjoy all the fun and sweetness of dating but can truly struggle to commit to a serious relationship due to his previously mentioned fear of betrayal. While Baekhyun loves a good heated dispute with his lover (or in general, really), sometimes he can slip into domestic strife and arguments which are way less fun. It can create a tense atmosphere, which is hard to get over for many days to come, especially because it feels uncomfortable and Baekhyun will prefer to ignore it rather than work on a solution.

so, i am way to into making DRs..i make more progress with these ideas than actually shifting smh so im here to tell you all the different ones i have! not all of them are fandom related or part of a movie/tv but most of them may be

-BRAND NEW! if any of you have seen the movie In Time, its a reality where instead of money as the currency, its time. there are time zones as communities, based of the amount of time people have. everyone lives up to age 25 before they stop aging completely, and then they have this clock on their arm. it gives them another 65 years to live (not age), however, you have to buy housing, food, etc with that said time on your wrist. think of your arm as apple pay. there are gangs (minute men) who constantly try to steal/deal with time. and then the time keepers, almost like cops. anyways, its someone fun to try and if you wanted i would script something like I Never Run Out Of Time, so you dont die, but anyways it seemed like a cool place to be! try watching the movie

-Inception! if youve never seen inception, its a movie about a secret job that deals with entering peoples dreams. im not the best at explaining, but im gonna give it my best shot. if i dont do a good enough job at explaining- def go watch the movie if you like really thinking about movies and cool theories. essentially, there are roles for these jobs related to entering dreams. normally, the goal of this job is Inception (the theory that you can subconsciously plant an idea into someones head while they are dreaming). if that doesnt quite make sense, lets try this example. Don’t think of a pink elephant. what did you just think of? a pink elephant, right? this idea is implemented into undercover jobs within this secret profession. you may be wondering why this is necessary? why do you need to give someone an idea or thought... it seems easier to talk to someone straight up? this is a high class job, and dreams have emotional value sometimes with people that may make more an an effect rather than talking to them. OR- you can dream-walk to obtain information from an enemy, client, etc. the thing with dreamwalking is that its challenging, and it requires a team. here are the people needed to dream walk:

          Extractor- this person obtains the information, the front man of the job. they are the ones normally asked for the service by corporations and clientele. theyre personal end game is to get the information or plant the seed in the dream.

          Point Man- this person is the one giving directions, head of the job in a way. they decide where each person goes, what each person does, but its all in the dream. they come up with a plan/direction, and inform their coworkers. they also improv and assist if anything were to go wrong

          Architect- this person designs and creates the dream environment. they typically build original “sets” so that they dont mirror reality, which is key to the job. architect is normally the dreamer, so they are the first to be asleep/put under, and everyone syncs/joins this persons dreams. architect NEVER shows their designs, otherwise the plan may fail.

          Chemist- to join the dreams, people must be put under anesthesia of some kind. the chemist will conjure a drug/drink/etc that will put the team under within a block of time. this specific chemical within the sedative cocktail is what allows these dreams to be shared among the rest of the team

          Forger- this person can alter their appearance in a dream. when entering someone dream, they can look like whoever the client needs in order to make the emotional impact to plant that seed.

I reccommend that your dream team (see what I did there) is all your favorite people! sure, you could use the actual movie characters, but you can always add people to the team, come up w new ones, and stuff like that! thats what I did

-dream school! i know this may be weird, school leaves a pretty bad taste in your mouth but to some degree, everyone loves learning. it just has to be at your own pace, in the right environment, and with your passion. it can be music school, engineering, wizarding school, ANY KIND OF SCHOOL! ITS YOUR REALITY! bring all your favorite characters, place this school in your favorite country! have you ever seen boarding schools, or private schools that are super ritzy? MAKE THAT YOUR SCHOOL! put your school in a mall like arena and create something totally unheard of. the one I made, has coffee shops INSIDE THE SCHOOL. it has parlors, restaurants, apartments, shopping, living essentials ETC! dont limit how many people you bring with you! the more the merrier! make housing an option! you can live in this giant building OR create different neighborhoods, own multiple places within this environment! what I did was I create sections of living, like resorts. theres a snowy log cabin-y area, a Victorian/vintage housing area. think of ALL THE POSSIBILITIES. limit or unlimit your classes! TAKE ALL OF YOUR FAV TEACHERS EVER AND BRING THEM TO YOUR DR! SCRIPT THEM IN! or make characters your teachers! create classes! pull shit out of your ass! make this school everything youve ever wanted in life.

post-apocalyptic! BE CAREFUL. dont do anything stupid or dangerous. but, there is a thrill to these kinds of environments. just dont script anything like true to hunger games or something similar, death and violent outlets dont need to be unleashed in other realities. those are real people. however, you can alter details in these settings to make it not so mentally harmful. change the fact that kids in hunger games are dying, and make sure that it can be more like a game of tag. once you touch anyone off your team in hunger games, or once they touch a barrier, they are out of the game. not dead. Divergent is an interesting DR as well, script any characters from any other realms/worlds/etc to be in your sector. or, Walking Dead or anything true apocalyptic is fun too! just be careful, script that you have no trauma pls jfc.

roadtrip life! like traveling? want to see the whole world? how about with your favorite characters? go online and search Custom RV/Trailer builder and you can create your own trailer to have friends with while you travel! you have unlimited funds, and endless parts of the world to see. script anyone you want to go anywhere you want! you can vlog the entire way, make a movie, share it with the world, or use this world as a peaceful escape. 

suburban escape! take your favorite person (i recommend romantic partner for this specific situation) and create a peaceful escape. a very feasible world thats guaranteed to bring you comfort. take this said romantic person, and have three kids if you fancy! have a white picket fence, and just create a simplistic getaway with your dream family.

aesthetics! take your favorite aesthetic, which could be cottage core, dark academia, and live in it! create an entire town! country! world! based off of your aesthetic! bring in characters and dress them up to fit this style youve got going and just live in it!

OMG YAY!!! I'm so sorry it took me so long to post these. Work has been BRUTAL lately and it took me a minute to get my thoughts organized on these, but thank you so much for the asks! I'm gonna post them below the cut so people don't have to scroll through my wall of text because....well, you know me.

👁️ - What color are their eyes? Do people notice their eyes? Is there anything special about them (shows emotion easily, literally magical...)?

Jaidys/Torvahl - Both mother and son have very striking silver-blue eyes—nearly white they're so pale.

While Jaidys' eyes are one of her more prominent features, they often aren't the first thing people notice about her. Her appearance is a little eccentric for a Sith considering she favors all-white clothing and blatantly displays her slave brands. However, when people do look into her eyes it is a deeply unsettling experience. Her gaze is cruel, cold, and unyielding, leaving you with the sickening feeling that you are being stalked by a predator.

Torvahl inherited Jaidys' strange eye color, however where his mother's eyes hold malice, Torvahl's are distinctly kind. When he was younger he absolutely hated his eyes. Anything that reminded him of Jaidys filled him with absolute dread, and he assumed that others would only ever see a Sith when they looked at him. This was especially true when he first arrived on Tython. Imagine his shock when he arrived at the temple only to find out that he was actually rather...boring. Basically just another run-of-the mill human, and he was thrilled. He does get a lot of compliments on his eyes since they're his most noticeable feature. It always makes him happy to know that people find them warm and comforting instead of instilling the fear that Jaidys' gaze always inflicted.

💥 - What emotions do they have trouble dealing with?

Lizseth - Lizseth does not handle guilt well. At all. When she finds out the galaxy has gone to hell after her five year stint in carbonite, she is convinced that it's entirety her fault and the thought makes her physically ill. She feels like she abandoned her companions, her friends, her husband...everyone. Even though she knows that her imprisonment was beyond her control, it doesn't stop her from hating herself for not fighting harder.

In order to function, she essentially has to shut down all emotion, but she isn't as good at it as she thinks she is. As Alliance Commander, she takes every loss personally, and Lana and Theron worry about her constantly. When she slowly begins to reunite with her companions, her heart bleeds for the suffering they went through.

This is especially true for Torian.

When they finally have a moment alone on Darvannis, it takes him clutching her face in his hands and practically shaking her before he gets her calm down long enough to listen to him.

It wasn't her fault. It never was.

🌙 - What is your OC's greatest wish? How far are they willing to go for it?

Torvahl - Torvahl's greatest wish is to be reunited with his sister, despite knowing that there's a high chance she isn't the person that he remembers. He vehemently believes that at the very least he owes her an explanation for leaving her all those years ago, even if she refuses to forgive him—or worse, tries to kill him. It's a wish that he harbors in secret. The Jedi Council would hardly approve of him hunting down a Sith during his scarce moments of downtime, and more importantly wanting to reconnect with her goes against the Jedi Code. So, how far is he willing to go? His sister is important enough for him to break the very Code he's sworn to and risk his place among the Jedi, however he wouldn't put the lives of others at risk to make it happen. If anyone has to face the threat of death or exile it will be him and him alone.

🙈 - What's a side of your OC that they don't want to show other people?

Sehlaan - It may be cliché, but she struggles with showing vulnerability in any capacity, including her love life. She was raised to believe that any show of weakness was a death sentence—a belief that was often proven true, especially during her time at the Academy and during her apprenticeship. When she's on the battlefield, her stoicism is a virtue. She knows from experience that leading armies demands that she be a pillar of strength and resolve. Any crack in her façade could tank morale as well as put her ability to lead into question. This was especially true during the operation on Yavin-4 and during her leadership of the Alliance. One false move while commanding an army composed of two warring factions would have killed both endeavors in their infancy.

It's a different story when it comes to her relationships—both platonic and romantic. Her stubborn refusal to relinquish control and just allow herself to be a human being often did more harm than good. After being burned during her relationship with Malavai Quinn, she was determined to never let anyone worm their way under her skin again. Then she met Arcann, and she slowly began to open up in order to help him heal. She found it was easier to be herself around him, which in turn allowed her to open up in her friendships with Lana, Jaesa, and Theron. Sehlaan still has days where she struggles, but it's easier to remind herself that she doesn't have to be perfect all of the time—that she is allowed to have moments of doubt and to feel insecure.

🌌 - What was the inspiration behind your OC? What was the first thing you decided about them?

Sehlaan - I don't know if I had any particular inspiration for Sehlaan. She just kind of came to life in the character creator, and the more I fleshed her out in-game the more I loved her. The first things I decided about her? I knew that she would 100% be played neutral and eventually lean towards more light-side choices in a nice redemption arc. I also had her family tree sorted pretty much immediately. I knew she was going to be the daughter of my SI, and that she would have a Jedi brother.

✏️ - Is there a particular quote/lyric that you associate with them?

Jaidys - "A smiling face draped over stone cold eyes / reflecting a fire, fueled with lies" — "Vaudeville" by Priest

💘 - What traits do they look for in a relationship? Do they believe in love at first sight?

Sehlaan - Sehlaan does not believe in love at first sight. At all. She believes that you need to truly know the good and the bad that comes with a person—all of their quirks and annoying habits, the things that keep them up at night and the traumas that come into the relationship with them—otherwise you are simply in love with a façade. It's one of the reasons she and Arcann work so well together. She knows him inside and out, and every day she chooses to love the good and the bad that comes with him just as he does with her.

When it comes to relationships, she looks for comfort and solace. To her, being with your partner should feel like home no matter where you are in the galaxy. She also looks for a solid friendship in her partner. If she can't find common ground with a person and enjoy their company platonically, throwing romance/sex into the mix would only be a recipe for disaster.

Lizseth - Lizseth doesn't believe in love at first sight either. In her eyes, love at first sight is a prettier way to justify pure animal attraction. There's nothing wrong with lust. She just believes that there's a lot more work required than simply looking at someone and deciding you love them.

When it comes to partners, Lizseth wants someone who can make her laugh. If the person she's interested in has no sense of humor, she doesn't even waste her time. She also craves intimacy in all of its forms, despite being a bit of a hard ass in most other aspects of her life. She wants to be wooed by her partner—though not necessarily in the traditional sense of the word. She enjoys a good game of cat and mouse in her relationships. This means flirting, teasing, lingering touches, and heated glances—the thrill of the chase even if she's already in a committed relationship with that person. It all boils down to the fact that Lizseth needs to feel wanted. The moment she feels like she's a burden to someone, the relationship crashes and burns.

Link's character in BOTW and TOTK is interesting since he's honestly the first time we get much of a sense of Link's actual personality since Wind Waker and the implications in Twilight Princess, since he's never really been able to emote or communicate directly, but in this game, we can infer a LOT from both ludonarrative story (there are some actions Link CAN'T perform, which means that he is willing to do the things he CAN do, given context or motivation) and what the gameplay encourages him to do, and his lines.

So this presents us with a Link who is under a huge amount of stress, but when he's not stressed, he's just a delightfully horrendous goblin. He constantly messes with people, phrases things in odd ways in a whimsical way ("I am he"), deliberately screwing with people for no reason, entirely willing to set himself on fire in the middle of Death Mountain to see what happens when you use a potion this way, and can be very impatient and irritable, but also strangely savvy about the sort of gameplay he has to deal with and being annoyed about fetch quests or no one just helping him when asked.

i was actually surprised when it was stated in game that he is from a noble family and is an ACTUAL knight, because the gameplay, close relationship with the Zora, Gorons and Koroks gave me the assumption that he was actually raised by gorons, spent a lot of time among the koroks and was childhood friends with Mipha, and I think his backstory is vague enough so that this COULD still be true, he was simply adopted into a noble family once it was confirmed he was the incarnation of the Hero, which is one reason he's unhappy and uncomfortable in Hylian high society until Zelda warms up to him

fr i find this Link so fun. people harp on his “emotionlessness” and ig his stone face is only a little jarring in significant cutscenes but i always figured any Lack of reaction is because we’re meant to project onto him. that’s Link’s whole point as a playable protag anyway. so i never really thought abt it like that lol

in totk there was a convo with a girl in hateno and idk how it went exactly but she was like “i cant let you love me you must stay away” and he was like “but i cant stay away!” and u can make him say it like three times after she says no like, what a dork who is this guy. and we Know he’s fucking around because we’re fucking around, it’s fun i love him.

i was surprised by him being a knight bc i don’t recall a Link being a royal knight in other versions. like he’s mostly been a young man, or actual kid, from the backwoods who becomes the Hero as a call to fated action. this Link was like, almost always expected to be that, and w him being Zeldas personal knight it gave their relationship another layer. It’s more intimate than other versions.

Goron raised Link gives a great mental vision though, can explain why he can eat rocks.

I think s4 Steve kinda made sense. Imagine your first real gf tells you she loves you one day and the next calls you bullshit and then basically admits that your relationship is based on a lie. I think Steve flirting and dating around but never truly committing to anyone is him being terrified of letting himself go or be vulnerable. And then he's together with Nancy for the first time in a year, who let him believe it's all his fault, but now that he has changed, maybe he could get back to her. Even tho she hurt him, she was also the first person who saw his real side, plus being talked into persuing that relationship by his best friends certainly had an impact. I don't doubt he dreams of having a family with her because he never got closure from the breakup in s2 and still views her in rose-colored light rather than for who she truly is. Still I want more of him outside of romance. I want him in leading position because of his physical abilities (being a lifeguard and basketball team leader) and his survival instincts. Steve isn't stupid and I hate the Duffers for making him too dumb to get into college because his main reason for not going in s2 was so he can stay around for Nancy and protect her. He would still want to be in Hawkins for Dustin. He is also confused what he wants to do with his life so that could have been a better route to "loserfy" his character instead of making him incredibly stupid and the butt of all jokes.

Dustin and Steve hurt my soul in s4, I don't think Eddie was created for being the new Steve tho. He was created because the Duffers wanted to tap into the santanic panic, but ultimately, because Eddie being hunted was not because of DnD but because Chrissys body was found in his home. I agree he died a Steve death to give Dustin trauma. But also Steve had no reason to die in s4 so someone else had to give emotional impact on Dustin. The Duffers only view losing someone as the ultimate trauma, being tortured or seeing literal monsters is not enough to give characters a more emotional arc to overcome the things they saw.

Robin is not that different (her real personality shined through at the ebd of s3 already), I think she behaves in another way because she is comfortable around Steve and his friends. She doesn't have to mask or hide herself that much anymore. However, her wanting to be bff with Nancy in a way that made her look pathetic was ooc for sure. I discussed it with others but because the show has limited time we have to rush through stuff and complicated character relationships are cut short because of the need to get everyone to like each other so they can fight the overall evil. The Duffers are allergic to giving Nancy any growth. Other characters have to kiss her ass 24/7.

Jonathan idk he didn't have a real personality since becoming Nancy's boyfriend. In s4 I liked his arc? Sorta you can clearly tell he self medicates with weed to ease his anxieties. Like his entire thing is being the provider for his family. Will and El slowly grow up and don't need him as much, it's fucking with him. Plus, Nancy is not getting his financial problems, he simply doesn't know how to deal with it. He isn't a confrontational person so all of that plus general trauma from his dad and the past few years take a toll on him. And then he meets Argyle who is so chill and gets him weed and for a few hours everything is okay so he just is constantly high because it helps.

I think I agree w pretty much everything except the stancy stuff. I see what u mean however I think at it’s core it’s lazy writing and the writers simply don’t care enough to explore Steve’s character (or like 95% of the characters) any further than romantic interest w his *~soulmate~* Nancy.

Also unfortunately I don’t think Robin has anything to do w being more herself I think that maybe she is just played by a not great actress 😭

Journal Summary #1

With 7 weeks into this course and a few chapters into the book, I've learned to perceive stress- especially mine- in a whole different aspect. I've learned numerous techniques to relax and reduce the

strains caused by stress on my mind and body, I've learned to boost my internal locus of control and become a more acceptable and optimistic person. When it comes to comparing my stress and happiness

levels both before and after this course, I see a major difference in the way I carry myself as an all- around healthy individual. Although I'm not completely and perfectly stress-free, I know that I have the

potential to progress and deal with stress in a better, healthier way than before. Overlooking my journal entries, I noticed that I've developed a daily habit of writing down my bothersome feelings, and enclosing those entries with a positive thought. I find myself constantly reminding myself that 'it could be worse', and this helps me accept the things in my life that stresses me out, and I try to encounter those stressful situations in a positive manner. After getting worked up by the usual school and work-related problems, I instantly take a deep breath in that moment and attempt to "go with the flow". This certain technique allows me to fight off my overwhelming feelings and to challenge those school and work-related tasks. For instance, at my work in the coffee shop, we are in the process of training new people who can sometimes unintentionally leave you in the front of the house by yourself. I've been left alone during a rush of 6-7 groups whom ordered a lot of coffee, and although I'm capable of making many drinks at once, I'd become flustered and overwhelmed by all of their presence, and yet there is only one of me. This scenario ends with my performance not being so favorable, and I become emotionally and mentally impaired for the duration of that event. Lately, rather than having my stress levels sky-rocket as they usually would've done whenever this happens, taking a deep breath helps me become alert and take on this challenge. I guess you can call it "getting in the zone" as I tame my anxiety. My outlook on difficult and stressful encounters aren't as negative as before. I've learned and actually do find myself having more positive thoughts and an optimistic perception throughout the day. In my opinion, I think this is a major advantage on living a healthy lifestyle, and it's a big deal because I believe that my actions and emotions stems from my interpretations. I can honestly say that I do need to work on my time management skills for that matter, and that I'm headed in the right direction if I continue to cope with stress in a healthy manner. As I recall the first lecture and meetings concerning the 5 dimensions of health, I really wanted to work on my physical and social health. I feel that with these two dimensions in comparison to the others,

I'm not as content with them and myself as I wish to be. To personally reach the goal of my self- contentment within these two dimensions, I am encouraging myself to take the necessary baby steps to

get there. For the physical dimension, I have the most work cut out for me. I am currently taking baby steps to cut the habit of smoking cigarettes, I find myself eating more fruits and vegetables than last semester, and I've asked my boyfriend to help incorporate some physical activity at some time during the day. I haven't quite adapted to these baby steps fully where they're considered to be habits, but I see myself accepting these small changes that can positively impact my physical health dimension for the better. As far as the social dimension of health is concerned, I'm putting this specific dimension last on my list. I can socialize with a billion people a day, but my goal is to have that social foundated platform of support as I did back in high school. With this being said, I wanted to have a solid group of friends, as I do family members, in the bay area since most of my friends back in Hawaii have become distant and

out of reach as far as their physical company is concerned. I find myself becoming too focused with work and school that it's naturally set in my mind that social outtings and bonds aren't necessary. It's discouraging for me to socialize with people as more than acquaintances or coworkers, so this is defintely something I'd like to progress in at some point. In all honesty, I'm proud with the moves I'm making that personally benefit me. I feel that before I can connect with other people, I have to focus and find my sense of confidence and comfort before I build that same comfort with others. I definitely find myself becoming more optimistic about my personal outlook on life, and that is a major accomplishment so far in my opinion. Stress is definitely inevitable, but so far the habit of taking deep breaths helps me cope with the stressful encounters. I find myself accepting the things I cannot change, and am highly looking forward to my future, new and improved self.

The little dark haired girl with big blue eyes bounced behind you wearing a purple sparkly princess dress as you walked the halls of the Sanctum Sanctorum. Well, walk was a generous term for what you were doing. At this point it was more like waddling. You didn't remember being this big with your daughter. Especially when you still had about a couple months left to go in your pregnancy.

"Okay, what about… Pongo?"

"No."

"Olaf?"

"No."

"Ooo, what about Stitch?!"

"Donna Victoria Strange, we are not naming your baby brother after a Disney character... I will consider Stitch as a nickname though if he's a little troublemaker like you. Your father does behave like Stitch sometimes too though."

At that very moment Stephen stepped around a corner a few feet in front of you causing you to come to as abrupt a halt as you could manage. A mischievous smirk on his face as he held out his hands for you to balance. Winking over your shoulder to his little mini-me who smiled a big happy grin missing several teeth.

The two of them were starting to drive you nuts. They had made a little deal with each other a few weeks ago. Once you started having more trouble moving around with the size of your pregnant belly. One of them constantly had to keep an eye on you. It was Stephen's idea of course. He had done the same thing during your first pregnancy. This time around he just had your daughter to help him. Donna loved helping her daddy with anything and everything so she of course agreed with him.

It all came from a good place. Stephen was nothing if not a bit of a worrywart when it came to you and your children. He had been since day one. Your pregnancy only made him even more adamant he and Donna do everything for you. That your job was just to grow that little baby in your belly. Anything you wanted or needed, all you had to do was ask them for it.

"What was that darling? Where are the three of you off to? You know you could have sent Donna to get me. As big as you've gotten, which you know I love, you know that you can't walk as well. All the stairs make me nervous."

"Mom was going to get something to eat. I was trying to come up with baby names."

She lifted her head high and smiled. Proud that it sounded like she was being the responsible one planning for the baby. She wanted to help the two of you in any way you would let her. Whether it was trying to come up with baby names or decorate the nursery.

"Maybe the reason I can barely walk is because the two of you barely let me get myself back and forth from the bed to the bathroom to the couch."

He pressed his lips together and thought for a moment. He was trying to choose his words carefully. He didn't want to accidentally upset or anger you. He knew you were starting to get pregnancy cabin fever and your emotions were running high.

"I just want to keep the two of you safe. You are the love of my life, and our two little babies are our little miracles. I would never forgive myself if something happened to any of you. That's why when I'm busy Donna is tasked with helping with anything you two need, or coming to get me to help. We just want to take care of both of you."

Donna ran around from behind you to her father. He promptly picked her up and held her on one hip. She gave an authoritative nod, indicating that she was in firm agreement with Stephen. A total daddy's girl through and through, and Stephen loved every second of it. You were outnumbered. It was two against one… for now.

You rolled your eyes and turned right back around, starting to head back to your bedroom. Knowing you had been defeated. Both your husband and your daughter were even more stubborn than you were when they combined forces. It didn't stop you from muttering and complaining under your breath as you retreated though.

"Fine. You win. For now! This kid better be a mama's boy. I'm getting tired of being outnumbered all the time. Then we're gonna need a tie breaker, but at least it will be better. I'm gonna be so mad if you side with your father all the time too."

You could hear Stephen chuckling behind you as you went back to your shared bedroom. At least if the two of them were occupied together making you something to eat you could squeeze in a nap. God you missed sleeping on your stomach. Stephen made you love being pregnant, it was hard not to love it when he was as enamored with your pregnant form as he was, but you were really starting to miss not being the size of a hot air balloon. You missed not having to pee every ten minutes. You missed being able to stand up by yourself. Hell you even missed having sex in the missionary position.

It hadn't been very long after you plunked yourself back down on your side of the bed and wriggled until you were in a comfy position that Stephen came in carrying a tray. You couldn't help but notice your daughter wasn't trailing behind him like normal. She followed Stephen around like a shadow most of the time. That was the only thing you were really worried about when the new baby came. How would she do having to share her father's attention?

"Where's your assistant?"

You couldn’t help but tease him a little about it. As much as Donna adored her father, he was completely wrapped around her finger as well. One really good pout and she could get the universe’s greatest sorcerer to do whatever she wanted. You could only imagine he would be just as bad with your son.

"She went back to her room to work on coming up with more ideas for baby names. So you only have one servant for now.”

You gave a little snort and started surveying the assorted goodies on the tray. Mindlessly you started picking at some graham crackers. You still hadn't quite let go of the frustration of not getting to do much for yourself anymore. Somehow not doing anything was more tiring than having a day full of things to do. You knew you should be enjoying the rest while you could. Once the baby came you knew rest would be hard to come by. It was just getting so mind numbing though.

"I know you are getting restless sweetheart. I know I'm probably being too overprotective, but can you really blame me? For so long I was here alone with nothing. I think it would actually kill me if something were ever to happen to you. You've totally and completely ruined me, and I love you so much for it."

"Yeah yeah, I love you too, you big dope. I’m just getting really tired of doing nothing all day, and I can only nap for so many hours everyday. I'm not a house cat. We really should try to pick a name soon though. Otherwise he's gonna end up named after a cartoon frog or something."

Stephen laughed but shook his head in complete agreement. Donna had the best of intentions, but yeah every name she suggested was a cartoon or movie character. He had already gotten to the point where frankly Nemo didn’t sound too bad compared to some of the others. If you didn’t figure out a name soon she would end up wearing both of you down.

"I defer to you my dear. You are the one doing all the hard work after all. Plus I would never have picked the name Donna, but you couldn't have made a better choice for her."

You sat and looked at the tray. Picking at grapes and cheese, but clearly thinking. He knew you had a couple ideas you had been holding back, waiting for when it seemed right to suggest them. Stephen let himself start picking at the snacks too. Trying to appear casual even though he was very curious to hear your thoughts.

"Well, what about Stephen Jr.? I wouldn't mind having another Stephen Vincent Strange running around. Even if the original drives me nuts now and then. He’s kinda grown on me."

You eyed him from the side and smirked, knowing he had that cute look on his face that he always got when you got the better of him. Like you had just told him the world's greatest secret or the solution to a riddle that had him stumped.

Once again you had managed to surprise him. He had expected you to suggest Vincent, his middle name. Especially since you constantly teased him about how you loved that he kinda looked like Vincent Price, which is who his mom picked it after. He had not expected you to suggest Stephen. After all this time you still found ways to leave him speechless and if it was possible it made him love you even more.

After a couple minutes of sitting there dumbstruck he finally found the words to answer. Even though he was sure he would never find the words to verbalize how he truly felt. It might be confusing with two Stephen’s and he wasn’t sure how he felt about calling him Junior, but he would figure out something. If that was the name you wanted, then that was the name you would use.

“I definitely don’t think I would have suggested it, but I like it. If you really think you can put up with two of me then I won’t stand in the way. Although you can’t complain if the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Even though I hope the apple takes more after you.”

He leaned across the bed and kissed your lips softly, then your forehead. He pulled you to lean against him. Your back against his chest with both of you reclining comfortably together. You took his hand and placed it on your belly, leaving yours resting on top of his. Looking down at your bump you began talking to your son.

"You hear that Stephen? That's gonna be your name. Just like your daddy. You are gonna Stephen Vincent Strange Jr."

okay so this is my first time requesting something so bear with me

so a camilo x fem!reader (inspired by follow you, ofc) where reader is suffering from severe anxiety from just life and camilo just continues to go out of his way to show her that he will always support her even during hard times, just some fluff at the end, the plot is really up to you!

summary: having dealt with severe anxiety from youngest of childhood, living life wasn't as easy as it usually is. you were afraid to take risks, challenges and you often have difficulty dealing with change. but when a special someone enters your life and has your back the whole time, you soon get taken out into the sunlight where he would always be around wherever life takes you.

Sounds of high-pitched chattering filled the open air as children ran around the playground, using up all their energy to play and have fun. In the slides there were children taking turns, the seesaw had kids seating on opposite sides screaming as the adrenaline rushes when the platform goes up and down, it was really a heartwarming sight to see. Screams of names and screeches of excitement served as the white music with joy as the dominant emotion felt when eyes were laid at the vibrant and colorful kid-friendly paradise. 

One of the few children was even as vibrant as the yellow sun. Camilo was his name. The energetic boy ran all throughout the place, hanging on monkey bars and swinging himself up as high as he can. He was living the moment. Oftentimes he called his friends to play but for the meantime, he was catching his breath alone while still swinging back and forth on the chained swing. His eyes gleamed around the area, taking in the amount of happy faces that unconsciously made him smile brighter back. Though sweat was running down his face against the scorching heat, he paid no mind to the discomfort when all his young mind can think about was to play. He thought he was happy, but not until his smile faltered when he laid his eyes on a crouching figure in front of him. 

Camilo jumped off from the swing and instantly ran to another child crumbling to a fetal position on the grassy ground, hair covering her face. Her shoulders were shaking and her chest rose up and down like her back did. Camilo was familiar of his behavior— she was having an anxiety attack. Now, a 10-year old wouldn't know much at a young age but having a mother who was constantly living in shifting fear and panic, he knew well how to comfort one who was suffering the same. 

"Hey, look at me! You'll be okay!" Camilo ushered her as he crouched down to her level. He whispered soft reassurances which caused the young girl's breathing to steady. In a few minutes later, her rapid panting turned to calm breathing that synchronized with Camilo's lead. The young boy let out a toothy smile when he finally saw her face as she whispered a few thanks of gratitude.

"See? You're okay now!" He said to her. Camilo let out a light squeak before he dug his hands into his pocket to grab something. The girl only looked at him in confusion. When she saw that he held out a lollipop for her, she smiled brightly which made the boy in front of her smile back. 

Camilo stood up and let out a hand. "Let's be friends! What's your name?"

"My name is Y/N!"

Time flies and now Y/N and Camilo were teenagers, having grasp on as much of the world's pressure and life's challenges as they could. Despite physical changes on them as puberty hit, both stayed the same— Camilo was still the happy pill that Y/N needed to be better and he would never trade it for otherwise. 

The more Camilo got to know Y/N, the more he wanted to follow her. While there were times she could handle stuff on her own, oftentimes her anxiety attacks would take over and just break her completely. Seeing this unravel in a frequent basis only made Camilo want to protect her more. 

Another episode of an anxiety attack came when it interrupted Camilo's call with Y/N. The moment he heard hyperventilation on her end on the phone, immediately he dashed out to run to her. Having a spare key came in handy to him as he ran upstairs and knocked on her door rapidly, having heard numerous furniture from her room fall with an echoing sound. He was worried of what could have happened to her.

"Y/N! Open the door right now!" He urged. Tears were slowly making its way out his eyes upon hearing her breathy sobs. Hesitantly she opened, her frail figure was then embraced by the tense boy as he hushed to her ear like he always did since they were little. 

You know I got your number all night

"I- I- hate it when this h- happens" Y/N cried out in-between hiccups. Her breathing in an irregular manner made Camilo hug her tighter.

"Me too, but I'm here, okay?" Camilo pat her hair to her back, drawing circles in it as he heavily breaths in and out, already known to him that Y/N would follow through. 

I'm always on your team, I got your back alright

Unbeknownst to Y/N, she was unaware of Camilo's circumstances that night. Camilo loved to sing, and performing for the school was always his achieved dream. Tonight was one of the last few hours before he was to compete but to him, Y/N was always his first priority.

Taking those losses if it treats you right

The now-calming girl faltered in his embrace, having no energy and relying on Camilo's weight to hold her steady while they were both sprawled out on the floor. Camilo brought Y/N's head to his chest, fixating her in a more comfortable position seeing that she was slowly getting drowsy. He let out a few hums as he played with her hair as he whispered to himself,

"If the world would only know what you've been holding back, heart attacks every night? You know it's not right"

His heart swelled at the scene unraveling in front of him. His arms were draped over Y/N who had fluttering eyes as she tried to fight back the urge to sleep. Camilo lightly giggled and traced his fingers along the bridge to the tip of her nose, a trick he discovered that puts you to sleep instantly. From panicked breathing to light snores, he sang before tucking her to bed. 

"I will follow you way down wherever you may go I'll follow you way down to your deepest low I'll always be around wherever life takes you, You know I'll follow you" ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎︎

His own tune entranced him to sleep. It was late at night and Camilo already knew that he wouldn't be able to make it to home on his own when rain lightly tapped against Y/N's window. Instead, he tucked himself into bed and dozed off from his best friend's cozy presence after leaving a light sneaky kiss to the crown of her head, whispering promises to stay by her side even though she wouldn't hear it. But he meant his every word, 

He would do anything to be there for his best friend.

Camilo's promised has changed. 

He vividly remembers that one night where he comforted Y/N during one of her many episodes. It was a few years ago but the thought of her falling to his arms was a core memory he will never ask to forget. Now as working adults, things only seemed harder for Y/N to cope with but nevertheless, he changed part of his promise.

He would do anything to be there for his girlfriend. 

At their shared apartment, Camilo was almost finished with washing the dishes after a hearty meal made by his beloved. Silence took over the common area with occasional clatters from the plates he was handling. Oddly enough, it was therapeutic to Camilo after an overwhelming day at work. He and Y/N worked together in an office, but at different departments. The only times they would see each other is after their shifts past 8pm. 

As soon as Camilo wiped his hands after cleaning up the kitchen island, immediately he jogged over to his and Y/N's bedroom to look for her. His smile brightened even more seeing the love of his life curled on their bed with the comforter shaping a round hill of soft cushions. He dove in the moment he lifted up the blankets and took her in a back hug making her squeal and giggle. 

"What are you doing, amor?" Camilo asked as he peeked from her shoulder. his breath ticked the poor girl and she squirmed only to be trapped in her lover's arms. Camilo sprawled light kisses all over the side of her neck making it all the more ticklish for Y/N. Her giggles echoed all throughout the room which made Camilo's heart flutter. Soon enough after he was done, he stopped and rested his chin on top of her shoulders, watching her pass the time on her phone. 

A light gasp from Y/N alerted a drowsy Camilo. He stared at her phone and his smile faltered.

"They deducted my pay because I stuttered during the presentation..."

Y/N gulped as she tried to held back a sob. It didn't help her worried boyfriend who was already holding her tighter. All hell broke lose in Y/N's walls as she cried out in dismay. 

Call you up, you've been cryin' cryin' all night

Camilo's heart paced rapidly the moment he heard her breathing speed up as well. The message from their boss triggered another episode for Y/N and by far, it was the most severe that they both witnessed. It escalated fast, Y/N's breathing was all over the place, her hands were trembling and her head was spinning. Camilo once again attempted to sing soft tunes but it didn't work as better as it did from before. 

You're only disappointed in yourself alright

"I promise you will do better next time, Y/N. This will pass" Camilo reassured her while stroking the lengths of her hair. By the time midnight passes, it took long for her breathing to finally become steady. Y/N felt at ease in the arms of the man she loved and despite her numerous episodes, her heart swelled at the fact that he still stayed. 

"If the world would only know what you've been holding back." Camilo muttered in disappointment. This time, Y/N heard the same words he whispered a few years ago. She could barely speak a word from her choked up tears but Camilo could understand it. Instead she shifted to his side and laid her head on his chest. Her ear listening through the light muffled beating of her boyfriend's heart brought her to calm herself down as well. It didn't immediately fix the problem, but the fact that Camilo was there throughout only made it more bearable for Y/N. The all-too-familiar melody from Camilo's soft vocals made its way through Y/N's listening ear as she closed her eyes and took in the moment. 

"I will follow you way down wherever you may go I'll follow you way down to your deepest low I'll always be around wherever life takes you, You know I'll follow you" ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎︎

His warm soothing voice soon brought tranquil to Y/N's heart. She was entirely lucky for him and she knew it. As much as she can, she were to reciprocate all of the kind things Camilo has done to her by proving herself worthy for him. Although it didn't work out quite well from her presentation when she thought she would impress him, she will do whatever it takes to make him proud.

Y/N promised that she will make her boyfriend proud.

Y/N tried so hard to keep her promise. 

She fiddled with her attire, looking for any loose threads that will bring imperfection to her figure. She paced back and forth around the empty room, blowing air to her hands to keep it warm and to stop it from shaking. Y/N reassured herself that this was all for Camilo, she wanted to make him proud of her. 

But Y/N wasn't the type to give herself enough love, she lives her life with her hand in a tight glove. 

Camilo from the other room waited patiently, praying for the best that Y/N was at her good condition today. It was her big day, and to see her like this also brought him to say that it was also his big day as well. 

Camilo's fingers tapped around the hems of his sleeve, waiting for Y/N to show herself. He was nervous too, but was also worried for her. He promised he would be there for the love of his life, and she promised that she would make him see that it was worth it. 

Finally, Camilo met her eyes. 

She was just as beautiful as she was. Everyone gasped in awe as Y/N walked down the aisle in her wedding dress, rosy red petals scattered around the carpet. As much as everyone appreciated her beauty, there was one thing Camilo could see through the veil that hid her sparkling eyes.

A look of anxiety and panic. 

Camilo wished that he could fix it, that he could fix it for you. But he cant. Instead, he will be right there, coming through to hold your hand. 

Time flies by and Camilo couldn't keep his eyes off of Y/N. Though it was mixed with genuine concern, his heart swelled once more with the same fluttering feeling he had for her since they were kids. Only now, his love grew stronger and so did Y/N's. In order to relive the same promise and memory they shared together, he sang his special vows as he held her hand tightly. 

"I will follow you way down wherever you may go I'll follow you way down to your deepest low I'll always be around wherever life takes you, You know I'll follow you" ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎︎

Camilo held back happy tears once he saw the look of pure admiration in Y/N's face. She did not expect his vows to be the same tune that he constantly sung to her in her deepest lows. It only made it more special. From Camilo singing it to himself when they were teens, to her hearing it for the first time as a couple, and now everyone in the church to hear it as they become newly-weds. Truly, it was a special moment that brought the two in tears of joy. 

But it didn't end there. The promise-turned-vow had yet to be sealed. 

As kids, Camilo usually sealed his promises with an adorable pinky promise. As teens, Camilo sealed his with a warm embrace with you. But now, as adults entering a new phase in life where they were to be together through thick and thin, Camilo sealed it with his lips that interlocked with hers.

After cheers from the people as the newly-weds finally became official, Camilo held her hand and whispered once more to her ear,

"Wherever life takes you, you know I'll follow you."

Camilo promised Y/N, that no matter what happens, He would do anything to be there for his wife.

The Wheeler Family

When ppl write Mike in their fics I feel like they go a little overboard when it comes to the family dynamic so here are my ideas (plus some miscellaneous hcs)

Ted:

Conservative

Spends all day at work and all evening on the couch, he thinks he deserves it since he’s the breadwinner of the family

He’s very much not aware of his family, he barely pays attention to the kids on a good day. He’s pretty neglectful on that part.

He believes it’s Karen’s job to look after them, to give them advice and console them etc, hence why he doesn’t get involved.

Doesn’t hate his family by any means. He has an idea on how they should appear to other people and how they should function.

Very traditional values basically.

He almost never raises his voice, ‘fights’ are just Karen getting increasingly annoyed, her voice getting louder and louder because Ted just sits there and takes it. Karen will storm off and he’ll turn back to the T.V to let her ‘cool off’

The only time his voice is slightly raised is to reprimand his kids - usually Mike because father son things idk, you get it.

Karen:

She’s a lesbian u can tear that from my cold dead hands.

She knew this even back in high school, and she also knew she would never be able to marry for love so why not marry for convenance - Ted.

She does everything she’s supposed to and that’s still true today.

Is she a conservative? no. She’ll argue with Ted about things they disagree on but it’s difficult for her to really stand up to him, because it feel’s like she’s exposing too much of herself in the process.

Anyway, she’s the housewife she’s supposed to be but she cares for her kids, like so much.

There’s a reason Mike goes to her for support, she’s done nothing but her absolute best raising him, Nancy and Holly.

(She would take their side’s over Ted’s in a heartbeat)

Unhappily married but dealing w it like the queen she is.

She gets the idea Mike’s friends’ home lives might not be the best, it’s the biggest reason she likes hosting them. She’d absolutely bring down little trays of snack foods and constantly offer to make lunch and/or dinner for everyone.

Also, she’s heard about the Mayfields okay? She lets Max stay over constantly, practically shoves old clothes into her arms and sets a place for her at the dinner table every night. Max is an honorary Wheeler at this point.

Nancy:

The older sister - what else is there to say?

Because of the emotional distance in the family neither Nancy nor Mike really understand how to show love and affection to other people.

Nancy adores Mike, of course she does, he’s her brother. She has the overwhelming urge to protect him in the ways she knows how to.

During/after Upside Down era is where this really shines I’d think. She was faced with the very real possibility of her brother dying, and that was terrifying. She’d jump headfirst into danger before he had to any day.

She’s kind but firm I guess. She knows what it’s like to be in high school, she’s just barely graduated herself, so she wants to let Mike be a dumb kid despite everything. She badgers him to let her know when he’s home, where he’s going etc. “I don’t care you’re drinking Michael I care that you’re safe about it.”

She always asks if he’s 100% sure he’s locked his doors and windows before bed.

She likes helping Karen whenever she can.

Her and Mike never talk about their problems to each other but sometimes they’ll go into the other’s room and just hug. Sometimes they’ll have to share a bed just to be sure the other’s alive, or to help with nightmares. They both sleep with a lamp on now, and Mike’s walkie-talkie in range.

HAS ADHD

Mike:

Mike is a middle child…

His role in the family is much more passive tbh

He tries to avoid everyone when necessary, he hates family meal times because they just feel so plastic and fake to him

He spends most of his time in the basement, preferably with other people as distraction. Plus he gets to see a bit more of his mom when there’s friends around, she’s always worried about being a good host.

He’s absolutely dreadful with emotions - his role model has been Ted so we can see how well that’ll go.

‘Friends Don’t Lie’ policy matters because his whole family life is a lie.

ADHD GIFTED KID BURNOUT! After s1 his grades start slipping, the only class he still excels in is english for everything else he asks for homework answers.

A writer yet terrible with words

Also him and Will co parent clothes with how often they’ll switch the same jumpers/shirts

Summary: Syd is reflection on you as he prepares to leave rehab.

 Day 5: Johnny Storm (Fantastic Four)

It was Christmas Eve. Syd sat on the end of his full size bed in his room, looking around at the walls around him. They were bare, boringly white, clinical. The carpet old and no doubt stained with vomit acid from many who'd come before him. But this stay was necessary. The final check on a long list of things he'd done to get to today.

London never returned and it hurt. Hurt like hell. But, eventually after a year of rock bottom, he'd moved on, and somewhere in between, he'd found someone new to keep his dick wet and bed warm. But somewhere along the line, you’d become more than a fuck. You’d become the person he called when he was crashing, the one he turned to when he needed something more than just the existence he had.

And the person he had finally admitted he needed to get clean to. 

 It had been months since he’d felt your lips on his and months since he’d had you underneath him. He could still feel, hear, taste you. He hoped, after all the two of you had been through, that you were the face he'd see waiting for him when his time for discharge came. But deep-down, he knew this was wishful thinking.

 He hadn’t seen it at the time, but now he did. He would constantly let you down. He had stood you up, missed dates, avoided meeting your family…instead, preferring the release that came from getting high. But then, it had all come to a head.

 He remembered that night like it was yesterday. You’d thrown down hard, you couldn’t deal with being second to his drugs, told him you deserved better. He didn’t’ argue, because he knew it was true, not that he admitted that at the time. Instead, he’d gone out and got himself so off his face he’d almost died when he’d wandered into the middle of a road. He probably would have had it not been for the driver of the car being quick enough to swerve to avoid him.

 That was the point at which he’d had his revelation. Nothing in his life would change unless he did.

 He looked at the 4x6 picture framed on his nightstand. You were in his back, arms wrapped around his neck, grinning over his shoulder. His eyes clouded over from some high he was sure, yours clear as day. You weren't like him, nothing like him in fact. You were cleaner than most girls he knew, not a Saint, but you didn't partake in the hard stuff and rarely did anything more than drink on occasion.

How you'd found him, he was never sure. But more and more, he began to believe that some higher power had sent you his way just to save him.

And save him you had, even if you didn’t know it. 

But now, now he was scared. Frightened that the man he'd become; the him he'd rediscovered that led buried under all the emotional and psychological pain, under all the drugs and booze and sex, was someone you wouldn't want. Because he still wasn’t worthy of you.

Kicking the drugs was one thing, sitting in group sessions another, but this was the sickest he'd felt since he'd checked in. He was amped up, worried his anxiety was going to crash down on him again and all he could do was hope and pray, wow, pray, that you loved him like he loved you.

A knock on his door sounded and this therapist came in, along with a counselor and the director of the center.

"Today's a big day, you ready?" His therapist asked.

He nodded.

"Remember, you have control of your actions and your feelings, no one else is responsible for them but yourself."

“Yeah.”

"We just need you to sign yourself out, Syd, and you're free to go."

Syd nodded and took a deep breath as he rose to his feet. He picked up the photo from the nightstand, the one thing he hadn’t packed, and placed it into his duffel bag. He zipped it shut, slung it over his shoulder and licked his lips.

“Okay, let’s go.”

At the front desk, he signed himself out, congratulatory hugs and handshakes from those who walked this journey with him. He accepted every single one, eyes darting around to find you. Yet, he didn't see you. His heart began to shatter, his mind whirring and he felt conflicted. Maybe he wasn't ready? Maybe he should stay a little longer?

"Deep breaths, there's a car for you outside." The director nodded to the doors.

All he could see was the iconic yellow cabs that ruled the street of New York. And that last string that held his heart together snapped.

He swallowed hard, took a deep breath, picked up his duffle and began walking out.

But then, as he stepped through the double sliding doors, the cab pulled away and there you stood, leaning against your SUV passengers door, waiting for him, grin to your face, sunglasses perched on your head and your frame wrapped in a winter coat.

Syd blinked, as you pushed yourself off the side of the car and moved towards him, your steps slow.

“You… you came.” Syd’s voice was quiet as he stopped in front of you, his chest hitching as you pushed your glasses up onto your head.

“Yeah…” your eyes bounces across his for a split second, before he dropped his bag to the floor and you were in his arms.

"I love you," he sobbed into your neck, the words he wished he had said months ago tumbling from his lips. "I love you so much."

“I know,” you whispered soft assurances, your hand gently sliding into his now longer hair, softly kissing his cheek, “I know. And I love you too.”

"Can we go home?" He sighed tearfully.

"Of course," you softly smiled. "Absolutely."

His lips pressed to yours, you could feel the relief in his system when you didn’t push him away. You stood, wrapped around one another in the street, only breaking apart when it became hard to breath.

Your cold nose bumped his, “Merry Christmas, baby.”

"Merry Christmas," he sniffed.

Day 7- James Mace (Sunshine)

alright so I know literally no one cares about this but it’s my social media I’m doing what I want /lh

I’ve been seeing a lot of slander about justin russo on the internet lately and I’m currently hyperfixated on wizards of waverly place so here’s why justin is an awesome character/doesn’t deserve the hate he gets

He’s kind and treats those he loves well. Justin is canonically really good at comforting people. Although he argues with Alex a lot, at the end of the day, he’s also her older brother and genuinely cares about her. When Professor Crumbs threatens to take Alex’s magic away because she doesn’t turn her report card in, Justin says that Crumbs will also have to take his magic away. Justin is ultimately selfless. We see again and again the sacrifices he makes for Alex and I think we mainly see his kindness in that relationship. Despite that, I think he’s also notably kind to Juliet. When he finds out that he made the mistake of reporting Juliet and her parents, he instantly tries to fix it. Not only does he try to fix it, but he puts his job as Monster Hunter in jeopardy for Juliet and her parents - her parents haven’t even been that nice to him. Justin is ultimately selfless and at the end of the day, he sacrifices himself or what he wants for others. When Rosie turns back into a good angel, instead of selfishly continuing to date her and keeping her in the mortal world (which he could have done - she literally offers to stay with him), he gives her up because he realizes the world needs a guardian angel more than he needs a girlfriend. Even though it hurts because he loved her, he gives her up. There’s no “award” for doing this - he won’t move up a level in the wizard competition, he really won’t get any recognition for giving Rosie up. He doesn’t even get any recognition for turning the moral compass back to good. He does it because it’s the right thing to do. Although later I’ll argue that Justin is constantly seeking validation, I also think that the heroic/good things he does are often done with no expectation of being praised for it. He does them because he has a strong sense of morals. He’s also kind to Harper, Zeke, his parents, and even Max, who people rarely ever show kindness to in the show.

He’s in touch with his emotions. When the show starts, Justin is very against anything that will show him as feminine or emotional. In fact, he even says he’s allergic to emotions (or something like that) to cover for the fact that he’s crying over his missing dog. As the show goes on, we see Justin start to embrace and accept his emotions more and to lose touch with his toxic masculinity. I think dating Juliet changed him in a lot of ways (making him more relaxed, etc), and I think one was encouraging him to be more emotional. After Wizards vs. Vampires, Justin is pretty emotional and open about his emotions in the show. He’s even open with talking about them. In the movie, he opens up to Alex about how he feels like Jerry & Theresa wouldn’t love him as much if he were less “perfect,” which brings me to my next point.

At the end of the day, Justin is a sad character. I know it’s a kid’s show but they really do cover a lot of issues so bear w me. I’m hyperfixated and I like to over analyze shows so I’ve thought about this a lot. Justin is the oldest, which means he already deals with pressure to be perfect. Then, add in the fact that his parents are constantly describing him as the “perfect child” and putting him on a pedestal, while pitting the kids against each other as a result of the wizard culture bc of the family competition (I love Jerry & Theresa but they’re not perfect). He’s also a high achiever and we know he puts extreme pressure on himself to do well - they always make a joke about it but it’s actually quite sad. He literally feels poorly about himself when he gets a B and bases his entire self worth on his grades and skills as a wizard. In fact, in the movie he voices doubt about whether or not he’s good at anything other than magic. I have a few things I want to say about all of this. First of all, I think Justin is constantly seeking validation. I think as the oldest and “best” child, he feels the need to be perfect all the time, but he also does many of the things he does because he just wants validation. When Harper decides to run a marathon, Justin does too, and sadly his accomplishment of finishing it is overshadowed by Harper “winning.” I also think Justin feels threatened by the success of others because he thinks it invalidates his. When he opens up to Alex in the movie, he says that he’s jealous of her because it seems like everything comes naturally to her. Justin feels as if his parents loving his siblings takes away from their love from his. It’s irrational, but very real. Which brings me to my next point - Justin has generalized anxiety disorder. It makes sense - the overthinking, the outbursts he has (Alex refers to it as a conniption once) of panic or frustration, the overachieving, etc. As someone who probably has autism, I also think he’s autistic (which would explain his troubles with tone, struggle making friends, obsessions with things like Captain Jim Bob Sherwood and science, being better w robots than people, and so much more).

Ultimately, Justin has a strong moral backbone. Although he’s a stickler for the rules and this oftentimes leads him to do bad things initially, he always does the right thing in the end. For example, when Justin and Alex go to court and Justin duplicates himself to be his lawyer, his lawyer ultimately proves that Justin is guilty; he even says something along the lines of “We’re Justin Russo. We always do what’s moral and just.” Justin has a strong sense of justice (which could also be from being autistic but I could do a whole other post about neurodivergency coding in WOWP and Disney & Nick shows overall bc there’s a ton of coding) and does what he thinks is right, most of the time. Sure, sometimes he does bad things, but he’s also a teenager at the end of the day and he’s highly competitive.

Finally, Justin Russo is super progressive - in fact, he’s probably the most progressive characters of the show. He acknowledges climate change and actively tries to create a solution for it. In fact, for his science fair project he makes a water powered engine, which would reduce carbon emissions. He also wears a shirt at one point that says “Make art not war.” I will admit that his biases against the werewolf he dated were problematic, but he clearly grew from that because he never held any of that against Mason. He’s also into science and is a nerd and although this is a stereotype, most young people who are into science and are nerds are progressive. I’m pretty sure he also is well aware of current events and would probably read the newspaper. Also I myself headcanon Justin as trans and bi (again could make another post about characters in wowp that are queer)

Little note even tho probably no one will see this - this is all just for fun. If you disagree with anything I said, just say it politely hahsh. Also please don’t make fun of me for this WOWP is a huge hyperfixation and comfort thing for me rn and I just wanted to make a silly little post where I analyze one of my comfort characters.
