So you are now aware of my stunts by hanging from my toes. Your immediate reactions “this man what the fuck, must be crazy. In one way you might be right. But in another there is a method to my madness. Primarily, I have had a lot of tragedy in my life with my children losing their Mother to mental health challenges that were prevalent throughout our entire marriage without my knowledge until her inquest. Only to then have to accept, not easily, I have my own to contend with Aspergers and ADHD. I find the only exercises that prevent the build up of anxieties I prefer carrying risk to injury. I feel we only live once and in many areas of my life I have failed to hold on to the successes I built up as well as secure a strong family bond where my children could look forward to having a mother around them who was there for them. The tragedy that their mother succumbed to was after several attempts on her life while in their presence. I was several thousand miles away when that fateful day occurred with my children having no parent around to support their grief. . My form of exercise is my way of dealing with my own mental health challenges and the only way to avert them is the risk of serious injury. Needless to say if you look more closely you would be aware my finger tips when my arms are fully outstretched downwards almost reach the ground. Not that I want to chance a fall.l But that I also have a very strong core that helps me maintain my grip. Also this move was also achieved with the help of Vibram Five Finger shoes whereby because of the way the toes each have individual mobility enables me to grip the bars far easily than conventional trainers. “There is a fine line between perseverance and madness." - Perseverance is extremely important when it comes to being able to do anything. The ability just to keep coming back for more. The ability just to get back up after being knocked down. I’ve been knocked down so many times and have gotten up 1 more time. The one thing I can say is the strength from the come back was immense. Logically I want to be knocked down more knowing what will happen once I overcome it but physically the body avoids it. And it’s always going to be like that especially when we have egos. Losing over and over is no fun to any person. But those that persevere even after being humiliated, disrespected, hurtled, shamed ... I gots true respect for you. This comfortable lifestyle isn’t more me now because it’s just not helping me as a man. Clever little exercise! 👌@trx_core . ・・・ MY #TRXfreestylefriday move is the #TRX Suspended Pull-through. TRX is set at mind-calf length, facing the anchor point, heels in. Begin by placing hands under shoulders rotated away from the body, keeping a straight torso, lats engaged pushing the ground away, Pull hips up off the floor and underneath of the torso trying not to round your spine. Then press your hips up towards the sky, being sure not to over extend through your low back and keep you toes to your nose. Return by brining hips back under torso and back flat.
