sigh..my unfortunate toxic trait that i despise the most is getting the tinyest bit jealous of a new interest someone i care abt gets WHICH IS FUCKING STUPID IK 😭😭😭 people are allowed to have new interests trust me im just being dumb and my brain equivalents a new interest someone has into ‘ooo they’re gonna leave you forever bc they don’t have the same interests as you anymore and find you borning ooo’ if they’re my friend or something like that they won’t leave me bc they care about me and will continue to do so regardless of prime interest , but like i said it’s sooo dumb but it’s something that’s at times deeply or even physically affected me due to how anxious i get over it cause im horrible with change and will worry extensively over things and people

ik😭 it’s not a good trait to have, i normally do quite well with keeping it to myself but i just wish it wasn’t something that i had to deal with like at all, like not even mentally, it would save me so much stress and make me feel so much less shitty about having the trait in the first place, but i’ll hopefully get better with it, i kinda have to, ill worry myself sick if i dont.
