Katalina: Like they will if Felipe is barred. David...think this through.

David: Why are you always questioning my decisions?

Katalina: Cause they've been fucking questionable lately! I don't know what's happened with you and age, but some of your decisions are not well thought out. Hence, what is happening with Lenerd.

Edmund: You're going to let...my children be denied the opportunity to be with their cousin??

David: Look...it's the best I can do while giving Louis some buffer-

David: Look at your brother's current behavior over Maggie getting a boyfriend. Tell me that's a guy ready to be a dad.

Edmund: You could just tell him to make him grow the fuck up.

David: Look...this is the decision on Lenerd. In terms of Felipe, I want you to tell him my terms and that he will be summoned to accept them.

Edmund: I take it whatever the terms are, he has the illusion of choice?

I know that ‘we got drunk and got married’ is popular trope but I don’t like it for most ships because I feel like it takes a certain kind of character to do that believably.

Pricefield tho…. I can totally see them getting married after like five drinks in pretty much any universe.

Personally I think it would be hilarious if Max never returned to Arcadia Bay but got the courage to at least message Chloe to apologize about how everything went down and they slowly make up over phone calls and text. Maybe Chloe’s on the road with Steph so it takes for forever to meet in person. They meet up on Max’s 21st birthday, get absolutely hammered and wake up married. 

I just like this version a lot because I’m imagining a conversation between Max and her parents where she confess that she got married accidentally and her dad is demanding to know what man he has to beat the shit out of and Chloe walks into frame like 🧍‍♀️ ‘Hi Mr.Caulfield’. Or Chloe accidentally tells her mom and when Joyce throws a fit Chloe defends herself by saying that she should be happy that Max is in law instead of some biker dude and then David has an aneurysm because Joyce does a complete 180 when hearing that it was Max that she married.

the borgias is my favorite show and i think it's the best show ever made and all. however, there's just this one aspect that is genuinely hilarious to me and i mostly criticize the show for. the writers suddenly trying to make the viewers massively despise juan by turning against him and disingenuously writing him in his final moments so the watchers won't miss him or sympathize with him by making him a walking danger as an excuse to kill him off and prop up cesare's character. they wanted the audience to root for cesare at juan's expense and make his death seem necessary lol. they truly thought they served with this one, like maybe juan's character was shamefully abandoned by the writers (as well as his family except for rodrigo) but david oakes had many people sold with the way he played him to perfection, improvising and making juan remarkable, tremendous, and humane. the show is obviously a classic masterpiece, but in my opinion about the juan part, simply rushing the writing of a tragic dying character on a show for weak reasons is pure disrespect.

I think that’s an interesting thought even if it wasn’t romantic could he meet and become obsessed with a guy or would he be completely normal and sane?

for me, and the way i personally write and run this blog every single character is bisexual/pansexual. all of them.

i might have headcanons about a character's sexuality that are heavily supported by canon context, but at the end of the day, this is an x reader blog.

the entire point is for my readers, no matter gender or race, to be able to imagine themselves with a character in a slightly fucked up romantic or platonic dynamic.

unless something calls to me in a particular way i try to write as neutrally as possible, so that people can project as much as possible (within reason: i have to give my reader inserts a little personality.)

i just wanted to say that because a lot of people are new followers and i want to make it clear that every character written here is madly in love with you and wants you carnally.

that being said, yes david would develop an obsession with a guy. and i would not want to be that guy! for anything. unless the reader is a very gentle, soft spoken dude, david is going to show his ugly side much sooner, more often, and with a greater intensity than most fem!readers would ever experience from him. scary stuff!

I “love” how in the aftermath of the pilot we were led to believe that Valentino was controlling and abusive (the Addict MV basically proved this), even calculated, and yet in the first minute of him actually being on screen he’s actually portrayed as whiny, thoughtless and petulant, to the point where he has to have Vox (who, by the way, was stated by Vivzie herself to have had several of his screens smashed by him) tell him what to do and actually be the one to act dominant and suggestively abusive towards him, and then be subdued by Vox lighting his goddamn cigarette.
