Sure:

Begging the caretaker not to touch them - even to apply bandages/stitch them up. (Though eventually caving after a lot of convincing)

The caretaker classic: “I’m not going to hurt you”

Or: “I don’t mind that you don’t trust me. It’s okay. I wouldn’t trust me either, but if you don’t let me help, it’s going to hurt worse.”

Also: “I can’t promise that I’m not going to hurt you, okay? I can’t promise that me bandaging you up wont hurt, but I promise It’ll help.”

Whumpee backing themselves into a corner - paralysed by fear.

Distrust/beta Sayaka

Helloooo!!!

So I've been kinda fond to the Danganronpa Beta version.

I really wish they made it, tho I'm happy with the actual result of the game.

But let's admit it, Danganronpa Distrust seemed VERY interesting, and went straight down to horror and different endings.

I love the admosphere and some of the beta characters because they look reasaally cool. Anyways.

Here's some deformed Sayaka for y'all because idk how to draw perspective (I tried using the beta game palette).

Kinda boring ....

Your whumpee has had their memory wiped but only feels safe around the caretaker after they’re rescued. Almost like their subconscious remembers them.

I like it. 

Especially if your whumpee clings to the caretaker but is scared of everyone else. And it breaks everyone’s heart because they all know the whumpee. They do everything they can to get them to trust them, but because they’re having to relearn everything about themselves, they could distrust the information they’re being given. E.g: “Is my name really ____?” etc.

The whumpee doesn’t know why, but caretaker is safe. 

What is the event that returns their memory to them? I personally like the idea of one of the caretakers giving them a weapon/device/tool that they’re proficient in... and as they use it everything comes flooding back.
