Okay Rangers fans. Remember to put on your "Patrick Kane doesn't exist" blinders. The industry is corrupt and it cannot and will not change.

Quote
There are many other ways through which people deceive themselves, and assume they have mortified their lusts. They think they are invincible. And then they succumb again and again to sin, bringing upheaval and worry on themselves.

I think actually my biggest gripe in the world when it comes to storytelling takes is when people assume a setting is neutral and therefore interchangeable with any other setting. I love to see genuinely transformative stuff but I don’t agree you can just retell any story and change where and when it’s set without actually paying attention to the way in which that will change the story. Changing isn’t a bad thing! But you’ve got to do it all on purpose!

WARNING | This is a PSA
Be on the lookout for the ANTI-CRAB.
Tumblr media
Do not approach, suspected to be violent.
Has been reported to tempt humans into sacrilegious acts, such as consuming Crab meat.
It is believed that his mission is to prevent Crabtopia and instead incite Crabageddon.
We CANNOT,
I repeat,
CANNOT
Let
This
Happen.
I have spent very little time preaching the dangers of Crabageddon. I do not wish you all to be ruled by such fear, instead of love.
But it has come time to enlighten you.
Tumblr media
Crabageddon is a future where Crab accepts none as allies, and rules the earth alone. This means the total annihilation of the human race, as well as known human allies such as dogs, cats, and domesticated rodents.
Tumblr media
The victims of Crabageddon would be in the tens of billions.
Now you know the risks.
Keep an eye out for the ANTI-CRAB.
May the Crabs have mercy on us all.
This has been a PSA.

"But do not be afraid, Jacob, my servant; do not be dismayed, Israel. For I will bring you home again from distant lands, and your children will return from their exile. Israel will return to a life of peace and quiet, and no one will terrorize them. Do not be afraid, Jacob, my servant, for I am with you,” says the Lord. “I will completely destroy the nations to which I have exiled you, but I will not completely destroy you. I will discipline you, but with justice; I cannot let you go unpunished.” Jeremiah 46:27‭-‬28 NLT
I've been playing a newly released game these past few weeks quite heavily called Deceive Inc and have been absolutely loving it. Its in the extraction shooter genre and you basically go undercover as an NPC (non playable character) with 6 other players also who are undercover, all against each other, to achieve one goal; Extract the package. Now that you know a bit about the game, lets jump into the message.
We all have the mindset to make right decisions, but are they always correct? Course not, we make bad decisions too in life. One thing i catch myself being deceived by in this new game quite a bit is the fact that not all weird, odd, glitchy movements from NPC's are players. Like this ridiculously suspicious NPC I encountered just yesterday that i saw moving back and forth in a very strange way on-top of an umbrella. My first thought was he was a player who was legitimately stuck, so id put him out of his misery. Nothing in me told me i was wrong or could be wrong, i was 100% convinced that this NPC was in fact a player. By shooting my gun at this NPC, i also blow my own cover kind of like breaking out of a shell. So its very important to know when to shoot, and when to stay undercover.
It is wise to know what lies the enemy may be deceiving us with, weather it be an umbrella glitch or a NPC defying gravity, or just a random player walking past. In life, there are thieves in this world who hang around to steal your belongings, there are people who label themselves as your friend who only stick around as long as there are drugs in your pocket. Or the feeling of true love in a relationship can be deceived by a spirit of lust if tempted too much to do wrong things with each other. Its important to examine our decisions and not become affiliated with being deceived by people or satan or emotions. For us, Its super easy to blow our cover and become vulnerable, sometimes being vulnerable has its benefits. For Satan, he stays undercover, hiding yet still deceiving us behind a mask/cover that we dont recognize similar to the NPC's in Deceive Inc. He may even convince us to put cover on and hide too, this is where depression and loneliness come in to deceive us. The difference between God and Satan is obvious , but the armor given to us by each is much different. As Christians, we put on the armor of God and use the sword of the spirit (the word of God), while all Satan has is his mask and whole lotta super glue. Yes he is powerful, but we have a God who is much mightier then he is and can show us through prayer if we are being deceived by the evil one.
For myself I'll be honest, prayer has always been very hard for me, not because saying the prayer is hard, but hearing God's response. Sometimes we expect him to answer right away, but what I've been learning lately is that God works on his own time, that deceiving voice that says yes or no right away inside of my head is and has always been the enemy. We must not expect change or confirmation to happen right away because sometimes God SHOWS us the answer to our prayers instead, and only he can take the mask off Satans lies of deception in our lives through the power of prayer. To extract the package of truth and salvation, we must first give ourselves and our entire life to him, including our mask no matter how hard it is to get off our beautiful faces. If we trust in him to guide us in a walk to seek real truth and avoid false lies, we are setting ourselves up for success! We need not not blow our cover for satan and the world to see, but for God to see and for God to use our true selves for doing good. For he is who we find rest in and who we can rely on to save us from the clutches of the devil and his deceptional actions.

I am unfortunately learning about the trustworthiness of some of the brands from the Instagram ads the hard way. Like I’m not gullible enough to buy into magnetic earrings that make you less fat or anything with chakras, but I do like things that are cute and/or easier for my life. And I have been duped a few times so far. So without further ado, here are a few brands I do not trust after trying them out:
1. Seventh Shop on Mercari
They’re a Temu scalper. They buy stockings, jewelry, and lingerie from Temu for real cheap (like less than a dollar for some items) and then mark them up 2-10x.
2. Modakawa
Their ads simultaneously advertise 30% and 20% off, and their site constantly advertises 20% off on everything in the store, but everything looks to be listed at full price. They have this confusing thing where they advertise a dress & sweater combo for fifty bucks, but it’s only the sweater or the dress that costs fifty bucks, and the both of them together actually cost eighty. Also, the sweaters are meant to be too short and designed to look unfinished, which is something I didn’t see until customer service emailed me back. I got ripped out of fifty dollars.
Edit: They've been having 100% off sales but the shipping costs $50. Not worth it.
3. Hairo Crystal Hair Eraser (Razor Replacement)
Ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow. Knicked my whole arm and now I’m in pain. Just emailed support to see if I can return the item. Let’s see what they say. Ow.
4. Dresslily
Never ordered anything because the size chart was too confusing.
5. Romwe
I tried ordering things, but for some reason it kept saying my bag was empty.
I’ve mostly been satisfied with the brands the ads have given me, but the novelty of Instagram ads is starting to lose my attention, so I don’t know if I’ll buy much more. But I will add more later if needed.

The thing about Captain America: Civil War is that it's part of a trilogy about one specific man named Steve Rogers. Therefore it is supposed to be about Steve Rogers and primarily from his perspective.
It's the episode right after CATWS, and the story is supposed to directly tie in with the events of CATWS. It's hilarious (= enraging) how people just seem to conveniently overlook that little detail while talking about (or rather, shitting on) Steve's decisions and actions.
When you see him argue against the accords, you're supposed to actually remember that the government was infiltrated in the previous Cap movie and it was only two years ago. And that Steve was right in the middle of the fray.
When you see him trying to save the other supersoldiers, you're supposed to correlate that to him discovering the Winter Soldier and as shown in the last scene of CATWS, finding out everything Hydra did to Bucky.
When Steve says "He's my friend," you're supposed to remember Bucky falling from the train in CATFA, and 2014!Steve saying "even when I had nothing, I had Bucky." And you're supposed to empathise with the scrawny kid from Brooklyn who had no one but James Bucky Barnes in his corner. You're supposed to remember that Bucky would, and did follow this scrawny kid into the jaw of death.
Every single thing he does/says has a background in the previous two movies.
Now you might say "yeah but so does Tony-" yeah and tell me something, is it called "Iron Man: Civil War"? Or "Avengers: Civil War"?
Saying Steve's the bad guy in his own fucking movie is you completely missing the entire point of all three of the movies with him in the title.
Edit: I've noticed that this post is gaining a lot of traction. I'd like to introduce you (if you haven't been to my blog before) to a protest my friends and I are trying to set into motion called #ReleaseStuckyCWScene. The details to the original post are here, and the petition that you can sign to show your support is below. Please consider signing it and reblogging the original posts more.
