So, I made a post about how cishet radical feminists tend to use aspects lesbian culture as an aesthetic which has the affect of removing the connection that lesbians and trans women have to the histoy of feminism, as well as marginalizing queer women from feminist spaces. I run a small blog and this post was never meant to get the attention of terfs. Sadly they were the ones who quickly invade the post. It was a post that was intended for like one or two other lesbians to see and fade into obscurity. (In fact the post was made because I was complaining about my mother-in-law lol.) When I thought the original post had lost steam I made a follow-up post that was intended for like a few mutuals who witnessed the commotion to see. Again that one got attention from terfs. I'm really tired of seeing terfs on my post try to bait me into a debate that they'll never actually stop. I could make a feature length documentary about the work of queer women in feminist movements that is directed by Sappho herself and they STILL would want to debate me over it. Well I'm deleating the original posts so I can get the hate away from me.

You can read one book and identify as a bookworm. You can see yourself as someone who loves books, and you can ask other people to refer to you as a bookworm. If someone who reads two books a day spends time with you and observes that you only watch movies, they may think you aren't a real lover of books, at least not in the same way they are. They may (out of courtesy to you) continue to affirm you are a bookworm by referring to you as one, but that does not change how they actually perceive you or what you actually are.

A female can dislike her breasts and identify as someone without breasts. She can have her breasts surgically removed, and have others participate in her identity as a breastless woman by observing that she does not have breasts and referring to her as such. However, she has not changed the material reality that she is someone who grows breasts, or she would not have needed to remove them in the first place.

A man can make observations about women's behavior and identify with them. He can then transition into the socially expected affectations of womanhood. He can wear clothes typically worn by women, he can adopt stereotypically feminine behaviors, and he can even alter his body such that external observers may not always identify that he is male. External observers may (out of courtesy for him or a genuine belief that he is female) refer to him as a woman. However, this does not change their genuine perception of his maleness, nor the material reality that he is male. While it is possible to identify with gender (which is a set of behaviors typically assigned to one's sex) it is physically impossible to identify out of one's actual sex. Males can become transwomen, but they can never become female, or they would be female and would not by definition have needed to transition.

This fact does not make transwomen less worthy of respect, human rights, bodily autonomy, adequate healthcare, or freedom from harassment. But it does not grant them the right to demand that others participate in a lie that they are female. It does not grant them universal access to spaces reserved for females, nor does it grant them the right to shame or police a female's personal observations and preferences. Transgender individuals deserve to be treated with kindness, courtesy, and human dignity, but they do not deserve to be treated like gods.

The fucking audacity...the delusion. This is a widely shared opinion amongst males for sure, but you just know that these same guys will be relentlessly pursuing the very women they despise and crying about not having a gf, making plebbit posts asking each other for advice on the 'grind' and how to pull several women at once. Wish they'd stand by their so-called ideals of hatred and leave us the fuck alone.

All of y'all pretending like heterosexual women are the only ones who experience misogyny, or experience the most misogyny, are not (just) being homophobic, you're being misogynistic.

You're denying women's sex based oppression is real or it's severity. So maybe sit down and shut up and realize that we are still women despite the fact that we are not sleeping with men. You have the ability to make the choice not to sleep with men too. It's not an inaction unique to homosexuals.

I will spread any feminist praxis I want, and if it's insulting for me to reiterate the ideals we preach in these spaces because I'm a homosexual then you can go ahead and be insulted. SSA women have just as much claim to these spaces as you do because we are women and these spaces are for fighting misogyny, which we all experience. It's not just for tackling the misogyny y'all are uncomfortable with, it's for tackling all of it. Get with the program, ladies.

honestly a lot of aspects of current liberalism are about allowing some people's "rights" to harm women's. that's why i don't support trans ideology, complete prison abolition, etc.

women aren't just collateral to me. their oppression isn't just an unfortunate side effect of a main goal achieved. liberals consistently put women last and i'm sick of it.

So I came back to my very-cringe-super-libfem-gendie blog of my TRA days, with a lot of posts about male characters since I was actually much more uncomfortable than I was willing to admit about my attraction to women and all that back then and identified as some they/them transmasc agender pansexual 🥲

Not posting it publicly because 98% of the blogs of these fandoms would block me on sight if they knew I'm now a radfem and it's not really hard to put one and one together for a hateful stalker already. Also, I'm obviously crypto on this fandom blog so don't be surprised if I post shits there that are contradictory with my beliefs expressed here. I'm aware a lot of trans men & women are not like this, but why do so many of them fail to understand the difference between sex and gender and that starting hormones and getting surgery does not change your sex, just your appearance.

And like,, the same ones also think your brain is gendered and that estrogen gives you a period when you have a penis.

Like please for the love of god will you get some education.

literally just saw some radfem bullshit on my dash, & then when I went to their blog to block them not only was it full of anti-trans half arguments & accusations of other people being childish, but one of the very first posts was about how a certain show would be better if one of the main characters was a young woman instead of an old man because they "don't like old people"

why are nearly all the Classic F1 fandom/rpf friendly people Max haters? even people who stan past drivers who are very similar or way "worse" than Max?? I basically had to give up the fandom and block a lot of people because I was so sick of being afraid to celebrate him doing well and sick of having so many people on my dash rooting for him to DNF or quit racing or worse. The hypocrisy is just so baffling to me and yet so prevalent :/
