On one hand It's shower night, I made schedule, tonight I shower. Right? Cus it's shower night, I shower now I've finished chores. . . . But at the same time, f the schedule because dysphoria. Just-.... I need to shower now, cus it's shower night, but also like-- no, cus yucky physical body. So like. Ugh.

I know if I don't shower I will just end up hating myself cus I messed with the schedule and now I have to move everything around to make it make sense. . . . But like- h h h h h h icky body.
