Eating healthy is a choice that we all try to make. Why is it that healthy habits are hard to establish? Why do we have to make efforts to tell ourselves to stop eating junk? Why so many of us fail to stick to healthy eating during weekends? Why do we reach out for ice cream tubs, packet of chips or resort to alcohol and drugs when feeling low or depressed to get some high? My answer is- Victim Mind. I believe that we all possess two minds, one is victim mind, that always wants to laze around and avoid hardships. Victim mind just wants to be in comfort zone and keeps you telling that the other side of road is dark and dangerous. Don’t take that hard route. Whereas our other mind is Winner mind which irrespective of our unique personalities, we all possess, tells you to go and take that hard route. The Winner mind knows how to win every single battle. It is the winner mind that constantly strives to make you live. It is because of winner mind that we all our alive. Then why does our winner mind lose from victim mind? My second answer is company. Since winner mind lives with victim mind inside our miraculous bodies, winner mind gives in to his buddy’s demands. This is the reason it is so important to surround yourselves with people who impact your life in a positive way. Simply walk out of boundations and relationships that pull you down. Good relations will always lift you up and help you in your journey. That’s what have worked for me and so many other people I know. So friends tell your winner mind to tell it’s friend victim mind to get out. Cos life comes with limited offer and you gotta make every day every moment count. One of my #newyearsresolutions was to drink more fluids. So everyday at work I drink a hot tea (usually green or black) and #fruit infused #water. Anyone who knows me knows that I don't like drinking water. This has helped tremendously. Only issue, more trips to the bathroom, lol! #cleaneating, #eatingheathy, #goals, #geterdone

New sports bra..

So, I ordered the panache sports bra that boasts 86% less bounce for sizes up to 34e than wearing no bra. firstly, who wears no bra to exercise? Secondly, seriously, who wears no bra to exercise?, Anyway, I wanted to get fitted for it as local(ish) (well. 20 miles away) shop stocks them. But when I went on my day off, the shop was closed. And I am impatient person so I read some reviews, watched the fitting guide on the website and generally conducted some research before ordering. everyone stated the cups either fit true to size or was one size too big. So I dropped half a cup size and stick to my original back size. And I managed to order it from good old Amazon for £25 including delivery. As opposed to the £38 on the official website and a staggering £42 from the local lingerie shop. So it arrived today. It looks like some seriousily heavy duty equipment but I liked that. I tried it on. And I must admit, the cups do seem generous on one hand yet too small on another. The cups themselves and how high the material comes up the chest is very generous... I would almost say half a cup size.. as I have a bit of a gap between the upper seam of the bra and my chest bone. but this isn't structural, it's more the material encasing of the bra itself. The actual underwired, full on support section of the bra is a little snug. the wire doesn't quite rest on my breast bone and I could run a finger through... This suggest my cup is too small. However. I am also able to wear the back on the smallest hook so I think this is more my weight loss than the actual sizing. I jumped up and down lots in the front room and I was impressed. I still had movement but breasts move. I don't think any sports bra will be able to 100% stop that. However, when compared to my current Lonsdale sports bra which I wear under my ASDA sports bra, which are both compression styles, the difference was astonishing. Really amazing. The suport I have now in my new bra is head of heels better. It's quite remarkable. Obviously the true test will be at the gym tomorrow and the way after but do far so good. Overall, I think I could order a back size down for the ideal fit. however, saying that, the support it gives me is superioer to my current sports bra so for that alone, it is totally worth it. Shall update more on thursday!

This weekend, I'm focusing on grocery shopping and getting yummy healthy food in the house so I'm not tempted to eat junk food.

so far I have water packed tofu, 2 packs, 5 dragon fruits, pack of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, 2 packs dragon fruit vitamin waters (the 6 pack ones), 5 peach and passion fruit drinkable yogurts, bag of veggie chips, 3 fresh cucumbers, 3 fresh tomatoes, 1 contaner of scallions, one thing of kalamata olives, white vinegar, container of fresh figs, container of feta cheese, package of "cheiver" or "brie" cheese, 5 large asian pears, 2 guava fruits, 1 ginger root, 1 package frozen rasberries, 3 lemons,2 red beets, bag of baby carrots, 2 radishes, 3 garlic cloves, container of parsley, package of green teas, package of almonds. Does anyone have any other food ideas or recipes for me?:) if you do message me!
