I don't like shaming people for their takes on werewolves but I clearly remember Dogblud drawing a few POC werewolves who had afro hair only on their heads?? As in all the wolf's fur is straight as hell but they have a big ass afro?? And I was like. Girl no that is SO white and also uncreative. You can make them curly like a poodle!! You can make them have corded fur like a Puli to simulate dreads!! So her being arrogant at actual POC drawing POC werewolves is. Bruh.

I only ever saw one black werewolf OC she had, and yeah, I don't even remember her name because she did not leave an impression (which that alone is impressive because it's difficult to get me not go 👀👀👀👀 at a black OC ) but I guess that's the exact issue. Dog just changed her hair and lips from her base werewolf design, which was eeeehhhh not the best.

She was weird about how her werewolves looked and never bothered to add any other distinguishing features outside of like, hair or some vague face variations. All the fur types and body types were the same, and there was very little variety. Personal gripe, but I HATE THE WAY SHE DRAWS TITS AHHHHHH girlie never seen black titties her entire life and it shows hhhhhh.

She never wanted to experiment because Sandra was peak design for her, and she only really drew weird variations of Sandra's base form + features. I'm not shitting on Sandra's design, but it was THE ONLY design she had. It's easy to tell looking through her art where she's comfortable and where she's not, and variation in the body shapes and coat texture and all of that is just where she's not great at it or too lazy to commit to more than "aha obviously black features on the black werewolf" like girl come on gimmie something more.

you walk home, carrying groceries for dinner tonight after having a good day at work. and you couldn't wait to call Lando as soon as you get home.

Your boyfriend, who's a formula 1 driver, living his dream life is something you're soo proud of him and you are his no.1 supporter and is he of yours for your interior design projects. You always try your very best to attend as many races as possible and yet this time you couldn't go due to new projects.

You and Lando had moved in together during the winter break so you were occupied with setting things up which made up most of days while he went for the race weekends.

Just as you reached down your hallway, your phone begins to ring. it was none other than him. ah he definitely read your mind <3

"EEEEHHHH SURPRISEE!!!!!!" Lando squealed as he stood in front of you, one hand holding a bouquet of your favourite flowers while other held his phone. obviously videoing the whole reaction.

You just stood still with your eyes widen as you couldn't believe it's happening.

"is this really happening or am i dreaming?" you whisper, not moving a muscle in case if its a dream. Lando walked over to you, placing the flowers on the counter and kissed your forehead as he engulfed in hug.

"its happening for real sweetheart" he whispers to your head, kissing your head once more. you hugged him back tight as you had strength in you to let him know how much you missed him. you both swayed in each other's arms for a minute or so before you broke from the hug. You slapped him on his bicep, making a big echo sound throughout the apartment.

"Ouu what was that for!?" Lando shrieked, rubbing his arm.

"For not telling me you'll be back home and freaked me out like that" you say, putting the flowers into the vase.

"I wouldn't miss that reaction for the whole world" Lando said, grabbing my face in his hand and squishing it.

"Well today's your lucky day too mister! Cause i've got our favourite meal for dinner and a surprise for you!" you say, now squishing his face with both hands of yours.

"Really?? what's the surprise though?" Lando asks, curiosity building up in him.

"You gotta wait after dinner, champ. Now would you be a doll and help me with dinner? i'd treat you with some cookies and milk" You say, hugging him by his torso so he's completely trapped. He rolls his eyes which makes you laugh. Lando smiles at the sound of your laugh, his favourite sound amongst a few.

"With my pleasure, your highness" Lando says, pinning your hair behind your ear before he leans down and kisses you softly yet sweet and lovingly.

"Okay dinner and deserts are done. Dishes in the dishwasher. Now its surprise time!!!" Lando says, coming towards you with his biggest smile like a kid on christmas mornings.

"Alright! Come with me" You say, grabbing his hand as you take him upstairs.

you two stand in front of a closed door but lando gets bit confused. He did remember that you two hadn't decided what to do with this spare room and now, he sees there's an orange bow on the knob. He looks back at you which makes you laugh yet excited for him.

"Alright bub, the floor's yours. Open whenever you're ready" You say, getting giddy and nervous at the same time. Lando nods his head slowly and opens the door. His jaw hits the floor once he sees the room makeover. Lando enters the room, stunned, shocked and dumbfound at what his eyes are seeing.

"I know it's not much cause if i knew you were gonna come by, i would have finished it sooner. Yet so far, i've put all your equipments here and need to do a bit more work till it's fully done" You explain to him.

"You designed this room?! As in for me??" Lando says, his voice shaking.

"Your very own gaming-twitch stream room. Sooo do you like it?" You ask, all suddenly feeling nervous since he hasn't said anything so far. "You don't like it right? Ahh is it the neon signs, i was bit doubtful about or is it the color of the room? cause you know we can chan-" Your rambling got cut off by Lando grabbing your face and kisses you deeply with passion.

"You've got no idea how much this means to me! A whole interior design by my very own favourite designer!?? It's a dream come true bubba" Lando whispers, resting his forehead on yours.

"Good to know that cause you're stuck with me" He whispers, kissing your forehead. You look at him in his eyes, bringing your hand to his cheek.

Walburga had taken so much from him, so much, and then she had stuffed those empty spaces with things he didn’t want, insecurities and fears and learned behaviours that still shocked him to this day when they reared their ugly heads. But Hope Lupin had done her very best to show him how it felt to be loved, and wanted, and considered, from that very first Christmas he showed up on the train platform in Cardiff, hiding half a foot behind Remus, with nothing to offer but pain and misery. Now, years later, fed and loved and protected by her a thousand times over, the least he could do in return was tell her the truth, to own up to the fact he loved her wonderful, wonderful son with every single fibre of his being. “I’m in love with Remus,” He blurts out, the chaotic whirlpool of his thoughts manifesting into such a stunted little phrase it shocks even him. He tenses up immediately, fight or flight response kicking in like clockwork, but there’s no need—Hope just lets out a surprised laugh, her fingers stilling halfway down the piece of hair she’s braiding. “Honey, however sweet it is that you’re telling me, I think all of us are aware of your predicament, except my son himself.” Sirius’s mouth falls open in disbelief. “How does everyone know?” “Oh, you’re very obvious, dear. You must know,” She laughs, continuing her braiding as if Sirius’s entire world hasn’t been upended and turned inside out.

I'm going to blog about my D&D setting

There are many like it, but this one is mine

I've run two campaigns set in the same setting now, and I have dreams of running a third. I write stuff down about it, but I don't usually show people. I would like to show people. I want those lovely endorphins.

What it is:

-A Dungeons and Dragons setting. Which is to say, there's orcs and dragons and wizards and probably dungeons to explore. While the two games I've had thus far have been in 5th edition, I'm intending to branch out (and have run other systems in the past), so it isn't automatically tied to the specific mechanics of 5e, unless the specifics of 5e did something I found very compelling or funny. Any worldbuilding should be able to slot on top of a variety of D&D-descended systems.

-Inspirations include: various editions of D&D (I quite liked the 4th ed lore in particular), some select bits of the OSR-adjacent bloggosphere, lots of funny tumblr posts, warhammer, Critical Role, Order of the Stick, Final Fantasy XIV, and the works of Terry Pratchett and Douglas Adams (not that I'm that good, but a man can dream).

-Is there a mission statement? Some unifying theme? Eeeehhhh… I'd like there to be, but the closest I can settle on is "Things don't turn out the way people intended, and sometimes that's for the best"

Whether there is emphasis on the Sometimes will vary.

I think if you'd ask him he'd say he's a dude but he'd also shrug and say eeeehhhh? Because yeah he's a guy but also what even is gender? Spicy cis.

👽 A weird quirk

I think he's the kind of person who extends the care he puts into his hair into other forms of hygiene. His room is always a bit sloppy but if he doesn't take his two (2) daily showers and do his 8 step skincare routine he feels off. It's not to the point of being actual OCD or anything, mans just likes to feel clean.

👗 A headcanon about their clothes

WHERE DO I BEGIN

If this boy had been a teen in the 2010's he would have absolutely be a Pinterest girlie and would have made boards dedicated to looks and aesthetics. I think all JoJo's have an interest in fashion but Josuke's the one who's the most passionate about it. Has a stash of clippings from fashion magazines with looks he wants to recreate. When he can't afford to buy something he tries to DIY it. He's not necessarily flashy with color in his clothes but he goes wild with accessories. Has the most clothes out of any JoJo.

Genderqueer. Giorno defies labels and concepts like hyper masculinity or machismo are absolutely repulsive to him. Definitely one of the things he really hated about his stepdad for sure. He's very secure in his identity and if other people don't understand it he really doesn't care. He spent his childhood masking and blending in as much as possible, but as soon as he broke away from his family and started doing his own thing he really came into his own.

👽 A weird quirk

Can't cook (at least not beyond very basic things) and will just eat whatever's most accessible. Frequently commits food crimes as a result (as in will put whatever is left in the fridge together and call it a meal), because he can't be bothered to put effort into ACTUALLY making something or orders takeout a lot. He just sees cooking and eating as a chore and there's a million other things he'd rather do than worry about it.

👗 A headcanon about their clothes

Going off of the gender thing Giorno dressed very plainly as a child mostly because his parents just tended to neglect buying him clothes or when they did it was just the most basic stuff possible. But living in Italy he was surrounded by the world of fashion and was fascinated. He'd walk past fancy designer shops and press his nose to the glass until he eventually got told off by security. He told himself that someday he'd be able to make his own decisions. Someday he'd wear clothes that really felt like him.

So when he finally gained his independence he went WILD. He's flashy, he's flamboyant, he has expensive taste and he's not afraid to show it. Believes in quantity over quality and isn't afraid to spend more $$$ on something that was handmade out of the best materials. Doesn't have a large wardrobe but has pieces that will last a lifetime.

I think Jolyne is cis but really hates being pushed into gender norms. Was 100% a tomboy as a little kid. The "girliest" thing about her was her hair and love of butterflies but she'd frequently come home just covered in dirt from exploring the neighborhood park on the walk home from school much to her mother's dismay. Her clothes never stood clean for long. She was always bringing home little critters like bugs and snails and would try to keep them alive. She never fit society's expectations of what she should have been. She was loud and boisterous didn't take shit. As she got older she got more comfortable with her femininity since she felt it was something she could explore on her own terms instead of having it pushed on her.

👽 A weird quirk

I think Jolyne's restless. She's always got to be doing something with her hands or tapping her feet. Can't stay seated for long and gets bored easily. Stole one of her dad's old Zippo lighter's and uses it as a fidget toy of sorts to help herself focus. If you walked by her room and listened closely you'd frequently hear the faint grinding of a spark wheel and snap of the lighter being closed.

👗 A headcanon about their clothes

The time Jolyne spent in a gang had a huge influence on her fashion sense. She spent time with punks and people from different backgrounds and carried a lot of those lessons with her. SUPER INTO DIY. Makes her own fishnet shirts out of stockings, distresses her own pants, cuts holes into her shirts, hand paints her signature spider web design onto different outfits. She can never quite find what she wants off the rack so she takes matters into her own hands.

Saw a "taking care of a sick character" prompt list by @/corvase and got inspired with some dumb and dumber. Never let mad scientist Yoru play nurse.

“Hi. I’m here to be your nurse.” Yoru said flatly, settling herself on the chair next to Floyd’s dorm room bed. 

“Eeeehhhh… I’m fine…” His face was red and the words he spoke barely made it past his lips. “You can go.. Jade will be back soon and he can help… you’ll probably poison me or something.”

Yoru laughed, having just spoken with Jade. He’d stopped by her room before heading to class, and told her that Floyd had come down with some sort of human sickness and he wasn’t sure what it was. He asked if she could be a friend and take care of his dear brother while he attended class, no, he couldn’t do it himself. You see, they were learning about the history of fungus use in medicine that day and he really didn’t want to miss the lesson. Floyd would be fine under her tender care, he was sure of it. 

“Oh? Are you saying I’m a shitty nurse?”

Floyd tried to chuckle, his laughs turning into coughs that wracked his entire body. “Yuuuuup~.”

“Well, you’re probably not wrong. I’ve never done something like this before.”

“So why start now?”

“I’m bored, I finished my school work three days ago and don’t meet with the headmistress until tomorrow.”

“Oh no.”

“Oh yes. So I’m going to play nurse.”

“Geeeeeehhhh~” He didn’t have the energy to protest and laid back against his pillows, eyeing her from his fluttering lids. “Then get on with it.”

“I am. I’m examining my patient.”

“You’re just starin’ at me, it’s creepy.”

“Fine, is this better?” She placed her hand across his forehead with a scowl. It was burning hot. He closed his eyes for a moment and opened them again when she didn’t move away. 

“You gonna move your hand or just keep it there forever?”

“You’re the noisiest patient I’ve ever had.”

He coughed again. “I’m the ONLY patient you ever had.”

“Yea, so shut up. I’m working.”

“You’re not even doing anything.”

“I told you. I’m examining.”

“Well stop it, I don’t like it.”

“Fine.” She removed her hand from his forehead and used it to dig in the pouch she’d placed on his desk. Floyd lifted himself off his mattress, the worry showing on his face of whatever she might produce. 

“What’re you gonna do?”

“Hmmm, probably a bunch of stuff. Whatever works.” Yoru shrugged, extracting a vial of dark blue liquid. 

“I don’t like the look of that…” His voice trailed off, pushing himself as far away from her as he could get. Unfortunately, he was unable to get out of bed, so the extra eighteen inches of distance between them didn’t do much to help. 

“Shut up and drink this.” She grinned, tipping the vial against his protesting lips. 

“Hey this tastes preeee~tty good. What is i-” He fell back against his pillows, completely unconscious. Yoru stood up from her chair and wet a facecloth she had stored in her pouch, laying it gently across his forehead. 

“Goodnight.”

“Yoru-san, has Floyd recovered already?” Jade asked, spotting her in the library once his class let out. 

“No. He’s asleep.”

“Oya? And you just left him alone? How cruel of you.”

“I said he’s sleeping, what am I supposed to do about it?”

“Hmmm do you not have deep, lingering feelings for him and his well-being? I thought you two were an item of sorts, was I mistaken?”

Yoru rolled her eyes with a sigh. “He’ll be fine, he just needs to sleep it off.”

“And how long have you left him for?”

“Eeehhhh give him a couple days.”

“A couple of days? My, that is quite the timeline.”

“What did you expect me to do? I don’t know anything about mermaids and he didn’t want me to poison him so I did the next best thing.”

“I suppose you are right,” Jade sighed dramatically. “It is just so dull around here without Floyd.”

“Well if you want me to fix him better next time you can let me experiment on you in the meantime.” She grinned at him.

“Ahhh, on that, I think I will pass. Thank you for the offer, Yoru-san.”

“Well shit.” She muttered as he walked away. “That would have been fun for sure.”

while i typically write him as merciless, i can for sure see him doing this.

felix would want to give his darling the best life he possibly could, and make sure they’re always healthy and happy.

like you mentioned, he would always cook for you. breakfast would be served first thing, and each day he’d switch it up, but pancakes were always a constant. he’d watch you eat with a grin on his face, satisfied that he could make you happy before eating his own plate.

anything that you wanted, he’d find a way to give it to you. no matter how expensive or extravagant it was. the hugs that he received were better than any amount of money he had to spend to get them.

he would cherish you and your love more than anything.
