Those who have various physical ailments should be very careful about food during Eid-ul-Azha. Do not lie down after eating or take a nap. Take some cumin and take a short walk. Try not to use too much oil and spices while cooking. If you cook too much meat at once, it should be reheated well and then eaten at mealtime the next day. But you should try to eat fresh cooked instead of old meat.

If you suffer from constipation, drink plenty of water, along with eating a variety of vegetables and fruits. You can also drink mint or ginger tea. Peppermint or ginger tea is great for aiding in digestion as well as relieving constipation.
