LED Video Walls Market Size, Key Players Analysis and Forecast to 2029
Big billboards have been the tried and tested method of attracting customers’ interest. Of late, digital signage has gained traction as a more engaging medium. That being said, the recent development of video walls is triumphing all these methods by a margin. A video wall is made up of several screens that work together to display content. These are being deployed across TV studios, control rooms, shopping malls, sports stadiums, entertainment venues, and airports. With the advancement of LED technology, the quality, scalability, and energy efficiency of these video walls are going through the roof. Such advancements are generating tremendous business possibilities across the global LED video walls market. The paced growth in the media and advertising industry is at the forefront of elevating the market’s growth prospects in the coming years.

This positive growth trajectory is expected to sustain amidst robust advancements in display technologies.
Increasing Adoption of LED Video Walls in Outdoor Settings to Open New Avenues of Growth
As the quality and performance of LED video walls continue to improve, many industries are using these technologies. Precisely, LED video walls installed in outdoor settings are showcasing a stark rise across several industries and market regions. These installations are becoming more and more commonplace in BFSI, sports, education, and retail industries. This is mainly due to the better brightness offered by these screens. I've just realised something kinda interesting.
so y'know how people talk about the differing tones between the first game and the second one? there's a lot that contributes to that, but I want to focus in on one comparison in particular.
in both games, there are six canon campaigns in the storyline.
in Left 4 Dead, you are rescued from 4, and rescue yourself in 2.
in Left 4 Dead 2, you are rescued from 4, and rescue yourself in 2.
at first, it seems exactly the same, right? well...no.
the No Mercy chopper pilot is shot by Zoey after turning (an event which becomes even more tragic if you've read her backstory in the comic, which I've talked about before). the Slaters who own the rescue vehicle in Death Toll throw them off the boat presumably unfairly and "leave them to die". the plane pilot from Dead Air was probably either infected (causing the crash) or killed (in said crash). the rescue unit who save them in Blood Harvest are all killed in the fall of Millhaven. as well as that, the survivors never even reach their goal of Echo Safe Zone. even when they're supposed to be safe, they're confronted with death, cruelty, and ever-present reminders of the Infection. they are never successfully rescued by others.
in Left 4 Dead 2, the only rescuer who is killed is the chopper pilot from Dark Carnival. Virgil gets to live (and is likely a carrier too, considering his close proximity with the survivors) and we can safely assume Papa Gator and Rescue 7 end up okay, especially since they were prepped to evac carriers. the killing of the chopper pilot isn't nearly as personal to Nick as it would be to Zoey, and their time spent on Virgil's boat is entirely safe (zombies can't swim and they have their guns). the survivors reach their goal of New Orleans and all four are successfully evacuated to a safe zone (as far as we know).
so the difference is pretty stark already. but we haven't even gone over the times the survivors rescue themselves.
sure, Crash Course is probably the most pleasant evac the Fairfield Survivors experience - they hijack an armoured truck and experience a pretty short, pretty safe drive to just outside Riverside. but the other time they have to save themselves? The Sacrifice. the end of the story. a last-ditch plan after the military fails them, in which they achieve their goal but one of them dies. their most successful evacs are conducted by themselves, and even then one ends with Bill's death.
compare that to the second game. Ellis comes up with a wacky plan to steal his favourite celebrity's stock car from a mall, which works, and the Savannah Survivors use it to escape from two campaigns in a row before it has to be abandoned. this is entirely successful, happens right at the start of the game, and with the immediate exception of the Dark Carnival chopper pilot all other evacs successfully take them (closer) to where they need to be.
the contrast is incredibly interesting, and perhaps also paints an even better picture as to why the Fairfield Survivors were unwilling to join the others and head to New Orleans in The Passing. they don't just distrust the military - they can't trust any rescuer who isn't them. they have to look after their own because everyone else has failed them. The Keys is the ending they chose and they're not willing to put their lives in others' hands again, not after they've already lost one.
a quick note: I'm not at all saying that one game's tone is superior to the other, only that they're different, and that this difference permeates a lot of the games' respective stories. I'm sure this isn't the only area where a direct comparison demonstrates such a contrast.

CARL’S BLOG: MAMIE, AN OZARK MOUNTAIN GIRL OF COURAGE
Author’s Note:  Thanks so much for your support in reading my blogs on, “MAMIE, AN OZARK MOUNTAIN GIRL OF COURAGE.”  I have enjoyed bringing the story of my mother to you.  I thought since we have ended the book of Mamie that you might enjoy knowing what has happened to my brothers and sisters who were mentioned several times in the book.  My book on “Mamie” and my five other books can be purchased from Amazon.Com and from me.  You can contact me at [email protected] should you be interested in a sign copy. Stay tune to my next novel, “ARKANSAS HILLBILLY.”  I will be starting my blogging soon.  Carl J. Barger
11-14-20, Carl J. Barger’s Tribute to his parents, Edward and Mamie Totten Barger, and Brothers and Sisters.
A Tribute to MAMIE ANN TOTTEN BARGER AND EDWARD BARGER
Mamie Ann Totten Barger was a woman for all seasons, a woman of courage, strength, and faith.  She valued family above everything else. Before she died, she had said to Carl, “Carl, promise me, you will continue our family reunions.  Do all you can to keep our family together!” “I promise you,” he said.  Of his mother, Carl said, “She was more than just a mother and housewife.  She was my best friend.  A thousand pictures are stored in my mind.  Fond memories have been made and those memories will last forever. Someday there will be a great and grand family reunion.  I will someday join my mother in God’s Heavenly Kingdom where we will sing together, “It Is Well with My Soul.”
Mamie was born in the Settlement Community near Shirley, Arkansas on February 11, 1908 to the late Elias Samuel Totten and Nancy Bradford.   She died at her home in the Pearson Community, Quitman, Arkansas on July 10, 1988.  She is buried in the Shiloh Crossroads Cemetery, Greers Ferry, Arkansas.
A Tribute to EDWARD BARGER
My father, Edward Barger was a nice person.  He was born in Orrick, Ray County, Missouri on March 29, 1897. He died in the Heber Springs Hospital on September 6, 1968.  He is buried in the Shiloh Crossroads Cemetery, Greers Ferry, Arkansas.  He moved to Higden, Arkansas, from Bates City, Lafayette County, Missouri when he was eighteen years old.  He spent most of his life farming.  For the last part of his life he owned two country grocery stories where he sold food, gas, and produce.  He and Mamie were good managers of their money.  They raised big gardens to help feed their large family.

Dorothy Love Coates
Tumblr media
Dorothy Love Coates (January 30, 1928 – April 9, 2002) was an American gospel singer.
Biography
Early years
Born Dorothy McGriff in Birmingham, Alabama, her early years were hard, (she later described them as "the same old thing"). Her minister father left the family when she was six, divorcing her mother thereafter. Dorothy began playing piano in the Baptist Church at age ten, then joined her sisters and brother in the McGriff Singers several years later.
Dorothy quit school to work "all the standard Negro jobs" available in Birmingham in the 1940s: scrubbing floors and working behind the counter in laundries and dry cleaners. She began singing with the Gospel Harmonettes— then known as the Gospel Harmoneers— in the early 1940s. She married Willie Love of The Fairfield Four, one of the most popular quartets of the early years of gospel, but divorced him shortly thereafter. She subsequently married Carl Coates of the Sensational Nightingales over a decade later.
Musical success
Coates rose to stardom in the 1950s as a member of The Original Gospel Harmonettes. With her "raggedy" voice and preacher's fire she could outsing the most powerful hard gospel male singers of the era. She was also a notable composer, writing songs such as "You Can't Hurry God (He's Right On Time)", "99 and a Half Won't Do" and "That's Enough".
The Gospel Harmonettes— later renamed the Original Gospel Harmonettes— had achieved some fame in an early appearance when the National Baptist Convention came to Birmingham in 1940. Led by Evelyn Starks, an amazing pianist whose style of playing was much imitated, and featuring Mildred Madison Miller, a mezzo soprano who had a down-home sound that came to be a symbol of the group, singing as its lead singer. The group also included, Odessa Edwards, the clear voiced alto whose sermonettes could create a great deal of fervor at performances, Vera Conner Kolb, the piercing soprano of the group whose high notes came with such ease that Marion Williams and other sopranos of the time period imitated her style, and Willie Mae Thomss Newberry Garth, the group's deep-throated alto, the group had a regular half-hour radio show sponsored by A.G. Gaston, a local businessman and community leader.
The group first recorded for RCA in 1949, but without Dorothy Love, after appearing on Arthur Godfrey's Talent Scouts television program. Those recordings while not particularly memorable are considered a rare jewel nowadays and include the two songs "In the Upper Room" and "Move on Up a little Higher".
Their first sides for Specialty Records—"I'm Sealed" and "Get Away Jordan"—recorded with Love in 1951 were far more successful, the group recorded a series of hits in the years that followed before disbanding in 1958.
Dorothy was the driving force behind the group's success, both on record and in person, singing with such spirit that the other members of the group would occasionally have to lead her back to the stage—a device that James Brown copied and made part of his act in the 1960s, but which was wholly genuine in Love's case. She also took over the role, particularly after Odessa Edwards' retirement, of preacher/narrator, directing very pointed criticisms from the stage of the evils she saw in the church and in the world at large.
During the years of her retirement, from 1959 to 1961, Dorothy Love—now Dorothy Love Coates—became active in the Civil Rights Movement, working with Martin Luther King, Jr. As she was fond of telling church audiences, "The Lord has blessed our going out and our coming in. He's blessed our sitting in, too." While many other gospel artists were slow to address political issues head-on, Coates spoke out against the war in Vietnam, racism and other evils.
Coates was just as plainspoken when criticizing the exploitative treatment that she and other gospel singers received from gospel promoters, both white and black. She reformed the Harmonettes in 1961 and when that group disbanded later in the decade, continued touring with a group known as the Dorothy Love Coates Singers. She recorded, both individually and with her group, on Savoy Records, Vee-Jay Records and Columbia Records in the 1960s and made occasional appearances, but no recordings, after 1980. She appeared in the films "The Long Walk Home" and "Beloved" at the end of her career.
Coates died in Birmingham on April 9, 2002, of heart failure, at the age of 74.
Musical influences
While Coates vigorously rejected all offers to cross over to pop or soul music, a number of artists, including Little Richard, imitated her sanctified singing style. Other secular songwriters drew on her songs for inspiration, sometimes simply taking the title, as in the case of Wilson Pickett's wholly different soul tune "99 and a Half Won't Do", and sometimes adapting both lyrics and title, as in the case of the Supremes's hit "You Can't Hurry Love". Jerry Garcia Band recorded her "I'll Be With Thee" on their Cats Under the Stars album . Singer Mavis Staples has also stated that Dorothy Love Coates was an influence on her own vocal style.

This is a painting I just finished (I think). I painted the old house originally alone, but it looked very stark. I painted it as it reminds me of southern VA and/or rural NC. And while the light and shadow are visually interesting, I felt that it needed a bit of a story to make it more compelling. So, I added the porch and man in the foreground. Both of these particular elements (the porch/man and the old house) were influenced by one of my favorite artists Edward Hopper. I often look at his works for inspiration as well as to another American favorite artist, Fairfield Porter. If I could channel either of these painters in my work, I would consider myself quite fortunate, as I love both. It's interesting, the more I look at this piece, the more of myself I see therein. I could write more about that here, but maybe that's for a later discussion. Promising Scientific Breakthroughs in Neurology to Boost Growth Prospects
In the past few decades, the field of neurology has made major scientific breakthroughs. Several new neurological disorders are being identified and their treatment methodologies are being tested across the medical sphere. Governments, research bodies, and regulatory authorities are enabling market players to proceed with the development of more advanced neurological drugs. Novel therapeutics and drugs are gaining efficacy and formulations are being given approval for commercialization and general usage. Critical neurological disorders such as dementia and Alzheimer's are getting more efficacious drugs to enable better treatment. Against this backdrop, the global neurological disorder drugs market is set to exhibit paced growth in the forecast period.
Increasing Prevalence of Several Neurological Conditions to Incentivise Investments
Several serious neurological disorders including dementia, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and cerebral palsy have increased in prevalence. Such an alarming rise in numbers is creating a strong incentive in the healthcare sector to develop drugs to treat them. The instances of stroke have also showcased a stark increase in the past few years. Stroke is one of the leading causes of death globally, and patients who survive stroke usually develop severe mental or physical disabilities later on in their lives. As a result, robust research and development efforts are being directed toward the development of effective treatment methods and drugs. This is translating into dynamic economic activities and expansion across the global neurological disorder drugs market.
North America to Lead Neurological Disorder Drugs Market Amidst High Incidence of Alzheimer’s
North America is forecast to emerge as the leading neurological disorder drugs market. One of the key contributing factors to such a market positioning is USA’s relentless drug manufacturing and R&D activities. Its drug and food governing body, FDA is extremely active in giving approvals for neurological drug trials and commercialisation. In addition, cases of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease have been growing in the region, motivating the market players to boost their activity in the region. The growing geriatric population is also facilitating market expansion in North America.
Key Market Players
Some of the most active players in the global neurological disorder drugs market include Neurocrine Biosciences Inc., UCB S.A., Amgen Inc., Teva Pharmaceuticals, Eli Lilly, AstraZeneca, Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Novartis, Biogen, Pfizer Inc., and BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc.

Walking the Tightrope
Tumblr media
Ernest Sinclaire x MC (Isabel Fairfield) - DRABBLE
#1 - You’re my one exception
Isabel Fairfield took one last deep breath and stepped out into the illuminated street. As much as they had tried, there was nothing discreet in London. Neighbors knew your biddings before you did, gossip could wash over the entire city in a single morning. She prayed this one wouldn't make the rounds.
A taller figure was waiting for her, his silhouette stark against the same moonlight that she'd feared would expose her. Now, she found herself running to it.
Two figures against the star studded backdrop embraced, the slim woman's figure leaning into the taller's chest. They rested briefly, then parted just as fast.
"This rendezvous . . . it could not mean well for us," Isabel whispered, even though she knew there weren't any others around. "We need to be careful."
"If that means being able to gaze upon you, then I shall comply," Mr. Sinclaire said, his voice solemn, but at the same time, tender. "This is the time that I have a claim on you."
"And I will not remove that claim," Isabel promised. "But, I cannot ask you to do this any longer. I cannot ask you to risk your reputation, your lands, your status - just on me."
"It may be easy to stop for another woman," Mr. Sinclaire replied, taking her hand, his thumb rubbing small circles on the top of it. "But you are no ordinary woman."
"Then what am I, Mr. Sinclaire?" Isabel queried.
"Something more exquisite, my lady," he answered promptly. "You are my only exception in the rules that govern my life."
AGAINST THE RULES
Tumblr media
Ernest Sinclaire x MC (Clara Mills) - DRABBLE
#19 - Look . . . they’re dancing again
The air was tinged with excitement and rueful goodbyes. The social season was finally winding down, the ladies at the door mourning about the ribbons they never got to wear, the slippers they never danced in. The orchestra was tinged with the same down feeling, their playing was a touch more mournful as they tuned for the last dance of the evening.
“The last dance of the last ball is sure to be eventful, Miss Mills,” came a smooth voice from next to her. “I suppose goodbyes are in order.”
Clara turned sharply to her left to see a familiar, well groomed man next to her, his eyes darting as the couples became to emerge among the meandering people.
“I suppose that is all and well for you. I believe you have been praying for this day to come, have you not?” Clara said liltingly, turning back to watch the dance floor.
“Quite the contrary, Miss Mills.”
“Oh?” Clara said, raising an eyebrow in surprise. “And how enjoyable is this dance to warrant your appreciation?”
“Perhaps not enjoyable,” Mr. Sinclaire answered, the faintest of shrugs gracing his shoulders. “Perhaps it is the people instead.”
Clara mulled over the possibility for a short while, then shook her head.
“I believe I gave you my second dance, Mr. Sinclaire. As much as my heart wills it, I’m afraid the rules of society turn the tables against us.”
“I was prepared for that answer,” Sinclaire replied, a smile tugging at the corner of his lips. He turned to face her, looking squarely into her eyes with a seriousness that betrayed his lighthearted voice.
“You are a rare opportunity, Miss Mills. There is very little doubt about it.”
“Dancing for a second time . . . people will think us engaged, Mr. Sinclaire,” Clara stammered, trying to regain some face.
“Then let them think. I never said they were wrong.”
The music swelled, and Sinclaire lifted an arm to her waist, gently escorting her to the dance floor.
“Perhaps we won’t let them think then,” Clara purred. “Perhaps, we will let them know.”
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Felicity Holloway harrumphed, then leaned in to whisper into Donna Bowden’s ear.
“Look,” she hissed, tapping at her shoulder. “They’re dancing again.”
“Oh my,” Miss Bowden said, her mouth a perfect little ‘o’. “Oh my.”

Blurb:
I am the monarch of Manhattan’s underworld.
A corrupt king, ruling a sinful empire.
I wasn’t born to the crown.
Nevertheless, I wear it well.
Aislinn Granville is the Crown Jewel of my empire—my queen.
To my enemies, she’s my Achilles heel—a perfect pawn.
Without her, I am a wounded warrior.
A ruthless, relentless beast.
There is nowhere she can be taken that I won’t find her.
No adversary I won’t crush to get her back.
Even if I have to burn this city to the ground.
Tumblr media
Excerpt: :
My heartbeat is an erratic, distracting pitter-patter against my ribs as I take in the stark beauty of the man standing in front of me. He looks like the same man I ran from. Almost.
The same rich black hair and inky eyelashes. The same strong, shadowed jawline and high, elegant cheekbones. The same spark of intensity lighting up those dark, dark eyes.
But now there are smudges beneath them. And faint horizontal lines, like the silvery remnants of a shattered spider web, crossing his forehead.
Damon is glaring at me like an adversary he’s torn between spanking or fucking. There is yearning in his gaze, a faint glimmer of tenderness beneath his infuriated expression.
I like it. A lot.
The panic and fear and pure terror that filled my veins just a few hours ago hasn’t yet evaporated. Those intense emotions are still there, like toxins that have yet to be flushed from my system. I don’t want to be treated with kid gloves. Not by Damon King.
I need his intensity now more than ever. I am desperate to revel in the raging storm Damon and I create when we’re together. The kind of storm that deserves a name. Deserves to be written in history books for its power . . . and for the toll of its destruction.
I want the shocking illumination of lightning. The ominous energy of thunder.
I want to give and take.
Clash and break.
Writhe and shake.
“Damon.” I say his name like a warning. I need the savage who claimed me as his own. My savage king.
He presses a firm kiss to my forehead, his fingers lightly pushing into the hair at the base of my scalp. “Tell me this,” he says. “Is there any hurt I can’t kiss better?”
The throaty rumble of Damon’s voice is like a liberal pour of molasses on my frayed nerves. “No.” My nose is flush with his chest and I breath deep that scent I didn’t think I would ever smell again. Wood and whiskey and raw masculinity. So damn intoxicating.
He sweeps his tongue along the rim of my ear. “Is there any hurt I can’t lick better?”
The tension in my shoulders eases as I flatten my palms against his chest. “No.”
Damon lifts my chin, our eyes locking on each other. “Is there any hurt I can’t fuck better?”
My cheeks warm as I draw my lower lip between my teeth. Then I shake my head slowly, “No.”
He smiles that darkly seductive grin and my stomach flips. “Let’s go take a shower.”
I nod my head eagerly. A long hot shower sounds perfect. A long hot shower—with my savage king—sounds downright exquisite. By the time the water is running, my borrowed bathrobe is just a white smudge of bad memory strewn across the tile floor.
Damon begins unbuttoning his shirt and I eagerly reach for his belt. When he is as naked as I am, he cups my chin between his thumb and forefingers and tips it upward. His kiss is hard but not punishing. The perfect amount of pressure.
I moan low in my throat.
He growls in return. And when we pull apart, we are wearing matching lust-drunk grins.
“Do you trust me?” he asks.
“I thought you said I shouldn’t trust anyone who has to ask.”
“I’m asking now.”
The truth falls from my lips. “With my life.”

My Review
5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Unputdownable & Unforgettable!!
This was intensely addictive, passionate and a enthralling ride until the end. I was so worried about this series when I started reading it because I just don’t read dark romances. But this was filled with everything that I love in romance stories and so much more.
Damon and Aislinn stole my heart and will stay in my soul for quite sometime. While Tara Leigh stole all my preconceived ideas and turned them on their head, making me a fan girl for her writing. This was a Phenomenal ending to this series, where Aislinn proves that she is Damon’s Queen. But that is all that you will get out of me. You don’t want to miss this series! It was FANTASTIC!!!
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
