Social Distancing! 🌳 In England we’re allowed one hour of exercise a day during this pandemic, so I go to the forest behind my house at noon. Week 10, 40 lbs DOWN!!!🏃🏽‍♀️💦💨 31 inches lost & this week I hit my GOAL!!! 🏆🥇🥅✨ . What an amazing journey this was!🤩 For the first time I can comfortably say I now have a very healthy attitude towards food. 👅🍊🍐🍧🍤🍇🥐 I now understand the importance of having balance, calorie counting and portion control. ⚓️ And for that, I truly thank @nutracheck and to my darling @oledesaluvold who lost 50lbs for introducing me to the app. It was such an education and eye opener! 📚📖📙📆🧮 Ole handed me a lottery ticket to a better & healthier life and the winning numbers were in @nutracheck 🏆🎫 You’re the BEST husband and father and Iove you more than words can ever express! ♥️🇳🇴 . WK 7 & 25 LBS DOWN!!🏃🏽‍♀️💨💦 18 INCHES OFF MY ENTIRE BODY!! 👙 BACK FAT ALMOST GONE!!! And by the pics, the more I LOOSE, 👀 the LESS I wear 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 . . These past 2 weeks were by far the HARDEST!!! It was so difficult to stay focused while the whole world 🌍 was rightfully protesting for justice George Floyd and for Black Life Matters!! ✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿 And yet somehow I draaaaaaagged myself to my treadmill and beat out all of my frustrations on 5 mile runs every day for the past 14 days!🏃🏽‍♀️💦💦💦💦💦💦 So I was so HAPPY to see that my back fat/back rolls are almost gone. 🤩🏆🥇 For the first time in ages I no longer feel my back jiggle and the fat has come off by my bra strap and my arms.🎉🎉🎉🎉 Now I’m in a funny place, b’cos all my bras a big and the cups seem huge to me now!!! 😂🤣 So next week I have no choice but to get new bras and panties too for that matter. 👙👙👙👙👙 I set out to loose 40lbs and I’ve lost 25lbs with only 15lbs to go but the struggle is real as it’s getting harder with every single pound I loose, but I’ve come too fat to stop now! 🛑 ✋🏽 I’ve also developed a soar right foot/anckle🦶 so I’m challenged but the show must go on!!! 🤣🤣 Keep going my fellow Fitness fam and I’ll check in with u all next week! 💋🏃🏽‍♀️💦 . . . WK 5 & 20LBS DOWN!!🏃🏽‍♀️💨💦 Let’s talk about BACK FAT!!! I hate it!! 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 It’s the first thing I could feel jiggle on my body when I was gaining weight and it’s the one thing I cannot WAIT to get RID of! 🏃🏽‍♀️💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦 I feel as if I’m carrying two handbags on the sides of my waist!!! 😩😩😩😩 So I’m so HAPPY the jiggling has dropped to just a jiggle now when I walk! 🤩🤩🤩 I can feel it but not as bad any more and that’s due to the last 5lbs I’ve lost! 💯🏋🏾‍♂️ So when I don’t feel like working out I remember my back fat and I run straight to the treadmill!!! 🏃🏽‍♀️👀💨💨💨💨💨 I’m so happy to SEE this process and it only motivates me to keep going. 4th week & I’ve lost 14 INCHES!!🏃🏽‍♀️💨💦 The 4th week was by far the HARDEST!!! I started weight trading and it also happened to be that time of the month too! 😩😫😩😫😩 I just wanted to jump in a bucket of fries 🍟 and drink 🍹 milkshakes 🥛 for 7 days straight! I was bloated and sluggish but @oledesaluvold supported me every hour of every day this week and I completed all of my workouts. 🏋🏾‍♂️ Having said that I caved in on day 6 and ate a whole box of digestive tea biscuits!!!! 🍪👅🍪👅🍪👅🍪👅🍪👅🍪 You should have seen my little chocolate face!! Complete satisfaction b’cos I was still under my calorie intake for the week!! That’s why I love the calorie counter!! 🤸🏾‍♀️😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 Weight training was hard and I did the best I could. 🏋🏽🏋🏽🏋🏽🏋🏽 Muscle weighs more than fat so I wasn’t expecting to loose ANY weight this week but I did and to my surprise I lost and extra 2 & 1/2 inches on my hips, bust & waist!! So keep going guys! You’re going to have tough weeks, and some days you’re going to live in the fridge for two days straight and that’s fine too. Just don’t give up, shake the sugar off and keep going b’cos this isn’t a diet, it’s a lifestyle which means that BALANCE is essential. 15lbs down and feeling better!!🏃🏽‍♀️💨💦 So the past three weeks have been one of the HARDEST times ever! Soooooooo many times I wanted to quit!!!! I kept on saying to myself “why am I doing this now during covid-19 and I’m unable to go outside? What are the odds you will do this FUMI?” But I kept going and I’m beginning to see some results. My tummy was a HUGE issue but I’m finally understanding how important my DIET is and what I put in my body! 👀🥦🌽🥑🌶🥒🥬🍆🍅🥕🥥🍓🍇🍐🍉🍎🍏🍌🍐🍋 @oledesaluvold has been a phenomenal help and has supported me every step of the way. He had previously lost 50lbs and introduced me to the CALORIE COUNTER app which made a major difference in my weight loss!!!! (I had noooooo idea I was truly over eating at every single meal) 😂🤣😂 You weight loss is composed of 80% diet & 20% exercise. As soon as I started eating right, the weight began to fall off & I lost inches!!! 🤩🤩🤩 But the CRAVINGS were challenging for about 10 days b4 I began to feel ok again. 🙌🏾 Congratulations to everybody out there making an effort, especially the mothers with young children. 👶🏼👶🏼👶🏼👶🏽👶🏾👶🏿👶🏻👶 B’cos it’s not easy but let’s not give up, let’s keep going and DO THIS!!!!
