usually, you'd both have been busy during the weekdays. You know work and all since both of you agreed you would both pay the bills, each two months it would be switched over to who would pay.

Like example, January-February is your months and the next two are Jihoons.

Well, seems Jihoon has developed some type of weird habit of literally working his ASS off at the first few weeks of his two months... Jeez you have like what, 60 days?

Unfortunately, today is one of those days. All your plans to hang out with your sweet boyfriend is all gone! You know he's trying to do this for a good cause but... He's a bit too extreme sometimes! He'd go days sometimes without sleep, you can't help but get a little worried.

You've tried and TRIED to get his attention so he can stop working, you've even told him you would pay for this month's rent too(💀). Nope he won't budge one bit, he almost got super mad at you at one point.

Jihoon finally came back, as soon as he sat down you placed your hand on his thigh which caught him off-guard, " Y/n? Can you remove your hand, I need to work. " you refused, you did take your hand off for a second but changed your position and lied your head onto his lap

Jihoon didn't know what to do, He didn't want to be rude and just shove you off, " Y/n I need to work please. " he said as he placed a lock of your hair behind your ear.

" You've been working so hard for the past week, just this once. Please rest, come on! It's even the weekends. Can't you spend some time with your very cool partner? "

he sighed in defeat as he closed his laptop and adjusted his position, he grabbed the remote and looked at you " What movie do you want to watch? "

" Legally blonde. " " Again? " " Yeah, so what? "

27. How do they say “I love you” non-verbally?

I tend to think they both do this primarily through gestures. For Near, there are plenty of canon examples of this, like him going out of his way to contact everyone he knew of who had seen Mello's face, and defending every action even when those actions directly interfered with Near's investigation. The two big gestures I always imagine him doing for Mello post-Kira case are 1) giving Mello half of his fortune (or at least offering - I suspect that Mello would not take this well), and 2) using his legal power as L to have Mello's crimes pardoned. These are things I think he'd do either way, not necessarily if they were in a relationship, but I definitely think this pattern of thoughtful gestures would continue into their relationship, big or small.

As for Mello, he does everything that Near isn't able to do for himself; cooks, cleans, drives him places if he ever needs to go anywhere. If, for whatever reason, someone seriously hurt or threatened Near, I for SURE think Mello would make it his life mission to track them down and make them regret it. On a smaller scale, I can also imagine him spontaneously buying Near things he happens to find whilst out of the house, although I think he'd either play it off like it isn't a big deal or pretend he only did it so Near would owe him a favour (as much as he craves praise and validation, I think in this situation it would be eclipsed by the embarrassment of having to admit the fact that he thinks about Near, and god forbid he actually has feelings).

I also think physical affection would be a part of this for both of them. In my opinion, Near isn’t a particularly affectionate person by nature and is quite uncomfortable with most people touching him, so even just the fact that he’s willing to initiate and accept physical contact with Mello sends a clear message about his feelings. Mello I think is a lot more comfortable with physical touch in general, but not necessarily affection, as this would be a very vulnerable thing for him. So in my mind, he’d become increasingly more tender towards Near over time, and this would be his way of expressing his love.

33. How do they flirt? Who’s the worse flirt?

The obvious answer to this is Near, but honestly I think they're just as hopeless as each other. In my mind, Mello is beyond capable of being smooth and flirtatious with anyone who matters less to him, but when it comes to Near, he is a pathetic mess. As is a bit of a running theme here, trying to flirt means being vulnerable and putting all his feelings and desires on blast, and from Near of all people, being rejected would be the ultimate humiliation. Thus, he is either incapable of trying to begin with, or so paranoid about fucking up that he loses all ability to be smooth. I generally imagine their relationship starting very abruptly, with Mello making an impulsive move on Near before he has time to think through the consequences. Honestly, I think even if Mello did attempt to flirt with Near before they’ve actually started seeing each other, there’s a good chance Near wouldn’t even pick up on it. After they get together, I definitely see Mello teasing Near or making boldly flirtatious remarks out of the blue just to try and draw a reaction from him, and I think this would come much more naturally to him than any pre-relationship flirting attempts.

As for Near, in a serious AU, I struggle to imagine him making an earnest attempt to win Mello over before anything has happened between them. He understands why Mello dislikes him and is very respectful of this, and even if they started to form any sort of amicable relationship, he’d be extremely hesitant to make a move unless he had explicit confirmation that Mello wanted that from him. He’d expect Mello to feel uncomfortable around him, and thus any unnecessary actions that might amplify that discomfort would be off the table. Similarly to Mello, I think there’d be a bit of flirtatious teasing from Near’s end once he knows he can get away with it, but I imagine him doing it more in response to Mello’s teasing than initiating it himself. In my opinion, his preferred method of initiating contact between them is to approach Mello and bluntly state what he wants.

O’hara is a major early bird, so whatever personal time you two can share together besides work has to be at night when everything’s running smoothly back at hq. During those times you’ll see him fully engage in more personal and even intimate conversations that you throw at him.

i’ve been reading your series (recently finished book #1) and there’s something I’m morbidly curious about: can you share more about the practice of “muting” defendants in arkalan court? 👀

Oh yes, that little detail >:3

Arkala people have a cultural philosophy of "keeping the peace" - in Arkalan court, this translates to keeping court proceedings as orderly, and the defendants as non-disruptive, as reasonably possible. This means giving the court permission to "mute" (i.e. gag) a defendant if they demonstrate disruptive behaviour.

This permission is something that a ruler before Taularh and King Fahlu put in legislation. Taularh, as Arkala'ana, wasn't personally or culturally inclined to "keep the peace," but he was hard on justice being served in the community, so saw no reason to remove it.

Other little details:

Legally, a defendant may only be muted if they have a lawyer (or a youth advocate) present who can speak on their behalf.

The court has cloths especially made for the purpose, made of a material designed to reduce the dispersion of sound.

The cloths are secured either by tying the ends, or by velcro.

The cloths are washed after each use for sanitary reasons.

Typing that out just made me curious about how Eclipse did become a mob boss and how he got a gang, and I’m restraining myself from sending you a bunch of lore questions. So I’ll just imagine him sending out fliers with his face printed on them and a caption that promises a competitive base salary. Just ignore the super fine small print that says there are no health benefits with this job

Okay, I'm really bad with timelines and dates so I'll try my best to keep this coherent and hopefully non-contradictory with the main storyline!

15 years after the boys left the daycare, Sun and Moon were finally able to join the police academy while Eclipse was digging deeper into gang activity. Now mind you, Sun and Moon were attempting to join the academy much earlier, but due to politics and human-animatronic relations still being tense despite animatronics being legally recognized as individuals with rights, they were discriminatorily barred from joining the program. It took Eclipse calling in favors, owing a favor or two himself, and offering a lot of bribes to those in charge of the program to get Sun and Moon in. At that current time, Eclipse was climbing the ranks. He was gaining a reputation and a name for himself, but he was still a thug working under someone else's command.

Eclipse didn't control his own gang until after Sun and Moon were detectives and after the Afton Family's fall, but by then, the brothers weren't in contact with each other. Learning that big brother was a crime lord was something the detectives discovered in their work. It was disappointing, but not surprising—just a lot to think about piled on top of everything else.

Fun fact! Eclipse killed his gang leader and took the man's gang for himself. It happened after he learned the crime lord was conspiring against him (funny enough, this was due to others looking towards and being loyal to Eclipse due to his ruthlessness and efficiency, which spooked the gang leader so he thought it would be wise to act preemptively, but ah, Eclipse was not amused to see his loyalty repaid with betrayal.) Eclipse had no qualms with reigning in control and very little resisted his takeover. Eclipse did take care of those who stay loyal to him, but he ran a tight ship. Great risk, great reward.

Wow, sorry, I just went on a ramble there, but I hope that helps answer your questions! But you're absolutely right, there are no health benefits in Eclipse's gang. *Shrek voice* They don't even have dental.

Can you tell more about Predatory Instinct AU? Or it's something we'll know more about later? 👀👀👀

okay, so getting to this almost two months late, but I feel like rambling sooooo

basically, it's an H/K AU idea I had a while back that mainly focuses around the N/ailmasters. The basic premise is that some species of bug have a deep-seated instinct to hunt and consume prey, much greater than is normal for a "civilized" bug. Having the instinct is looked down upon in H/allownest, since everyone's all "the King brought us above our instincts, if you can't manage yours you must be lesser" and all that shiet. Those who are confirmed to have it are monitored closely by the authorities to prevent any... mishaps.

I guess the Hunter would have it, but we all already knew that, and Hornet probably has it to a lesser extent. But I came up with the idea for the N/ailbros, and they're who all the Thoughts I've had about it focus on. The storyline would follow some of their struggles and misadventures in dealing with this instinct, trying to sate it while not alerting the authorities. Lotta moral conflict in there. They don't all get large beasts to hunt, or have a conveniently bite-sized friend around to help them stave off the hunger. They may do things they aren't exactly proud of. (But hey, at least they aren't killing people. Hunter.) So uhhhhhh yeh! :>

The thing is, I am very hesitant about my idea for what would be the first fic in following this storyline, because the instinct kicks in when they're like. teens. and I know a large portion of the community is vehemently against characters that are minors being involved in vore stories or art, and I'm worried about getting yelled at, even if it's entirely non-sexual. like I mean I guess I could make it so that they're adults in the eyes of their legal system when the first scene happens, but also hmmnenmmnhemnmmeh. It could maybe work, but it's.. mm. I could also just skip it and build the story through context given in the future scenes, but also. Hh.

I feel like it's important that the story starts where it does, and how it does, and why it does. It happens the way it happens for a reason, they don't know what the instinct is or how to sate it until one of them reaches the breaking point and acts on it, and only then do they learn more about it and how to manage it more constructively. like maybe they could be young adults, but it. it make more sense to me if they're.. not quite there yet

also the fact that it's Sly, their adoptive pheckin father, who's the only prey around who 1. is small enough without needing shrinking phuckery, 2. cares about them and would go out of his way to support them through this, and 3. can and would keep a secret of this magnitude for them. but that's. a whole other thing.

tl;dr I am Scared but also I don't want to change my story just out of fear but also also I don't even know if I'll ever get around to writing it so maybe it doesn't pheckin matter anyway I dunno;;;

When Jyn defects and goes to be Gerrera's campaign manager, the second thing Cassian does — after asking Kay how the fuck that's even happening, with the ironclad NDAs and non-compete clauses that they all have, right, no special treatment? — is realizing how this means that Jyn unilaterally put an end to their thrice honored tradition of hooking up at the yearly Alliance Intergalactic Conference. The third thing he does is asking Kay to review the fine print again — it doesn't fly well: Kay asks him if he's doubting his legal skills and flings his law school diploma at him, frame and all, when Cassian dares to say that he took two law classes back in college so like, maybe he could have a look as well to make sure?

Figures that probably wouldn't help his case after the diploma flinging and Kay shutting the door to his office right in his face. Cassian doesn't do anything else after that. Sits on his hands and waits for the shitstorm to inevitably hit.

It's 7:30am in Coruscant. He's had five hours of sleep (generous, his running average for the month is around four point five), two coffees (one iced, one hot — decadent and self-indulgent, for no reason at all) and a diploma thrown at his face (painful and honestly irresponsible as the unofficial poster boy of Mothma's campaign — Kay should know better). He's had worse mornings. Better ones, too, when Jyn was still by his side, sitting at the desk across from his instead of parsecs away after throwing away a job she'd held for nearly five years and whatever fraught relationship she'd had with Cassian.

It's fine. Cassian needs to make it to 8am to pull the first opinion polls number on this shitshow and prep Mothma for the press. Then he needs to make it to 8:35am when she'll go on live television and announce whoever the fuck as new campaign manager. Then—

Kay opens the door to his office again.

"Did Jyn mention any of this to you?"

Cassian gives him a look. Searches for something he could throw at him. The heaviest thing on his desk is his laptop and he really needs that.

"What the fuck do you think? What kind of relationship do you think we have, Kay?"

He flings a balled-up sheet of paper at Kay and misses. Kay closes the door to his office again.

7:32am. Yeah. Cassian's had better mornings for sure.

U can enter this building directly from the subway station. Same old scheme of stairs for humans and for androids bs.

Careful cuz they got 'em eyes on ya 👀 (i bet is AI controlled cuz mfs are so fucking LAZY in this game)

Something i wanted to point out is how we got some details about temperature in this game. We just got the whole weather forecast week in here (probably in Fº ofc cuz States always being diferentões).

Some few more details bout the entrance. Nothing that WOW, just some folks having a chat and plants, LOTTA PLANTS - cuz we need PLANTS and golden colors. Also this weird movie poster "After Mankind 3021" here again. Probably a reference to movies where the machines take over the world or humans themselves becoming "machines" cuz the wall between bio and non-bio got weaker, or maybe aliens disguised as humans 👀

Didn't find any details like this projector manufacturer or anything, it's the average hologram thing highlithing important places. I wonder if anyone can see the floors information, idk, maybe when really close or interacting with it or if it's something from Markus optics.

KILLDEER AND PARAGON LORE‼️‼️‼️‼️ PLUS SOME NON CONSEQUENTIAL LORE FOR XAVIER

When Killdeer was imprisoned, it was illegal to marry demons if you your self weren’t a demon. He was worried when Paragon started flirting, because he was afraid he just wanted him for the thrill. But Paragon explained that, laws had changed. They aren’t married in legal terms, but they consider themselves married in their terms. They switch between calling each other “Husband” and “Boyfriend”

Killdeer’s hat is sentient-ish. Its eyes move to look where Killdeer looks. After they got together, Killdeer admitted it was difficult to subtly look a Paragon while working up the confidence to flirt, as the eyes would also look at Paragon.

Killdeer is infatuated with Paragon’s hair and fuzz. He finds it interesting that a dragon can grow hair. (Idk I find the idea of a demon being obsessed with the fact that his boyfriend as a dragon can develop hair interesting) he’s also incredibly fond of Paragon’s chunk. He enjoys complimenting Paragon on his weight, because he loves having a “chunky” boyfriend (in quotes bcs he’s not that chunky, but Killdeer considers him chunky not in a mean way but in a “Paragon used to be insecure about his weight so Killdeer makes sure he knows Killdeer loves him no matter what size he is” sort of way)

Paragon’s scales are actually a skin/scale hybrid. They have the heat retention of scales, but the softness and smoothness of skin, they also become cold to the touch.

Killdeer’s tail “wags” like a dogs when he gets excited, or happy Paragon’s is too large to effectively “wag” but it does sway back and forth when he’s happy, or excited.

Killdeer used to have a thin layer of skin over the grey parts of his body, but between animals, fires, and injuries, he lost it all.

Killdeer doesn’t often pass up a corpse he kills. He violently rips, shreds, and cracks open carcasses, often only using his teeth. Paragon finds Killdeer’s feeding process fascinating. He happily lets Killdeer feed on him. It doesn’t hurt him, and he gets to observe his boyfriend. Killdeer still makes sure to be gentle with his flesh.

The underside of Paragon’s tail is very sensitive. Lotta nerve endings there. For no particular reason 👀 /j /or is it. /you will never know :3

Killdeer carries chain bladed scythes, he’s gained the kick name of “The Dead Man” for his skeletal appearance.

Paragon has a few scars on his stomach, chest, and back. Killdeer enjoys rubbing his face on these scars, and kissing them. It makes Paragon feel better about them.

Paragon loves complimenting and praising Killdeer on his smile, and anything else he can think to compliment him on. He loves seeing Killdeer’s tail wag when he gets flustered. And he loves seeing how happy it makes Killdeer. Killdeer is also quick to compliment and praise Paragon for anything he can think of. He loves to compliment him because of how much Paragon’s compliments mean to him.

Killdeer loves being affectionate, it came as a bit of a shock to Paragon who wasn’t expecting such a man as Killdeer to be so affectionate.

Killdeer loves just kissing and holding Paragon sometimes. Just laying down in silence, wrapped around each other.

Killdeer has rib like markings and grooves on his chest and arms. Paragon loves to trace and kiss the markings, ridges and grooves.

They both have a lot of trinkets from there travels, and will always bring some back with them, to either give to each other or to Xavier.

Killdeer accidentally spoiled a trip to the new Raptor exhibit at the museum because he couldn’t stop wagging his tail. Xavier still pretended to be surprised when they arrived. Paragon let Xavier and Killdeer pick out a couple of trinkets from the gift shop.

Paragon and Killdeer kiss and cuddle so much. They are literally almost always nuzzling.

Xavier ended up with a pet opossum named Hector. After it wandered into the yard. Killdeer decided to catch it and bring it in, as Hector reminded him of his pet opossum he had in his youth.

Confession about short sightedness even from our overtly long vision system, we never have done any thing anyone could call substances other than prescriptions largely due (and thanks to in some cases) our over the top trauma driven perfectionism and OCD and all

And large parts of the system are very anti substances (on a personal level not for others, we all live by you do you mentality) but since XIVs come back he has major stupid self destructive high chasing impulse issues and has unintentionally gotten us used to the "well it COULD be good" and half jokes on "the good meds"

And since we got the surgery we were prescribed Vicidin and XIV was like "We got the good stuff and can use them legally" and me being used to him and usually the smart one who emphasizes the Joking rather than the Half in Half Joking goes "Yep 👀 We get the good shit"

And for three days without really thinking much on it we've been popping them every 6 hours as prescribed to the T and it wasnt until I was chatting with XIV in the shower that I was like

"Yo wait, we probably shouldnt be taking them if we dont have bad pain, like I know they say to take some pain meds early even if there is no pain to stay on top of it but shouldnt we like... use the non opiods first 😂 cause theyre much less difficult to wean off than a routine opiod 😂 Cause even if we legally can I dont think that removes it technically still being mild abuse and a bad idea"

and he was just like "..... yeah probably."

And the past two days have just been on Ibuprofen or nothing cause we honestly dont have pain so long as we dont over exert ourselves

But a large reason we dont do substances is cause we have an EXTREMELY prone nature to compulsive behavior and addiction so its high risk.

I’ll be honest I’m a sucker for comfort fics. Like- something causes the reader pain or they are just really sad or upset but then DJ comes in and does his best to comfort them in any way he can! Maybe some tunes, or some pseudo-hugs with his hands or taking the reader around on a little ride, showing them around his tunnels or some areas the reader could never reach without being able to climb walls and ceilings like DJ.

Also love the idea of DJMM being a massive touch-starved cuddler😁

I like to imagine that he isn’t really allowed to touch or be touched by people due to being a “safety concern” however he does really enjoy physical affection and showing it too. So when he finds a person who ends up loving him and showing him that affection, he definitely shows it back! A lot!! Lots of holding and honestly- probably cat behavior from DJ with him rubbing his face up against them and yearning for hugs, pets and more.

The idea of DJ being very protective or just worried that the reader will get hurt also get me for some reason- the idea of him knowing that humans are these fragile little things and he worries about every little injury you get or just the possibility of you getting injured in some way.

I think some other stuff I’ve always wanted to see/see more of is like- fanfics where DJ’s mouth glow is utilized in some way- like- maybe as a comforting presence. Dude I would literally stare into that mouth of his if I could. I like to imagine his mouth has all sorts of patterns and light variations that dance and shift with the sound of the music he plays. Would be super nice in a more calm or relaxing moment of a fic.

Some other ideas I think could be fun are like- the reader being some random-ass guest that just sneaks into the plex and develops a relationship with DJ over time as they continue to sneak in every night until they get caught and DJ sorta defends them or gets them out of it. Or perhaps he has to hide them somewhere haha, idk. Perhaps the reader isn’t even a random guest but maybe they used to work there until they were fired idk-

Hmm- I haven’t really seen any fics of DJ and the reader outside of the Pizza Plex? Like maybe they were able to escape it or something? Or perhaps durring/after the events of Ruin the reader is able to fix DJ up and they gotta navigate life outside the comforts of the plex??

That last idea may be a bit harder though- having a giant robot spider like DJ would be really hard to maintain outside the plex if there is no way to make sure he can stay charged and prevent him from getting seen by too many people that may question the legalities of such a being roaming around the place.

Ooh I also love it when people mess around with more wacky ideas like AUs or making the reader non-human.

Like- if the reader was also a giant spider like DJ, and they could both cuddle one another with all their arms, no fear of accidentally crushing the reader since they are the same size

Oh or like- just the idea of DJ being able to feel small for once, idk why but that makes me so happy- like- he is used to being the big one around but then all of the sudden this other entity is introduced that’s maybe the same size or possibly bigger than him?? That’s crazy.

Honestly I am just happy for anything with DJ in it! Lots of little ideas, and things I like, but anything would make me happy wether the idea is something really small and simple, or something crazy and complex! 💖💕

How I feel about this character: I like him. Personally, he is mid-favorite in terms of Yūtags; however, I am legally obligated to say that he's one of my favorite Yūtags. As a Flame-assigned kinnie, I have to root for my boy, or else they'll take my kinnie-ship away. QAQ That being said, I think Yūsaku is a very good kid, and it really hurts that he's probably the loneliest of all Yūtags.

A lot of the reasons why I didn't take to Yūsaku much as first is because I'm not very into "trauma and revenge drives me and nothing else" as main characters. He's cool and aloof, and it really isolated Yūsaku and stunted his growth; that is until Ai pushed his way into Yūsaku's life. I liked Yūsaku much more after his confrontation with the Knights of Hanoi and learning the truth. He's softer and much more expressive, and he realizes that there's more to life than revenge and despair, and I think that the people who surrounds him deserve that as much as he does. He's helping out at Cafe Kusanagi and has someone to call a friend. I can see him being the kid he should be.

But then Ai goes "trauma and revenge drives me and nothing else" and Yūsaku pulls a Jaden Yūki (i.e. fucks off without saying goodbye to his friends, or what little he has, lmao). [tired sigh] Can't Yūsaku let himself be happy for once? He should've moved on like the other active Origins when their Iginis disappeared, but he would've differed because his decision to move on would've been his choice.

All the people I ship romantically with this character: Ai because I support my friends' ships. Ryōken is a pretty nice choice too, lmao—they were probably my first VRAINS ship. Takeru because they had that date on a Ferris wheel. u_u

My non-romantic OTP for this character: Kusanagi. Takeru.

My unpopular opinion about this character: Can't think of anything, so I'll just mention that I like how people put Yūsaku and Yūsei together because of their common interests and demeanors—it's very cute. Also, I really like Yūsaku's last name. As a Bleach fan, I have a soft spot for wisteria, lmao.

One thing I wish would happen/had happened with this character in canon: I wish they answered the mystery of WHERE ARE YOUR PARENTS, YOUNG MAN?? QWQ Who left you alone?? Did you run away from home?? QQWQQ

as another messy gossip girl fan, i’m excited to hear your most controversial milo arc takes 👀

Okay putting this all under a read more so my Milo arc loving mutuals can ignore me lol:

But to start: I don’t like it lol. Like idk I can and do enjoy fic about Dan raising Milo and I certainly enjoy the angsty aftermath of Dan losing Milo but I don’t actually wish he kept Milo. At all.

There’s a few reasons for that. 1) I would consider myself an adoption skeptic. I’m not against adoption the way I am surrogacy (I fully think surrogacy should be illegal) and I once used to think of adoption as being holistically good. But then when Roe v Wade fell, a lot of adoptees shared their adoption stories on Twitter and really opened my eyes to a lot of stuff I had no idea about. Most relevantly, that even in the absolute best case scenario, where a kid gets adopted by a truly loving, supportive family, there is still a TON of trauma that comes along with being separated from your biological family, even when it’s for the best. And the majority of these adoptees believe that in a perfect society (one without poverty and where abortion and birth control are free and easily available, etc.) adoption would be almost non-existent. (I had a whole essay written going into criticisms of the US private adoption system, but I deleted it as a lot of that is not at all relevant to Dan specifically, so I’m just gonna leave it at this and maybe share some links)

So yeah, knowing all that really made me realize the effect Georgina giving him up would have on Milo long term which kinda soured things for me. And then there’s the people who argue Milo should’ve been legally taken away from Georgina and given to Dan which…like okay I totally get why people think Georgina would be a bad mother. But I think allowing the state to decide who can and cannot be a parent is a very very dangerous, slippery slope. (That all being said - I also believe nobody is entitled to have a child either) (Also I still believe that parents shouldn’t be allowed to reject things like vaccines and I definitely think homeschooling & private schools should be illegal…my thoughts on this whole subject are all very nuanced and complicated and also not relevant to Dan)

2) I don’t like it for Dan’s arc. I don’t know, not to side with Rufus, but the idea of Dan becoming a 19-year-old father really, really bums me out. In a perfect society, teen pregnancy would and should be non-existent. 🤷🏻‍♀️ And yeah, Dan has a support system and a trust fund by then but…idk. It’s not the future I want for him. For anybody really.

(And for the record, I’m not saying that all adoption is bad. But it’s not the fairy tale happy ending it gets presented as. And I’m sure there are plenty of people who would say their teen pregnancy worked out. But that doesn’t mean it will ever be an easy life. Both parenthood and pregnancy are hard enough as it is - another reason nobody should be forced to do them against their will.)
