I tell people to be a good Astrologer you need to know astronomy, history, economics, relationship dynamics, human behavior, cultural differences, religious concepts, philosophy, and have a decent amount of common sense. Any group, organization, team, partnership or collaboration is only as good as the individuals it is comprised of. A shorter way to say it is that "the we is only as good as the me."

Today, and this weekend, you are very focused on the various individuals who make up the WE you are involved in. The trine between Mars in Cancer and the North Node in Pisces at 27° (a Mars ruled degree), invites you to look at these groups with compassion toward the individuals in it. But to also see these groups at a higher level (North Node in Pisces), and if they are the WE you belong with.

I suspect many of you will realize you are done with various groups, ready to leave and find new relationships.
