I decided to fill the void with some Pride Doctor designs. I'm hoping to get these made into stickers and pins at some point, but I need to get the funds first.

Literally no-one in Plague Doctor dresses normally. Altan wears only tight clothing, while Mark can’t keep a shirt decently buttoned up for the life of him (literally!), Poet wears whatever he thinks would be pathetic enough for Chrysalis to notice him, while Chrysalis only wears jumpsuits. Christina wears exclusively goth things that have been out of fashion for a century, and don’t get me started on “novelty wolf shirt” Oleg and his boyfriend, Sergey, who only wears orange and purple (with glitter!)

A medieval beekeeper cares for the bees and watches as they pollinate the flowers that bloom in their garden. At night when the bees are back home at their hive, they pluck a pleasant smelling flower with the gentleness only one who handles buzzing bugs can manage. Later when the moon is high and illuminates the grass, they pay someone a visit.

They knock on the door and wait for the good doctor to answer. When the plague doctor opens the door they are presented with a single flower. The scent of pollen, spring, and fiber lingers in its petals. The plague doctor takes the flower, letting gloved hands slide across the beekeeper’s as slow as possible. The beekeeper watches as the plague doctor dissembles their work, picking apart its petal and giving them a new use in the far corner of their mask.

The plague doctor thanks the beekeeper and bids them good day. They shut the door, smelling only pollen, spring, and fiber, and smile knowing they will do this again the next night.

Older Lichinka as Plague Doctor on top of one of Sergey Razumovsky's sculptures!

He is my OC from a historical AU set in 1917, a trans guy who gets adopted by Sergey at 13 years old. (There's no Lera in my story.)

Also Sergey leaves very homoerotic sculptures all around St Petersburg as a prank. Basically a reverse version of Alcibiades stealing dicks from Apollon statues in ancient Greece lol

This time, more sophisticated and less cutesy.

The nice thing about using flowers in this design is that they relate to plague doctors. The beaks used to hold flowers to cover up the stench of the plague~

Also putting these on a cork board background makes it looks like pins and it makes my brain go brrrr~
