happy wincest wednesday! going from your ask game, what is the weirdest place they've fucked, and where's the stupidest place they've fucked? love to hear your thoughts! -lizzy
happy wincest wednesday!!! i'm glad my silly little ask game is actually getting some mileage lol :)
i answered the stupidest place ask last week and since i have no new ideas, i'll link it instead. but i haven't done the weirdest place :)
weirdest place they’ve fucked?
this is another one i haven't though much about myself, but if i had to say... okay for some reason i was bombarded with memories of 10x07 girls girls girls, where dean sets up an online dating profile and i was immediately struck by the thought of sam getting jealous and making a fake profile himself so he can cyber with his brother while pretending to be a hot girl. bonus points if they're literally already fucking by this point and sam is just being a complete freak about it

This week's deep dive rec is a book by Mary Roach, one of my favorite nonfiction authors, who has a knack for imparting a lot of deeply researched information conversationally and accessibly. Stiff: The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers goes deep into what happens after we die (very specifically, what happens to our bodies?):
For two thousand years, cadavers—some willingly, some unwittingly—have been involved in science’s boldest strides and weirdest undertakings. They’ve tested France’s first guillotines, ridden the NASA Space Shuttle, been crucified in a Parisian laboratory to test the authenticity of the Shroud of Turin, and helped solve the mystery of TWA Flight 800. For every new surgical procedure, from heart transplants to gender confirmation surgery, cadavers have helped make history in their quiet way. Stiff investigates the strange lives of our bodies postmortem and answers the question: What should we do after we die?
(If you're not sure if this book will be too grisly for you, check the list of topics covered and let that be your vibe check.)

Okay, but would everyone prefer it if Netflix releases Wednesday on a weekly basis like I'm seeing them do with other shows?
Like, it would be so nice to discuss each episode and pick out clues and over-analyze and scream over character interactions. It'll make the fandom stronger, keep people coming BACK to Netflix for however many weeks, and promote the show because people keep talking about it.
Idk, maybe I'm just getting old but I would much prefer one episode at a time so I'm not pressured into binging it and missing a bunch of stuff a lot of people worked really hard on, just to participate in the fandom.
Has Netflix even specified how Wednesday's being released?

WIP Wednesday - Closed (9/13/23) | New Kings AU
"So we're still pretty sure that Riko remembers too right?" Allison says into the bus with Seth slumped against her dead asleep. None of them were letting the senior out of sight any time soon.
"Considering everything with Millport? Pretty much 100%" Neil responds as Andrew continues to try and get Neil's hair under control after he fell asleep with it wet from their shower last night.
"So how rude are you going to be to him on Live television?" She asks.
"Hey, I'm not looking to deal with him being all weirdly obsessed again if it isn't and I don't even know what Riko would do if it is the one we had to deal with." Neil says and there is a pointed silence on the bus as everyone looks at Neil, "I can play nice on TV! I had media training!" Neil exclaims.

[ID: a sketch page of various drawings of Willow Park from the owl house. From left to right the drawings are: timeskip willow playing flyer derby, Willow in her season 1 casual outfit next to her in her season 3 Halloween costume, Willow as Anne in an amphibia au, young willow doing pottery with her dad Gilbert, young willow and amity holding hands/hugging and smiling, and willow looking at clover, who's perched on her finger and wearing a dress and wig made of yarn so as to resemble Willow. Willow is trying to hold back laughter while clover looks unamused. In the center is a drawing of Willow drawing a large spell circle with her staff, and the title of the sketch page reads "willow week 2023", with each drawing labeled as a specific day/prompt, such as day 3: flyer derby/fav on-screen outfit, day 1: crossover, day 2: childhood/father-daughter, or day 1: palismen bonding. Drawings 2, 6, and 7 are coloured while the rest are uncoloured. The background is a scribbly green. End ID]

love and liabilities story I’m obsessed I keep reading it over and over
*im not sure if it’s still Wednesday where you are I’m from England so sorry if it isn’t
“You want to do this now?” Agatha questioned, taking a step towards you, folding her hands across her chest. “Fine. You’re being naive.”
Scoffing, you shook your head in disapproval. “I’m naive? This isn’t ethical, Agatha. When I tell Judge Danvers she’s going to have your case dismissed.”
“I’m not so sure you’re the poster child for ethics, my dear,” Agatha pondered, backing you against a wall, leaning in as her lips grazed your ear. “If I recall correctly, you repeatedly slept with your law professor."
