Just A Girl... Reminiscing on the past

Recently I have found myself reminiscing and stuck in a loop of rumination. Disassociating from one's past experiences and life choices isn't always the easiest; here are a few important tips that I try to keep in mind and that hopefully, you will all find useful.

Try quieting your inner critic.

Consider the positive possibilities and be intentional about the important things in your life.

Changing the directions of your thoughts.

Focus on happier memories; remember why they are so important in the first place.
