okay, so nobody laugh but i recently learned that there was more than one robin??? like, as in batman’s sidekick??? looks a bit like a traffic light, THAT lil guy??? apparently there are many and i’ve just been living under a rock up until a couple of months ago and honestly idk what to do with this information because the deeper i dig the more i find. nothing is as it seems, and most pressingly of all none of them appear to be okay. one seems like he’s holding on by a thinning thread, another one apparently became a crime lord for a time, another one just gives off the same energy as that one kid at the back of the class who chugs energy drinks and never knows peace, and another knows how to use a sword. a SWORD, people. he’s, like, ten. he is an infant with a murder weapon. oh, and apparently there was a blond girl one for a second???? guys please i’m spiraling GUYS—

Something hilarious I just realized regarding the turn of the century au cast vs regular x men evolution cast

Cannabis among other highly restricted drugs today would have been over the counter medicine at the turn of the century that any one could pick up. The FDA was only just becoming a thing since it's inception during the teddy Roosevelt administration and during that time edible tablets were considered medicine and the only restriction on them is that there had to be a prominent lable saying what the drug contianed. Cannabis tablets were used to treat headaches, cramps, etc.

Meanwhile the og Evo cast were early 2000s teens steeped in D.A.R.E. program culture (Except the international kids) ESPECIALLY SCOTT.

Imagine the absolute conniption 2000s Scott would have seeing his 1912 self make sure every girl had a bottle of cannabis tablets in their bathrooms for their time of the month or worse yet, actively giving jean cannabis tablets for a headache brought on by her powers.

Modern Scott: "THATS WEED IM CALLING THE FUCKING POLICE"

I’ve been rewatching Person of Interest and I’ve finally reached that episode in season 3. I can’t believe they fucking kill her 😭😭😭😭😭 It’s been haunting my mind since halfway through season 2 and now I’m gonna have to see it all over again.

With the roster finalized, I wanted to say thank you again to everyone who applied— every app I got was amazing and creative, having to reject over half of them was agonizing. The main ways applications were pared down was diversity of concept and of time periods, as well as investigation styles; don’t be disparaged if your character wasn’t accepted, there was (as expected) a lot of overlap between characters given the restrictions placed on them. I’d love to see any of these characters again in the future if there’s an opportunity. Thank you as well to everyone who sent kind and curious asks in the overlay period, I read and appreciated them but couldn’t think of a nice way to reply besides posting this. Which is all to say:
