last song: so I have been rewatching Black Sails lately. Since I was too lazy to find the cable for my external hard drive, which has the files less the end credits, I watched it on a streaming site—which is where I found out that Nick Cave had covered Avalanche for s2e9???

It's not the last song I listened to, but it's a fun little piece of information I didn't have before. The last song I listened to was by a friend of mine.

last show: last finished show was a rewatch of The Terror around the time my dad died. I don't know why I thought that would offer some catharsis. Regardless, a fevered 2-day bereavement leave rewatch did at least generate a fun little AU plan.

currently watching: Succession, obviously, plus a Black Sails rewatch. I think I might pick Picard back up because I've heard S3 is good (though, given the bar set by previous seasons, this may not mean much). Film-wise I am continuing apace this year. Now that my local indie cinema has closed down, I pirate almost everything, but found that a BFIPlayer subscription has really helped expose me to some films I didn't know about before. I'd recommend it! I have a letterboxd but my reviews are hardly scintillating so I'm not even going to link it.

currently reading: I am honestly very proud of how my reading is going this year! I'm reading Elena Ferrante's My Brilliant Friend and just finished Symposium by Muriel Spark.

I'm also reading a bunch of short stories thanks to that one tumblr post that's going round. Some of them are just garbage, but the great thing about short stories is when they're bad you invested maybe 20 minutes max, but when they're good you think about them all day, same as you would a novel. Of the ones I've read so far (I currently have them open in about 80 tabs), I enjoyed The Yellow Wallpaper, by Charlotte Perkins Gilman, and How Spoilers Bleed, by Clive Barker (who also wrote Candyman and Duel!).

hello missghouls! i love your cit packs (especially the witchy update) and i always wear a witch hat, however the pumpkin overlay on my screen sometimes triggers my vertigo. ive discussed this issue with a few others on the server i play on, and they've mentioned similar issues. would you ever consider making the hats, horns, etc out of items besides pumpkins?

Hi! unfortunately, the only item i can make wearable hats from is the pumpkin (armor is considered an entity like a mob and cannot be used, trust me, i’ve tried, and no -- itembound doesn’t do it like that either). If you put ghoulcraft ABOVE other resource packs (not below!) there is a built-in invisible pumpkin blur, so that the hats won’t have the overlay. It makes it completely invisible

This is Krampus, the goat-like demon of Germanic tradition who arrives with Saint Nicholas during the Christmas season. While St. Nick rewards the well-behaved children with gifts, its the role of Krampus to punish misbehaving children. My version of Krampus -- while no less grotesque and fearsome than that of the traditional folkloric demon -- comes elegantly dressed in a black damask-patterned vest, charcoal grey britches, red waistcoat and matching cravat because even a punishing monster wishes to look his best on Christmas.

Final size of puppet once assembled: 10" H x 5.5" W.

I'm opening up emergency commissions for my space paintings.

My household is short on rent for this month because not only was my boyfriend in the hospital and out of work for two weeks. The loan we were reciving is being pushed back till the 13 or 14.

This is to avoid eviction and keep my small little family safe.

I have ten slots that I would like to fill as soon as possible, 100 dollars each.

The paintings can be on any sized canvas up to 24x24. They can be customized in many was and can have any color combinations.
