Lan Wangji goes to Lotus Pier (No relation to the AU of the same name)
[First] Prev <–-> Next
#poorly drawn mdzs#better drawn mdzs#mdzs#lan wangji#wei wuxian#Another split type comic because I decided to be ambitious.#This flashback is currently beating my ass. There are so many timeskips within the flashback! My flow and pacing are wheezing!#I loved how this scene starts with the crowd's point of view. The observations and gossip add a lot.#And it helps reposition us to what the external perspective is on these two. Namely that 'they don't get along.'#Tensions are known! Even here in Nouveau Lotus Pier.#Ah...Lan Wangji never got a chance to see the Lotus Pier of Wei Wuxian's childhood and adolescence...did he?#It's not the same. He's not the same. Call them by the same name and people will know what you mean...#...but the first version - the one with the fond memories - is gone for good.#It's sort of interesting isn't it? How names can hold so much power and still be hollow?#We often get stuck over past versions of things. Be it ourselves or other people or places.#Change is scary but the truth is nothing ever stays the same. It's always moving. You're always moving.#It's okay to mourn the past. Maybe it's people you lost or the person you hoped to be. Let yourself feel the grief.#And then? Then you grow around that pain and keep on going. If you feel like you can't - remember you don't have to do it alone.#A side note: Listening to the tossing flowers extra is so essential for this scene. It's cute and gives us more of [redacted]#What's [redacted]? You'll see in the next comic!

I Wish for Liberation
I sit in the dark, my thoughts a storm of fragments, and I wish, not with the innocence of a child but with the bitter clarity of experience, that you would feel the weight of every wound you gave.
do you know the sharp sting of betrayal, the cruel echo of a lie, the loneliness that wraps around the heart like a shroud?
I want you to know the hollow ache of waiting, the gnawing uncertainty that burrows deep, the sleepless nights stretched out in their endless, aching expanse.
I want the weight of your own choices to press down on you, heavy and relentless, until you understand the pressure that drove me to despair, until you feel a trace of my sorrow settling like dust in your own empty spaces.
you, who sculpted misery with your hands, who wielded cruelty like a blade, are you aware of the echoes you left? do you hear them whisper in your dreams, the ache you wove so effortlessly into my days?
i could wish for storms to ravage your calm, for the sky to crack open with lightning that rends the fabric of your peace, for the tremors of regret to shake your foundation.
yet, even as I wish this, I realize that suffering does not heal, that the flames of revenge only scorch the hands that wield them.
so, instead, I let the weight of my sorrow settle, a quiet confession to the universe that sometimes I crave for the scales to tip,
for the pain to be known, but mostly,
I wish for liberation, for the shackles of my anger to fall away, and for a heart that no longer clings to the shadows of the past.
so I let the wish drift, a bitter gust of wind that fades into the void, and I turn away, searching for a release from this desire, for a way to mend the broken pieces without adding more shards to the world’s already jagged heart.

TRADITIONAL WITCHCRAFT…
…with its many and various branches, is a Craft born largely from the very landscape in which it is practiced. There exist common threads that run throughout the various recensions of the ‘Elder Faith’, but the precise traditions, ways and practices of the ‘Old Craft’ will always differ and be flavoured by the preserved folk beliefs, traditions, customs, lore, historical magical rites, charms and impedimenta of the region in which its practice is rooted. Traditional witchcraft is regional witchcraft, it is not and never has been a standardised practice and long may this continue to be the case. The day witchcraft loses regional variation is the day traditional witchcraft ceases to exist.
Traditional Witchcraft, Gemma Gary (2008)
#whenever i feel kind of lost or 'disconnected'#local spirits are always there. the river flows#the wetland is alive#and the trees are evergrowing#the gods are so good and too wonderful and awe-inspiring for me to speak of. they are always-honored always-loved#but do not forget the tree that watched you grow up#the fern that sees you pass by to work/school every day#they are so responsive and full of knowledge. do not neglect your locality. revel in its strangeness and uniqueness#traditional witchcraft#witchcraft

First Meeting
I made this comic for wolmeric week on bluesky and I want to thank @ishgard for giving me the encouragement to post it here :')
This comic would be set three months following the Calamity, as Zanel attempts to go outside Ishgard with no success. She's considered a civilian, and wouldn't be granted access. Zanel would find this insulting as giving her status before the Calamity. (She would have been involved in the events of 1.0, such as defeating Ifrit/Garuda with other adventurers. Storming Castrum Novum, being party of the party that killed the White Raven, and fighting at Cartenau)
By happenstance, Aymeric is walking by when he sees a young woman about to pick a fight with a temple knight in broad daylight. Aymeric would keep up with news and rumors, and the arrival of Zanel's family into the Holy See would be something he heard about.
Zanel fully takes advantage of the fact Aymeric offering her to take her outside. Aymeric thought he was being kind to some bored noble, unaware he would be pestered from this day forward as he was the only fool who took her outside the gates.
#wolmeric#wolmeric week#wolmericweek2025#aymeric x wol#ff14#ffxiv#This was my first attempt at making a comic#so I was worried about the flow#but I've gotten positive feedback so I'm very thankful!#admittedly I would like to revisit this and maybe write a short story to dive deeper#or maybe make the comic longer#I only made 4 pages due to posting this on bluesky#anyways their first impressions of each other aren't positive haha#but I really love their dynamic#they grow to like each other ;v;#AU: Souvenir

missing the way someone used to be is such a restless type of longing. it’s not love or hatred. it’s just forever living with the gap in your life they once filled and won't ever again because they aren't that person anymore
#it’s really hard. i feel like most friendships fade with the natural ebb and flow of human existence#and it takes something really special to find someone that will grow in a way that is compatible with your own growth#i suppose we can always be grateful for the time we got to spend with them and that's it#text

I've had a handful of sprouts growing outside (yippee Texas, 70s/80s in January) and brought them in for a few days during our most recent freeze.

Since I had to take them back out anyways I thought I might as well get the biggest ones moved over to their pots. While I was setting up the next lot of seeds I went ahead and added all the extra seeds to these three planters that had my failed tomatoes and last year's basil. I'm growing mostly green beans and peas so I think they'll enjoy the natural climbing opportunity. (ie i couldn't be fucked to spend money on trellises. Nature's trellises will do just fine)

and you know that post where op said gardening made them understand why green was associated with hope? Well this fucking theoretical pomegranate tree is making me have to relearn faith. The insane high pH of my water killed my roses last summer so this thing is getting the flamingo pot this year. theoretically.

#the insane high ph is also why I'm mostly growing beans and peas. Basically nothing actually produced last year bc of it#just me basil and thai peppers. I have the seeds from a few of the peppers sprouting so im Not going to be running low on spice#this year.#8.7ph my beloathed.#When i get my hydroponics set up in the new place im running the pump through a fucking home water softener filter.#its not worth it for just drinking and cooking water but if it means not going broke on veggies im good doing it. Lower water flow#will make it last longer anyways.

Finale (part 3 (epilogue))
Here’s the last little bit of the Swamp Link cult story (though of course, his whole story isn’t over yet 😉)! This part gave me so much trouble lol, but I got it to finally behave.
Enjoy!
Previous | Masterlist
————————————————————
Link woke up on something soft.
...Annoyingly soft, actually.
He pried his eyes open, blinking away the crust of gunk that had gathered there while he’d slept, and squinted at the room he found himself in. It was a familiar one, and for a few heart-stopping seconds Link thought he was back in the one the cult had trapped him in, and everything he and Rilla had done was just a dream.
Then he realized it wasn’t his room, only looked similar at a glance. This one was larger, less confined, and there was a wide, open window in the wall, with sunshine and a warm breeze floating in through it.
Link relaxed a little, enjoying the feel of the breeze as his heart went back to its normal speed.
Right. They’d done it.
Faye was gone.
Link breathed out and took stock of himself. His hair had been taken out of its terrible style, and was half in his face and half splayed out on the pillow around him. The rest of him had been cleaned up too, no more blood or grime staining his skin, and Link had a brief uncomfortable thought of someone doing that while he’d been sleeping.
A quick peek under his blanket showed he was clean there too, and that he wasn’t wearing a shirt, but most of his torso was covered in bandages, so that was probably why.
Link glanced around the room, a bit of hair blowing in his face. He puffed it away, then brightened as he noticed something. The sword he’d pulled was sitting on a chair nearby, clean and glinting in the sunlight, and Link stretched out and grabbed it, feeling better with the cool hilt in his hand. It felt... right, in his palm, but also he really appreciated having a weapon.
He was pretty sure he was safe now, but...
Yeah he liked having a weapon.
Link looked on the other side of his bed, and perked up, seeing his bag and other gear sitting on the table. He thought they’d been lost after he’d been kidnapped, and he eagerly reached for his stuff, then winced as his shoulder ached. He had to drop his arm while he waited for the pain to go down, and grimaced. That was going to take some time to heal.
Stupid monster claws.
In the meantime, he used his other arm to grab the cup of water that had been set within reach, and drank all of it. He lowered it with a relieved burp, feeling much better, then stiffened as the door rattled.
It was just Rilla though, carrying a blanket and some books under her arm. Her hair was in a looser style, two braids instead of the tightly wound ones she’d had previously, and she was dressed in a different outfit then he was used to, a shirt and skirt as opposed to a dress, green like everything else here.
Her eyes landed on him as she entered, and she immediately brightened.
“Link!” she said with a grin, and hurried to join his bedside. “You’re up!”
“Kind of,” Link said, then groaned as he tried to sit himself up a little. “...Ow.”
“Yeah, you had quite the number done to you,” Rilla teased as she stopped him, though Link could still see the worry creasing her face. “...How are you feeling?”
“Like I got smacked around and clawed up and swam in a freezing river. And thrown through a wall. And probably other stuff I’m not remembering,” he listed off. Then he looked up at Rilla. “Are you okay?”
“Me? Right as rain,” she assured, patting her side. He must have made a disbelieving face, for she rolled her eyes, then lifted the edge of her shirt. Bandages were wrapped snuggly around her side. “I’m just a little scratched, Link. She got you a lot worse than me.”
Link hummed suspiciously, not totally believing her, but not in the mood to argue for once. He still remembered her cry when Faye had struck her, her body lying still on the floor for a few terrifying moments, the blood staining her ripped dress.
He breathed out. She was fine now. Obviously. No need to think about it.
Rilla set down her pile of things and sat on the bed beside him, a hand resting on her side. The breeze brushed through the room again, and Link closed his eyes, feeling almost drunk on all the fresh air.
“How’s... everything going? With the uh... group?” he asked as he opened his eyes, and Rilla sighed.
“Messily. Very messily. I’ve been resting for a lot, but I’ve seen some of it. We’re all figuring it out, and there have been a lot of arguments. Some fights. A few people we had to lock up because they wouldn’t stop,” she said, guilt in her voice. “We offered them the option of leaving, but most wouldn’t take it. I really didn’t want to lock anyone up, but... we couldn’t think of any better choice. They’re refusing to act peacefully, I don’t know what to do.”
“That’s rough. I bet you’ll figure it out though,” Link said sympathetically, and Rilla rubbed her forehead.
“I hope so. But also... Felene ended up being one of the people we had to put away, so that does make me feel better.”
“Was she the one...”
“Yes.”
Link swallowed. Yeah. He was glad she wasn’t running around free right now.
“We also don’t know where Miss... um, Faye’s inner circle ended up. The other women who went with you to the ceremony? Nobody’s seen any of them since the full moon,” she reported, and Link made a worried noise. That wasn’t good. Even with their leader gone, he doubted they would be very eager to give up the power they’d had.
Then he blinked.
“Wait, how long’s it been?”
“Only about a day,” Rilla reassured. “One of the consorts is a doctor, he helped patch you up. I had a feeling you wouldn’t really want one of us doing it, and he ran up right after you fainted.”
“Was his name Phyl, by chance?” Link asked, and Rilla nodded, then raised an eyebrow.
“...Yes it was. How do you know him, Link? And actually, I have another question, how did you reach the consorts at all?! How did they get out?” she asked in disbelief, and Link smirked.
“Trade secret.”
“Seriously?”
“Thank the guys in the emerald room for causing a fuss at the perfect time,” Link grinned. “Also hairpins are a great invention. Except when they’re in your hair.”
Rilla looked offended. “I like hairpins.”
“Well I don’t. Except for in escape plans,” Link said, and Rilla rolled her eyes and flopped back on the bed beside him.
“You must not be so badly injured if you have enough energy for stupid conversations.”
“We could be serious again if you want,” he teased, setting his sword back on the chair so Rilla had more room. “Like this, for instance. What’s the deal with the sword?”
Rilla stared. “What’s the deal— Link. That’s the Master Sword,” she stressed, and he gave her a blank look. “You really don’t know what it is?”
“I know the sword part,” he said confidently, and Rilla sighed.
“I shouldn’t be surprised. The Master Sword is an ancient relic, said to be forged by the first of Farore’s champions. Only the Hero can wield it, it has the power to seal away evil,” she explained, then hesitated. “I mean, I think so. It’s a really old book, so it probably predates Faye’s lies.”
“You’re still working all that out, huh?” Link asked softly.
Rilla sighed. “Yes. But I don’t really want to talk about it right now.”
Link nodded, and looked back at the sword. His sword? That was a weird thought. It did fit perfectly in his hand though, and the balance had been incredible, beyond any weapon he’d ever used. Maybe there was something to it.
He glanced at Rilla again, who was idly rubbing her side. Her face was slightly creased, but he couldn’t tell if it was from pain or just the events of the past several days.
“You’re really okay?” Link asked after a minute, and Rilla raised an eyebrow.
“I really think I should be asking you that. Even apart from all the injuries and whatever went on at the ceremony, you were just held captive for a week and starved for a bunch of it,” she said worriedly. Link heard guilt in her voice too, and he tried to catch her eye.
“Hey. It’s okay,” he said, and grinned at her. “I’m fine, Rilla.”
“No you’re not,” she said quietly. “And I had a hand in it.”
Link paused, then shrugged. “Well I’ve already forgiven you, so too bad,” he said, and made to cross his arms. He had to abandon the movement when it hurt, but he still gave her a look. “It’s okay, Rilla. Really.”
“You got kidnapped and hurt and... and touched, Link, and I barely stopped it,” she said shakily. “I went along with most of it! And the plan almost failed, I couldn’t get to you to stop the ceremony in time, you were hurt and almost—”
“Rilla,” Link said firmly, and despite his ribs’ scream of protest, he sat up and took her hand. “You couldn’t control everything that happened. And you’re sorry for what you did. I’m... I was hurt by things here. But you were too. And you were helping me practically from day one, you did plenty.”
He squeezed her hand.
“It’s okay. It wasn’t, but it is now. We did it, so don’t... carry that guilt,” he said softly, and Rilla breathed in, then out.
“I’ll try,” she said quietly, and Link leaned forward and turned the contact into a hug.
Rilla slumped into it, even though Link couldn’t raise his arm to make it a proper one. It didn’t last long, but it was nice, warm and safe.
Link shifted himself a little, but hissed through his teeth as his ribs protested. Rilla quickly pulled back and made him lie back down, and Link reluctantly went, letting out an annoyed huff. Being injured was the worst. Faye May have been gone but she was still causing him trouble.
Jerk.
A knock came from the door then, along with a muffled voice asking to come in, and Rilla must have recognized it, for she straightened and called for whoever it was to go ahead. Phyl was the one who entered, and he grinned when he saw Link.
“There’s the man of the hour. Or, day, I suppose. How’re you feeling, kid?”
“About like you’d expect,” Link answered, and Phyl laughed.
“Yeah, you got pretty banged up. Glad to see you awake, now. You had us worried for a bit there,” he said as he moved closer and sat in a chair.
“Link does have a special way of being worrying,” Rilla observed, seemingly over her guilt for the moment, and Link rolled his eyes.
“Thanks. I didn’t know you were a doctor,” Link said in interest, changing the subject, and Phyl shrugged as he leaned back.
“Eh, kind of. Not really. I mean I was learning to be one— I’d done about a year of my apprenticeship when I was kidnapped. And that was... several years ago,” he admitted. “I only remember so much. But I’ve helped patch up some of the other men before, and there’s some healers here I was able to ask for advice for you. They helped me get you back in shape. Or at least not dead.”
Link laughed, ignoring how his chest hurt when he did. “Well thanks. I owe you one.”
“Me? Kid, don’t be crazy, I owe you,” Phyl stressed. “You got us all our freedom. We can never repay that.”
Link shifted a little uncomfortably. “Maybe we could just say we’re even.”
Phyl chuckled, and nodded. “Alright. You mind if I look you over? Need to make sure nothing’s infected.”
“Sure.”
Rilla moved off the bed, and Phyl pulled back Link’s blanket, revealing just how many bandages were wrapped around his chest. Link watched as Phyl did his stuff, and hummed to himself. He’d really gone through the wringer this time. His parents would probably have a heart attack if they ever got the whole story.
Link winced as he thought back over the past several days.
They... probably didn’t need to know about everything.
Phyl didn’t take long with his examination, and he put the blanket back over Link with a nod. “All good. Or, as good as all those huge claw marks can be. You’ll be back on your feet soon, kid. About a week or so of rest should do it, then you can get going.”
Link groaned. A whole week? He’d already wasted a week here, he had stuff to get done!
Phyl grinned at his obvious annoyance. “It’ll go by quickly. After all, you’ve got a lot of people who’re dying to visit you.”
Link cocked his head. “...Really? Who?”
Phyl and Rilla both laughed that time. “Link, people want to thank you,” Rilla explained. “All the consorts, most of the women... you won’t get bored. Trust me.”
“Well yippee. I’m still stuck lying around for a week,” Link grumbled.
“Don’t pick fights with giant monster wolf-monkey-dragon things then,” Phyl said pointedly.
“Hey, I tried to stop her before that happened!”
Phyl only chuckled and stood up.
“Well, I’ll see you later. Me and Liana are making plans to head to my hometown,” Phyl said, his eyes shining eagerly. “I don’t know if the doctor I was apprenticing from wants me back, but there’s a library there, and I want to learn how to heal more.” He leaned over and ruffled Link’s hair. “See you later, Link. I’ll come check on you again.”
“Thanks,” Link smiled, and Phyl waved as he left the room.
“He’s pretty nice,” Rilla observed as the door shut. “I don’t know how he’s so upbeat after everything.”
“I think that’s just how he is,” Link said. Then he looked at Rilla uncertainly. “Do... do people really want to see me?”
“Of course they do. Only who you’re up for of course, but... yeah. Especially the people you helped directly. Leah and her Ma... husband, have been waiting for you to wake up, they decided to name their baby after you,” she added more softly. Link startled.
“Really? Not after you?”
“Rilla isn’t really a boy name,” she said with a smirk. “And actually they said it was for both of us. Since Leah knows me more as Linkle. She wanted to honor what we did.”
Link nodded, his throat a little tight at the idea of someone being named after him. Sure he had a cousin named Link, but that was just because his parents had liked the name. It wasn’t quite the same.
Rilla seemed to sense his mood, and she flopped back down on the bed without saying anything. Things were silent between them for a moment, the breeze from the window softly blowing through the room, a bird calling somewhere in the distance.
Link breathed in, then out again, closing his eyes. He couldn’t remember the last time he’d actually rested like this. It was nice.
Peaceful.
Especially after so much anxiety and fear.
“Hey Rilla?” he asked after it had been a little while, and she hummed. “...What will you do now?”
Rilla hesitated, looking up at the ceiling, then breathed out.
“I think... I’m going to stay here for a little while,” she said softly. “Everyone is still figuring things out, I... I want to help them.”
“You’re sure?” Link asked, and she nodded. “Rilla... will you be okay here?”
She nodded again, more firmly. “I will. I want to make things better. Some of it’s going to be... hard. But I want to help. Fallison sort of got pushed into leadership, and she’s doing her best, but there’s a lot to figure out. Some consorts have already left— most want to, but are figuring things out with their wives and other stuff. Most of the women don’t know what they want to do. People are just... confused. And I do care for them, Link. I want to help.”
He smiled over at her. “Then you do that.”
Rilla grinned. “I will. But as soon as things are more settled here, I’m going to travel. See what the rest of the world is like. And... I’m going to figure out if we’re really siblings,” she said determinedly, and Link paused, looking at her.
They hadn’t brought up that topic yet, and Link was... just a little afraid to. He knew he’d had Hylian parents of course, and that he’d had to come from somewhere, but... something about it just made him nervous.
Maybe because he’d only ever known Zora as family.
“You... really think we are?” Link asked softly. “Siblings?”
Rilla looked back at him, and smiled, a light in her eyes.
“I really, really hope so. But even if we’re not... I’m happy to call you my friend, Link. Having shared blood would be amazing, don’t get me wrong, but whether we’re siblings or not, I’m so happy I got to meet you.” She paused, and winced. “...Even if it wasn’t under the best circumstances.”
Link laughed. “Well, it all turned out okay. But, uh... how are you going to figure out if we’re related?”
“The orphanage I was in must know something,” Rilla said with a sigh. “I’ll start there. But... I have a good feeling about it. I think I’ll find something. Once I’m done here, of course.”
Link smiled, and putting aside his remaining worries, leaned closer so he could squeeze her hand again.
“Send me a letter when you’re ready. I want to help on the possible-sibling mission,” he teased, and Rilla smiled as she squeezed back, sunshine making her hair and Link’s look gold.
“Will do. We’ll figure it out together.”
Link liked the sound of that.

NEW CANON KAEYA TIDBITS FROM THE KAEYA HANGOUT PT. 1
The heavy lore post will be posted later! These ones are just more on his personality, likes and dislikes, and brief history hehehe
SPOILERS BELOW!!
I'm doing things in bullet point form coz wow there's a lot
Was the gentle and polite child! Also frequently got sick. Addie frequently took care of him in those times hehe. Is it possible that this is because of his experiences prior to getting to Mond? Travelling as a child would have made him vulnerable to tougher weather and rapidly at that. I doubt that food comes easy too. Additionally, HE WAS LEFT IN A STORM. I still think Kaeya is gentle and polite, though he definitely gives the face of charming and sly (if it benefits him and it works then might as well keep it going!)

Kindness is so inherent in him that he automatically does kind acts. He only acts like he has an ulterior motive, and tbh? I bet that act is only to keep people away. I think I made a oneshot about this saying his biological father may be worried about this tendency? Or something similar. Worryingly enough, Kaeya clearly has a hard time accepting words of affirmation from literally everyone. Heartbreaking to see in action.

Diluc is a menace, asking Kaeya to help him in his mischief, tsk. Kaeya apparently also helps Diluc in the punishments he receives. Kaeya ended up doing the most of it :( (what are the odds of Kaeya also doing Diluc's paperwork while said redhead was out on the field? What if the reason Kaeya wasn't with Diluc and Crepus during that one fateful 18th birthday because he was covering for Diluc's shift...). Tbh? Kaeya never stopped covering for Diluc. Even now, he is still covering for Diluc (DKH).

This one set off alarms in my mind. Kaeya was apparently not a very good liar when he was younger. I now definitely think that Crepus knew Kaeya lied about his origins. The question is, did Diluc know Kaeya was not a strong liar before their fight? Or did he remember afterwards and was immediately faced with even more guilt?

He might actually have a sweet tooth! Dear god look at the number of desserts he ordered. Do note that Death Afternoon is a mixture that lessens the bitterness of Dandelion Wine. Additionally, Kaeya wasn't interested in wine when he was younger, he only grew into it because it reminds him of home after he left :( The Cider Lake drink is also sweet! And I'm guessing plain chicken mushroom skewers weren't sweet enough, so he decided to add fruits to it. I THINK CREPUS ACCIDENTALLY GOT HIM INTO LIKING ALCOHOL AFTER CREATING THE CIDER LAKE DRINK LMAO. Crepus suceeding in preventing alcohol intake from one child and ended up giving it to the other

Fairly sure he was being flirted on here by an entire group of mercenaries and just didn't realize which would make things extremely funny. They saw him and immediately went "we need to see that body in the dance floor ASAP". What if he doesn't realize he is being flirted on until he is slapped in the face with a confession? It's also funny if he flirts up a storm and not realize people are flirting back lmao

So I was right... he was not kicked out. He moved out on his own. Diluc is fine with him frequenting Dawn Winery, expects it even (lol my short 1 shot makes sense now). The staff keep asking him to come back and visit more frequently. Adelinde says that Kaeya is always part of the family. They become so happy when Kaeya comes back, it's like a weight is lifted off of everyone's chests. IT'S KAEYA WHO KEEPS SAYING HE'S A GUEST AND SEPARATING HIMSELF OUGH. He's the one trying to stay away after all :((( Let's summarize this: Kaeya was the sickly, quick to bruise, kind, gentle, and polite child who everyone in the staff (and Diluc) adores and still treats like he is their baby, but said baby of the family KEEPS LEAVING. Go home Kaeya!

Klee keeps looking for Kaeya! And Kaeya reads her bedtime stories!!! Hearing her voice ask where Kaeya was broke my heart, I think I'd like that used for angst purposes. Kaeya is once again letting a mischievous pyro user get away with causing mischief. Kaeya you enabler lmaaaoooo. Kaeya frequently rescues Klee from solitary confinement, done so enough times that Klee now does the same for him (I bet she thinks Kaeya is in solitary confinement whenever he's busy doing paperwork). Not to Kaebedo/Albekae you guys (I am Kaebedo/Albekae-ing you guys), but I'm fairly sure Kaeya and Albedo spend so much time together with Klee. Again, frequent enough that Albedo has tons of drawings of Kaeya (the 3 brushstrokes is a popular meme, but it actually is just a way to say that he has drawn Kaeya a lot. Bet he could draw Kaeya with his eyes closed haha). HE GOT THEM MATCHING GIFTS THATS ADORABLE

Speaking of gifts, he's a great gift giver! He really listens to people's needs and wants. What a thoughtful man (Diluc was right in his letters in hidden strife though. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF KAEYA). Speaking of, I'm guessing Kaeya is rich? Because I'm fairly sure the gifts were bought with his own pocket money and thus the huge amount of travel funds remaining (the gifts are expensive, surely it should have put a dent to the said funds had he used them)

THAT IS ALL FOR NOW, I MIGHT MAKE A PART 2 BECAUSE I WANT TO TACKLE MORE STUFF BUT THE PHOTO LIMIT GOT TO ME
#kaeya#kaeya alberich#kaeya hangout#kaeya hangout spoilers#genshin spoilers#other topics i want to discuss are diluc and his blatant big bro weakness of doing what the baby says#dude puts kaeya's gifts on display like a parent who would stick his child's drawings on a freezer#another one is that KOF captains are ALL actually rich and might not have realized that the money flowing around is a lot lol#one more is kaeya's strict distinction between informant and friend. His information network must be insane and frankly? Self-made and grow#we also see kaeya as a quick thinker multiple times and one with great strategies and solutions at that... what a skill#ALL THOSE AND MORE FOR PT 2. DAMN YOU PHOTO LIMIT
