As an Echo Knight, Delnoris can summon silhouetted figures that are actually the remnant of her self from dying timelines. Nothing of the original mind truly survives, but since they are her, they become an extension of her, possessing her thought patters, acting out her will, because her will and their will are the same.

Okay, so looking at Explorers Guide to Wildmount and- well, there’s lots of things, but most prominent in my mind right now.
One: “he is strangely excited for the war with the empire” That just reads as seller’s regrets. He wants those beacons back. He’s spent every waking moment since he handed them over trying to cover up who has them and where they are, while also convincingly doing his job. He likely went from ‘mostly magical research with a side of Spy Shit’ to ‘Spy Shit most of the time because we have to locate those beacons, Shadowhand!’ And he’s pretty sure the Assembly is either lying to him about their research or just isn’t doing as well as he hoped. Mans wanted those beacons back. Strangely eager headass-
Two: okay. So. When it says “a generation” are we talking an elf generation or a human one? Because if it’s an elf generation, then that’s just neat, and explains why the Dynasty has sort of revealed its power in the last century- because Lens. But if it’s a human generation, then there’s a slightly terrible and funny chance that Essek might have invented the Kyrn Scourgers and that might have been how he got his job. If he was offered consecution to turn down, he’d of had to have done something to prove himself exceptional. It could have been spell work, but to become the Shadowhand to the highest authority in the land you’d think it’d have to be something really impressive. Like creating a program for volunteers from their existing spy force to specially train them to be super border piercing spies and infiltrators. Probably originally to try and access more magic. It would also explain how The Assembly got in contact with him and why he stole the amount he did and who seemed to have them. They clearly only needed 1, or they wouldn’t have been willing to give the one they stole back after finding another themselves. So why have 2 stolen? Because Trent insisted, of course. A Scourger intercepts a Lens Agent, tortures a fuck ton of information out of them. Including about their Leader, their Spymaster, Shadowhand Essek Thelyss. Trent gives him this information, in exchange for a promise of a beacon if they gain access and help with contacting the Shadowhand in the first place. So Ludinus asks for two. One for him that’s he’d bring in another assembly member to help with, and one for Trent. This is now my headcannon.

gonna chime in and say that cleo could very well be the Hollow One race add-on from the Explorer's Guide to Wildmount! -dunno if you watch Critical Role, but one of the character's of their current campaign is one of these.
mechanically speaking, it means your body stays in the state it was when you died and you dont age, it let's you still be any race that you were before death, but you register as undead for any spells that identify or affect them; it also makes you be able to cause fear to those around you causing disadvantage on saves and it makes it easier for you to come back from being unconsious (you get 1 HP if you roll 16 or higher on death saves)
but i feel like narratively all of those work amazing for cleo: her presence makes other nervous making them fuck up plenty of times, and she's HARD to put down during a fight. and it also lets you say that she could be any other race before death and keep all the implications of that.
anyways. yeah. sorry i got the dnd brand of autism and seeing people suggest stuff made it so i HAD to send my own suggestion :]
AHHHHH yes that's right that's right!!!! laudna my beloved <3
i think the unsettling presence is so fun gfjdghfkdg i can totally see cleo popping off her arm or something to frighten their enemy hehe
yes yes it's just wonderful i love it :D i think they would've been just human before death... but idk maybe that makes it even better. they thought their life would be just ordinary... and now they're this
it's cool it's cool i love it thank you for your ask :D :D :D cleo's officially a hollow one i think wooooo

Potential new looks for my favorite lesbians 💕
We just arrived in Nicodranas in our Exandria game— we were in the Shattered Teeth, our home. This is the first time Kess or Ev have been out past the Fools Curtain, and we have our two Ashari friends as guides 😭💕
Both of the goths look like Cultists because surprise, we are, so we’re getting new fashionable looks for when we hear out into Wildmount and Tal’Dorei

My Content
Hello Everyone, before I start making the content that I have planned I should make a post going over what I have planned for this blog. As the blog title might suggest, the plans are to make builds for different Table Top Roleplaying Games. With the main games that I am going to be making builds for are
Dungeons and Dragons 3.5 edition
Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition (2024)
Pathfinder 2nd edition
Cyberpunk Red
Avatar Legends
Lancer RPG
I am also going to be doing builds for other tabletop roleplaying games alongside the ones listed above but the ones listed above are the main ones that I will be focused on. Additionally, when making the builds I will note what system the build is for since though people could probably know what the system the build is for it would just help to know from the beginning what game it is for, like noting that a build is specifically for DnD 5e instead of DnD 3.5e for example. as for the materials (materials being used in broad meaning here) I will be using going from will use first to will be used last are as followed
Official Material: Official Material includes things like the Dungeons and Dragons 5e 2024 Players Handbook, the Cyberpunk Red Black Chrome book, and the Avatar: Legends Core Rulebook. This just means that the materials that are in these books have been tested enough to where the people behind the material will be able to release said material in the state that they are in.
Partnered Content: so partnered content are materials like Explorer's Guide to Wildmount, Dungeons of Drakkenheim, and the Humblewood Campaign setting which all three examples are partnered content for DnD 5e. But in basic terms, partnered content is fully published content made by a third party to fit into the pre-existing world(s) of whatever system the content was made for.
Unearthed Arcana: though the term Unearthed Arcana is often used in the Dungeons and Dragons community, it just means the content that is released is still going through the public playtesting phases before it is updated and released into any form of official books or content update.
Homebrew: Homebrew, for those who are not familiar with the terminology, is new custom game content that can't be found in any official content (such as custom spells for Dungeons and Dragons or a new Frame for the Lancer RPG)Butut to summarize, outside of being made for a specific game system the piece of homebrew content has no connection to the original company behind the system.
additionally, none of my builds will ever be optimized. I say this because though yes in theory, the making of builds is supposed to be somewhat optimized I am simply making the builds for fun, and plus, I wouldn't want to make a build that I don't think would be fun in some way shape, or fashion. but hopefully, if you decide to play one of the builds I make I hope that you can also have as much fun with them as I have making them
EDIT: So as I am making my first build (for the game of Dungeons and Dragons 5e anyway) I should make note that 1. I am going to be using stuff from before the 2024 players handbook for DnD in the DnD 5e builds. Number 2. for the species seen in the books before I believe Tasha's Caldron of Everything but for sure before the 2024 player's handbook I am going to be using the "Origin Ability Score Increases" (aka a +2 and a +1 to any of the stats scene in the game) and the "Origin Languages" (aka besides common getting to pick any two languages I want) so that I can make sure that I can still use the species seen in those books in my builds. and 3. I am going to be giving every build a level-one feat, which means that (assuming that the person running your games allows for a first-level feat outside those given by the build's species (like via Variant Human) and Background(like the 2024 Player's Handbook version of the Soldier background) a build could give the player up to 3 feats at level one, but ALWAYS make sure to ask your Game Master if you could take a level one feat before you do so

My face when my phone has done nothing but ding in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers jingle all day
Tumblr media
Now then uhhhh... Weekly recap?
Sunday game:
Our replacement for our Owlin Monk has showed up, they're an Assassin Rogue/Drakewarden and they're suspicious as hell. My dragon hating Drow is already barely stomaching one dragon in the party, now we have Spooky Toothless and their pet noble.
Now why is this suspicious you ask? They're from the capital city, so far behind enemy lines that there is no reasonable explanation for how they got there... And hunting displacer beasts sure as hell ain't it.
Our Drow Monk got feebleminded and unfeebleminded in the span of like two sessions. She's basically a cat when at 1int
Our Witch( hag wizard) is so low on resources that it's not funny, I don't think we could squeeze a spell slot out of her if we tried.
Kobold Paladin is just chilling, also might be the key to reintroducing a lost magic used by the divine to create souls to the world.. where did souls come from before this? Great question couldn't tell you if you had a gun to my head
Me? Drow Fighter also just chilling nothing to say other than, tried to earn the trust of a Gloomstalker(Explorers Guide to Wildmount creature, not the really good ranger subclass) after one tried to once again kindnap the Owlin didn't go so well sadly..
(Dog)Centaur Ranger helping us navigate this mess of an underground labyrinth, can't really say anything bad is happening to him he's just rolling survival really.
When this session ended we had found an abandoned minecart station full of intricate clockwork, and at the far end there was a shadow dragon seemingly stuck in a time loop? Or causing one? It pings as Winter Fey, Dragon, and Undead to the ranger. The party wants me to do something given my alleged Winter Court affiliation. So yeah that'll be fun
Tuesday game:
Aka I swear hand on a holy book of your choice it's not Fate
No session this week so a recap of last, we basically hot dropped into the center of the Woad warrior tribe our Fighter is from, and things were hell chaos creatures being vomited out of multiple purple worms, and an impenetrable barrier keeping anyone from escaping.
Our Illithid friend remarked about how dangerous it was for the choir to be away from the capital city, and offered to get us into the central command worm in exchange for allowing them to evacuate the choir. We agree even though we know this will make our lives harder and get ported into the worm and lead into a kill chamber with a red dracolich under the control of a Illithid wizard with a Roman name I can't even remember off hand.
We spend time whittling away at the dragon in our various ways, including our Woad Fighter burning an ability to reroll key events allowing me to crit a shot from my Spelljammers main cannon (20d10+4d8 my DMs face was such a meme, literally slap it on a sticker I swear)
Unfortunately for us the keyword of Dracolich is infact lich so even after all that and our Hobgoblin Irish king with no serial numbers filed off with a dragon slaying sword beating on it, it still gets back up. However our Squidly friend goes full Senate on the wizard and stabs him in the back telling him Caesar sends his regards and breaks the Dracolich's phylactery. Session ends before we see this choir, we'll deal with this next time.
Lancer:
⚠️⚠️We're playing Stolen Crown I can't really spoiler tag so you've been warned⚠️⚠️
• We stop one Ragnarok themed Mecha Kaiju assault, only for two more to kick off, despite us being very dumb we did decide to not split the party and sadly could only directly help one clan that was under attack. Cue Eikþyrnir, which would have had so much advantage, and could have collapsed the caves we were in, except one two many things first of all being I don't care about your Razor Swarms DM I have a Tempest Charged Blade, two we have a Manticore, Three our Sherman is going to use the full reactor or else.
So our Manticore swapped places with Eikþyrnir, and I ran up and Structured it with one swing, triggered executioner and hit the Silverhoof with the back swing and Molten Wreath. Bless our Death's Head's heart, the lad is in constant suffering after getting Gallagher'd by Jörmungandr last session but did pop Eikþyrnir which basically let us take our time, also fuck hornets all my homies hate hornets.
The underground Kaiju fighter clan is saved temporary reward get!
• Cue mysterious radio broadcast, The guerilla insurgent that still thought they were fighting Seccom reaches out to negotiate, we agree to meet.
The DM improvises us a whole narrative clock check system trying to get this person to understand that times have changed and if the people of Sparr really wanted out of Union while it would take time the request would be honored. This whole scene mostly consisted of our single actual Union employee being fed information from the two mercenary Sparraboos known as Coyote and Vermin.
Despite Foundry's best efforts we pass and flipped Yennval's most radicalized guerilla.
• Which leads to us being warned about Huginn and Muninn and having backup in the form of an ace pilot, Yennval is redirecting power somewhere we have to stop this.. now if you've seen my last post... And I repeat who are you people? You'll know that I've been using a liberal interpretation of how [Total Strength Suite I] works, meaning I've been running, dashing, throwing a cover halfway through the second dash, then using [Xaioli's Ingenuity/Tenacity] for more movement by breaking the rock, triggering it again and hitting another target on the map to reset my counter to break the power poles while the most epic of ace combat dogfights is going on in the background.
Unfortunately we didn't stop Yennval from doing her thing, now like some unhinged 3D vtuber concert she's rising from her hidden bunker on the back of a spaceship shouting some unhinged shit..
I don't wanna kill this local god entity I'll be real, and I feel like that'll polarize the locals, but uhhh she's been off her gourd for over 500 years and something's gotta give.
Next session tomorrow the DM is hype and so are we, I think they've found this shit blog too from the meme so by all means expand anything you think I skimmed too much.

Alignment of the Empire [CR]
On the leaders of the Empire and where things stand in terms of alignment and what that might mean going forward.
Part 1? of “Would the Empire do the right thing?” maybe? Otherwise just some info.
EGTW spoilers-
So I just looked up the alignments of many major members of the Assembly, and its not Good (mostly).
Notes: AE- stands for Archmage; the bold ones are all evil.
Martinet Ludinus Da’leth- head of the assembly, AE- of Domestic Protection; old even for an elf. Lawful Evil
Trent Ikathon- head of the Volstrucker/scourger program, AE- of Civil Influence (propaganda); the one and only. Chaotic Evil.
Master Doolan Tversky- showed up in the Darrington Brigade oneshot, AE- of Dysology (odd stuff); Veth may have something of theirs. Chaotic Neutral.
Lord Athesius Uludan- basically unmet, AE- of Diplomatic Union; “a buffoon” -Yussa, isn’t well liked. Neutral Good.
Lady Vess DeRogna- remember Felderwin, AE- of Antiquity; allegedly [1] threatened Yeza and Luc. Neutral Evil.
Headmaster Oremid Hass- head of the CA school in Zadash, AE- of Cultivation; animal lover. Lawful Neutral.
[1] Yeza says at one point that she threatened Luc. C2e57 [1:43:27]
Now for other leaders-
King Bertrand Dwendal- Lawful Neutral. Isolationist, authoritarian, paranoid. He’s not truly awful, just also scared and obsessed with control and maintaining his family's power; dislikes religion and the gods. Is aware of the existence of the Scourgers, unknown if he is aware of some of the training methods employed.
By area-
Important notes- most cities have a Storosta and they are locally elected. Yay, limited democracy.
Alfield: Possibly lacking enough guards to protect the village, though it seems unlikely such large attacks are common. The Storosta was easily blackmailed.
Berleben: known criminal smuggling operation near town, very dangerous area. Important to note, is built in a swamp and half the town -at least- is flooded, no leadership met. Several shitty guards who hate their post there.
Trostenwald: Lawmaster Norda was the main official met, and while a bit biased was reasonable in the end. Though, she mostly just seemed like she wanted to go home and the members of the Cobalt Soul had to assist the MN in their trial -which to be fair was not normal legal proceedings in any way from the start of the case.
Hupperdook: Many guards, make most warmachines and probably many weapons. But the people still maintained a strong sense of culture and didn’t seem to have noticible issues with the guards. Strict but relatively reasonable warden. Did leave several children temporarily orphaned when their parents were imprisoned for illegal worship of the Changebringer.
Rexentruum-ruled by King Bertrand. Home of the Soltryce Academy and Cerberus Assembly. Home of one of the two leaders of the entire Cobalt Soul (a worldwide religious institution; Neutral organization).
Kamordah: home of wines and mud. Not much is known about the local officials. Beau did a lot of crimes there and if/when caught her dad got her released.
Zadash- had at least one corrupt official, who convicted a woman solely to prove a point that anyone can do crimes. The woman did not do the crime. That official is now dead and replaced by someone proclaims a desire for a better empire, which is probably true.
Other
Crownsguard: seems ok, but guards will be guards. Also kinda military which have civilian policing duties; and act as a secret police some of the time.
Genasi are pressured to join the Cerberus Assembly.
The empire is described as authoritarian, uses propaganda and various means of spying on its citizens. This includes tax payers coming at random times to search businesses and go through records before imposing taxes; also secret police.
