Don't bully fat people period, and fat isn't an indicator of health, and health isn't an indicator of worth, and not all bodies are capable of being healthy, and not every body is capable of thinness and that's okay.
But I literally don't understand hating fat people at a gym. How else are they supposed to lose weight and be healthy? You want them to be thin. Best chance of that happening is at a gym.
They pay their membership just like everyone else. Also if you're able to get distracted by a fat person literally existing maybe you're not focusing on your own exercise enough?
Because when I work out (even though my exercises are fairly small comparatively) I focus on the muscles I'm trying to work on because that gets me the best workout.
And if you're being distracted by fat people existing, guess what you're not focusing on? You're gonna fucking hurt yourself like that.

 I know i joke a lot about hating Bulgarian split squats, but deep down i do secrety love them🦵🏼🔥
Including unilateral leg exercises into your training programme is great for increasing lower body strength, building muscle, and will solidify your core. However if you want to build solid muscle, you need to ensure you are isolating the muscle correctly when performing your exercises.
I thought I would share my top tips with you when performing the Bulgarian SS👇🏼
Foot placement: Stand with your calves touching the bench, walk forward 2-3 steps, and place the resting leg on the bench behind you, laces down, shoulder width stance. Your rear knee should come all the way to the floor. If it doesn’t, lower the bench!
It’s worth practicing without weights first, so you can find your balance, or try them on the smith machine for extra stability.

DROP SETS! 💪🏻 • Drop sets are simply, picking a weight and exercise, doing some reps, dropping the weight slightly and doing more reps, no break. 🤷🏻‍♂️ • They are a great tool for bodybuilding. It allows for maximum volume, without depleting yourself by going to failure all the time.
