i made a post about how the relic of choice is responsible for penny being in ruby head because of ruby words i wonder what you think?
I checked what post you mean, and as I understand it the gist of it is this: Ruby saying she wants to keep Penny around a little longer may have led to Ambrosius/the relic of creation doing something that led to Penny ending up in Ruby's head after dying. And with a point about how it's what someone wants moreso than exact wording.
With Ambrosius, I really do think it's about exact wording. He says so himself. "I will give you exactly what you ask for, and I don't want any complaining when it's not what you wanted." And this makes sense with how Vacuo goes, because Weiss didn't want a one-way trip, but she did ask for one. And she asked for people to enter from Mantle and Atlas on one side, and leave on the other with a one way ticket to Vacuo. So that's why it's only the final portal that does this.
I do still think there's merit to the idea that Ambrosius did something with Penny that we don't know though. The moment with Vacuo's portal is a monkey's paw moment. You get your wish, but in a way you didn't want and in a way that causes problems.
But Ambrosius isn't really a monkey's paw. He's difficult, but not malicious. He chooses to warn them not to fall, he doesn't have to do this. He also, of course, doesn't give them any railings because they didn't ask. But he isn't malicious, he doesn't let them leave without a warning.
And he says himself about Penny, "I don't know what the results are going to be". He did all sorts of things that they didn't ask for, because Ruby told him to get creative. And then he decided that the extra's wouldn't disappear because they were Penny's doing, not his.
So yeah, I definitely think there's more to what happened there. But it's not because Ruby wanted Penny to stick around longer, the phrasing for that is exactly about sticking around after Ambrosius creates the next thing. The phrasing of "get creative" though? And Ambrosius' own acknowledgement that he has no clue what will happen? That can lead to some interesting results.
Like, perhaps, a sword that shouldn't be able to exist while Penny is dead, which Ruby finds herself drawn to.

then there are the horrors (28 docs in various states of length and decay which i have tossed in an "abandoned" folder but not deleted because at least thrice a year i go hunting for one and finish it)
19. Have you ever participated in any type of fandom challenge?
lots of gift exchanges! a secret santa way back in the twenty teens. some prompt memes, a bingo sheet, uhhhh. kinktober last year?
21. What year did you join your chosen fanfic posting platform?
2013 for ao3. i was on ffn before that tho
40. Have you ever written fic about an OC?
nah. i will invent OCs for fics sometimes and some of them are my beloveds (shoutout to hanlon in the way old friends do, the elder engineering dyke b'elanna deserved to have on voyager as a mentor) but they're always side characters. i've written a few original pieces for exchanges but they were very short and so the characters don't feel fully realized.

Daily update post:
A pro-Israel protester, 69 years old Paul Kessler, who suffered a hit to the head on Sunday during an altercation with an anti-Israel protester, passed away the next day from his injuries. His death was determined a homicide caused by blunt head trauma. There are differing accounts on what happened, but one friend said Paul wasn't ever violent, while more than one person mentioned he was hit on the head with a megaphone by the anti-Israel protester. There is footage of an anti-Israel protester continuing to chant slogans next to the blood stains on the ground, even as a police officer asks him to step away from what at that point was an active crime scene:
The Jewish community is asking for anyone with footage of what happened to send it in. Police says it will look into the angle of this being a hate crime. This is the last pic of Paul before the altercation:

Someone decided to test whether people actually understand what they're supporting, when they're supporting Hamas:
instagram
Now that the IDF is controlling the main road from northern to southern Gaza, it took out Hamas' blockades, and it announces daily when Palestinians can move on this road to the south, to a safer area. This means more Palestinians are evacuating the war zone. Hamas has instructed people NOT to spread the footage showing that this passage southwards is safe.
Many Hamas terrorists who were caught alive in Israel's territory after the massacre, had been arrested and interrogated. The other day, for the first time, two Hamas terrorists who were among the perpetrators of the massacre and had fled back to Gaza, were caught by the IDF, arrested and brought to Israel for interrogation.
While Hamas continues to fire rockets without stop at Israel, the daily number has decreased. Analysts estimate that this is thanks to the IDF's extensive activity in Gaza.
Since the debate over whether the chant "From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free" is genocidal, a lot of Arabic-speaking Israelis have started pointing out that the original version in Arabic explicitly states, "From the water (river) to the water (sea), Palestine will be Arab" which is at the very least a call to ethnic cleansing.

Yarden Haskin's husband, Alon Maor, came to visit him at his army base. A friend took this picture of them:
Tumblr media
Yarden decided to send it to an Israeli journalist (from a religious background), who has been publishing pics and stories sent to him by regular Israelis. The pic went viral, Yarden and Alon have been interview for TV news (Yarden from his army base, Alon from home), and friends even shared some of their wedding pics:

Randomly got inspired to draw. This is a character I have been drawing for years. His name is Maor. The sign he is holding says "STOP WAR". The Hebrew text at the bottom says "War Is Bad For Your Health".
Excuse my shit handwriting lol. But yeah I wanted to make an anti war poster and this is what I came up with.

This intense music video was made by a survivor of the Hamas massacre named Noam Cohen and his friend Maor Ashkenzi. It is called Noam's Song 2. Noam is featured in the video.
It tells the story of Noam, who went to the Nova party on October 7th, where he got caught up in a massacre inside a bomb shelter from which he miraculously survived. I have the real footage of him inside the bomb shelter.
Maor Ashkenzi and Noam Cohen have been friends and creators for years. Together they wrote this song when Noam came back from the hospital.

24 for orph? <3
24: "Hold onto this."
“Right. You hold onto this,” says Orpheus, and pushes some manner of paper into Martin’s hands—Martin fumbles with the page, a brown and battered folio, and peers at the writing. The letters are Cyrodilic, though rendered in someone’s loopy, gallivanting cursive hand. . .but the text is illegible.
“Yes?” Orpheus stares expectantly, bracing his big hands on the kitchen counter. Between those hands is his festive hoard of ingredients: pistachios, orange blossoms, flour, olive oil. “Direct me, Dragonborn.”
“I can’t seem. . .” Martin sets the page down, admitting defeat. “It’s not in any language I know.”
“It’s plain Cyrodilic. A sailor from Stros M’Kai copied it down for me decades ago. Might smack of Anvil a little bit. Let me have a look.”
Martin hands over the page: Orpheus takes it, looks utterly blank for an instant, narrows his eyes, and finally goes very pink.
“Can’t read in this light,” he mumbles.
Achille, the one competent baker in Cloud Ruler Temple and Orpheus’ sous-chef for the afternoon, clears his throat and suggests: “Let me go and ask the Grandmaster for his spare glasses.”
Short of announcing a family tragedy, this is the worst thing one could possibly say to Orpheus Velvassius, and this kind tactless boy stumbled upon it while offering help. “That’s all right,” says Martin quickly, before Orpheus, beet-red, can open his mouth and draw blood. “That’s all right. We’ll put our heads together.”
“Okay,” says Achille, bemusedly. “Where did you get all these things, anyway?”
“Bought some sundries the last time that balding monster sent me out.”
“Velvassius,” snaps Martin.
“He wishes I was pushing up daisies right now,” Orpheus replies, with the same heat. “And I’m not allowed a little invective? Even a little?”
“Be civil,” says Martin, meaning be civil with the Blades around, because I don’t know what I’ll do if they force you out. They’ve had this conversation so many times it’s rote. The first part is shorthand for the rest.
“Civility itself,” says Orpheus, and winks. “To answer your question, Bladesman, most of it came from Leyawiin, but I’ve been squirreling things away as I went. The olive oil is from the Gold Coast, of course. Nowhere better.” He observes the spread with pride. “If you’ll read out what you see, Dragonborn, I’ll see what I can make of it.”
Martin takes a breath and sounds out: “Shof l-blostm, est flam, l-thricemal wutra, lesh ye maor blostm sur hlabos dense.”
Orpheus grins. “’Dense-eh’, not ‘dense’. That bit’s Old Cyrodilic, you ought to know that.”
“’Chauffe’ is Bretic,” says Achille eagerly. “To boil. . .what did you say, sir?”
“’Blostm’,” says Martin. “Blossoms. The orange blossoms.”
“See,” says Orpheus fondly. “Easy.”
Achille stands on his toes to look over Martin’s shoulder. “Boil the blossoms on something flam. . .”
“Est flam. A high flame,” says Martin, recalling an Aldmeris dirge for which the Chantry of Akatosh loved to trot him out. Burn high the fires of Auri-El. “For the length of three wutra?”
“Yeah,” says Orpheus. “A wutra is a prayer, but I never knew what prayer he meant, so I always just rattled off the Song of Mara thrice over. She of the bleeding heart, she of the fruiting love, you know. Seemed to work.”
“Then pour the blossom-something. . .”
“’Maor’; the blossom water.” More Aldmeris. “The extract, I suppose.”
“. . .Onto a something something,” concludes Achille.
“’Hlabos dense’? Dense-eh,” Martin corrects himself.
“A big leaf,” says Orpheus.
“Dense is leaf?”
“Hlabos is leaf. He’s talking about a big, thin layer of dough. We cut it up later.”
“You named the prior’s horse ‘Leaf’?” says Martin incredulously.
“Oh.” Orpheus thinks for a moment and then laughs his huge laugh. “No. I’d love to take the credit, but it was that odd little shepherd at the priory. It’s a Dunmeris word. I quite liked it, so I didn’t rename her.”
“That gorgeous creature? ‘Leaf’?”
“Don’t worry, Hlabos doesn’t speak Dunmeris.” Orpheus takes a handful of orange blossoms and starts to mince them, motioning for Achille to take a cutting board and join him. Achille’s hands are faster and surer. “Why? What’d you name your horses at home?”
“My father named them,” says Martin, suddenly sheepish. “Always things like King or Golden or Knight. He had that sort of taste. He let me name one of the colts.”
“What’d you choose?”
“. . .Shalidor.”
“Shal—pfft. Fuck.” Orpheus shakes so hard with laughter he has to set his knife aside. “Mara’s mercy, Dragonborn, you can’t go after poor Leaf with a record like that.”
“S’pose not,” says Martin under his breath.
When the blossoms are boiled, the pistachios are ground, and the resulting puree has been flavored with radical amounts of honey, the three of them begin to roll out the large, paper-thin rolls of dough. The ‘leaves’. Achille takes one to himself and rolls beautiful, uniform leaves; Martin and Orpheus take one between them and struggle.
“Shitting hell,” says Orpheus when the leaf tears for the so-manyeth time. “I think it needs more olive oil.”
“No, it doesn’t,” says Achille with surprising sharpness. “Don’t add any more olive oil.”
“Ave, commander,” Orpheus grumbles, preparing to do more violence against the little ball of dough.
Martin, exasperated, takes his wrist. “A little gentler, love, or we won’t make one leaf when he’s done ten.”
Orpheus looks up, stung. His good eye is wide open. “Gentle as a spring breeze. Your Imperial Majesty.”
He’s difficult about these things: kisses; terms of endearment; a gentle touch. Suits him better to pretend he’s still in the Legion, punch Martin’s shoulder, banter with him, until something like this comes up—‘love’—and he looks as wounded as a little boy.
“You can’t want to be called 'Champion' forever,” says Martin. “You won’t exactly live up to it when you’re old and grey.”
“Ha,” says Orpheus. “You haven’t met my father.”
“I certainly don’t want to be ‘Dragonborn’ forever.”
He grins and turns his attention back to the dough. “Take it up with Akatosh.”
An hour or two later the pastries are layered, cut into squares, and baking in the oven. Achille, rightfully exhausted, has cleared out to play a hand of cards with the other Blades; Martin and Orpheus have brought dining chairs into the kitchen.
“What’s the occasion, anyway?” asks Martin, enjoying the sweet smell of the baking pastries. Somehow familiar, although he hasn’t had them before.
“No occasion,” says Orpheus. “Just thought you could use something sweet.” He hesitates for a moment and adds: “Actually there’s a little place on the Coast that makes these better than anyone. I’d have liked to take you there, listening to the sea and all. But since you’re in the hole, I improvised.”
This aggravating man has scoured half of Cyrodiil for ingredients for no other reason than it might make Martin happy. But in the face of a word of affection? Gods protect and deliver! Bar the doors, bolt the windows!
“’In the hole’?” says Martin faintly.
“Aren’t you? You can’t leave.”
“Hm.”
What Martin fervently wants to say is I don’t need all these antics: I just want you around. Instead, without much hope, he holds out his hand.
Orpheus looks at it. That injured look passes over his face again. He takes Martin’s hand.
They watch the pastries bake.

A white French cop in Lagwiyann was caught in video saying to a Black woman “My family’s been there for 200 years we came in the same boat but at different level”
He was basically proudly telling that woman that her ancestors came as slaves (transported in the holds of ships) while his ancestors came as slave sellers (living in higher quarters in slave ships)
A couple days before, the cops stopped a family to check their documents and license. The family showed the paperwork and everything was fine. Then one of the cops started asking them if they paid their taxes, if they worked or if they were just waiting to be fed by the French… the mom asked how was anything related to a license check. The cops got angry. They pushed the adult son of the woman on the floor and pointed a gun at him.
The family tried to sue but they were welcomed by the same cops at the precinct who refused to fill a report and kicked them out.
A couple days later one of the children of the family is driving and she sees the same cops so she starts filming in case something else happens. The cops see her and start threatening her saying it’s illegal to film them (it’s not). The cops start arguing with the same racists comments as the first time. Saying that it’s thanks to France that they have social benefits and all (for the record these people are not even immigrants they are French because France colonized their ancestors and sent them to Lagwiyann as slaves… yet because they are black they are accused of being in France just to benefit for health care and social benefits). Anyway arguing starts. The mom says they had issues with them a couple days before too and that it needs to stop and then one of the cops has the fucking audacity to say “Do you have issues with me because I’m white? It’s because I’m white right.” The mom is like “No it’s not because you’re white it’s because of your behavior” and then the cop pulls the “my family has been there for 200 years we came in the same ship but at different levels”
This is why I say that the “French overseas territories” are colonies. White people are way too confident being racist there. Lagwiyann, Kanaky, Gwadloup, Maore, Tahiti… free all the people in this world from western imperialism and colonialism.
Source
Edit: Apparently it all happened in August but there was no consequences and the family kept being ignored so they ended up posting the video now to pressure the start of an investigation and it’s working.

i saw a picture that show a comparison between nuts and dolts, fair game, arkos, gelato and grandmasters i put it in my page if you want to see it
Gonna be honest with you I don't care about any of those ships, I don't even know what grandmasters is. Out of those, only Arkos has a real canon basis which would make it meaningful to compare (though if you like the other ships of course it can still be fun to compare anyways). So yeah sorry I have no interest in that.

List of names of the deceased from Netiv HaAsara
Shortly before midnight on Saturday, the names of 15 victims in Netiv HaAsara, a town of less than a thousand people near the Gaza border, were cleared for publication: brothers Amit and Yigal Wax, Oren Stern, Shlomi and his wife Ayelet Molcho, Hevik Segal, Gil Ta'aseh, Adi Baharev, Tal Keren, Ruthi and Aryeh Akuni and their daughter Or, Nurit Berger, Marina Almagor and Danny Vobek.
Vobek, a resident of Netiv HaAsara, had been a volunteer with the ZAKA divers unit for many years. The organization said that "he took part in dozens of rescue missions, dedicated to saving lives and honoring the deceased. During the brutal attack on Netiv HaAsara, Vobek courageously defended his home and friends, ultimately losing his life in the battle against armed terrorists. ZAKA volunteers, alongside the entire nation of Israel, mourn his loss, share in the pain, and extend condolences to his family and loved ones."
Talia Marcelle, from Kiryat Arba, was murdered in the surprise attack on Kibbutz Ein Hashlosha near the Gaza border. A few years ago, Marcelle relocated from the Talia farm in the Hebron hills to Kiryat Arba. She was fatally shot on the kibbutz where she was celebrating the holiday.

Dolev and Odeya Swissa and their two daughters
Dolev and Odeya Swissa were murdered in their hometown of Sderot. They leave behind two young daughters, ages 3 and 7. Dolev, who was shot by terrorists, was found dead Saturday night. A search was conducted throughout the night for his wife Odeya, who was considered missing until her body was discovered in the morning. "We don't know how the girls were saved," said Rehovot Deputy Mayor Zohar Blum, who is married to Dolev's sister. "We woke up to a dark morning."
Blum added, "Following the heart-wrenching news of Dolev's murder and a sleepless night, we have now learned that Odeya, his beloved wife whom we searched for hours, was also mercilessly murdered by the assassins. This young couple's lives were tragically cut short in the war, simply because of their location near the Gaza Strip and the startling ease with which the terrorists invaded their home. A remarkable couple, they leave behind two young, now orphaned, daughters. My heart aches for my wife and her family in Sderot.
Aharon Haimov, a 25-year-old senior paramedic and ambulance driver with Magen David Adom (MDA) from Ofakim, was fatally shot on Saturday morning en route to treat the wounded in his hometown. He is survived by his wife and two children. Haimov began his career with Magen David Adom as a post-high school volunteer before joining the organization in a professional capacity.
Tumblr media
Magen David Adom senior medic and ambulance driver Aharon Haimov, 25, of Ofakim was killed on his way to treat injured
“He was a person who put the good of others and the value of life ahead of everything else — including today, on this tragic morning,” said MDA Director-General Eli Bin.
Israel Fire and Rescue Services announced that Kiryat Gat Fire Station Commander Battalion Chief Shalom Tzaban and Senior Firefighter Yevgeny Galsky were also slain in the attack. Tsaban, 60, a father of two, joined the fire brigade in 1992 and was posthumously promoted to fire deputy chief. Galsky, 34, served in the Netivot fire station. He was promoted posthumously to the rank of sergeant firefighter.

Israel Fire and Rescue Services announcement of the death of Shalom Tzaban (right) and Yevgeny Galsky
The fire brigade on Sunday morning announced the death of Sergeant Major Firefighter Eric Yehuda Marciano, 50, who joined the fire brigade in 1996 and served as a team leader at the Kiryat Gat Fire Station. He is survived by his wife and three children.
His daughter Coral said: "He went on duty, and probably because of the pressure, he forgot his bag at home. I wrote to him, 'Dad, you forgot your bag.' At 7:05am, he told me he would come back to get it and at 7:20 he no longer answered me, he had already encountered the terrorists. Numerous trucks loaded with armed terrorists entered the area. He fought the terrorists and managed to save a child. I knew my father was dead before we were informed; someone saw him dead and sent me a picture. My father is a hero. He was my whole world. He was a father who always put us first, and himself second, placing everyone before him."

The Cask of Manhasset {RANPOE}
When his Dad gets a teaching job at an American University, Ranpo must move with them to the American state of Connecticut. Once there he starts his Junior year of high school at Manhasset Maor Academy, which is also attended by the children of the elite Fitzgerald Family. Four of them are Juniors just like he is, four are Seniors, and the youngest Lucy is a Sophomore.
Lucy is wild and social and eager to make friends with the new student, but Ranpo is more curious about her introverted older brother.
After a failed introduction, Ranpo becomes even more curious to find out all he can about Edgar, determined, if not to befriend him, then to beat him out for top rank in the next exams. But what will happen when he turns up something far more disturbing than just gory mystery novels and a strange obsession with Racoons?
~ CAST ~
RANPO (17) (has come to finish his junior and senior high school in America after his father gets a job at a university)
ELISE (8) (in 3rd grade)
KYUSAKU (13) (in 7th grade and a little crazy but that's okay)
YUKICHI (45) (got a job teaching at a university in Connecticut)
OUGAI (40) (is a surgeon)
The Fitzgerald Coven
Seniors
LOUISA (19) (older than Poe but just as shy, they have tea and cookies together when it’s too sunny to go to school, he confides in her first about his feelings for Ranpo and she promises not to tell, she keeps her word. Was turned many decades ago by Francis to be his secretary.)
HOWARD (18) (tired)
MARGARET (19) (loves Southern Belle fashion, reading and writing, neutral to Poe, but secretly finds him endearing, only telling this to Nathaniel. She worries about what his relationship w/ Ranpo may bring)
NATHANIEL (18) (loves god and Margaret. The two joined the Fitzgerald Coven as a couple)
Juniors -
Lucy & Edgar had been doing homeschool during their first year as vampires but Francis and Zelda wanted them to have the full High School Experience so he enrolled them at Manhasset Manor Academy. The older coven members agreed to join as well just to keep an eye on Edgar and Lucy and make sure they stay out of trouble.
EDGAR (19) (Was taken in by Francis six years ago after his parents were killed when someone attempted to rob the Poe family home. Edgar's father owned a lucrative publishing business and his mother was a semi-famous interior decorator. Fitzgerald bought both businesses and the home. Since Edgar had no other living relatives, he went to live with Francis and Zelda, who raised him like their own. He was turned two years ago and has been living with him since, he is quiet and shy, loves poetry, and books, and doesn't talk to anyone . . . until Ranpo)
JOHN (17) (He asked to be turned so he could be stronger and provide for his family and their farm after several bad harvests, he wanted to see the world and after his family members all passed of old age he came to live with the Fitzgerald coven.)
MARK (17) (always down for anything, he found the coven by accident. He’s totally chill with Ranpo, maybe a little intimidated by his IQ but still welcomes him into the family.)
LUCY(16) (Was turned by Fitzgerald only one year ago, but she's been living with them for 9 years, ever since Francis rescued her from an abusive orphanage when she was 8. She is wild and is kind of annoyed at Poe's shyness and they fight a lot but still loves him a lot, she's a sophomore at Manhasset Manor Academy)
Parents/Coven leaders
FRANCIS (32) (loves his adopted children, and turned them because he wants his daughter back) (he donated the school library which is called The Zelda and Francis Fitzgerald Library.
ZELDA (32) (was and kind of still is, depressed because of the loss of her and Francis' daughter but got better after getting to raise Edgar and Lucy, she just wants to see them happy)

Daily update post:
I heard a report that every day, Hamas steals at least a few aid trucks with food, and as we've seen in multiple pics, vids and testimonies from angry Gazans, the terrorists don't hesitate to use force against civilians to do so. A few days ago, a Hamas "policeman" shot and killed a young man trying to get some humanitarian aid. The young man's family was angry enough to burn tired outside a Hamas police station in the city of Rafah.
Tumblr media
The leader of Hamas in Gaza, Yahya Sinwar, published a letter to his terrorists, in which he lies about how well Hamas is doing in the war (Israel estimates that at least 8,000 of its members have been killed, and that there is no organized Hamas command in northern Gaza anymore), while promising he won't surrender.
Tumblr media
Just a reminder, that if Hamas surrendered, the war would be over immediately, and there'd be not one more Palestinian, civilian or otherwise, killed. What Sinwar is saying, is that despite being painted by certain westerners as a Palestinian liberation movement, it refuses to save any Palestinian lives. Same goes for the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, the second strongest terrorist group in Gaza after Hamas.
Tumblr media
Sometimes, the terrorist puppets and their financial masters disagree on what false excuse to give, regarding why they jointly made sure Jews would be massacred. Iran said it was one of the responses for the assassination of Iranian military senior Soleimani (by the US, in 2020), while Hamas denied this claim, and said that the massacre was to protect the Al-Aqsa mosque... (right, 'coz Jewish babies murdered in their crib in the south, born to the most left wing, peace seeking families in Israel, were SUCH a threat to the mosque in Jerusalem. This is the same false excuse Islamists have used repeatedly, like in May 2021, going all the way back to its invention in 1929 by the Nazi collaborator Amin al-Husseini, at a time when there was no State of Israel). Apparently, even the worst of terrorists, and the biggest financiers of terrorism, don't think the west will respond well to the more truthful, "We just want to kill all Jews."
Tumblr media
There was a blast next to the Israeli embassy in India, and now Indian news outlets report that there was a letter found nearby, which tied the attack to Israel's war against Hamas in Gaza.
Tumblr media
Dawn Lev and Matan Peretz, two funny Israeli Jews, answer some very serious questions, that were the most searched ones on Google when it comes to Hamas.

If it helps Dawn, I laughed. XD
While Iran is funding the attacks on Israel from Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, Iraq, the cyber attacks on Israel (including on Israeli hospitals), and has reportedly attacked an Israeli-related ship at least once directly, it has also increased its levels of Uranium enrichment, which is what they need to build nuclear weapons. We should all be VERY concerned.
Here is an op ed, with yet another testimony regarding the systematic rape, torture and abuse carried out by Hamas on Oct 7. I found it hard not to post all of it, but if I did have to highlight only one part, this would probably be it:

For the Eurovision fans, he was a very talented candidate for this year's contest in Sweden, who auditioned on Dec 3 to represent our country. He was on leave from the army, so he performed while still in uniform. He was killed yesterday in Gaza. This is his audition, where he got to show off his stunning voice:

This is 33 years old Maor Lavi:
Tumblr media
Two days ago, he was interviewed on Israeli TV, because he had an urgent mission. While fighting in Gaza, they found a Hanukkiah in one house. As there are no Jews living there, it was most likely stolen during the Oct 7 massacre. Maor wanted to share the story, so he could find the family that owned the Hanukkiah and give it back to them. Yesterday, he was killed in Gaza, too. This is the Facebook post that Maor published in the hope of finding the rightful owners:

May their memories be a blessing.
