alastor and vox being close and then vox admitting feelings for alastor/trying to make a move on him. alastor caring for vox but being unable to reciprocate in the same way. valentino coming into the picture and vox immediately getting close to him to ignore the rejection embarrassment.

alastor hating valentino and wanting vox back as a friend but feels like he has no right to be jealous because valentino does more for vox (romantically/sexually) and alastor didn’t want to fill his role in that sense.

vox imagining valentino as alastor and missing alastor but too prideful to go back or admit it except for a final request for alastor to join the vees, but valentino and velvette have changed him too much and he was too corporate, too greedy for alastor anymore.

Headcannon I'm far to into;

Both Lute and Vaggie REFUSE to sit properly in a chair or couch

Like Lute could totally sit like a normal person in a chair next to Adam but NO she sits on the edge of the table thing the whole time

Vaggie could sit normally on the couch, but she rarely does that (if she ever actually sits). When she does, it's so dramatic, like a cat.

Vaggie is aggressive to anyone who DARES looking in her direction let alone touch her. Except for Charlie like a cat with their favorite person.

Also in this scene

Big eyes when something dangles in front of her. (I get that it's meant to represent Vaggie being happy that Charlie forgives her but come on!)

Also I like to think that Exorcist Angels purr when they feel safe and content. And literally no one in the Hotel knew that Vaggie purred until after the Hotel was rebuilt because she finally felt safe and content around the people in the Hotel and the stress of living with people she didn't really know or no longer having to hide her secret faded so she started to purr

No Lilith is not "Evil" or a "Bad Mom"

I said what I said. We don't know what happened to Lilith, we don't know why she and Lucifer split, and if you saw the pilot, you would know Charlie choose to confide in HER about her worries and fustrations. That is a clear sign that as the queen of hell, the woman whose songs brought hope to the demons in hell, had more confidence in her daughter than Lucifer was afraid to have. I saw a post that said "also how bad of a fucking mother does lilith have to be to ignore her daughter for 7 years jfc". As if that is the only reason Charlie hadn't heard from her? Not even a possibility something bad might have happened or had really very important business to deal with as the queen of hell?? And it's even more bizzare how people just assumed that flashback was her "keeping Charlie away from Lucifer". Like hello, it's called putting your child to sleep? And also

Fautisse, the person whose been at the birth of Hazbin Hotel, even believes Lilith adored her husband just the same as he to her. But shit happens, and something caused her to leave. For reasons WE DON'T KNOW WHY! But unfortunately for her as a female character, the fans and even anti fans have reduced her to another "Stella". Despite the fact Charlie confides in her, and despite Lucifer having pictures with her in his office and still has his wedding ring on. There is a definite reason Lucifer acts this depressed, otherwise he would be acting like Stolas, someone who actually hates his wife.

About Episodes 7 and 8...MASSIVE SPOILERS!!

Initial thoughts (because if I talk about EVERYTHING right now you'll be here for at least half an hour)...

WHAT THE HELL?!

I mean I loved getting to watch the season finale, don't get me wrong. But I have just as many grievances as things I loved about it and also SO MUCH happened?!?!?!

Charlie: Loved getting to see her be all demon-y, I've been waiting all season. Also loved her and the cannibals (especially Rosie!!!). So glad she got to work w/ Luci to protect the hotel <333 She and Vaggie are adorable too.

Vaggie: I really enjoyed watching her and Carmilla's song, that was cool. Protecting her girlfriend, very cute. I liked seeing her and Lute have that little face-off.

Husk: Sad that we didn't get to see much of him, but I get it. His interactions with the others were sweet (especially Angel). I loved the one line he got to sing on his own in that last song of episode 8. 😍

Angel: Ngl I am very glad he wasn't the one to die. It would've been a fun little "oh crap" moment but I really didn't want to be right. He's still got business down there. His interactions with the others here are everything to me, and he's just grown so much and aaaaaa. It's lovely to see! I love him more and more with every episode.

Niffty: YOU GO, GIRL!!!! Love to see the stabbing. I also really loved the...one line Nifty got. Kimiko Glenn's voice is a gift, I freaked out over getting to hear one line. Anyway. not much else to say other than I definitely thought it was Alastor doing a big "oh look, I'm alive!" thing when Adam got stabbed, but I was pleasantly surprised.

Cherri Bomb/Sir P: I was surprised, to say the least, when Cherri and Sir P had that little moment. Glad they got it before he went and DIED. Cherri is such a good friend to Angel and she's great. Now, onto Sir P...WOW, OKAY. Glad we know Charlie's plan isn't completely stupid. Wonder how Sera's gonna react to him being there now, lol.

The Vees: FIRST OFF, VOX?????? "This is better than sex!" 💀💀💀 Truly was not expecting to see as much of the Vees as we did. Not complaining though. It was...interesting...to say the least, watching Vox get as excited as he did over the prospect of Al dying (still as obsessed as ever, fr). Not at all surprised to see Val and Vox have a thing going, I figured from the interactions we've seen so far. Them dancing together was silly, them practically making out was less so 😃. Also, gotta continue the love for Velvette--putting up with these two idiots must take a lot. Also also, her HAIR! HER HAIR!! EEEEE

Lucifer: I reallllyyyyyy enjoyed seeing Luci make a return to help Charlie, even if it was in one of those "last-minute saves" that I usually hate. Idk, makes sense here I guess because he's probably always watching over Charlie some way. ALSO LUCI AND CHARLIE GOING ALL DEMON-Y TOGETHER WAS <33333333 I really loved him starting off that last song in episode 8, and telling Charlie that he believes in her. It was so sweet. I love Luci sm, hoping he becomes a more integral part of the crew in s2.

Adam/Lute/Lilith: HAHA HOW DOES IT FEEL TO LOSE??? Lute got what she deserved with the whole...arm thing. ALSO WHAT--JUST GONNA CASUALLY DROP LILITH IN HERE NOW? Sure, fine, whatever, totally cool. Not sure how to feel about Lilith atm so moving on. I dunno why I was so shocked upon seeing Adam's face. I guess I expected him to...not look as good as he does? Also so upset that he broke Al's staff. How rude. He sucks.

Rosie: Not how I expected her to sound, but I'm most certainly not disappointed. I don't have much to say other than I loved literally everything about her. No complaints--at least not yet ig, need to go back and rewatch the episodes critically. Her and Alastor is everything to me, and seeing them dance was <333333 I cannot express my excitement over it enough.

Alastor: Saved him for last because yes. If I wasn't limiting myself to a short paragraph for each, I'd be writing a whole essay just about Al, I swear....CANNOT believe what just happened omg. Not only did we get to see silly Al in episode 7, but we got to see scary (and scared) Al in episode 8. He's really freaking out, it's so entertaining! I'm so glad it wasn't him who died, I started getting a bit worried for a minute there....His relationship with Rosie is aaaaa, best of besties fr. Fighting Adam scene was glorious. Making Vox act like an idiot even when not trying was funny to watch (Vox's obsession with this guy is so silly). Him retreating sure was a move, but I'm glad he didn't get all stubborn and end up dying. Him ranting a bit in his section of the final song was so...AAAAAAA. Man is so scared, he looks stressed as can be. I need to see Alastor just have an external breakdown because he honestly feels like he's on the verge of one. 💀

Stopping for now before I go on a bigger rant than I already have. To those who read all this, I'm so sorry pfft. Feel free to leave a comment if there's something you wanna discuss (or, better yet, send one of those ask thingies. I do not have comments figured out yet...)

The Hazbin Hotel fandom is unlike any fandom I’ve ever been a part of. When I had just watched the show, I shipped Huskerdust and that was it. Then I started investing into the online fandom and oh boy. This fandom has the power of fan art to change some ones actual way of thinking.

The first non canon fanart I saw was Radioapple. The more I saw after I liked it the more I believed it. I was then an avid Radioapple shipper. But just today I saw a comic with Adamsapple. And now my whole point of view has completely changed. I was stupid to ship Alastor with anyone.

In conclusion, no fandom has EVER changed my mind on a ship before, so congratulations! You guys are the superior fandom.

Why I think that killing off Adam was the biggest mistake Viv could make

This entire blog is just gonna be me going on a rant about my opinion on why I think Adam shouldn't of been killed off and why he shouldn't be killed off so early and shit , not only did I not see it as unnecessary for the plot, but there's so much Vivienne could of done for his character other than just throwing the whole character away in just one season , I'll be listing things for what they could of done for Adam's character

1. Plotholes

I'm just gonna say it right here and right now, Adam was killed off waaay too early and not only would we be left with many many plot holes like, where is both of his sons (Caine and Abel), the potential they could of used for his character, and ect.

2. Character potential

^^this fucking scene^^ , because the thought of when Adam first pulling up and being like "Hello, Adam here!!" Is just so fucking funny to me (just less plagiarized, and more unique)

and maybe his arrival leads to his words "Hell is forever" ,his own song gets used against him sense not only did he have the audacity to go to the hotel to get back into heaven but he has said it himself, how redemption isn't possible

But references aside ,Adam can have some potential for his character, like maybe he not only comes to the hotel not only for the intention of going back to Heaven because he hates being down in hell but also for the intention of plotting some revenge for what the hotel residents all did to him

,but the longer he stays there the less and less he tries to plot his revenge , the more and more he realized how flawed heaven and heaven's people are most of the time, and ect.

And ect. and he's so indenial of it at first and doesn't want to believe it but no matter how much he tries there's no denying it , deep down he knows it's true but he doesn't want to believe it

3. Character potential (again)

Like maybe Adam has become fallen in the first place because not only did him sinning in Heaven eventually catch up to him, but maybe also because after finding out the exterminations were unnecessary after Sir Pentious entered the heavens gates, it was finally time for Adam to take his fall

They can also actually start touching on Adam's trauma and how it affects him, his trauma being : being forced into a relationship the moment he was created (Lilith and Eve) , having to be the father and/or decendant of all of the human race , having been kicked out of the garden after Lucifer has second handedly invented evil into the world , and said evil causing his son to kill his other son(which is his and God's fault also)

Like maybe sense Vivziepop is putting a slight different spin to things to Hazbin hotel, she doesn't really having to follow the entire list (sense it's her show) , she can still do something with some of it and still find a way to bring it up and with that it could be the reason behind how he behaves , his personality as a whole, and why he wears that narcissistic mask (while it doesn't necessarily excuse his actions)

4. Character design

If Adam was to somehow end up coming back as a fallen angel, as a sinner. Viv can find a way to go crazy with his fallen design, like any other cartoonist in this world, I know that those cartoonist has seen fanart and fan creations of their shows, movies, and characters

I've seen my fair share of seeing really really good fallen designs for Adam and I'm fucking here for it , they're all so good

,it just needs to happen

5. Character development & redemption arc

Like mentioned in Character potential 2 , Adam can have some potential for his character, like maybe he not only comes to the hotel not only for the intention of going back to Heaven because he hates being down in hell but also for the intention of plotting some revenge for what the hotel residents all did to him

but the longer he stays there the less and less he tries to plot his revenge , the more and more he realized how flawed heaven and heaven's people are most of the time, and ect.

And ect. and he's so indenial of it at first and doesn't want to believe it but no matter how much he tries there's no denying it , deep down he knows it's true but he doesn't want to believe it . Like maybe Adam just still acts the same but without him realizing it or acknowledging it he's just becoming a better person and maybe even comedically he just thinks that the misfits gave him a disease /illness when that's not the case

Maybe in the next seasons he could even become a better father to his sons, Caine and Abel but similar to Lucifer, let them do their own thing sense those two are basically adults now and hey, Adam could be more like a cool dad

I feel like Adam has more cool dad energy

6. The relationships he'll end up making

Just imagine the relationships Adam slowly but gradually builds during his redemption arc, like maybe him and Charlie ending having like an fun uncle and niece kind of relationship or something, maybe slowly but gradually he becomes like another friend of Angel Dust's, and ect.

As he processes through his redemption arc he can end up making friends and building relationships down in hell , possibly in the near future Charlie, Vaggie, Angeldust, Alastor, Cherri bomb, Husk, Nifty, Razzle, and Lucifer doesn't fight against him but with him if another threat were to come

7. There could be another antagonists that's worse or maybe even a bigger threat than Adam

Maybe another antagonists could be made that's more of a mystery and even a bigger threat than Adam , that's just like Adam (or not) but amp up the bad traits he has, maybe this time Adam could be the one helping the others fight and rebel against this guy in his own way

8. Another musical number

Another musical number with them singing badly about heaven in song in the near future but this time with Charlie ,Vaggie, Angeldust, Alastor, Cherri bomb, Husk, Nifty, Razzle, Lucifer, and most of all Adam but the reprise has a metal spin to it and this time Adam joins in and does it with his guitar

9. Another reason she shouldn't of killed off Adam is because she'd be killing off fat /plus size representation

Another reason I feel like Viv shouldn't of killed off Adam is because she'd be killing of fat character representation and I wouldn't want a chubby character like Adam to be killed off

,of course we have Mimzy now but she doesn't count sense she's just one character and only just one character and as much as I love Mimzy I feel like the show needs more than just one or two fat characters

And for the people that think "He isn't chubby" , try again and look at him again , how he sits , lays down (like how he was laying after her got shanked in his arm by Charlie), and ect.

10. I just want some vulnerable moments with Adam

Whether that be Adam bawling his eyes out, having a panic attack, having a mental/emotional breakdown, or ect. I just want to see a vulnerable side of Adam, Adam angst if you will

he sees them as sinners because he used to be an angel before, he was holy and pure and now he was to deal with all of that filth and impurity.

charlie on the other hand was born in hell, she has always been there and even after seeing heaven she still loves her people

i saw some headcanon (im really sorry i dont remember the @ but it was on tiktok as radiosilence hcs) saying that vox would purposely get himself drunk so alastor would have to carry him home and the rest of this rant is pretty much unrelated but i just love that idea because he totally would

anyway—

imagine alastor not picking up on anything romantic from vox (whos getting increasingly more obvious about it)

and then one day back when they were work colleagues, alastor invites rosie to go to a bar or something with him and vox.

rosie immediately spots vox’s interest because vox is asking all these questions such as: oh ahhaaha alastor you never told me you had a girlfriend…..????, to which rosie laughs off.

but, rosie and alastor are super close of course, so theyre chatting it up the whole night.

from that, vox assumes alastor does like rosie and he was brought as either a wingman or to rub their relationship in his face, so he gets all moody and quiet.

rosie notices once again because shes like way more in tune with people than alastor is.

so while alastor is happy talking with rosie and hardly even pays mind to vox, rosies like are you alright??

but vox takes it as patronizing and freaks out because he made up this entire scenario in his head where the both of them are just laughing at him

hes definitely hella drunk at this point, trying to ignore the two ‘flirting’ (as he took it) by drinking.

all the alcohol made him overwhelmed by all the noise and super easy to set off so this sort of freaks him out and he gets loud.

hes pretty much incomprehensible at this point and rosie sort of just assumes alastor made friends with a pyschopath so she kind of side eyes alastor like: hey al love you but this is your problem

alastor is embarrassed by vox making a scene and has no idea that he was even the one who started the reaction, so he physically tries to shut him up (he just kinda hits him with his microphone) and rosie tells him no dear, that wont work you got to talk to him its obvious hes jealous

thats new information to alastor so he just stares at her like jealous of WHAT exactly????

and vox is throwing a silent pathetic temper tantrum in the corner because he was hit.

then both alastor and rosie have to coparent a disfunctional vox the whole way back.

rosie asks many follow up questions later, but never really tells alastor that vox has a crush on him because she thinks its funny, so hes always so confused why shes specifically interested in vox

Imagine Gen Z starting to arrive in Hell would be like;

- Overlords HATE them, either because Gen Z is too smart to make a deal with them, too stubborn to listen or too dumb to care

- Fuck you, bitch and insults like that are outdated and overused. When Gen Z arrives, they manage to piss off everyone with their overcomplicated and highly offensive insults. Or just a simple kys would probably be enough for some to get offended

- Valentino might genuinely be disgusted with some Gen Z kinks

Now imagine at the Hotel;

- Angel Dust is concerned in general for them. He's done some weird things to get high but eating tide pods seems a bit much

- Husk probably wouldn't give two shits

- Honestly? I think Vaggie would like most of them, the wacky shit they say could be entertaining.

- Charlie would definitely be straining to be nice at times. Mainly because of course they are glued to their phone most of the time, probably hardly participating in any activities and ignoring her a lot

- Niffty would probably like most of Gen Z

- Alastor probably would hate them. He'd probably get a lot of "Okay Boomer" jokes

- Lucifer would be baffled that they aren't even bothered by him, even before they knew him

Overall, Gen Z would annoy most of Hell

I have seen a lot of guess on why maybe Angel didn't know Husk was an overloard or for the lack of reaction to that news

But i think he already told us why he didn't know Husk... in the pilot.

He is not a politics kind of guy. He doesn't know about politics in hell, overlords are about power and control over others (so they are kind of political figures, because they have more control over others by the power they held).

Angel didn't know who Alastor was, so it makes sense that he isn't going to know who Husk used to be. Or at least in the way that i think....

I also think he also doesn't cares much about the things Husk did once he was an overloard. But i also think he doesn't know what beein an overlord is, because he doesn't care.

He is just doing his lives, doesn't gives a shit about the grad scheme of things (util it involves the ones that metter to him)
