Some new game that was thought up, but I don't think it'll catch on.
Definitely not squirrel-friendly.

I experimented with varying line thickness for this one.
I’ve also never been 100% happy with the thick wooden bangles around her wrists on her previous designs, so I had a play with some other options for making her gloves unique. But I liked how the brown balanced her outfit, so I eventually decided to keep it but tone it down into these crossed laces. Not sure if these new gloves will stick around, but they at least feel more fitting with the theme of the rest of her outfit.
building a Magic deck around squirrel Hazel's ecoterrorist faction Belladonna --Ideas welcome
I'm very new to MTG but I'd like my gameplay to fit a story rather than just random creatures randomly attacking without any goals. So since I randomly got lucky with two squirrel warlocks in my one bloomburrow playbooster, and since I was immediately hooked when reading about Hazel of the commander deck's backstory, i'm going to build a deck about that character and her faction trying to reclaim nature.
For now I just play casual Standard-like games against my mates, where we don't really follow what cards are "legal" and proxying some cards I really want but don't have is just fine. I'm not good at the game yet, but it'd be nice if my deck were fully functioning to play while also fully functioning as a story about a bunch of animalfolk trying to fight for nature with dark magic.
I already brought together some squirrel, rat, bat, lizard and spider and other forest animal cards I have, but I would like to also find cool spells, artifacts, lands, ... fitting the themes. Maybe some of y'all know some obvious ones I don't know exist yet?
