Argh the Ahsoka series makes me so grgrgrggrr

Sabine learning to fight like a jedi is so frustrating to watch when you know for a fact she's been trained in using the dark saber!! There's LITERALLY an episode dedicated to her frustrations as a Mandalorian having the duty of the manda'lor and not knowing how to use a lightsaber!!

She finds the root of her frustrations and tries so hard to learn, AND SHE DOES! Erasing her history using a lightsaber, literally knowing the forms, is like erasing a part of her whole character development!! She's like an angry teenager in Ahsoka, which she obviously kinda was in Rebels BUT SHE ISNT ANYMORE she's a young adult who's experienced a lot and witnessed a war. She has experience and is acting like that's not true!

I'm not saying she should've won the fight against Shin, in fact that first fight should've just been choreographed very differently! Like you can make an epic fight with two inexperienced padawans without making it look,,, plain. Maybe take the actual forms and make Sabine and Shin go through them with fighting,, but make them balance wrong or swing too aggressive, make them both have a lot of openings in their defense and attack hits. Make them,, I dunno LOOK like they both know some jedi fighting stances and forms but, not be confident in their stance,, not do them quite correctly making them open to attacks.

It's just,,, the idea of the Ahsoka series is good, having someone find a clue to where Thrawn and Ezra is,, seeing the aftermath of Ezra's and Kanan's decisions,, how the loss has affected Sabine, but also the rest of the Spectre's. Having a chance to find Ezra with the consequences of Thrawn being found too.

It's a good concept it really is, and I did get hooked but it's small things like these (not small at all) that just,, ruins the experience.. like have the people who made, acted and directed this show even watched Rebels? Do they even know the characters? What really made them who they ended up being by the last season? Have they analyzed the characters and how they act, how they emote and how complex of actual people they are? Their backgrounds, their beliefs? LIKE ARGH THEY MIGHT HAVE BUT IT SURE DOESNT SEEM LIKE ITTT

Another ick is when Sabine cuts her hair and they act like she didn't have it short for most of her life 💥💥

moriarty the patriot - this scene i can't even begin to explain it. it was so well written and emotional. i think it captured the message of yuumori incredibly well. you did bad, you were wrong, now work to be better. a brand new start. you don't have to forgive yourself, you just have to to move on, and i'll do it with you. absolutely lovely scene :( <3

bungou stray dogs - ranpo's invitation to yosano fucking CINEMATIC okay. i cried. the way it was set up, with ranpo kneeling to yosano's level and promising her a place to stay. the lighting of this scene giving it such a hopeful look. the emotional impact. they are my favourite duo in bsd and their dynamic is sooo precious to me and i just. one of my fav scenes in bsd EVER!!!

haikyuu - tsukishima's block THIS WAS JUST PHENOMANAL KSFHJ. the POWER. the SCREAM. the perfect moment for his character arc, the 'it' moment. oh my god. i only very recently got into haikyuu and this scene lives in my head rent free

vanitas no carte - s2 finale fight THEY WERE INSANE FOR THIS. this entire fight had me on the edge of my seat. if it's one thing vnc is an expert in it's setting a scene. the rain the lighting the FEAR through the screen. this shit was RAW. when vanoé got into the 'ill kill you thatll shut you up' position i literally screamed. vanitas' turmoil vs noé's devastation oh my godddd. domi unlocking her powers. jeanne's entire role. there was so much happening and GOD it was amazing i loved it

jujutsu kaisen - so start by saving me sigh. LIFE GETS BETTER DONT GET INTO JUJUTSU KAISEN. this panel lives in my head rent free and i think if i ever see it animated i'd burst into tears. megumi saying this to yuuji means so much to their characters okayyy two people who have always been saving each other, megumi who watched yuuji die in front of him, IT MEANS SO MUCH. i would ramble more but alas i dont wanna turn this into an essay

moriarty the patriot - james bonde's reveal INSANE PLOT TWIST. bonde is my favourite yuumori character and i just. this was so funny. fym he chose bonde because of the bonds he made with the lord of crime gang IT'S SO CUTE 😭 i have nothing to say i just adore bonde and this is thus one of my fav scenes ever

moriarty the patriot - the moriarty brothers reunite CRIED FR. i just. the EMOTIONS. the way they did everything for each other and had to separate for three years and how both albert and louis thought william was dead and how none of them really ever forgave themselves but they forgive each other, so thats all that matters, isn't it? and how soothing this hug was, like finally finding your home again, and how THEY ARE FAMILY ough im so ill. i adore this moment

bungou stray dogs - you are but a child this scene hurt me then healed me. i actually cried so hard. their dynamic is so important to meee and they're both learning to care and love for the first time and they found comfort in each other and ranpo is just a CHILD and fukuzawa helps him see that it's okay and and. sniffles. bring them back asagiri this is a threat

vanitas no carte - i've decided to stay by your side, vanitas this is just because i'm in love with noé and i think vanitas realised things about himself here too/j. but on a serious note i think this was one of the greatest turning points in their relationship. i like the vibe of them on the tower and the sun rise coming up when they swear to stay together. cinematic asf

Anyway..I like to replay wwc every time, it has its own strange vibe that makes me come back to the game again and again..The vibe of the game somehow even reminds me of st (Stranger Things) and the fact that this my fav series makes the situation better, hah. I absolutely love mystical themes, like everything is creepy and dark. Your description of each Ro, the Crown family and the mc themselves... oh my God, do I need to say again how much I love all of this? I especially like those little actions and details in the characters' appearance. Like the appearance of the Crowny and how they touched themselves/studied their bodies in the mirror. Or the moment when they first tried a drink. Or the same additional stories. I don't know why but I somehow found this to be a good detail and it enhances the game.

I love your creativity and how much work you do for us, first of all thank you for that! I know how difficult this work can be and requires time, a lot of thinking and writing, but also don’t forget to take vacations and relax for yourself! Definitely, Keiko is still very shy even as a teenager. He grows a bit of a thicker skin but he’s still very shy and dependent on his siblings. He grew a fuck ton though, and now at the ripe age of 16 he towers over his siblings.

Market day was his favourite day because it meant that he could poke around the cozy human village with his favourite people in the world; his mother and father.

Akira grimaced slightly at his brother’s excitement. “Sorry little bro, me, Aika and Kokoro were gonna explore around the well we found the other day. You’re welcome to come if you want,” he offered, already knowing the answer.

Keiko hurriedly shook his head. He was frightened of dirty places like that, so dark and scary and he doesn’t like the idea that something could be watching him. Akira sighed at his brother.

“Well the offer’s there. Have a fun time at market, and ask ma to pick me up some blankets please. My mate has been driving me crazy about scenting stuff,” he huffed slightly before giving Keiko a half-smile. He waved him goodbye as he joined his sisters outside in the snow, loud crunches sounding off under his feet. Each one of your children were wrapped up carefully, pointy ears bundled under hats and fluffy tails shoved up the back of shirts in case hunters saw them.

Keiko looked at his brothers and sisters with jealousy pooling in his tummy. He wanted to be like them so bad, but he was just easily frightened and that often made them irritated. Aika and Akira would never admit it out loud but would constantly huff at Keiko’s cowardice. Kokoro however was pretty fucking mean to him, constantly teasing and pulling on his tail to spook him.

Keiko felt an arm gently grasp at his shoulder and turned his head to see your soft smile.

“Hiya bubs, are you ready to go,” you fluffed the hair between his ears as his tail started wagging. Katsuki walked up behind you and kissed your cheek before stuffing his ears into his hat.

(He asked you to crochet them specifically for all of the pack, each with the same pattern but different colours. Katsuki’s was orange, Akita’s was red, Aika’s was a dusty pink, Kokoro’s was purple and Keiko’s was green).

Katsuki shuffled forward to his son as he helped readjust Keiko’s hat.

“Ain’t no way in hell I’m letting us get caught by those damn hunters. It’s a good thing it’s winter so people won’t question the hats but we still have to be careful,” Katsuki lectured gruffly. Keiko smiled widely at his father with pure adoration, tail going a million miles per hour at his own brand of affection.

“I know papa, I’ll be careful! I promise!” He smiled and took the basket for groceries in his arm. Katsuki let off his own crooked smile at his son’s excitement. To Katsuki, it was nice to see Keiko be so close to you and him, but it was so sad to see his siblings cast him off so easily. He would never throw him out of the pack but sometimes he wonders if Keiko would have been thrown out of his old pack. He was more human than wolf, cuddly and soft. Not like a wolf at all.

“Come on then, those groceries aren’t going to buy themselves!” You clapped your hands together and slipped your arm into Katsuki’s. Keiko stood on your other side and did the same to you before you started the trek to the next village for the market.

“Hmm, Katsuki? What do you think of these tomatoes?” You offered them to your husband for him to smell for the freshness. Katsuki complied, sharp sense of smell telling him that they were absolutely fucking disgusting.

“Ew, what the hell?! It should be illegal to buy stock so bad!” Katsuki growled at the shop keeper, effectively scaring the shit out of him and grinning at the results.

You nudge him slightly and gave him a pointed look.

“Ugh, fine. Those ones over there smell good,” he sighed noisily. Keiko giggled slightly at his father’s antics, arm still slipped into yours.

“Don’t forget that Akira wants some blankets for his mate mama! Kokoro wants some of that fancy spiced meat and Aika wants some of that soft wool you bought last market trip,” he recited from the list.

A proud smile overtook your features as you squeezed his arm gently.

“You’re such a good little brother Keiko. Is there anything you want hun?” You asked him. Keiko thought for a second before his face lit up.

“A new stuffy please!” He smiled excitedly. No matter how old he gets, he will always be your little pup.

“Alright pup, here’s a few silver pieces. Go and find the blankets, wool and stuffies whilst me and your father look at the produce,” you gently nudged him away as Katsuki started shouting at a stall keeper for his “steep shitty prices!”

Keiko looked deeply at the 20 silver pieces in his hand before clutching them tightly and wandering around the market. Hundreds of stalls surrounded him, each smelling of something new and exciting. Spiced meats, exotic herbs, fresh vegetables all bombarded Keiko’s sensitive nose before he stopped at a market stall selling cheap blankets for 10 silver pieces each.

The blanket was a gorgeous maroon colour, almost as deep as his father’s and brother’s eyes. Keiko smiled widely at the stall keeper as he eagerly thrusted 10 pieces of silver into his hand.

Akira’s mate is going to love this! He thought gleefully.

He stopped at another stall that was selling the specific meat that Kokoro was craving. It was 3 silver pieces per joint and Keiko happily handed over the money.

He bought some spools of soft wool for Aika to continue crafting with before stopping at another stall selling small trinkets.

It was like a crow’s best dream; shiny things scattered all over the purple tablecloth, such as little keys, cogs, odds and sods. What really got Keiko interested was the small music box in the middle of the table. In it, a delicate tune was tinting the air as two little figures danced gracefully. It reminded him perfectly of his mama and papa dancing together.

Keiko’s eyes shone in amazement as he looked up at the gnarled old stall owner. The store owner had clearly lived a long or very troubled life; forehead wrinkles the size of rivers ran deeply across his forehead, laughter lines and accompanying them. His thick black hair was tied up tightly in a bun, the occasional silver streak glinting in the winter sun. Tired hands whittled away at small chunks of wood before placing them carefully on the trove of treasures.

“E-excuse me sir? How much for the music box?” He asked politely. The stall keeper stared up at him for a minute before looking back down at his work.

“Isn’t it a little too dangerous for your kind to be out in public?” He muttered lowly. Keiko’s blood ran cold at the question before trying to save face.

“I-I’m sure I don’t know what you mean sir!” He exclaimed wildly. The stall keeper kept whittling away at his work.

“It’s fairly obvious, boy. I can see that damned tail of yours wagging through your cloak,” he pressed on.

Keiko felt like he was going to pass out from fear.

“Please sir, don’t say anything! My mama and papa like their lives here very much, we’ve never done anything to hurt anyone, I swear!” Keiko was borderline sobbing as he gripped the basket. The stranger stood up on his feet and clutched the whittling knife in his hand menacingly.

“And why shouldn’t I? It was your kind that got my daughter thrown out of my village! She tried eloping with one of you bastards and it damn near got her killed!” The black haired stranger shouted gruffly.

“Keiko? Keiko darling, where are you? Oh, there you are!” You clutched your skirt up as you trudged through the snow to your son. Your face immediately frowned when you saw just how badly Keiko was frightened before a clanking noise turned your head to the table.

The stranger was… crying? Onyx eyes brimmed with tears just by looking at you. He was struggling to articulate words. Keiko turned his head confusedly until he saw tears run down your face, hand pressed closely to your mouth. Your eyes were wide.

“(Y-Y/N)?” The stranger rasped. Your face crumpled in tears before you flung yourself at the stranger.

“DAD!” The stranger clung to you intensely as he buried his face into your neck.

“Hey, hey, shhhh. I’m here now, dad’s here. I’ve got you hon,” he rocked you gently in his arms and stroked your hair, letting you sob into his burly chest.

All before you were torn off him by a very. Angry. Katsuki. Katsuki was growling deeply at the stranger. The pinks of his gums could be seen, as well as the glint of his very sharp fangs. The stranger was clearly startled but stared at Katsuki with a strange look.

“Who. The. Hell. Is this fucker?” Katsuki held on to you with an iron grip in one arm and Keiko in the other. You let out a pained wince before prying yourself out of his grip.

“Baby, this is Shouta Aizawa. Or, I suppose my dad from my old village,” you let out a watery smile as you hugged Aizawa again. Katsuki let out another growl as he tried yanking you back. You tried to reassure him with a small smile before suddenly realising there were people literally staring at you.

“Let’s go home and sort this out, it’s very cold,” you offered. Aizawa’s eyes softened at you and nodded.

“I’ll pack up my stall”.

GIRLLL YOU DONT KNOW HOW MUCH /I/ LOVED THEM. They weren’t the main couple but I feel like all your side pairings are so much full of intrigue and drip with life. But yeaaahh um I loved them, I loved the whole “they prefer to look at each other than touch each other” thing and how less physical They were, I loved their opposite personalities, and I loved how they kept their relationship to themselves and away from prying eyes of not just the other characters like Annika but to the reader as well (unfortunately I’m a nosy bitch who wanted to see) They also reminded sooo much of Joanna and Tywin “Only Lady Joanna truly knows the man beneath the armor, and all his smiles belong to her and her alone.” LIKE.. ugh my heart.

I definitely overromanticized them to a problematic degree in my head 😭 I’m an optimist but I was so excited for the Christmas au bc I thought they’d get the happy ending they’d been robbed of by the Caswells in the main verse, I thought starting with them being broken up meant that their arc would be them getting back together so imagine my surprise and heartbreak when I read part 2 😭😭😭😭😭

I definitely feel more than a little silly for misinterpreting their relationship so much and hearing that they don’t actually “belong” together in that way, Idk. I don’t hate your Aemond but I do want to shake him and scream that he needs to get his act together and BECOME BETTER AND BECOME DESERVING of her because in my head, she was all he wanted. Idk. It’s stupid but I wanted them to be happy together so badly. I still really ship them even after alla dat which makes me a little bit of a 🤡 but I LOVE pain if I didn’t, I wouldn’t have made it this far into Aegon and Annika’s story.

I think so many of the readers associated the found family with all three of the couples just being siblings together so it’s easy to forget how much Aemond loves our girl Annika, if he’s disloyal to his wife which I think is sad and a little unfair but a valid reading. I’m also not ready to let go of this familial dynamic, it was definitely my favorite. I just hope for the best for all of the Targtowers and their remaining wives especially Aegon and Annika, but I know whatever you come up with, I’ll be happy with even if I’m sobbing on the floor.

Jeez that Tywin and Joanna’s comparison was truly something.

And, to be fair, I don’t think there’s such a thing as 'misinterpreting them.' I believe you can interpret their relationship however you want and also perceive the characters alone as you please. That's what's fun and magical about reading. As a writer, I would never say, 'no, actually…' when someone tells me their views on a character or a pairing—unless you're saying something absolutely out of context, like when someone said Annika enjoyed being with Jacaerys or that she didn’t love Floris. I want people to feel a genuine connection to the story and perhaps find themselves in the characters, to relate to them. I also love to see how what I’ve written is interpreted because it helps me a lot to see if people understand where I’m pointing. So, if you think they were in love (they were, I just think that if it were up to him he would’ve never taken a wife at all), then it’s okay. Aemond is a complicated dude driven by duty and greed, but yes, he loved her, and he’s in pain right now though he doesn’t let it show. Modern Aemond and Floris, however… I don't know I feel like modern Aemond would be so insufferable about women. Love him though.

On a side note, of course he loves and deeply cares about Annika too. I think I already talked about this, but he cares about her as an individual and also as an extension of his brother’s honour. That's why he’s mad and upset about the entire baby situation, perhaps even more than Aegon. I think Aegon feels guilty, and he’s sick with worry thinking about everything Aemond is pointing out. But I believe we can all agree that we are all going to miss this family so much. I even have to confess that I wrote that Christmas au because I was too depressed about the main fic and I missed Floris and the six of them and I wanted Helaena to be happy lol.

(Y/N) and Kharjo had been married for close to a year. Travelling with the caravans for the entire time. They had wanted to start their own lives when they got married, but at the time of the wedding the caravans were in a tough spot. Together they decided to stay and help. They only expected to help for another few weeks but time quickly flew by. The work was busy, so they had little time to think of anything but the safety of the caravans. Any time they did get alone was spent focusing on each other, thoughts were rarely spent on the future.

Each time the caravans stopped at a city, (Y/N) would take a walk through it. Sometimes to restock on items they couldn’t get themselves or from other caravans. This particular day they had stopped at Dawnstar. (Y/N) was walking past the mines when a boy ran past them carrying a pot of food, almost bumping into them.

“Sorry.” He spoke.

“That’s okay kid. Why are you in such a hurry?”

“I’m running food and supplies to the miners. Don’t pay much, but they let me sleep by the fire in the inn most nights.”

“Where are your parents?”

“Dead.” He muttered sadly. (Y/N) felt a deep ache in their heart, they felt sorry for the boy and just wanted to take him to safety. No child should have to work like this. “Sorry I’ve got to run.”

He left, leaving (Y/N) to stare after them and worry about his safety. Later that night (Y/N) and Kharjo cuddled on their bedroll. It was an easy day, no threats to the caravan. And they had just hired another Kahjit mercenary to work with them.

“Kharjo?”

“Yes, my moon?”

“Have you thought about our future? What we might do other than work with the caravans?” (Y/N) asked, their head laid on his chest. Kharjo was silent for a moment, pondering.

“Being honest, I have not. The caravans have mostly been on my mind. Other than you of course love.” Kharjo gently rubbed (Y/N)’s arm.

“Well, I have been thinking. I’d like to have a home with you. Somewhere permanent to stay, and hopefully that would mean we could have children.”

“I would like that very much.” Kharjo hummed happily in reply. “You are the one I want to spend my life with and having a family with you would make me very happy.”

(Y/N) sat up and faced Kharjo, it was dark but after living outside for so long their night vision had gotten better. Kharjo sat up also and the pair looked at each other.

“Something else I was thinking about. Today I met a boy, and his parents are dead. I was thinking we could adopt him. What do you think about that?”

“Adopting? I think that is a wonderful idea. Those children need a home, and I would be happy to give them one.”

“That’s great!” (Y/N) tackled Kharjo into a hug. Then pulled back, sudden guilt swaying over them. “What about the caravans?”

“They have been good to us. But we have also been with them long enough. Besides, I only joined because they paid me. There was no obligation to stay.”

(Y/N) laughed. They went back to cuddling and soon fell asleep, happily dreaming of their future. In the morning the pair packed their things. The caravans were stronger and since they recently hired new mercenaries Kharjo and (Y/N) were not very necessary. So, they bid farewell and ventured into the lands of Skyrim in search of a new home.

“Before I met you I did a bit of mercenary work for a lot of people, some were even jarls. I was offered a home in most cities, though I know that you don’t want to enter any of the cities. Aside from that I was offered a home that will be absolutely perfect for us!”

“And where would that be?”

“Just outside of Falkreath. Let me show you.”

They travelled to Falkreath, then past the town. There they found an empty plot of land that over looked the lake. For a while the two stood in silence, holding hands, admiring the view.

“I like it. We should live here.” Kharjo stated.

“Yeah?” Kharjo nodded, making (Y/N) smile with glee. “I still have all the money I saved from my early mercenary days, so it will be enough for the land and some lumbar. If you’d be happy to split some costs with me, we would be able to make the place however we want.”

“Of course I would pay with you, we are doing this together.”

They talked to the Jarl of Falkreath, who was more than happy to give the land to (Y/N). After purchasing the land, and some lumbar the two got to work. For weeks the two worked hard, chopping, nailing, and hammering their little house together. It was hard work, but they were determined to see it through. Often the pair would take breaks by the river, listening to the peaceful sound of water rushing by.

“Kharjo, I met another child in Whiterun. They also lost their parents. Maybe we could adopt them too?”

“Of course.” He answered without hesitation.

“Really?”

“My mother gave me many brothers and sisters. I am used to a large family.”

“Ok, so how many children would you be willing to have?” (Y/N) asked. Kharjo thought for a second.

“All of them.”

“What?” (Y/N) gasped.

“Look at that house. Do we need all that space just for us? I don’t think so. There are many children around Skyrim, that need a warm house, a bed and a family. And I think we can be that family.”

“Oh Kharjo.” Tears swelled in (Y/N)’s eyes, their future was coming together and it made them so happy.

Finally, the house was finished. They had many bedrooms, most with two beds and one with four. Plenty of room for any child that wanted to stay.

(Y/N) woke to an empty bed, confused they began to walk around the house. They found Kharjo in the bedroom on the lower floor.

“What’s going on?” (Y/N) asked. Kharjo turned, he was holding a number of dolls in his arms. Looking to the beds, (Y/N) could see he had placed a doll on each of the beds.

“I just, want them to have something when the get here.” Kharjo smiled. Once again (Y/N) felt tears coming to their eyes. They ran forward and hugged Kharjo tightly.

“You are going to be such a good father!” (Y/N) sang. “You know what, why delay this any longer. I’m going to head out right now and start adopting those children.”

“I will come with you, then together we can guide them home.”

Their first stop was Dawnstar. Kharjo waited by the carriage while (Y/N) looked for the boy. They found them inside the inn by the fire.

“Hey again.”

“Oh hi” He greeted.

“What’s your name?”

“Alesan.”

“Alesan, I was wondering. Would you like to come home with me?” The boy sat up quickly.

“You, you want to adopt me?”

“Yes, if you’d like.”

“Really? You mean it? Wow, thanks! I promise, I won’t be any trouble at all.” (Y/N) laughed and guided the boy outside to meet Kharjo.

“This will be you father, Kharjo.”

“Hello Sir.” Kharjo smiled and knelt down.

“Hello, it is very nice to meet you.”

All three took the carriage to Whiterun. Alesan and Kharjo waited outside while (Y/N) entered. They walked to the main center where they found a young girl sitting on the bench.

“Hello again Lucia.”

“Hi ma’am.”

“I have good news Lucia. I have a house now, which means if you’d like you can come and stay with me.”

“Yea! Thanks! I promise, I’ll be the best daughter ever!” Lucia jumped up, giving (Y/N) a big hug. They left the city meeting Kharjo and Alesan outside. Lucia quickly ran to Kharjo and gave him a big hug.

“Thank you, thank you.” She yelled against his armor. Kharjo smiled, lifting Lucia and spinning her around. The four hopped on board and were taken to Falkreath. They travelled North of the city to their new home.

Upon entering the house, the children ran around, admiring every detail. Lucia ran to one of the beds and picked up a doll.

“Is this for me?” She asked.

“Of course, it is.” (Y/N) answered.

“I love it!” Lucia hugged the doll tightly.

"And I have something for you." Kharjo said, handing a wooden sword to Alesan.

"This is amazing, thank you!"

A couple of days later a courier knocked on the door. Kharjo answered and took the letter. He grinned upon opening it. He went back into the kitchen where his partner and two children were making sweet rolls together.

“My moon.” He spoke. (Y/N) hummed in reply. Kharjo showed them the letter. It was from the orphanage in Riften, asking if they would like to adopt. (Y/N) laughed, surprising the children.

“Hey, who wants some more siblings?”

“I do!” The children yelled in unison.

“I’m so happy you have come to adopt. These children are just great and will be so thankful for a home. So, which one would you like?” The woman from the orphanage asked.

“All of them.” (Y/N) answered with a straight face.

“I’m sorry?” The woman stuttered; certain they had misheard.

“I am here to adopt all of them.”

Four children squealed happily, as they were led outside the orphanage. (Y/N) walking behind them a large smile on their face. They all left Riften, getting on the carriage waiting outside and headed to Flakreath.

Kharjo and his son and daughter were playing hide and seek. Kharjo was the one counting. He had gotten to five, when he heard a distant sound of laughing children. He uncovered his eyes and turned, seeing his partner walking towards him with four children in tow. He laughed joyfully and opened his arms.

“More children to make this family even more perfect.” The children ran at Kharjo tackling him into a group hug. “Would you like to join our game of hide and seek?” He asked. The children agreed and quickly ran to find somewhere to hide.

(Y/N) walked up to Kharjo, giving him a hug. They shared a sweet kiss then smiled at each other.

“My life just became complete.” He whispered.

“For now, until I find some more children. Then it will be even more perfect.” (Y/N) giggled. Kharjo laughed as well. (Y/N) then ran off to hide, and Kharjo started counting from ten again. This was the best life he could have ever wished for.

One-night Kharjo was woken by a small hand shaking him. It was his daughter Runa. She hugged her doll tightly as she looked at him.

“I had a nightmare.” She admitted. “You’re not going to give me back to the orphanage, right?”

“Oh, sweet daughter.” Kharjo cooed. He sat up and took Runa in his arms. He then picked her up and brought her into the bed with him. (Y/N) slept undisturbed. He looked at his daughter who had fear on her face. He then gently took his moon amulet from around his neck and placed it around Runa’s.

“Here. My mother gave this to me when I was just a cub. It was so I would think of home, and whenever I looked at it I would know my mother loved me. Now I want you to have it. Any time you look at it, you can remember that this is your home now and that we will always love you.”

Runa hugged Kharjo tightly.

“You’re the best dad I could have ever asked for.” She then settled into the bed and fell asleep happily beside Kharjo. He laid down between his partner and his daughter. Drifting to sleep in pure happiness.

🌊 What moment makes you want to walk into the ocean? Okay, so about 5 billion different moments just flashed before my eyes in a second. But the one that is on my mind right now is Dong Sik visiting his mum in episode 15.

If I remember correctly, in the script, it states that after THE rain scene, Dong Sik gave "one of his houses" to Joo Won to stay at for a week, as a way to stay away from his father/process what's happened. We can all assume it was the lake house (apparently Joo Won deep-cleaned the whole house 🥲) and Dong Sik would stop by to leave him food?? So, it's been a week since he found out who killed his sister and ruined so many years of his life.... and he goes to visit his mum to update her on a 21-year-old promise of finding out who did this to them and bringing that person to justice. But how does he voice this thought process?

BY TALKING ABOUT JOO WON 😭😭😭 His love, fear, and just outright pining for that little weirdo is so palpable in this scene. He's clearly feeling so much about recent events and he's so genuinely worried about Joo Won (and starting to realise the extent of Joo Won's feelings for him), but he doesn't have anyone he feels comfortable with expressing it to. But his poor mum is... well, yeah, we all know, but he goes to her whenever he's STRUGGLING! Like, he does it three times in the show! AND IT DRIVES ME INSANE! 😩 😂 What's your favourite Han Joo Won quirk? Gosh, there are so many. I've already answered this question here. But I'll give you another. I really like how observant Joo Won is, he never stops watching people around him and taking in information about them. I think that's quite a (charming and sweet aren't the right words)... uhm... endearing and intense part of his personality. Especially when it comes to Dong Sik! He never stops watching him! ✨ Tell me one story from a character's childhood and one story from their later years I hate myself for this question 😂 Okay, Jae Yi! I already explored this first idea in my fic courage to make love known but I'll expand it a little further here. When Jae Yi was a kid, she and her parents would drive from Manyang to Busan for family weekend trips. Her parents met in Busan, so it's a place that holds a lot of sentimentality for them. One day, as they're exploring the various fresh fish markets, finding something to have for dinner when Jae Yi momentarily loses sight of her parents among the crowd. She's eight, maybe turning nine soon, and considered tall for her age, but she's still too short to see through the barricade of arms and stuffy winter coats. She tries not to panic. Jae Yi has always been a kid with a level head; she's capable and logical. But she's still a kid. So, when seconds manifest themselves into feeling like hours, then those hours start to look like she's going to be lost forever, tears well into her eyes. She shouts, but the hustle and bustle of the crowd drowns her little voice out, and soon, she's pretty sure she's never going to see her parents again. (🥲) What felt like an entirety, turns out to be less than twenty seconds and soon, like the parting of the Red Sea, she sees her dad's smiling face through the parting in the crowd. She runs to him; tears falling heavy down her cheeks and holds onto his leg like she was never going to see him again (🥲). He laughs, in that nervous way adults do when they're trying to hide how worried they were from children. After a much-needed kiss and cuddle, Jae Yi and her dad join her mum on edge of the market. More kisses are exchanged, and after Jae Yi cries into her mum's chest for what felt like a totally necessary amount of time, her dad is gently pulling her away, and in his hands is a gift: bungeoppang. Jae Yi accepts her ice cream with tentative hands and spends the rest of the trip with a grin on her face; her two front teeth missing.

(Okay, so this next one is a huge headcanon for me. It isn't so much her "later" years, but it happens post-canon) Dong Sik moves out of his family home as soon as he can. He spends his two years of probation (i hope I've remembered that detail correctly) redecorating and sorting out the years of clutter. The gang help him out: Ji Hoon picks the colour schemes and helps Dong Sik paint/wallpaper each room, Ji Hwa helps to install new broadband and sort through Yu Yeon's bedroom, Gwang Hwang donates various items and gives numbers of contractors to help with the basement and kitchen, and after a time, even Joo Won shows up, taking items to the local reclining centre and buying Dong Sik more and more items that make everyone raise a brow (expensive bedding, decent plates, new curtains, a stereo system- you get the idea). Jae Yi helps out the most. She still works long hours at her mother's shop, but after a lucrative summer, she's able to afford part-time help. So, in the evenings, Dong Sik and Jae Yi sort through paperwork and odd bits and pieces. One night, Dong Sik is having a bad day. He's quiet, sighing as he walks through the house with heavy steps. Jae Yi tries not to bring attention to it (as she knows what her friend is like), but after an hour or so, she can't ignore it anymore. That's how the two of them end up in his parent's old bedroom, sitting on the floor, trying to piece together the instructions for another Gwang Hwang donation: a dismantled bookcase. Ji Hoon has already sanded and varnished it, so the two of them just need to mantle it back together. But as the night progresses, it becomes apparent that the bookcase isn't getting built. Instead, the two of them talk about the past, and what Dong Sik intends on doing next. That is when he tells Jae Yi (who happens to be the first person he tells) that he plans on moving out of Manyang. She understands. How could she judge? She knows exactly what living in Manyang feels like, after everything. When she asks if he needs help selling the house, he smiles, eyes watery and offers the house to her. "You can't keep where you are, Jae Yi. A woman your age should have a place to call her own. Besides, I'll be alright." After a very quick back-and-forth, both as stubborn as each other, they come to the agreement that Jae Yi will rent the house (mates' rates, of course). That way, the house will stay within the family, but no longer a burden on Dong Sik's shoulders. (So, with this new development, they agree that Ji Hoon is no longer allowed to choose the colour schemes because the terracotta wall he hasn't finished in the bathroom seems way too dated. Even to their tastes.)

Anyway, yeah... I got carried away, but you know me 🤷‍♀️ it's what I do. Sorry for replying late to this, I hope it brings you some entertainment. Thanks again! 😊

Levi Ackerman Headcanons

Appreciation post for my smol boy because apparently “he is ugly with the scars and bandages ” Ugly where, bitches?!! 😤��🙄

Levi is a cat lady. Not his own cats technically but the strays around his home. They don’t trust him at first so he would leave scraps out for them. Now they come by for food and the occasional pet and belly rub. He has a favourite - a ginger cat with one ear. He nursed it back to health after it was hurt.

He likes to read with a cup of tea in hand as a way to declutter his mind. Doesn’t need anything specific, just any book genre will suffice. Though he thinks the popular classical literature are overrated.

You can try and convince me otherwise but this man collects stuffed animals and teddy bears. Don’t even bother trying to fight me on this. He has a locked room in his home with the shelves all packed. Why is it locked? Duh, Hange would never let him forget it if they found out.

On the death anniversaries of his friends he sends flowers and baked goods anonymously to their families along with a simple card inscribed with “take care”.

Levi’s handwriting is messy and sharp with a slant towards the right. You’d think he has clean and printed handwriting but he never could achieve it especially with all the reports he’d be getting through.

Secretly he’s a smoker but he tries to keep it to a minimum as much as possible. He likes to take late night walks and smoke under the night sky because it’s more calming and easy to hide what he’s doing. As a clean freak, Levi hates the fact cigarettes are his “weakness”.

Getting hugged is a nightmare of Levi’s but once in a blue moon he will hug someone randomly, whether it’s Hange or one of the younger cadets. Nobody says a word though about it or else arses will be kicked. Boyfriend Levi, however, loves hugs but only when you two are alone. A secret softie

Being alone with boyfriend Levi equals clingy Levi but he’ll never admit he is. In public, he won’t be stuck by your side 24/7 but there’s side glances at you every few seconds and glares at anyone else who looks at you. In crowded places he will entwine his pinky with yours or hold onto your sleeve like a tiny baby 😭

Levi is asexual. I can’t hear anything else in regards to this so don’t come at me. I just feel like he’s just not into all that, he’s never felt those feelings towards anyone and he’s not bothered about it anyway. I feel like he’s either aromantic or pan-romantic, that once he gets close to someone then he decides his feelings. We be ace buddies

He’s SOO good with kids but he has a hate-love relationship with them. He’ll babysit for a few hours but the child must be taken back, he will not tolerate anything longer than two or three hours. He hums while rocking the babies to sleep and gives lots of kisses to the tiny humans when he thinks no one is around.

This man wants a kid or two but he’s scared of the responsibility but once his daughter (I feel like he’d have a daughter first) was born he was wrapped around her stumpy baby finger. Father Levi is extremely protective and strict but he’s understanding. The firm but fair parenting style. Wants to spoil his kids but knows he shouldn’t. I can imagine him teaching them to defend themselves and it ending in a tickle fight which he dramatically loses. Can he be my dad? 😫.

Ohmygod anon you read my mind - this is exactly what I want in S3!! Thank you for this ask - it's a much needed break from all the Pelican and racial thinkpieces. Let's get into some S3 headcanons with these two!

Before I do the HCs, you're absolutely right that Frannie and Eloise are the closest in the books because they are Irish twins! They have the same birthday a year apart. They also look scarily alike in the books that in TDAI Simon actually keeps mixing up the two at the Bridgerton family dinner. It was hilarious. It makes sense with their age and also being witty in their own ways that they are close. I've always found it funny that the most outspoken Bridgerton and the quietly witty one were the closest in the books.

The lack of Frannie in the show is really sad because along with Kate, she's my favourite character and fave Bridgerton sibling - like yes I adore Anthony but mainly because I relate to him shshhs whereas Frannie truly is the BEST Bridgerton imo.

She deserves to shine along with her siblings, I just hope Bridgerton and Lockwood & Co. Are a bit more accomdating of Ruby for S3's filming. She was supposed to have a bigger arc and storyline in S2 but she got cast and started filming for Lockwood & Co. Tbh I was a little sad we missed out on a Frannie story (God knows it would have been better than Cousin Jack's storyline 🙄) but I'm just happy Ruby is busy and getting booked! Especially now as the lead in L&C.

Anyways onto the S3 headcanons/predictions under the cut because Frannie deserves more screentime and Eloise needs better friends next season!

- Eloise storms in Frannie's room once she's back from her crime ring in Bath (I still cannot believe they didn't even bother to give Frannie an in-show excuse this season 😭 so we'll maintain she was running her crime ring in Bath.) and immediately tells her about LW because if anyone can keep shit to themselves it's Frannie.

- Frannie is just like "I know."

Eloise goes 👁👄👁 "Why didn't you tell me?!"

"You're smart El I thought you'd figure it out."

[Btw we were robbed of Fran and El looking for LW in S1 and then halfway through Frannie figures it out and keeps looking at Pen pointedly while El is being a total dumbass about the signs right in front of her.]

- They basically bicker for a bit about Fran not telling her and El being smarter than that but having Pen as a blindspot. Also I feel like while they essentially have no connection, Fran did write to Marina a couple times to check in on her because she's just so lovely like that.

- Fran totally would have exposed Pen as LW once the Marina thing happened if she wasn't so busy with her crime ring sigh. She's also just really glad that El finally saw sense and got away from Pen.

- It was hard watching the sister you're closest to be best friends with an insipid wallflower who relished in ruining people's lives and reputations.

- The Pen of it all aside, Fran will be debuting this season and while Fran has seen both her sisters go through their debuts and knows how she'll handle herself, with grace and class as always, she welcomes the advice from Daph and El. Kate also gives her tips on how to avoid men who make her uncomfortable and to dress down rude ones. 

- El is the first person she goes to when she meets the Stirlings. She gushes about John and then at the next ball El accidentally points out Michael, "Oh dear, he is gorgeous. You picked well, Fran." Ehehhe the foreshadowing of it all

- Fran can't do anything else but blush and be flustered because "El, that's John's cousin."

"Oh, my mistake." Then they go to formally introduce El to the cousins.

Stellar Additions from Trivia @hptriviachamp :

- All of that is a B/C plot of course and Bridgerton really needs to start using the sideplots to prop and support the main plot because CAN YOU IMAGINE EL AND FRAN TRYING TO GET BENOPHIE TGT??

- Like of course Francesca Bridgerton, the smartest sibling, figures out immediately that Sophie is the Lady in Silver and keeps dropping hints for Ben to realise it

- Eventually one by one everyone in the family figures it out and they all stand by watching in amusement at Ben's face blindness.

- El and Fran with their hints and shenanigans to leave Benophie in rooms alone together. Them recruiting Kate too who ends up becoming Sophie's bestie and helping her out.

- S3 I'm begging you to give me the El, Fran, Sophie and Kate fiercesome four sisters/sisters-in-law. El needs better women and friends in her life as do the other women and also more screentime for all! And especially our main couple next season Beneophie!!

Anyways OKAY FINE. I'LL TALK ABOUT SOME BITS IN MY OWN FIC WHICH I LOVE. But I'll put it in a read more both for spoilers and because it's ridiculously self-indulgent (and I'll label bits in order by chapter so if someone's interested but not up to date they can stop reading dgdhjklhgj)

Chapter 1

I think the moment I was sure my story was worth telling, was after I wrote this bit:

This bit legitimately encapsulates SO MUCH of the entire essence of I'm Looking Through You to me. The plot sounds like a goofy, cartoonish gimmick, but at its core, I write it as a character and dynamic study and a huge part of the story is a reflection on the situation John, Paul and George found themselves in by 1966 and how drugs specifically played a role in it. I think it's generally a super under-talked about period of theirs, because there weren't any full-on fights yet, as there would be two years later, but a lot of the tension that eventually led to their fall-out is already sown by this point. Also, with Yoko and Linda not yet in the picture, more focus can be put on the way they interconnect, instead of it being sidelined for competitive Bringing-Girlfriend-To-The-Studio, if that makes sense (not that that wasn't a major factor IRL)

Chapter 2

Okay, so a thing I've discovered that I ADORE writing is John/Cyn scenes. And I don't even ship them, like I'm not writing it cause I find it especially cute, I just think there's so much THERE and we don't talk about it! I love this part so much:

The DEFENSIVENESS y'know? Mouthing off from shock but accidentally implying something low-key terrible. I feel like adding any words to it will do it less justice than it deserves because it makes me feel a type of way that John feels the need to insist that he loves Cyn but I can say no more…

Also when he nearly faints upon finding out about Julian and is entranced by the pic but ALSO Paul being a Little Too Into John's child. GOD!!!!!!!! (I've said this before but: the way Paul passively participated in the Kenwood family dynamic is insane and we should talk about it ALL THE TIME actually!!!!!)

Chapter 3

There's something tender about the moments when the rest of band get to see John wide-eyed with wonder at things they've long taken for granted. Not all of it has to be sad.

Also Paul, always focusing on the music, not only for the sake of itself and because his priorities aren't quite straight though, but also as his main tether to John as a person. I legit find it so strange when people talk about their musical connection (and their musical disagreements as well to some extent!) as if it was just a sexual proxy of some sort, when it was in fact their entire world since they were sixteen. "We could always sing."

I also actually love the entire Cyn-narrated bit in this chapter because I think it really balances her feelings for John well. (I love when she is first angry at him for having been neglectful for years, but then suddenly misses the old him, when John asks to see Julian though Julian's obviously in bed by now and even neglectful old John would know that, because he wasn't totally inconsiderate and oblivious!) One of my favourite bits from her perspective though is this one, when she bargains with herself about how John feels and felt about her. IDK it's so real and also interesting to think about the parallel she draws between her and John & Paul and Dot (one I've thought about a lot while thinking about John's feelings for Cyn tbh).

Chapter 4

(also the moment I remembered Tumblr sets an image limit lmaooooo so I'll try to tone it down with the screenshots)

The entire beginning of this chapter, with Julian and later also Paul is so *gestures vaguely*. There's just so much going on, and even though it divolves into John feeling like an inadequate parent, forced to rely on his best friend who doesn't even have kids of his own, I think the most touching part is when John realizes Julian genuinely doesn't care that he's forgotten things and how that radical acceptance is the moment he falls irrevocably in love with his son. I just 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹

Also this is the first chapter that incorporated a really elaborate interpolation of song lyrics with the plot and I was so NERVOUS to get it right and soooooo happy to see people responding positively to it, because I've always known it was a more fringe thing to be writing about. Also, I love John just... Appreciating that he gets to play on nice instruments now. Playing on nice instruments is Everything in fact.

Chapter 5

I really like the crowd scene in the beginning of this chapter, and capturing a true mob mentality; how John giving them one second of positive attention tips everything out of control, how the fans burst into tears the moment they do reach him.

Also, I truly adore Paul at the beginning, feeling helpless in the face of John's grief driving him to madness, but snapping back out of it the moment he believes John to be in danger, while not being able to shake his sense of responsibility as a Beatle for the sake of his friend. Helping isn't always easy. Doing the right thing can feel like an impossible option.

And then, there's this John/Cyn moment:

I really didn't write this to be cute. There's so much going on under the surface here; Cyn is in complete control – and very desperate to keep it that way – and John is only vaguely aware of it and has no idea of the extent to which she's in control. But he doesn't care because he's just that torn up about everything, so he's more than willing to let it all happen.

Also, in a way the heart of the chapter is John's debate-turned-fight with Paul over the reverse guitar solo. I talked about John's perspective already here, but Paul's view on it is so dripping with… dare I say it? Grief, where he's not only deeply in love with the idea of Lennon-McCartney – Genius Duo but also desperately trying to carry out the wishes of a "recently departed". (Paul is an ass in this scene towards the end, but CONSIDER he is also a meow meow.)

Chapter 6

Paul is so often just… At a loss of words and I love pushing him into the uncomfortable position of having to find them. But it's tragic, too; that John used to be so in sync with him that it had never been necessary before. And also Paul, always teetering on the edge of a mental breakdown and hating himself every time he shows it.

I love how he realizes that smoking weed with John is in a way a betrayal of Ringo and George, because at their root, friendships are all about the experiences you have together. And it makes perfect sense for him to rationalize it away, thinking about how being "locked out" of the first LSD trip damaged his relationship with John.

Also the little tiny nudge at the less sunny side of Paul's childhood (and how John was very much to some extent at least aware of it, as we know from interviews he gave in the 70s) and how he somehow had to reconcile that with how John treated Julian. I just … :(

Chapter 7

The little hints that maybe John Was Not Fine before he hit his head either.

Yeah. Also, also, also John throwing himself into something he thinks is the one-size fits-all solution ag– I'M GETTING AHEAD OF MYSELF!!!!!

Also, John's Paris lament was conjured out of me OUT OF NOWHERE and I was sooooooo genuinely upset after writing it. I think it really encapsulates why the story is relatable to me despite having a ridiculous plot; it really drives home how confusing life can get during young adulthood, when everyone else seems to be dealing far better than you.

And the other relatable side of this, to me, is Paul at the end of this chapter, because I have felt real anguish like his, when people close to me failed to share in a passion I was so sure they would love. It seems silly but it's genuinely one of the most upsetting and alienating experiences imaginable to me.

I think I'll stop now because GODDAMN what the fuck lmao, and also I believe I've run out of screenshots but TLDR: this story means the woooooooooooorld to me!!!!!!!!

my review of bridgerton season 2

i had low-ish expectations going in because i wasn't the biggest fan of season 1. but the low expectations were blown out of the water. also a lot of qualms i had about the first season were gone this time i think just because i fell in love with kanthony *ahem* the characters. like i couldn't get used to the diversity at first i guess just because it was unrealistic and felt like erasure, and i thought the classic version of popular modern songs they used was so cringey. but this time the sharma's backstory in India worked so amazingly and i think seeing a white guy fall in love with a south asian character in the most believable and engrossing way was great- i definitely would have appreciated it if i saw this show as an insecure teenager hating my ethnicity. the music was still kind of cringey, but not as bad this time because the overwhelming kanthony feels were overpowering. also this time there was no sexual assault and weird questionableness that was daphne and simon's ship. kate was much more regal and respectable and i loved her so much. daphne was also redeemed for me this season and one of my favourite characters just because she was so true and honest to herself and others and was very wise.

i've been reading youtube comments and reviews of season 2 all last night and it satisfied an itch, everyone is just as obsessed with the kanthony romance as i am 😭 i really liked the slow burn and thought it was done well. i loved the parallels between kate and anthony in terms of being the older sibling and swearing off love and happiness for themselves because they felt like they didn't deserve it. it was so real and raw and made their relationship/chemistry make so much sense and so much deeper. anthony's gaze will haunt me forever. every single one of his glances towards kate gave me a physical reaction. his fucking eyes and then his complete lost-in-his-own-universe silence completely ignoring everything that's happening around him kills me. death by stare. i also loved eloise throughout this entire season, she is girlboss #1. penelope is more gaslight than girlboss but i still loved her character because nicola coughlan did an incredible job and all her actions were motivated reasonably. i don't like what penelope did and she's incredibly selfish, but at least i can understand why she made each of her choices. my least favourite character was edwina until the wedding, she was so one-dimensional. but then at the wedding she began to take more control of her life and choices and i was very happy with all of her dialogues to kate. i hated portia featherington when she was shckeming with jack featherington, but then the last episode said -redemption- so i started liking her again.

one of my favoruite scenes was the bridgerton ball scene when all the bridgertons, sharmas, and lady danbury were dancing together alone when no one showed up- it was so wholesome. it was like it was just them against the world. they all deeply cared for each other as a family.

i felt like they could have developed edwina more after kate had her accident, it was kind of like she just decided to get over her feelings and let kate and anthony have their happy ending, which was kind of unrealistic. i don't like how kate and anthony just forgot about her and how they hurt her to run off to have sexy times after the ball. despite the slow burn i felt like that was too rushed. i think in the book it may have made more sense cause i heard that edwina didn't really love anthony, but in the series they made edwina fall in love so it was weird to just see everything coming up kanthony so fast. i felt like she should have maybe had more development, or just not be so fine with how everything turned out. idk.

i didn't like benedict rejecting art school just because he found out anthony donated some money... like you really want to give up art school, your dream, because of what? i get that he doesn't want to be an imposter and maybe he feels like he didn't deserve it or it was unfair, but why would you throw away that opportunity- just work twice as hard and prove yourself that you do deserve it. also this is your family's money we're talking about. the art school's not going to give it back to you, so why would you waste it

i didn't like some of the dresses worn by kate in the later seasons- the production people said they gave kate more light clothing to signify her change in character, but i felt like some of the things she wore just didn't fit, they were too childish and immature, like i didn't like the pink and the white gloves and stuff, it just ruined her maturity and sexiness which was a huge part of what made her character great in my opinion.

hmm what else can i say... i think i need to rewatch the series again cause i kind of forgot what happened i was clouded by the kanthony romance but i do have many more thoughts. just thinking about whether it's wise to spend another 8 hours of my life on bridgerton... probably not, but i want to anyways -_-
