I want to reblog videos of witnesses of what is currently happening at Gaza, but they hard to watch. Emotionally hard to watch. I really don't think it's a good idea to post them here. But also it's important for them to be spread.
So as a compromise I'm posting the link to the videos here. Those who think they can handle it, please watch them. I'll also write the caption of the video here so you can whetever or not you would be able to see them.
[A video from instagram. You can read on the bottom of the video a sentence in arabic with below the sentence : "Let's play one last time". A man is holding and hugging a little girl. She is dead. She also seemed to have been injured and bruised at her cheek. That injury is relatively small and no blood is spilling. She also has 2 bruises on her forehead. No other wounds are visible. The man is seen rocking the girl, rubbing his beard on her head, talking to her, gently prying her left eye open, kissing her forehead, continue to gently pry her eyes open and letting them slowly close, kissing her nose while petting her head, and hugging her close once more.]
And
[Gaza's Indonesian Hospital staff face brutal interrogation and beating
In a harrowing account from the Indonesian Hospital in Gaza, nurse Mohammed Al-Kahlot detailed the intense and violent interrogation he and his colleagues endured. He vividly described the chaos: 'The lasers of snipers, the beating, and the howling dogs that accompanied them were everywhere. We lined up in a single file, with the women and children standing behind us.'
During his turn, after identifying himself as a nurse, he was subjected to brutal beatings with torture tools. The ordeal lasted for 10 minutes, filled with the sounds of colleagues being similarly abused and dogs being unleashed on them.]

Starting Magical Madoka is like, "Oh a magical girls show! Awesome! I wonder why it isn't on the kids profile too?"
And you see that one episode and you're like, "Oh... That's why..."

Thinking about how, out of all the betrayer gods, Asmodeus is perhaps the most incapable of changing. Of redemption. Of becoming better.
Because at least the others are honest. Honest about who they are. Honest about their love for their siblings. They know exactly what they are and what they are here to do, even if it is for ill. And that means they can be worked around. Can be changed.
Asmodeus, however, cannot do this. He is the god of lies. Even his truths are rotten. He cannot be honest. Not with others, not even with himself.
Do you think he knows what he even wants? He says he wants eternity to torment his siblings yet tries to kill them. He tries to kill them, yet (whether he realizes it or not) gives them just enough time to stop him. They are gods, after all. One round is all they need.
He says he hates his siblings yet told trist he loved her when in disguise. He didn't need to do that, she was already going to leave. It's the truth, but rotten.
You cannot change, you cannot become better, if you are not honest with yourself. And Asmodeus is the most dishonest of them all. It's no wonder he is always banished by the light of Pelor's truth. He cannot face it, so he runs and hides and lies.
Always burning, always lying, always turning away from the light. Never changing, never growing, never moving on from past hurts. Lashing out at those who try to help, a dagger in the side of his family.
It would be better to remove him. Kinder, for all of them. But he is their brother, eternal, and they cannot lose him. They will keep him, even if he kills them. And he will keep lying, stabbing, burning, because it is all he knows how to do.

Forever thinking about this gif in particular.
It’s Echo confused and rambling while he’s still plugged into the Techno Union computer. How he’s still stuck in that moment in the Citadel.
It’s how Rex’s helmet is off so Echo can see his face for the first time in who knows how long. So there isn’t a barrier between them. So he can be as open and vulnerable as possible for Echo.
It’s Rex’s face, his guilt and shame passing over his expression. There’s no doubt in my mind that he’s remembering exactly what happened that day at the Citadel when he lost Echo. It’s the sorrow there. It’s how fucking upsetting this must be for him.
It’s the way he grabs the back of Echo’s head to keep him from hurting himself. It’s his other hand as a grounding presence. It’s the way he looks like he’s trying to hold Echo together with his touch alone.
It’s all the history between them. It’s the shared loss of Fives. The grief. The pain. It’s the endless hours spent knowing and understanding each other. It’s the reminder that Rex met a shiny on the Rishi moon and watched him grow into a capable soldier and an ARC trooper. The same shiny he watched die at the Citadel. The one he can’t help but see even in this moment, after he’s been tortured and experimented on.
It’s how Echo puts all of his faith in Rex and always will. He’s never found a reason to doubt him even after everything he’s been through.
It’s the way Rex so very clearly loves Echo. The way he lets go so Echo can join the batch and learn who he is now. The way their trust transcends everything. It is woven through every story thread, every scene, every line said between them.
It’s a connection that can’t be severed because they’ve never stopped fighting for it.

So... I started a side run with a new PC to add a top / defiant to the family ✨
Barely 40 days in, beating whitney's ass to save him from dismissal and kicked away 3 people at the same time to save Robin.
I can sense Lyra judging him from her save slots 😂
