while she's at least capable enough to count as an asset rather than a liability in a fight, sidri is just not a fighter at the start of inquisition. she's decent with a shortbow thanks to childhood lessons but, after deciding the inner circle has plenty of people more than capable with varying types of bows fairly on into the game, begins to train with daggers. it allows her to use her left hand more freely when dealing with rifts, as opposed to a two handed weapon or something heavier/bulkier, as well as increased mobility and agility.

she trains regularly with bull and, for about the first quarter of the game, regularly wakes up with screaming muscles and has a smattering of bruises along her arms and torso. with time, she regularly uses sleeping powder or caltrops to stall or otherwise debuff enemies to aid the party.

i think its normal & ok to dislike or even feel uncomfortable abt things that are technically harmless. i dont think everyone needs to be 100% accepting of absolutely everything*

like its not a matter of legality or even morality but it makes me upset & im allowed to not like or tolerate it. i dont Have To be ok with smth i dont like as long as im not actively bothering ppl or subjecting myself to it just to get angry. smth doesnt have to be illegal or immoral for me to go "seeing that makes me feel Bad"
