i am def doing the student intern series after wrapping up alkaline and finishing some fics in the garage!

that being said, i need a couple of opinions from you guys!

- slow burn or love at first sight?

- (slight) enemies to lovers or strictly professional vibes? (then one day he realizes how badly he needs her)

- marketing major, engineering, photography, or something in business or management?

- undergrad or grad school?

i was thinking of the first chapter being the initial world building, then the second or third chapter would be when you find out if you were accepted to the internship!

the main focus point of the internship would be moving to the brackley campus. then you would either spend time at brackley or accompany toto & the team to a few races. (or he specifically asks that you come along with him 🤭)

Here’s a sneak peak of the first chapter of my zombie apocalypse au!! It’s a persona 4 story that is Adajima centric. I don’t have a name for the story yet.

April 23rd, 2022.

The day I was released from federal prison, after a ten year sentence. One count of first degree murder, one count of second degree murder. Originally it was longer, but good behavior and a lack of evidence warranted an early release. How lucky am I, right?

When I first stepped foot out of my home of ten years, I immediately felt the urge to beg them to take me back to the cages. I didn’t want to be a free man. I didn’t deserve to be a free man. No one in the whole of Japan wanted scum like me back on the street. What would I even do? Where would I work? I had learned to embrace the routine life of an inmate, but now, I wouldn’t have that. No schedules, no rules… well, other than being well behaved, of course.

Dojima- no… Ryotaro- is taking me in. He’s been talking about this plan for a few years now, always a what if scenario. “If you get out, you’ll be able to stay with me”, he’d say. I indulged in his fantasy, never believing it would actually happen. Flash forward to me standing outside of the gates, bag in hand, looking like a lost animal. I felt so stupid just standing there, with no clue what to do next.

All of it ceased to matter, though, when he scooped me in his arms so tight I couldn’t breathe, and all I could do was hug him back.

there are now 2500 words of brainstorming for a new stranger things hogwarts au in my google docs. there are NO complete byler hogwarts aus on ao3 and best believe that will change. i’ve spent two hours coming up with lore that would literally only be referenced in prequel if i wrote one (since my story will start in fifth year). i’m feeling so devious and powerful right now mwahaha

the idea of the new halloween wip in working on!!

hey guys i just wanted to share my new wip idea!!! (are any of you in fandom? no. do i care? also no.)

what if Jan’s plan to get rid of Wylan took place 100 years before Jesper came to Ketterdam, and it actually worked. And so Wylan because a ghost and haunts the canals and stuff! and makes friends with a certain other ghost (Jordie) who died about 9ish years before the story takes place, in the same water… and all the other crows live together and Jesper starts thinking there’s something there so he begins to communicate with it. and him and Wylans spirit become close 👀👀 and then Jesper and the others decide to help Wylan move on to the other side (bc i decided fuck happy endings)

here’s the intro to it!

Ketterdam is littered with stories from the past, tales passed down from generation to generation. No one knows how many are true, and how many were created to scare the young children that roamed the streets past midnight.

Thus goes for the story of Wylan Van Eck, a mystery dating back nearly one hundred years prior to our current tale. A murder covered up by the riches of a businessman, of a father with ill intentions up his sleeves.

But right now is not about that tragic story. Right now we focus on the present. We focus on a small townhouse overlooking the canal, and we focus on Jesper Fahey.

The amaryllis idea for Henry came from the fact that I’ve been given an amaryllis bulb as a gift before. They’re not native to the area I’m from so they’re sold as houseplants here during the fall and winter. It was extremely satisfying to watch it grow from bulb to long green leaves to tall thick stalk to big gorgeous blooms over the course of six weeks or so, and if you care for them well they’ll bloom again the next year! If I could send you an image I would, they’re so beautiful.

My headcanon for Gordon liking butterscotch specifically wasn’t pulled out of thin air either; butterscotch candy is believed to have been invented in Doncaster, where Gordon and his siblings were built!

Gift Anon, you strike again and I’m thrilled! I will have to look up an amaryllis flower. I’m unfortunately horrible at drawing off the top of my head, like I can draw but I have to look at an image and draw that and then add my own personalizations, but maybe if I can find an image of someone with one I can tweak it to be Henry and the plant because gosh it’s in my head now and I want to draw it!

I am currently reading the Thomas books (I bought the full collection) so I’m enjoying gathering information about the characters more so than the show gives. When other fans piece things together like the butterscotch and Gordon I think it’s the coolest thing. I know, it’s a simple connection, but I’m like 😃🥰 in awe. I’m so excited to add all this to the fanfic! Thanks again, 🎁 gift anon 🎁!

What I want to accomplish in my life: I want to sell at least 200 copies of one of my novels! I know this might seem like an extraordinary goal to have, but it’s what I want to achieve!
