My only solidified theory on what Egbert may have done is that he had some part in harming a dragon or ruining efforts to restore gold dragons. The pieces are not all there. It's a little (a lot?) obvious. But with a little more information it would make sense and be very thematically appropriate.

IF it's the case my main question is then whether saving this gold dragon will be sufficient atonement for the Dragon Dor or if Egbert will spurn the Dragon Dor or not be granted atonement, but it'll be his personal Growth Moment, yadayada. Honestly I find it pretty funny how unconcerned Egbert generally seems with getting atonement and more want to know what is up for the drama and/or hilarity of it, and it's worth noting that while Egbert is very casual about his penance he's decidedly not happy to discuss what he did and remains cagey about it and wary of Shattershield.

Headcanon #700: Despite common knowledge, Heart actually has amazing precise aim with things. Even without trying he seems to always have a general sense at what he's aiming for. Guns however are specifically his weakness. Its the one thing he cannot aim well with. Slingshot? A Bow? Darts? Throwing knifes? Even a frisbee? He can use mostly anything & hit the mark shockingly well. As long as it isnt any type of gun [including dart guns], hes got great accuracy.

So for spooky season (my favorite season) I wanna write more Ghostmmet oneshots, or at least one or two other ones! I have several ideas lol

But I also wanna write a noncanon crossover with ABYS, where instead of being found in time in ABYS, Emmet dies and becomes a ghost and things get real crazy around the station for a while.

Would people be interested in that, or do y'all think it would be too much? I have. Several ideas, and I think it would be so fun to focus on the spooky horror aspect. Something something a violent end leads to a violent awakening, classic haunting shit, stuff like that. More info in the tags of this post :)

ok. hear me out. bear with me. ive been struck with an idea for a kny au in which basically genya and kanao become main characters.

keeping in line with the whole "5 senses" theme, genya would have a heightened sense of taste and kanao would have good eyesight. :)

i hate when people portray michael and/or patrick as some kind of master manipulator who was terrible to shaun and stormy. like, in the past, michael sometimes got portrayed with little autonomy, or as childish and overly innocent in a weird way. that in itself is an issue with the treatment of mentally ill characters (infantilization), but the solution isn't to argue that he's actually a monster who only wanted to hurt and mislead people. the same goes for patrick. i don't enjoy the "goofy flirty mass murderer" interpretation for very similar reasons, because in the canon patrick did indeed do some wild shit but i think it's a stretch to say it was out of malice, except maybe towards eric lol

obviously there will be different views of these characters and this isn't meant to be gatekeep-y or anything, i'm just concerned with how certain portrayals can quickly slide into negative biases towards mental illness. i think if you're going on this route you might want to ask yourself why, and consider how it could make the mentally ill people within the fandom feel when they see their own symptoms portrayed by their peers as synonymous with being dishonest or manipulative
