BETTER CALL SAUL!

#this was mostly a test run on procreate dream!#its pretty good but it has a LOT of room for improvement #which i know the developers have been working on since the app is still technically in beta!#but hey i did this in like 3 weeks while working a full time job and also working on other art so #its pretty damn powerful software #good shit if you use procreate already!!#literally the biggest flaws rn are a lack of selection tool an undo/redo button and #and the app itself has a tendency to crash or slow down if theres “too much” going on #like i had to delete all but one of the preloaded animations just so the app would run smoother while i worked #so its still very clearly in its early phase but its good and im excited to see what the developers will do with it #ok review over #better call saul #saul goodman #bcs #jimmy mcgill #breaking bad #animation #brba #video #procreate dreams

wait im unbelievably excited to see more of alex and yassen's interactions in alex rider season 3. yassen literally killed someone to protect alex.

we know from the books alex learned to appreciate yassen in some way because he died to save him, but this time around yassen lived but killed someone to save him. book!alex still thinks about yassen long after his death and chooses to keep the fact that yassen died for him to himself. he didn't even seem to hold a grudge that yassen's dying words to him ended up getting alex shot later on (possibly because he appreciated that yassen led him to the truth about his father, and he got to learn more about both of them).

different scenarios but they both led to alex succeeding in stopping damian cray. im curious to know if yassen was still out of it this time around, and he didn't actually want alex to go to scorpia. [insert that anthony horowitz tweet/tumblr post here]. very excited to find out. and also scared!

#someone hold my hand while we watch it together #yassen has always been honest with alex and alex really appreciates that #he's not even necessarily just being truthful to get something out of alex hes doing it because he cares for him and cared for hunter #we know how freaked out he got when he realized alex was involved with damian cray in the books and the tv show #so im delighted to see how worried he might get that he just led alex into the lion's den #also excited to find out how much truth yassen actually knows about hunter because the inconsistencies in the books slighly confuse me stil #im shaking and trembling and throwing up in excitement for season 3 and it's out next week sjjdjdjfjjfj #alex rider #yassen gregorovich #alex rider season 3 #alex rider tv #this is just a chaotic ramble that is not very coherent at all !!

#art #traditional art #fountain pen ink #virvox project #mizusawa takuto #voicevox #ia #cevio #voisona #also miku is there technically kind of. shes down there #sorry im not a piapro or vocaloid user i was more focused on the other things LOL #looks neat tho! im very curious about the kaito and meiko remasters #i was always tempted and curious but im not a huge fan of the weakness of their v3s compared to their v1s #so i hope we get some demo videos or something soon. or if not i hope in a month people post lots of videos LOL #also intrigued by miku nt update and v6 ai. i have no interest personally in using miku but im sure it'll be interesting #gumi and galaco v6 sound pretty good in my humble onion so im very curious #but anyway. back to ME hjkfsjhjrfds im so excited for takutos voice #itll be cute seeing all the little skits the japanese fans make and for me specifically you KNOW im gonna get on that song shit #im gonna make.... the most bizarre boyband on earth. there is some manner of catboy. and a 50 year old man. it'll be great #maybe i'll remake the yume no tobira cover hee hee #and ia.... oh baby ia.... im so happy you have no idea man i have been WAITING FOR THIS. okay please dont kill me for this but like #highkey i dont really care for her original v3 LOL its not bad or anything i just find a lot of v3 fem vocals sound like the same person #and this was painful for me because like im a gigantic lia fan. i dont need it to be a 1 to 1 recreation or anything but like #i was always so bummed out how thin ia's voice sounded. it felt like a bit of a waste how much the v3 noise removed all lia's warmth #and like the depth of her tone. and like it sounds fine. she sounds like a slightly more operatic miku when people tune her high and breath #which is very common and that sounds fine. but like i still felt like auauuuuuuuuhhhhhhh nothing i loved about lia's voice is there #cevio 1.0 was a step up it brought back a LOT of warmth (although you had to really push up the alpha to get the depth)#and while i personally dont hate the cevio 1 noise its nice to have a version that no longer sounds underwater <3 #she sounds so rich now.... i still bump up the alpha a bit because i like lia's deeper work a lot LOL but its wonderfullllllllll #so good so so so so good im obsessed. yesterday was truly an Event for vocal synth news

update: peach is doing very well!! she's eating and sleeping normally (sleeping more than normal, really, but that's to be expected)!! after 3 days of not sleeping and a few changes in painkillers, she finally just napped for an hr then, after another day, slept through the whole night (and most of the next day). she's started following all her usual routines again and is very keen to eat! still on some painkillers, but they're not having any horrific side effects anymore

now that im not staying up to keep an eye on her all night (while also dealing with upgrading my computer and my phone and also my sister preparing to go overseas and the dogs barking and howling constantly due to all of the above), i finally got some decent sleep too and slept for about 14 hrs. so today ive got that weird shakiness that i get from sleeping too much, but hey it's better than the whole of the last week

#personal #and i have a working computer that's finally on windows 10 so that's one less thing to have background stress about #and i have a working phone for the first time in.. a year? 1.5 years? idfk. my previous phone was 16gb so i could fit like 2 apps #could barely take pictures (and couldnt store them) and couldnt update most of my apps because i couldnt update my os because no space #so every app ran slow and then eventually my phone would crash if i opened the storage section of the settings #so i couldnt even offload apps so i could delete them while keeping the data for when i downloaded them again #couldnt order medicine remotely because my chemist only lets you do that from the app (not the website)#couldnt control the aircon because that could only be done through an app #missed loads of stuff because i didnt have email notifications because i could only use my browser for emails #couldnt see tumblr polls on mobile because i couldnt update tumblr because i couldnt update my os #left the house less because i had to delete pokemon go and that genuinely helped me go for walks #ive been dealing with all that for a year so this is very exciting and such a ridiculous qol boost #it sucks how much something like that affects your life. what do you mean i need an app for everythingggg #but god im just glad peach is ok. like there was a moment when i was so stressed trying to update my computer because it wasnt working #and then she ate a small bit of food for the first time in 3 days and just. everything was suddenly fine again #and the other night i spent like 6 hrs just sitting here downloading and installing things on my computer #but it was fine because peach was on the chair next to me sleeping through the whole night and it was such a relief #my sister finally got her flight yesterday (after it was moved four days in a row) so that's just one less thing happening #ive started playing bg3 so that's cool and maybe ill get a chance to actually properly watch that new dav trailer lmao #that premiered at 2am on the first night peach was home from surgery and hadnt eaten or slept yet and i was too stressed to care about dav #and it really just went downhill for the next few days #god. ok. today is the first day i can actually breeaaaathe

hey i have this food tech assessment where i need to make a hypothetical food product, and part of it is creating a survey. the only personal details it asks for is age (target market) and then your feelings about donuts and ice cream and my hypothetical product. survey isnt done yet buuut if anyone is willing to help me out pls reply, send an ask or dm. much appreciated :D

#tbh its a really small assessment its food tech and not even for the hsc. however i feel passionate about data collection #and while the survey only requires 20+ respondents for an A if i were to only ask irls that would be a very small data sample #i went on a small tangent on the unreliability of the stanford prison experiment results due to sample bias however i was in food tech thus #not around people who appreciate that kind of thing 😔 love them but i was craving the history classroom in that moment #god ive been loving history class so much we've had really good discussions #the lessons (only five per fornight </3) are making me very excited for all the hsie subjects im doing next year

ok ok so you know how my life has majorly revolved around my pain since july & how that has been extremely difficult :) well lately I find myself getting up later than I want to & making my bed as badly as I possibly can & getting out of the house after noon when I planned to get out in the morning & walking to the library when it’s sunny & sitting there for hours & the whole time I’m most concerned with writing & that it’s incredible what I’m doing, it’s a little paradise

#you know how I hoped September would be kind to me well it delivered #I actually didn’t realize how mentally poorly I was doing until I got out of it !#like oooooof it’s like a chronic pain veil #& to be very honest it’s because I’m physically better so I cannot blame myself and I don’t lol bc there will be a time when that happens #<< again #I mean better loosely I just mean I haven’t had 8/10 pain every day for weeks LOLLL #but it’s really quiet and beautiful & im grateful !!! like yay I can still create !#I’m not thinking abt my pain 95% of the day now it’s probably about 40%? 50? so a lot but I’m literally not every single thought LOL #sometimes it’s even like 20! not even cuz anything is getting better bc it’s not but I will take it even if idk why!!!#(& by nothing is getting better I mean meaningfully better but I have been blessed with some good days lately which I had none #of all summer)#I say this bc every day I wake up and immediately think OH GOD MY PAIN which is so valid bc it’s awful in the morning getting up is like #falling into a black hole Lol but also while that thought is still there I also thought #wow I’m so excited to write today I’m so excited to see what Jeremiah does #HE IS THE NARRATOR OF HEALING #also like SOOO PRIVILEGED to be able to do this like I also wanted to say that!#anyway update for u since I know I have shared the Despair but none of the beauty yet lol #lots of love chronic illness/pain bbs <3

I've blocked someone on genshin because bro would not stop complaining every time they announced a new region, they swore Fontaine was trash and they wouldn't play it till natlan released, then they messaged me today to describe their seething rage over saurians(literally describing graphically dismembering them)

And it's just like... If you're not having fun just quit the game? I took a month or so off and came back with new appreciation for the mechanics and lore. I don't understand why your continuing to subject yourself to grinding out a game you have no attachment to....

what is it with me and spending stupid amounts of money on frivolous things every january 🤡

#last year it was $30 for a single snowdrop bulb that wasn't likely to survive in my zone and didn't #now i just spent $130 on rose bushes #both times while unemployed #but something in my brain says buy a little treat :) you deserve it :) in january and then i listen #after carefully not wasting money all the rest of the time #maybe this time i can blame it on a very good (seeming?) job interview this morning #ao im like ok im basically not even unemployed anymore. lol 🤪#idk im just stupid #HOWEVER #the price was deceptive. for the roses. the shipping was almost the same price as the whole thing so it was more expensive than expected #and i had already carefully shopped and picked 3 bushes i really want #when i could have easily convinced myself to buy more lol #anyway despite the instant regret of spending the money im really excited abt the roses #looking forward to having roses in the garden next year!!!#there's some beach roses but the bloom is short and not very fragrant so i got some Fancy ones #bc i love the david austin roses so much #i will be glad i did this i think #but i hate spending money on things that aren't necessities esp while unemployed lol #this has been a shitpost

Just scheduled a second interview for a full time position🕺

#it’s just an office job LOL 🫠 but honestly im excited for it i wont go into detail but it’s for an art supplies companyyy #and it’s partly remote! so i only have to drive to the place 3 days of the week #i literally couldnt get to sleep last night cus i was so anxious abt the idea of graduating w/o having a job to go into immediately after #if i have to go home unemployed and job hut while having nothing else to do……. that would be very bad #for my wellbeing #i will spiral if tht happens LOL #also grad school isnt out of the picture….. i will try again later down the line #i think it’ll b good for me to hold a job for a few years #start building credit #saving money #building my CV #bc i think the reason i didnt get accepted into anything is cus my CV is so sad LOL #and my writing couldve been better i will admit that. 🙂
