Sorry to send another ask, but I'm not exactly sure what you mean by human-adjacent MCS? I assume humanoids like Mychael are not going to be answered, but are MCs with special abilities apart of not going to be answered? I need some examples, sorry.

Yeah, that's basically the gist of it! TLDR: Non-human MCs will likely not get answered and the reason is below.

For a more elaborate explanation:

Sometimes I get asks about shapeshifter MCs, or demon/hybrid/monster MCs, and while the concept is fun, Mychael would most likely react the same; surprise and caution. I'd just be repeating myself over and over.

While he might find kinship in knowing they're non-human like him, that doesn't mean he'd immediately trust them. In fact, he might even be more wary of these characters in the beginning because he wouldn't know if his hypnosis ability (his safety net and security blanket) would work on them.

This goes the same for human-looking but magic user MCs like witch/wizard/sorcerer/fairy since I get asks about that as well; surprise and caution!

To that end, I can entertain asks about regular human MCs who are outside the expected norm because not only is it plausible and more interesting to me, it breaks his expectations of people he's met and would interest him more than a supernatural MC. Example: MCs in wheelchairs, MCs with vitiligo, MCs with prosthetics, or even MCs with strange habits.

Human, normal, but has something that stands out that he notices. Hope that helps!

The past few days had been rough. Every time you stepped into the bathroom you saw yourself in the reflection but you no longer locked the way you remembered. It was hard to push those thoughts away. It was harder with Robby working every day and coming home exhausted each night.

Tonight was especially bad. Your baby boy slept through most of the day and night, which should have been a relief to most parents. However, you couldn't help but feel selfish in that moment. There was no one smiling, crying, or babbling keeping your attention, reminding you of the positive that was brought with your body changes.

When Robby got home, he was immediately confused with the state of your dress. Gone were the cute sexy nightgowns or his large tshirts with panties underneath. Instead he was greeted with you in what could only be described as the most modest pajamas possible. The only thing missing was a matching sleeping cap.
