Do you want to hear a funny story?

So you know that I was drawing spiderverse comics lately. Because they are fun to do. And I think people like them. I mean the most popular one has like 4K notes? That's lot for me when I usually dwell in tiny fandoms made out of like 3 people and their dog. So it's nice, everybody is having fun and I'm grateful.

but

BUT

I just found out that somebody took few of that comics. Cut them up and run the text through ai reading voice and posted it as reels on fucking youtube.

And it's not even that I'm stumped why even turn 4 pictures into video. First time I see such a time wasting thing but ok. People do like different things.

And even lke some effort was done to erase text from speech bubbles so it appears as the ai spews it aloud but it's not even about it

I had pictures taken and posted somewhere else. Usually without credit. At least this time it was credited? I guess I should be grateful.

What fucking gets me is that those comics have several hundred thousand views and few hundred comments each.

Like fucking seriously.

Synopsis

honestly that flashback/afterlife scene pissed me off so much because i hate the implication that the ones gojou cares about are already dead and that there's nothing out there that's worth fighting/holding on for. gojou's entire arc is learning to care about people outside his immediate social circle and he's been working so hard to be a good mentor and friend to his students. sure he's an emotionally constipated/illiterate person but that doesn't take away or negate the obvious effort he put into improving himself.

and to kill him offscreen with our only insight into the fight being this little reunion??? letting him die alone and with no fighting chance at the end??? to add to all this, gojou's death only serves to give the plot a little momentum so the other characters can be called into action and it's not even a good momentum. if anything, it's the same as a car heading towards a crash because you ripped the breaks out

love apps these days. love how tumblr and discord are both double as laggy as they were 6 months ago. love how companies consider users less and less in pursuit of showing off to all the other social platforms

#since the disc update it fixed exactly 0 of the issues id been having with the app and added about 6 entirely new consistant problems #i open up tumblr and jts always laggy now and 50% of the time i have to close and re open bc its jumping #and adding tags to ANY post now makes my whole keyboard lag #its just like. stop updating things to add new features that dont work and noone wants while ignoring the current issues you know #sorry im being salty kts just everything is worse #and i have to close and reopen my apps like several times a day now and i didnt used to have to do that #shark talks
