I was seriously impressed! and I loved how detailed senku thoughts and feelings towards the reader💗💗💗💗 god this was such a good job thank you!!!!!!👏👏👏👏 and honestly this is so good I want a part 2 to this but not now!! I know you have other requests to deal with so please when you're done with them and get the rest that you deserve I'd love to see a part 2 where after the war senku sees his crush is being courted and flirted with by non other than ryusui who has his eyes on them and probably won't give up any time soon😉 maybe this will force senku to finally admit his love to them???

Senku feels humiliated by how much his illogical feelings are consuming his thoughts and controlling his behavior recently. He’s surprised that more people don’t take his insistence that romance is a burden to heart, because his romantic feelings are slowly starting to make his head spin.

Ryusui’s arrogance and overwhelming personality were already bad enough, but Senku thinks that his interest in you is far worse.

The (former?) billionaire goes from insufferable to almost intolerable as soon as Senku catches sight, or hell, even sound, of the two of you together. Ryusui constantly compliments you and makes you laugh, makes not so subtle physical contact and consults with you about everything. He frequently lavishes you with the wealth he was able to quickly reobtain in the stone world, and all the more frequently reminds you that he desires you in one way or another.

His boisterous attitude and advances onto you make Senku’s blood boil.

The battle against Tsukasa had been won for good. Tsukasa had surrendered and Hyoga, defeated; one behind bars, the other in a deep frozen sleep. Tsukasa had sustained a fatal injury from Hyoga, and his only chance of survival was to be killed and freezed in a cryogenic chamber until means to revive him were available. Despite their battles, Tsukasa was still one of Senku’s first allies, and putting him in such a vulnerable state was emotionally tough on the scientist. Throughout it all, your presence was comforting, and so was the fact that there was no threat to hurriedly prepare to fight. Senku could finally begin unraveling the petrification mystery, and his plan included making a ship to travel to multiple destinations around the globe in. It was around this time that the reality of the situation really settled into Senku’s head: there was no threat, and his heart was still racing around you.

It seemed that ever since Senku realized he was in love with you, his feelings have been growing more and more, despite him wanting the opposite to happen. He found his palms clamming up whenever he was around you, his head bowed just the slightest bit lower. He was becoming hyper aware of the way he acted toward and around you, and it embarrassed him to no end, struggling to stop himself from acting so out of character even if it was in the subtlest of ways.

Senku did a lot of reflecting during this prepping period. Tsukasa was only one out of many challenges awaiting. With Senku’s plan to travel around the world, it was only logical for him to consider the prospect of more danger lying ahead. There was much to be done and a lot more responsibility to take on, and so maybe Senku, for the sake of your safety and the mission, should just continue to keep his feelings secret.

And he was ready to commit to this decision until Ryusui’s revival.

He tried so hard to not let his logic fly out the window every time he found himself annoyed at Ryusui. At first, he refused to let himself admit he’s jealous. It’s just illogical! Why would he be jealous of anything or anyone? You two aren’t dating and you’re entitled to making friends- hell, you’re entitled to dating whoever you please! Senku doesn’t have a say in your personal affairs and certainly has no valid reason to feel jealous of your relationship with the captain. Which is why he concludes that he isn’t. The persistent annoyance must just be Ryusui himself. Senku was caught off guard by him in their first meeting.

And yet, subconsciously, he always has his eye on the two of you, straining to overhear conversations about you both. He can’t help himself. Senku continues to go about his work but he also trains himself to multitask when you’re in the vicinity. Any outsider would probably fall for Senku’s act, but his sly mentalist friend, Gen Asagiri, knows better.

A short while after Senku’s realization, Gen figured out that the scientist had finally recognized his feelings. He hasn’t been loud about it for the most part, but just because Gen has the decency of not proclaiming Senku’s romantic affection for you outwardly doesn't mean the Kingdom of Science leader was immune to his smirks and side-eyes. Gen refused to leave Senku alone about his attempts at disguising his jealousy, immediately seeing through his act and relentlessly teasing and taunting him, his words resonating with Senku’s intrusive thoughts about you and Ryusui’s relationship.

“If you don’t make a move before our charismatic Ryusui, dear Y/N may end up falling for his charm.”

Senku scoffed. “Yeah, right. Like Y/N is the kind of person to fall for someone as demanding as Ryusui.” But Gen could see the flicker of emotion cross his face. The corners of his mouth turned downward, his eyes widened in alarm, all for a brief second before he composed himself again. The idea makes him nervous, Gen could tell that much, and deep down, Senku hated himself for finding it a little nauseating.

And so it was that conversation with Gen that made Senku realize that he couldn’t deny his feelings of jealousy any longer. He did everything he could to bury his intrusive thoughts into the farthest parts of his brain, to snuff out the fire that blazed in his chest whenever he worked with you, exchanging witty comments with you, your laugh and your brilliant ideas. But no matter what, he’d find it next to impossible. His feelings for you were already illogical, and he so desperately wished that they would stop piling up on one another, especially during such a crucial time for the Kingdom of Science.

Again, he cannot help himself. He wasn’t content with simply being by your side anymore. He wanted to be by your side as something more, but seemingly, so did Ryusui.

Poor dude had a million mental battles waging in his head because who cares if he isn’t content? His desperate attempt at pushing down these illogical thoughts and feelings, his refusal to confess- it was all for the sake of the future. Being in a romantic relationship, especially with the Kingdom of Science’s unique circumstances (“unique” as in “rebuilding civilization”), wouldn’t be easy. He wouldn’t want to put strain on you or on the team’s mission.

Yet again, Senku’s illogical side would come out, but with this thought, it was disguised as logic. Maybe, just maybe, Senku’s feelings and desire to stay by your side as something more was worth a shot if he was even contemplating it. Yup, this was Senku’s logical side. That’s what Senku convinced himself of, anyway.

To Senku’s despair, Ryusui hadn’t shown any sign of backing down from you.

He’d been hoping that the captain would eventually quit his antics, that’d he get busy with his tasks as one of the crew’s leaders, so that Senku’s uncomfortable feelings would also back down and leave him to focus on more important matters. Unfortunately , Ryusui wasn’t the type of person to give up on something. If anything, the two of you had only gotten closer.

Your curiosity and passion for learning had led you to become intrigued by Ryusui, similarly to how you were interested in Senku’s science knowledge. You would peer at sprawls of maps and other gadgets over Ryusui’s shoulder and ask questions that he gladly welcomed, leaning his head toward yours as he talked to you about different locations on his map. You’d asked him about his life before the petrification, admittedly a little starstruck to be working with a former celebrity, and he’d tell you about Nanami Corp, growing up with his ambition and his desires. As upfront as Ryusui was, you had developed a good friendship with him.

You weren’t oblivious though; you could catch on to Ryusui’s flirting when it came up. Kohaku would nudge you with a smirk whenever she caught the two of you lost in conversation, as if the small act implied that the two of you were something more than friends. You’d only roll your eyes and shoo her away with a laugh, which, from Senku’s point of view, was confirmation that the two of you had mutual romantic feelings for one another.

You were confronted one night during the crew's voyage to America. A ray of moonlight reflected into the sleeping quarters through open circular windows, small waves crashing against the side of the Perseus. You had been lying on your back in a small compartment with a creaky bed, hair sprawled on your pillow and your hands crossed over your stomach. Looking up, you saw the bottom of Chrome’s bed, a duplicate of yours with the exception that it was only centimeters higher. ‘Bunking with Chrome was a mistake’, you thought to yourself. His constant shifting and snores made it difficult for you to drift off to sleep yourself, and so you had settled with trying to focus your attention on the soothing rocking of the Perseus against the water.

As you slowly started feeling yourself relax and letting your consciousness drift off for the night, a gentle knocking was heard beside you, forcing your eyes open. At the noise, Chrome murmured and once again turned, the bed creaking with his movement. You sighed and opened your eyes, slowly turning toward the sound. The remains of sleep slowly faded as your eyes met Senku’s.

“Senku? Why are you awake…?”

He was leaning against the side of the wall closest to your lower bunker, alarmed red irises eyeing you up and down and shoulders raised to his ears. He must have moved out of bed and across the room when you had briefly dozed off. He let out a deep exhale and stuck his pinky finger in his ear. “Follow me, okay?”

You blinked. Senku retrieving you in the dead of night while the rest of the crew was asleep was unusual, even for him. He would surely be alerting the ship if there was some sort of impending danger- his voice definitely wouldn’t be so low and airy- so you ruled it out as a possibility. He didn’t look scared, just tense, and you couldn’t figure out why. But you trusted him, and so all you replied with was, “okay”.

You rubbed your eyes as the two of you ascended up the stairs, Senku reminding you to keep a hand on the rail as he led you onto the docks. The late breeze made yours and Senku’s hair and clothing ripple through the air, but you shivered in satisfaction at the refresher. The sleeping quarters were stuffy and cramped, and it felt nice indulging in the coolness of the night.

Senku didn’t intentionally pick this specific night to talk to you about his feelings, but even he could appreciate the peaceful and slightly romantic atmosphere. The docks were bathed in the full moon’s soft glow, illuminating your figures as if mimicking a stage light. The air was cool against his skin, blowing the hair out of your faces so as to properly gaze at the sparkling sea and into each other's faces. There was no bustling activity, no orders to be given, no plans to continue formulating. It was just the two of you, the twinkling stars above and the quiet splashing of water. This was it.

After a couple moments of the two of you simply staring ahead, your scientist friend sighed and turned toward you. “So, I may as well make this to the point. You better be awake because I don’t want to repeat myself.” You looked puzzlingly at Senku, who stared at you with a small frown. He looked uncomfortable, and as if he were biting back something important. You searched each other's eyes before Senku suddenly closed his, bringing a hand to his face. “Heh, heh, heh…I can’t believe I’m doing this.”

“Huh? Doing what?”

He looked up at you and straightened his back, letting his hand fall down to his belt. “I’ve developed romantic feelings for you, Y/N.”

The previous silence fell between the two of you again. You stared at Senku with wide eyes and your mouth half open in shock, your tired brain slowly processing his words. He said it so casually that if you weren’t intrigued by his mysterious invitation, you would’ve missed it. Senku stiffened under your dumbfounded gaze and teared his eyes away from yours. “I’ve come to the conclusion that no matter what, my troublesome feelings pose an inconvenience. I could’ve kept my mouth shut, like I was planning to do, but if I let Ryusui continue with his antics, I might develop some sort of harsh feelings toward the two of you, hindering our abilities to work together.”

Ryusui? Ryusui’s antics? You reflected briefly before your eyes widened in knowing. Senku must’ve caught on to Ryusui’s flirting just as you had. Did that mean,-you could hardly wrap your head around the thought- that Senku was jealous of him?

“But my feelings are already a distraction for me, and a burden onto you. I’m sorry.”

You couldn’t find the words, so you couldn’t help but continue silently staring at him. You were convinced that this unbelievable night was a weird dream, hardly believing that Senku Ishigami was admitting to having feelings for you.

“I’m…hoping that by telling you, it’ll get rid of these feelings so I can focus on more important things.”

“Why do you want to be rid of your feelings?”

Senku looked caught off guard. It was the first time you had spoken after his confession. “Like I said, they’re a distraction. I can’t focus with them nagging at me. I’m hoping that by confessing, my feelings will go away with the stress of having to keep them to myself lifted off my chest, and I can focus on the mission. I don’t have to be jealous of you and Ryusui, and can leave the two of you alone.”

That’s right. His feelings will go away and you and Ryusui would be able to pursue your romantic interests in one another without his jealousy nagging at him. Ryusui was a great fit for you- more physically fit than he, and no idiot either. It would all work out.

“Do you think I…have feelings for Ryusui?” Something about the tremble in your voice irritated him. You looked to be biting back a laugh, as if the question were absurd to even be asking. He was already embarrassed enough by your earlier dumbfounded gaze, but something about you finding him amusing was somehow worse. “Don’t you?”

You could help but laugh at his deadpan expression and tone, but you quickly composed yourself when he gave you a pointed look. “I don’t have any feelings for Ryusui. He’s intriguing, definitely. Smart, funny, and not bad looking. But, to quote the two of you, I don’t desire him romantically one millimeter.”

It wasn’t all that evident on his face, but Senku truly was surprised. From how much time you spent together (and how physically close the two of you could get), he was sure that the two of you had something going on. It wouldn’t be his first time falsely predicting someone’s intentions, though.

“So um…you really want to get rid of your feelings? No exceptions?”

At this question, Senku was visibly surprised. “Exceptions such as?”

“Me liking you back?”

His eyes widened and he searched your face for any trace of it being hypothetical. Of course he considered the possibility of you reciprocating his feelings, but he found it unlikely. He expected rejection, maybe some anger and disgust, but instead you were hinting at the fact that-

“You have feelings for me?”

“Yeah.”

A little into the afternoon the following day, Senku invited Ryusui to talk privately on the docks. He felt that he owed the captain an explanation, with him attempting to pursue you and all. He revealed to Ryusui what he revealed to you that night and what the two of you discussed.

Senku’s plan was to confess with the intention of getting rid of his romantic feelings entirely, not just his jealousy. But when he found out that you reciprocated his feelings and wanted to try becoming something more than friends, his perspective on the matter shifted. Romance was never something that either of you were very experienced in or knowledgeable about. Sure, Senku could tell you the technicalities of it, but he never found himself longing for a romantic partner until his feelings of jealousy provoked him to think about his relationship with you. Senku’s fears still stood, but he wanted to cave into his illogical side, even if it meant taking some risks. So, the two of you came to an agreement that you wouldn’t officially label yourselves, but let see where your feelings and the journey ahead took the two of you.

The entire time, Ryusui listened with drawn brows. When Senku finished, Ryusui could only look downward. The lines on his forehead creased together and he smiled a sad sort of smile, an almost knowing smile. After some silence, he spoke. “Above all, I desire Y/N’s happiness, and so if you can give them that, then that’s enough for me.”

Senku mimicked his expression, keeping his eyes fixed on Ryusui. He straightened a bit when his friend finally met his eyes again. “I never want to see them frowning, you got that, Senku?”

Senku chuckled. “Loud and clear.”

Diluc has a room for Venti at the Winery.

Also, Diluc and Jean are not the only ones who know Venti is Barbatos. He aint that slick.

Albedo, Sucrose, Kaeya and Hu Tao also know.

This was also 2 years before they started dating. And 3 before they met Aether.

He and Sango tried dating once while they still got along, but broke up long before they split off

Technically, because of the Irminsul wipe, Venti is still the youngest of the archons. Nahida doesn't know how to feel about this. Neither does Aether.

Heizou is allergic to mangoes. And Lavender Melon, and- actually this guy is allergic to near every fruit... Except for sunsettias and pineapples, strangely enough.

This doesn't stop him from eating candy. Much to Sara's horror.

Dw, she has the bfs gang up on him.

Heizou struggles with depression at times. And it's something he goes to therapy for. He hasn't done anything, but for a while it was pretty bad, especially right after the decree ended.

Kaeya has hEDS (Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome)

It means his bones are more likely to dislocate and pop out of socket if he's not careful.

Kaeya is also autistic with some pretty weird sensory issues. The second water gets in his boots this man will toss them off faster than Signora died.

Speaking of Signora. Aether and Venti held a small unofficial funeral for her on Cape Oath. They only had her mask to bury...

Faruzan has all but adopted Kaveh as her grandson. Kaveh has accepted this.

Aether is older than everyone (because, well, physical manifestation of a star) and doesn't tell anyone. He finds it funny

Hes also lactose intolerant. Lumine too.

Aether doesn't let it stop him. Lumine hates this about him.

Fischl is a system

The events of the Aranyaka quest and the Pari quest happened around the same time. How you ask? Aether didn't go to Sumeru alone, he brought Heizou and Kaeya (this is before Hei joined the polycule-)

Its also when Tighnari and Heizou eventually started dating because Heizou kept running off and dragging Kaeya with him when they were supposed to be recovering from the Samsara and Tighnari went "Oh godsdammit i like him..."

Cyno and Nari talked it out and Collei was also cool with it so Nari shot his shot and... It took longer than expected for Heizou to notice...

ANYWAY PARI QUEST

Along with Heizou and Kaeya, Kaveh and Nilou also went with them.

As you've spotted, there isn't a single healer among them

Heizou preoceeds to give Kaeya his spare catalyst and turns that boy into a healer.

"Sorry Aether, I turned your boyfriend into a healer"

The catalyst was the Inazuma craftable one...

Kaveh and Heizou actually hit it off pretty well, bonding over being geniuses in their respective fields

Nilou is Mom friend. Im correct. She calls people "darling" and "sweetheart"

Anemo should be allowed to swirl Dendro so it does in my universe.

Kaeya and Heizou are the ones to find the door to Khaenri'ah... Kaeya doesn't react well and all Heizou has to go on is that maybe the Abyss hurt him somehow

Also Cynonari have absolutely no clue where those two are at this point... They are Freaking Out because Aether is off doing other things and told them to keep those two in Ghandarvah Ville...

okay I'll bitte. I'm still very new here and only ever read anything ab wolfstar. What is the lore w jegulus? I know it's a lot to explain probably but what would be the summary of what you find most alluring and fitting about them together?

i hope you are sitting down for this because this will be long. i will put it in bullet forms so its kinda organized

first, i am a sucker for slytherin/gryffindor ships. idk if its because of drarry or just the natural rivalry that the two houses has shown in the books. i see rivalries to lovers and i go crazy

second, i love the best friend’s sibling trope. i loved it with hinny and so naturally i loved it with jegulus. idk what it is about this trope that i love it so much, i just love the familiarity of it like, i watched you grew up because your older sibling is my best friend so you’ve always been part of my life and now that im getting to know you you arent just my best friend’s sibling you are your own person and wow im in love with you its just chef’s kiss you know?

i love how opposite jegulus are, i love the popular jock vs mysterious jock, i love the loud and reckless vs the quiet and calculating , i love the hero vs the anti-hero. i love how the things that make them who they are is exactly what the other needs, they complete and compliment each other so well that they are the couple who says they are a team and they actually are because of how well the fit.

(in relation to the previous bullet) i love how thru regulus james learns to love the silence, he learns the peacefulness of just being together, of holding each other in comfortable silence and being able to exist together, he always felt the need to be the life of the party or be the energized one who is entertaining everyone but with reg he gets to just exist no demands for anything other than just his presence

and with reg he learns to james that not everything has to be buried and hidden, he learns that his feelings and emotions are not wrong and bad, they are just emotions and james has given him the space to feel that, to exist with it and not oush it down. with james reg is able to see beyond what is offered to him, outside of his parent’s expectations, outside of his own expectations for himself, he gets to be a teenager, gets to be a teenager in love, he gets to know who he wanted to be and he learns to love it, he learns that there is more to life than just surviving

james loves regulus in the way regulus has never known, james values him and his thoughts, listens and remembers, he sees past his sarcastic remarks and eye rolls, he loves him for it even, he cares not because he has to but because he wants to and regulus never had that.

regulus loves james in the way james had never expected, james grew up with so much love that he had too much of it, he doesnt complain tho, so james thought he knew what love is but regulus’ way of loving is so different that it shocked. his love for james is subtle, its a small secret smile directed at him from across the room, its a pinky reaching out to him when they pass by each other, its sending little things that james had said he likes being given to him with nonchalance, its kissing him with reverence and worship, its folding into his arms and openly admiting he felt safe and at peace, its little things makes james blush and stutter because for him love is big gestures and loud declarations he never knew love could be solemn, love could be something they kept to themselves, love that he wanted only for his eyes.

jegulus just having a love that is unexpected and real at such a young age that it becomes something they hold on for the rest of their lives (no matter how short it is lol)

I like how they can be one of those relationships where its hard to define what they are to each other, because they have been so much at varying points. They are everything. You know? You know.

Oh look. This turned into a bit of an essay. USUK let's go.

They are genuinely one of my favourite ships and have been for like 15 years at this point. I'm a sucker for them being soft on each other. You know when a fic allows Arthur to say 'my love' or 'my darling'? Or Alfred dropping a 'sweetheart?'

You can find me on the floor like

It's the way in which they grow from 'you never fucking understood me' to 'you know me better than most anyone' and what they see and understand is in equal parts gorgeous and horrifying, and yet they still pick the other.

The fact that getting there for the two of them took a lot of hard work too! It took rivers of blood and trenches of soldiers and burning of cities and the promise of 'no-one can hurt you without also hurting me'. The willingness to end isolationism for the other.

The way the past for both of them holds nearly nothing but grief, and despite this, they still think their futures are entirely entangled and genuinely believe it to be the right course of action. The formation of an unconditional affection from what was - for Alfred - a series of targets he never had a chance of hitting and - for Arthur - the projection of a love which never truly existed in the first place because they just did not understand each other.

Arthur maybe puts in more work than Alfred in the early years, but its his fault their relationship is in tatters to begin with, so...

Personally, and this leans into what I think canon tries to show, is they go through the following stages :

Arthur is a teenager pretending to be an adult to big himself up as this big powerful nation but at the end of the day he is pretty much still a child himself. He completely fails to connect and understand Alfred to the cost of any warmth the two may have had for each other.

Alfred tries once to salvage something from the ashes, but is blocked by Matthew (I don't blame Matthew for doing so, Alfred was barging in unannounced to his house and Mattie was trying to do right by a sick Arthur) and thus Alfred resolves not to try again. Their relationship thereafter is purely economic and formal, and as Arthur retreats into isolationism, Alfred goes West, and they do not think about each other. They don't see each other for a long time. That wound festers and weeps, becoming infected at the back of their minds.

Arthur thinks, lying to himself that, 'I never loved him. Not once,' and focuses his attention elsewhere. Alfred knows he made the right choice and that expecting anything from Arthur is just an exercise in disappointment.

When the 19th century begins to end, and Arthur is realising that A) his power is fading as much as America's is rising B) he has no pals to soften the fall and C) he is lonely. Him being rejected by Germany and then his response to that is to ask Alfred is interesting to me. He's angling it from the perspective of 'who are the nations that I deem as my equal' at this point, but that shows how Alfred has risen in his estimations, even passively. He immediately recognises that Alfred is lonely, too. They mirror each other, except Arthur is initially far more willing to be emotionally vulnerable. Almost running opposite to what you would expect, but Arthur is an emotionally vulnerable character. He always has been. Especially with Alfred.

But Alfred, as we know, shoots him down rather harshly (for a whale... jokingly. i think). It's the way that Arthur continuously trusts Alfred with those moments of emotional vulnerability even though the man is far more likely to laugh in his face about it.

I flip flop on when they genuinely truly start to reconcile. Maybe in the trenches, the muddy foundations are laid. They are still cautious around each other, but maybe Alfred breaks, just for a moment, and Arthur is privileged enough to be allowed to watch (but not to comfort). Maybe in the 20s, when they are both very drunk, they admit that what they were to each other was not real necessarily and the regret of such a realisation. Was it really just a label they assigned to pretend they weren't crippingly lonely even in the other's presence? But they go no further than that. They don't voice out loud that that moment felt more real and genuine than a thousand new suits or toys or dance lessons or taxes. They're not quite there yet.

Then honestly Lying in that Sound, Tonight does such an impeccable job of writing the two coming (not saying you have to read a 100,000 word fic to understand why I love them but it don't hurt) together that I really cannot see it any other way at this point - the argument where Arthur has to point out it's Alfred who is stuck on the past, not Arthur. Arthur, meanwhile, is very much struggling to see a future worth living for at that point and really isn't worried about what they were two hundred years ago.

Arthur, who at some points is struggling to remember why he is even fighting because he is so goshdang tired. And Alfred is young, and strong, and bright, and I think Arthur maybe still has rose tinted glasses on when it comes to Alfred and sees him as 'better' than old Europe in many ways. I mean he'll scoff at whatever spiel Alfred regurgitates about being the hero but... well he is Arthur's. Just a bit.

I think though by the 70s those glasses well and truly crack. He sees that Alfred can be ambitious for the sake of ambition, can be cruel for the sake of being cruel, etc. etc. Like Alfred is just a man. A bright, beautiful, spiteful, self absorbed, joyful, kind man. And Arthur is always just a little in awe of him. I think for Alfred, Arthur represents quiet, steady, cautious and un-conditionality, all of which are things he lacks or craves. Arthur is not some great towering giant (you used to be so big). He's just... tired damp little Arthur.

So yeah. I like that there's no masking around each other. They have learned through experience exactly who the other is, whilst still believing that the better version of the other is their true self. They have genuinely seen the other at their absolute worst and most monstrous, and decided I still want you and I am not afraid and... I just like it.

Yeah.

Also they're cute and when I got reminded of the sexy carnival outfit strip I took psychic damage.Unhinged behaviour from the two of them.

He is genuinely adored by some, who go out of their way to defend his actions and paint him as a better person than he his, but others like him as a villain and others still think of him as a joke and only like him because of that.

It's a mixed bag- You have those the genuinely support him, others who started supporting him as joke & now can't stop, those who support him as a joke only, & unfortunately some who only support him as a justification for being an asshat.

I can see some if his fans being douchebags by saying, you ruined boxing, cheater or you're fecking crazy,

They’re either bloodthirsty, Irish or just want to watch matches.

Most of them love his crazy behavior and generally think of him as some maniac that escaped Dublin prison and got in by his unorthodox fighting style (which didn’t happen at all, Aran did a bit of fighting before WVBA but he got in clean imo.) Aran tries to distance himself from his troublesome fans, simply because he dislikes rumors made by him. Some of his fans are genuinely supportive and like seeing him and his antics, and think he could genuinely become champion if he stopped cheating.

He keeps them in separate cages to prevent a surprise business popping up.) He would die for them.

Very, very good. He loves just about everyone in his family with his entire heart (Except his mother's mother and older sister) and hates being away from them for too long. He's close with his parents, grandma, and younger siblings and would hate to be without them in his life.

He has a terrible relationship with his dad, an alcoholic and abuser. He was very tough and strict as well. Aran got his drinking, cheating and shoplifting from his dad, he started at 15. He was able to provide for the family and living. He's a but sour with his mom because she stayed with his father; but only for the money and being able to live in a house. If they divorced, she loses everything and won't be able to find a job. But she still loves her family. Aran loves his sister, Daisy, he would do anything for her not to be like himself or their dad. Would protect her. He couldn't bring Daisy along because she was in custody with the parents, and he couldn't win. The reason he snuck out with his old Irish friends and went to box in the WVBA was to get away from his parents. He really doesn't want to come back, and ESPECIALLY doesn't want to talk about them.

His sister and pa are close, but his mam is so distant that his sister filled in the maternal role for him.

Strained, but due to forces that were out of their control. He keeps close with them but things can be hard for them to get along.

aran's has a mom and dad, and a lot of siblings. theyre VERY close but also very lenient, hence why aran's so out of control. aran could cause the end of the world and his parents would still say ''thats our boy!''. they also rib eachother constantly (its how they show affection), and aran does this to everyone around him, stranger or not. not necessarily very close to all his siblings, but would still take a bullet for them. in short: mess with his family, and youre DEAD.

Aran's a huge mama's boy; he *loves* his ma. I mean, if you think about it she is a part of his fame, she's one of the few people he's got left of his family. He also got a sis... with which they still fight about absolutely silly and not-worth-fighting-over things.

He loves his family! Except his dad that walked out, but he had an uncle who filled the spot instead.

He has some old 4 Irish folks back in the day, In WVBA: Great Tiger, Bald bull, SMM, Mr Sandman (sometimes if Aran doesn't get on his nerves)

I definitely feel he can be friends with Soda Pop, and has a bit of a friendship with Bear Hugger. Don and him have a big of a friendship, but it’s been strained due to Aran fighting to keep his place in the World Circuit. Glass Joe talks to him sometimes, but has a small fear of him.

Bear Hugger, Soda Popinski, Dragon Chan, Heike Kagero, Disco Kid, Rick Bruiser (don’t ask), and Piston Hurricane

I'm not sure how his friends, but he's acquainted with Great Tiger, because they both hate Narcis Prince.

I think that he’s not close with a lot of people but maybe soda popinski and don? Aran and Dons relationship is definitely being frenimies with the whole finding out his hair is a toupee. And soda popinski and Aran just drink together all the time and just spill secrets to eachother

soda popinski, bc he can handle his... quirky personality. Plus, they go to clubs to dance together, along w/ disco kid. speaking of which, he surprisingly gets along pretty well with disco kid, they bond over their music tastes, even if theyre radically different. they also collab on music together sometimes, with aran writing the lyrics and disco doing the instrumentals. they have a lot of creative differences however, but despite that, they remain friends.

The only person I can think of that may have been more-or-less of a friend to Aran ever is Soda. They've been great drinking buddies since the dawn of time, and can be real with each other only when they're drunk as all hell. They don't want anything to do with each other when they're sober tho.

He, Glass Joe, and Don Flamenco are besties. They annoy the ever-living daylights out of each other, but they're hilarious when they hang out together.

Little Mac bc I read a fic where they became best buddies and it changed my brain chemistry, and Disco Kid bc I read a fic where the they were friends but it wasn't the main focus which also altered my brain chemistry

super macho man, aran loves messing w/ the guy while seeing him as an equal competitor. great tiger and piston hondo specifically are his prankster rivals and on friendlier terms w/ him that the rest of the WVBA. a combative personality WILL lend you some enemies, surprisingly.

I picture Aran as this outwardly abrasive guy- He let's as many people in as he let's those who wrong him go unpunished, which is to say little to none. He's got his reasons for cheating & while he won't share those reasons, it's a hill he's more than willing to die on. If you ever managed to get past the massive amount of walls he's put up, you'd find he's actually a very caring, creative, & intelligent person.

Here's my headcanon for why Aran cheats- Aran immigrated to the US as a child & his father passed away shortly after his sister was born- He becomes the breadwinner when his mother gets sick & now in order to support his family & cover their medical bills, he cheats & places illegal bets on his own fights. He keeps this fact increadibly close to his chest & absolutely hates asking for help.
