KIM HONGJOONG→ - this man will write you love songs - ballads, raps, hiphop, yada yada, he'll write songs about you in his freetime - you're on his mind 24/7 so he expresses his ideas with his writing! - depending on your native language, he'll learn it just for you. i def can see him wanting to learn every little thing about you because he loves you - he'll paint your nails for you :D - you once told him you were interested in starting fashion, so he began designing clothes with you - watching him work is amazing, he's kind of a workaholic - when hongjoong is exhausted from working in the studio, you'll sit with him, either sitting in his lap or just being there with him - your presence seems to wipe all the stress off of him - he loves compliments but gets so flustered when you compliment him back - "you're so cute, y/n..." "you're cuter, joongie!" "ohmygody/nstopit" - music brought you two together and it'll keep you two bonded - after he's done working on a few songs, he'll take you to the recording studio so you both can make demos for them!

PARK SEONGHWA→ - seonghwa is lowkey the prince of your dreams. - i know i know i KNOW if you're having a bad day, he'll hold you tight and sing to you, maybe your favorite songs - forehead kisses, making sure you're alright - i feel like out of all the members, he knows how to listen and comfort you - he will do anything that makes you happy. trust me. - "hi, lovey!" he is such a lovey-dovey man.... - bro is HEAD OVER HEELS in love with you!!! and isn't afraid to show it!!!!! - i know he's a sucker for when you call him "hwa," it makes him feel giggly or osmething - if seonghwa's away on tour, he always makes it a priority to call you every night - "dude, not right now, i'm trying to call y/n..." - he just wants to hear your voice, it helps him fall asleep.... you're just so comforting to him - tbh i see him as a little shy when he's with you because he sees you as this really really cool person - especially in front of the other members and they like to tease him - but (I WOULD HOPE) you're really sweet and always know how to make him feel better!

JEONG YUNHO→ - do dog cafes exist? because if so, that would be where you and him left - yunho would LITERALLY wake you up by singing that one song uhhh what's it called - "you are my sunshine / my only sunshine" idk - because yunho is so damn tall, he's kinda like your cuddle buddy - literally he will trap you in his chest while you two are together (big broad chest) - he's soft and gentle; head pats, small kisses everywhere and anywhere - maybe more likely on your neck??/ if that makes you uncomfy, he loves kissing your knuckles - OMG and that cringey thing like kissing your knuckles everytime he sees you - "good morning, princess" - princess treatment princess treatment princess treatment all from mr. jeong yunho!! - mingi finds it incredibly cringey but it's so funny.... he tells yunho to shut up but it never works in the end because yunho will simply kiss your lips to be quiet while you laugh - he loves pda and isn't afraid to show you off to the other members :) always will make you known, no matter what - "guys, this is my partner, y/n. say hi!"

KANG YEOSANG→ - depending on if you like to talk or not, you and yeosang will always be a pair, he listens to you and you listen to him :3 - he's also a little oblivious but it's kind of funny n cute - HELP he's def the most overprotective in terms of your safety - "Y/N, LOVE, I SWEAR-- DO NOT EAT THAT." - you and yeo would be the dumb/dumber duo (IM SORRY THIS IS JUST HOW I THINK OF IT) - you two can be roblox buddies!! - blind leading the blind.... - he likes to run his hands through your hair, maybe braid it (probably really badly.) - he will force you to watch the goofiest cartoons ever. - "y/n-y/n-y/n-y/n-y/n i wanna watch my little pony" or something (mlp is so good) 😭 - rainy day dates!!! - he def has the most atrocious .5s of you in his camera roll.... and vice versa - he's usually really quiet with you.... most of the time it'll just be you and him listening to music - yeosang is your biggest fan boy!! - profession or not, he'll always be cheering you on - "you're doing so good, baby!" and "i love you sososososo much"

CHOI SAN→ - babe. trust me. babe. - he likes to call you babe no matter the time, setting, blah blah blah. he over uses it so much that the members begin to like gag.... - babe and baby !! the other members dont mind baby as much but wooyoung will kick his balls if he says it too much - he loves hand placement. hand on the waist, hand on thighs, hands on butt COUGH COUGH COUGH - san always strives for your comfort! hes the kinda guy who knows what you like and dont like, so when he sees you're uncomfy, it's like a zap and boom- - "baby, you okay?" and if you aren't, "let's get outta here. it's not important." - he could be in the most important meeting of your life and would be more concerned about you!! - imagine late nights with san: romance, horror, comedy movies, whatever they might be, he just wants to stay up late - after the movie's over, you'll either watch another one or you'll simply talk about everything and nothing - cuddles. head on his chest, both of you maybe scrolling on your phones, sorta ignoring each other but enjoying each other's presence - he's very overprotective.... like touch her wrong and i'll beat u up idk - like yeosang, he likes rainy days. dates will involve just watching the rain and giggling stupidly

SONG MINGI→ - NOW IMAGINE THIS MAN MAKING YOU BREAKFAST IN BED - stumbling out of the kitchen in the morning, seeing mingi in the kitchen with his smile - "hi bubba, you hungry?" - I CAN SEE HIM AS BUBBA BECAUSE LIKE he thinks its funny - (me personally) calling him bubba back and pinching his cheeks which makes him giggle - mingi's definitely likes to keep your relationship more private - it'd probably be out there but i feel like he mostly keeps your activities to yourselves (unlike wooyoung.....) - he likes to press his forehead to yours and hold you close to him, mostly because he feels the connection... he likes listening to your heartbeat - so he likes laying on your chest!! he's often dozing off there..... - mingi likes to tease you a lot but always knows your limits, making sure that he doesn't cross any boundaries and accidentally hurting you - IF you have any sort of trauma and/or bad experiences in the past, he likes to listen and just let you vent - when he's writing songs for ateez, he likes to take you with him on the journey - especially if he's recording any new demos!! he'll take you to the recording studio, like hongjoong!!

JUNG WOOYOUNG→ - jung wooyoung is the goddamn most obnoxious person ever - like san, he likes to make it known that you n him are a thing, just not in that overprotective way - arm around your waist or shoulders, yapping to whoever - "hey guys have you met my lovely lovely partner...." - i personally don't see him as a nick/petname kinda guy but if i haddd to guess i would say probably one of those really cringey ones like cupcake..... oh he would def text like that - "hi cupcake" "open your door pls" LMAO - but most of the time he uses your name because he likes it ! - "Y-NNNNN!!" - i see him as a very good listener and somehow always giving the best advice when you need it - he loves spooning you because he gets worried you'd just vanish (idk i see it) but would lowk hold u tightly 😭 - one time he tried to cook for you but ended up setting the ateez stove on fire (hongjoong beat his ass) he wouldn't stop pouting so you forced him to cuddle!!! - yap sessions 24/7, especially if you like to yap - it'd be going back and forth LOL - he also learned how to braid hair for you!! depending if youre fem, masc, or anything else, he likes to braid hair and learned especially for you :)

CHOI JONGHO→ - i just know this man would call you honey - maybe even sweetie but i feel like he would call you honey more - "sweetie, have you eaten today?" jsjgdljklgjksdLJJLKGSADLJ - he would definitely be shy about using it in public, he's not too big on pda, but i think he would warm up to calling you honey/sweetie in front of the others - they lowk tease him and he gets flustered (what a cutueiiee) - even though he might not like touching, i have a feeling he would like cuddling in private - he loves those moments between just you and him - genuinely i can see his favorite date being the photobooths..... like imagine putting bear ears on him and that gummy smile of his jklldsgds :c - he loves to see you smile and laugh, so even if he despises the ears or whatever accessories you force on him, he can't help but laugh along because he loves to see you happy - if you're sad, he'll do all this goofy stuff just to make you smile - jongho, like all members, is constantly making sure you're okay, like "how did you sleep?" n "are you feeling okay?" - GENTLEMANnnNNN - karaoke nights are just filled with him singing you love songs - help i cant remember if he likes to cook but if he does he would cook (like mingi!!) - he likes forehead kisses. case closed.

Twst mlp AU | thoughts behind the designs

I made Leona an earth pony with a thicker build. Hes a square with sharp angles! Hes one of the first drawings I made for this ‘series’ so its a bit lackluster, but I wanted him to be nice and hairy. I gave him a more lion-like tail, and some jewelry from his culture. His ears are nicked and he has long, slightly tangled hair. He also has a lot of hair around his neck becuase he’s a lion! I gave him a color scheme vaguely resembling a lion as well. Also nice and hairy legs, i love to draw those on horses. His cutie mark is three claw marks over clouds of dust. There are multiple different meanings to this cutie mark.

Vil covers up his cutie mark for personal reasons, but its a spotlight shining behidn some curtains. I tried to give him a more ‘feminine’ look while also keeping sharper angles. I love his color scheme, and i made him a unicorn because I thought it fit perfectly. I considered making him an earth pony to really show how he works hard for everything and doesn’t take shortcuts, but in the end unicorn won. I might change it later though! I had to give him some elegant white spots too, because aesthetically it just clicked in my head. He has a purple bow and has his unique hair accessory in his bun. I gave him longer eyelashes, and instead of making his hair a blonde-purple gradient I made some locks purple.

Jamil!!! He’s one of my favorite designs. I know the obvious choice seems to make him a unicorn, but HEAR ME OUT ON PEGASUS JAMIL! It adds a lot of symbolism and extra layers I think, it’s very tragic. Plus, he looks pretty with wings. I gave him darker and greyer colors to portray his darker and jaded nature, and it’s a nice contrast to Kalim’s design. I tried to vaguely design him off of Arabian horses but it didn’t come through very well. Did you know that MLP has a race of horses called ‘Saddle Arabians’? I didnt and i think its absolutely hilarious. Jamil is also supposed to have bags attached to the thing around his waist, but I’m too lazy to draw them.. His cutie mark is an eye with the world as its pupil, and a snake curling behind it. I put a lot of thought into his cutie mark and I’m really happy with what I came up with! To me it has 4 different meanings! I kinda want to redraw Jamil because he looks so small compared to the others!

Kalim is a unicorn for even more delicious angst. His whole family is unicorns. He’d much rather be a pegasus, but at least he has the magic carpet! Jamil thinks it’s bullshit that Kalim can use magic AND can fly. I made Kalim’s colors more vibrant and yellow and lively. He wears lots of jewlery, has tattoos and is my favorite design of these four! He also took me the longest. His cutiemark is a sun or a coin with gems on it, and it has wings. This too has multiple meanings. I think in the Scalding Sands culture the snake jewelry was something the sorcerer of the sands, an alicorn, wore around his horn. Maybe the original was a magical artifact? Well, Kalim, and other people from the scalding sands, wear fakes to honor the sorcerer. Anyways, I made Kalim slightly hairier then Jamil to show how he’s softer and wilder.

Ok so i was a huge spn fan, it was a years long hpfx of mine, and i knew about the blue green destiel thing BUT i never associated it with destiel even while i was in the middle of the fandom on tumblr (yeas i also knew about larry) simply because it was too abstract for something biological?

Like yea yea the eyes are blue green and what about it? Why not brown black for the hair? Green tan for their clothes? Angel devil for their nature Ect its just not good enough imo like it was mixing 2 things that just didn't fit in my head

The mc skins fit and they are absurd enough that it works as a new interpretation of them (like all the fanart of them being other beings but always having the blue green motive!) , also added bonus of green being dreams eye color AND fave color, blue being one of the only colors george can even see and also being his fave color

It just works on multiple lvls and isnt tied to ONLY the biological aspect if that makes sense?

Soul Eater characters and their MLP Gen 4 equivalents

i will be disregarding all ships and familial relationships for this purely because it would make it WAY too complicated and this is my silly little haha. i already put too much thought into it, i cannot burden my mind with the restraint of familial and romantic relations.

first up, the main 7 characters. starting with the one who inspired this all:

Maka as Twilight Sparkle

she's got the wings, she's got the book smart, she's got the power of friendship on her side, it's perfect. this was all started b/c while rewatching the anime, we joked that Maka's dubbed voice sounded like Twilight. this one is the strongest comparison, it gets worse from here.

Soul as Spike

no offense to Soul, but he's usually secondary to Maka most of the time. snarky, sassy, and often asking questions. also, his name is Spike, Soul's got spiky hair, it makes sense.

Black☆Star as Rainbow Dash

cocky, proud, super strong, fast, and blue!! a lot of their development revolves around like valuing other people (Black☆Star is more about like,,,, becoming his own person but y'know) also they both have scratchy voices.

Tsubaki as Fluttershy

calm and mild mannered, but also on occasion has the ability to go apeshit. befriends someone who is quite strong and obnoxious that most characters find annoying.

Death the Kid as Rarity

obsessive about appearances and has a particularly fancy way of talking. pale?? distinctive hair. makes sense.

Patty as Pinkie Pie

no explanation necessary.

Liz as Apple Jack

older sister figure! blonde and realistic, kinda tough and used to having to work for stuff (though Liz doesn't have to do it too much anymore now that she and patty are chilling w/ Kid) also, AJ was the only one left of the mane 6 lol.

Crona as Princess Luna

obviously the moon connection, duh. dark aesthetic, doesn't understand other people, and gets kinda possessed by madness!! which leads into my next choice

Kishin Asura as Nightmare Moon

evil!! but also because they were a bit misunderstood. spreads their powers across the entire world. possesses someone who is also part of them. lives on the moon.

Lord Death as Princess Celestia

tall and a god figure, but also kind of royalty? super OP but also we barely get to see them fight or use their powers ever so that our lovely main characters can be the ones to defeat the big bad. questionable morals at times.

crazy ass bitch!! tall and a slightly concerning amount of people simp for them. looks stitched together, stuff sticking out of their heads.

there's three of them and they are inseparable. do not separate them. Kilik can be Sweetie Belle b/c he's standing in the middle.

I can't draw horses, I didn't have a MLP phase to hone those skills like everyone else here but I got you.

His name would be like Dream Catcher or Cozy Quilt or something but people call him Hypnos because he has a name tag on that reads "HYPNOS" in big lettering and won't answer to anything else. His cutey mark is a poppy flower with 'zzz' surrounding it or pillows and poppies or something really cute like that... He is usually actively sitting or laying down so his cloak covers his whole body.... Las he always is picking poppy petals out of his hair (he slept in his garden before waking up...)

I think he'd be a pegasus or, if I can be cringe fail, and alicorn just because he definitely NEEDS wings but I think the magic would be so cool too...

He's always like sleeping and has to be woken up and lifts the mask over his head like "huh? whuh?' (sobs). He works in the Hades town hotel as the main guest attendant as a favor to his family but really just wants to go nap

Howdy! Excuse me if this is a bit much to ask, but I had a question for plushie advice!

I tossed my horse in the wash and without thinking I also tossed him in the dryer on regular heat! It frayed his hair and made it tightly curled up all together and I feel bad for hurting his mane. :(

Is there a way I could relax his hair, perhaps condition it and comb it out? What would you recommend?

I honestly didn't know how to answer this, so I asked my mum what she thought. She gave me the following suggestions for you to try:

Wet the affected areas with warm water (not hot, just warm)

Work some hair conditioner into it

If it feels like it's starting to loosen, get the shower head and rinse it off and try to comb it through

That might work, but because it's synthetic the heat will have damaged it, but it's still worth a try

It also occurred to me that it might be somewhat similar to MLP hair. I Googled 'restoring My Little Pony hair' and a ton of results came up, so that might also be worth a shot- certainly it wouldn't hurt!

I haven't even watched the new MLP movie, I don't even think I can, it makes me so depressed. All my favorite ponies are dead. I didn't even finish the last season of G4 because the show kind of turned to garbage. But I saw how it ended, and I hated seeing them all old. It's sad, I just wanted it to be open ended with it implied they continue to go on lots of adventures. But it ended with them old, Rarity was already greying, Pinkie had a canon kid, Spike turned into a hideous abomination, and Twilight was gonna outlive all her friends. I hate it. MLP was a comfy show and it made me happy, but it ended up just being depressing.

And it's not just the Mane 6 that are long dead, it's all the hundreds of background ponies that are dead!

Derpy Hooves my beloved, she means so much to me, I love her so much. But she's dead and gone. All the background six, everyone!!! THEY'RE ALL DEAD!! So many ponies DEAD!!

And they're replaced with this.

They are not aesthetic.

I just, really don't care for these designs. They all have the same eyes, and almost human looking faces. It's kind of uncanny valley. I don't like the hair either, it's so uninspired. There are so many unique hair designs on the g4 ponies. I mean besides color, cutie mark and slight eye variations that was the main way to show characterization. You could show what kind of personality they had with the design of the hair.

With Twilight, you got a very clean straight cut, orderly, it gives you the impression she a nerdy bookish type just by looking at her.

Pinky Pie, curly, bubbly bouncy curls, shows she's a very fun and exciting pony.

Rarity, elegant, styled and fabulous. You can tell she cares about her looks and is the stylish one.

Fluttershy, long and flowing, covering her face a bit. Gives her a delicate appearance and makes her seem shy.

Rainbow Dash, messy unstyled rainbow hair, makes her seem wild and adventurous.

Applejack, it's tied back and she's wearing a hat, obviously she works a lot, and spends a lot of time outside.

The color of them also relates to their personality, purple is mysterious, elegant and magical, blue and rainbow is cool and exciting, pink is fun and bubbly, orange is warm and strong, yellow and pink is soft and comforting. The colors and hair give off strong characters tells just by looking at them.

I could go on, about so many other ponies too.

But with these new ponies, I really can't infer much about them.

The unicorn has long, wavy, princess like hair, her color scheme also gives me princess vibes, she just looks like a bit of a quirky princess.

The orange one, has her hair tied back and braided, she looks kind of adventurous I guess, sort of nerdy, idk, I'm just not getting much from her.

The purple pegasus kind of gives me Rarity vibes. Sort of. I don't know. She looks very rich, she's got the gold hair piece and gold hooves going on

The other pegasus just looks like toothpaste, she just looks like someone took a tube a toothpaste and squeezed a dab of it out on her head, I hate it. That color pink with that color streak?? What were they thinking, it does not clash well together. But she just looks like the Rainbow Dash type one, or just a butch lesbian pegasus, idk, I just really don't like her design.

The you have the male earth pony. He just looks like, the dude, the guy, the bro, I really can't tell much of his personality just by looking at him, there's not much to go on.

I don't like them, I really don't. In g4 there are so many well designed ponies. Most of the background ponies have great designs. But for this, all of the main characters look so generic. I wish it was better, I really do. Maybe it's because of the 3d, I really don't care for it, they look like weird pony human hybrids, it makes me uncomfortable. The eyebrows kind of help make them look a little too human like in the face. They're just one smaller nose away from looking like Elsa.

I just miss the mane 6 so much, I wish the show hadn't ended the way it did and I wish this new generation took place in a different dimension or something. Everything the mane 6 did was all for nothing, Twilight's legacy completely gone. All my favorite ponies: dead.

My heart is broken. I know it's all fictional but still, those ponies meant a lot to me.

Blather Two:  Tiffy Fix It

2am, when I should be sleeping, something hit me.

I have undiagnosed chronic pain and chronic fatigue. I don’t need a doctor to charge me a few thousand dollars and take up years of my time that I don’t have to tell me that I have those problems, though it would help to narrow it down.

I am consistently overwhelmed with house upkeep to the point that nothing gets done because the moment I’m left alone I shut down and go into recovery mode.

I was laying there last night with all of the repairs I need to do running through my head.

recaulk the rest of the master bathroom since we put off a renovation - maybe try to get a bit of quarter round for the shower and Son’s tub to make doing that easier in the future

strip and reseal all of the windows AGAIN.... all 20+ of them

paint the closets x4 - have to gut them first, install new shelving?

paint the pantry - need shelf liners to keep the paint nicer longer

paint the office - need help removing the heavy furniture

paint the kitchen

recaulk the counters in the kitchen

finish the basement stairs

change out the upstairs air filters but maybe I’ll wait until the downstairs is ready, too, and do it all at once

move that off-gassing furniture out of the basement bathroom and put it out for trash

literally all of the quarter round in the house needs installed properly, caulked, and painted

I was also thinking about how That Guy makes me fix everything.

No help. No resources. Just, “Tiffy, fix it.” and I’m expected to get a job (somehow, without a car), pay for my own food, get my own car, and pay him rent.

On the one hand, I don’t resent having to learn how to do these things. It’s not a bad thing to know how to reseal windows and caulk a bathroom and clean the carpets and and and, and if I end up with my own place, it’ll save me a lot of money.

On the other I need help. Not more responsibilities. Not more physical labor. Not more condemnation if I don’t get it all done.

And, in addition to everything, I’m trying to work on ponies or sell off my dolls so I CAN get a car, get a job, and fucking leave.

This kind of thing keeps me up at night.

But then, in addition to ALL of that, and dragging me down even more, my hobbies are turning into the same thing. I am doing it to myself, too.

I can’t seem to get MLP that just need their hair done. That’s what I like doing, the hair. Not destaining, not trying to work with the damnable airbubbles (more bubbly ponies came in yesterday), not rustbutt, not rehair. I just want to make the hair they have nice. Tiffy fix it.

I have dolls all over the floor in the basement to be sorted and purged. Tiffy fix it.

I have headless BJD bodies, bodies that need maintenance and cleaning, dolls that need restringing, dolls that need new faceups, better wigs, better clothes, need shoes, need to store and sort the clothes for them. Tiffy fix it.

I’m tired of fixing.

I'm going to share two stories...

1.) The Four Victims Case

I often roleplay with a friend I have here on Tumblr. Our stories and characters often have crossovers and the like. But sometimes...things don't go as I planned it would.

Dovah was hosting a celebration for the birth of her firstborn, Raven, in her plane of Oblivion, Gaard. She decided to invite everyone from both parties (my characters and my friend's OCs) to the welcome party. But before anything good happened, one of my friend's OCs named Cooper decided it was a great idea to threaten Alduin and Dovah about the whereabouts of his friends. Long story short, Dovah and my personas were kidnapped by the SCP Foundation, Raven's first birthday was ruined, and Dovah & Alduin were emotionally scarred for the rest of the time.

Now, Raven had a prophecy to start when she becomes 20. But before that, after Dovah was released from the Foundation, she went back to Gaard to check on her family. Only to find Raven was kidnapped, and then Dovah was promptly locked inside of her home dimension by mysterious force of evil. Nora, Rubí, Jester and Joana were helping evacuate Tamriel due to a monster invasion. Cardmaster, another one of my friend's OCs, decided to join them after everyone was safely evacuated into another dimension. When he realised none of his friends were there (my group asked them nicely to enter, and CM'S friends being hotheaded individuals, they didn't listen and died trying to fight the horde of monsters), CM beat up the four women out of anger. And I'm talking about slamming Nora into Rubí, beating up Jester into a bloody pulp and breaking her windpipe, and almost turning Joana into roadkill. It was that bad that Ana had to interfere. CM, after calming down to "defeat" Ana (she wasn't even losing), he healed my characters. They were in shock, and didn't know how to respond to the man who just nearly killed them. And everything just went to shit downwards after that...

Just talking and remembering about this now makes me feel sick. But it's my fault because I didn't just stop my friend right then and there. I hate myself for it everyday since.

2.) The Incident at the Temple of Anox

Holy frick, this one left me pissed for days!

My friend and I often bring cannon characters into out stories. Mostly as friends or spouces of our characters. And I wish I could have said something when my friend decided to bring in Team Avatar from ATLA...

During another RP session with some other friends, I was roleplaying Yorata, Anox and Penny (Harmony wasn't made yet). After a hour or two of letting our characters get to know each other, Anox made the decision to invite her new "friends" to her temple in Japan (the worst mistake of my life, I made). After a watching a argument, she waits for them at her temple, letting a few snake spys to lead the others there. They arrived at the wrong time. A farmer had brought his daughter to Anox to join her worshipers. Only everyone else thought the girl was going to be sacrificed or something worse. In the chat, I was screaming at my friend trying to tell him not to make the Gaang enter, but he decided to make them enter, anyway. After ignoring every sign to urge the group to leave the Temple, and ignoring the fact that they are entering private property without permission, they got to the temple. Every girl there was armed ready to murder the Gaang, but Anox stopped them, telling the Gaang to leave. They (finally) did, but Toph decided to sneak in at night," just to make sure nothing bad was happening". She ended up alerting everyone at the temple, and when her girlfriend, Levinia, realized she was in danger (she wasn't), she threatened Anox with flooding her temple. Now THAT traumatized Anox with the thought that her Children of Luck would get killed in the process. So she ordered the girls to let Toph go. For the next few days/weeks/months, Anox became depressed, ashamed to face the world. She didn't want to be in anything our group did, giving all of her free time and attention to her daughters that were almost taken away from her.

When I first created Mora, I felt every inch of my body boil with anger and frustration. Mora is a physical manifestation of that stress and trauma Anox had to go through, with her only thoughts being spiteful and angry towards the Gaang.

After everything that happened to Anox, I kept feeling urges to just delete my account and go under a new identity. I can't stress enough that everytime I look at something Avatar related I feel this sudden pain in my chest. Like I want to take my anger out on someone. But I can't undo everything that happened in the past. And yes, there are more terrible events that happened, but those two are my biggest regrets.

part one contents: aj and big mac are like. 13 and 15. big mac realizes she is a trans woman, and is guided by applejack, but there is much more to it than just that lol. its also a little hard for her. sappy, feel-good, tough internal conflict but overall happy fic. paragraph one is previewed here, the rest is below the cut! disclaimer: there is no transphobia in this fic lmao im not gonna write abt horse transphobia. this is a feel good. but cw for fear of outing (note: i am aware my blog makes posts a little hard to read bc of a glitch, i am trying to fix it at the moment, i apologize D: i rec reading it on tumblr mobile or highlighting the words as you read, im sorry!) paragraph one: The wind whispered lovingly, cooling little Big Mac and Applejack's drowsy heads. A time like this in a young pony's life can be very confusing, something the two of them had grown to be very familiar with. Applejack rested his backside against the trunk of one of his family's old apple trees, if they had no where else to take solace, at least they had the orchard and each other's company, he thought. It felt nice, having this little secret kept safe by somepony you knew would protect it, and who still cared about you just the same. "If nopony accepts us, at least we have each other. I don't care if it's just you and me, Big Mac, we'll be jus' fine." Applejack stated in a soft voice, breaking the silence. He was accepting of his circumstances, no matter how they turned out. As long as him and his sister ended up okay. And again, he was sure they would. Big Mac smiled and folded her hooves neatly, "Eeyup."

Applejack worked his fluffy hooves through Big Mac's mane, doing his absolute best to make the fine ginger hair into a braid. He wanted to do something nice for his sister, something to celebrate her bravery and courage in realizing - and telling - Applejack, and he wanted her to feel nice in her own body, even if she couldn't change much right now, or for a while. No matter how small the act, Big Mac was especially grateful. Nobody had ever treated her like this, on purpose at least, like she was a mare. And every chance Applejack could sieze he would do just that, remind her that was what, *who* she was. "So, Big Mac, what do you reckon I call you now?" With that her eyes widened, and her brows furrowed, it caught her off guard. "Like...my name? I didn't know I could change my name..." she let out, slightly confused, a tender hoof raising to her chin as she thought hard. "Yeah!" AJ beamed, not straying from his tedious work. Big Mac, still lying down, started shuffling her hooves again. "Well... I always thought if I were a girl my name would be something pretty, which I mean, I am a girl and all, but I don't feel very pretty ever," she admitted disheartened. "You're plenty pretty! You're an Apple! You wouldn't say Ma or Granny wasn't pretty, would you?" Applejack pointed out, gesturing absentmindedly in the air with his hooves, then promptly returning back to his work, being sure to keep a steady hoof. "Well... Nope." Big Mac blurted awkwardly, pursing her lips. "But-" she began. "No 'but's'!" Applejack interjected, "You're an Apple, and a dang pretty one!" Applejack closed his eyes and lifted his head proudly, putting his non-dominant hoof against his puffed chest, "Look at me, I'm an Apple and I'd say I'm awful handsome, just like Pa!" he said with an endearing foal-like passion and certainty. He chuckled, his cheeks growing slightly cherry as he let out a tiny chuckle, and got back to his work, about a quarter way down the locks. Big Mac grinned slightly, "I suppose," and tapped her hooves together shyly, playing with the grass falling between them. "You know, I always did think my mane was a little long for a stallion," she laughed playfully, diverting from the subject and trying to reassure herself. She went to touch her mane, and was swiftly batted away by Applejack's quick hoof, "Nuh-uh Big Mac, I'm workin' here. Don't go touchin' it now," he said sternly but still non-maliciously. He just wanted it to look perfect for his big sister, he wanted her to be proud, and feel as pretty as she could. Applejack wanted to know how it felt to look pretty, too, but in the way he'd always dreamed of. He wondered often if he'd ever get the blessing of such a wonderful feeling. "Applejack, do you ever wish you were born a colt?" Big mac asked genuinely, still a little unsure of what Applejack was feeling, but knowing there was solidarity in it somewhere, she just had to understand it a little more. "Well - not really," Applejack spat out, his eyes looking away from his busy hooves, and quickly darting back to them before he drifted off in fantasy. He thought about it for a second, and still felt strange. "I wasn't really born a filly or a colt... or anything, I think, I was just born me. And I wouldn't really have it any other way. Sure, I mean, maybe I'd like shorter hair or somethin', or a uh," he struggled to find the words in his young foal vocabulary, "maybe if my nose was a little more colt-ish I'd be happy. But I think I'm pretty happy with me now. I do hope when I'm older my voice is a little better, though. I can't really do much though," he sighed dismissively. He continued, "I don't ever really feel too bad about who I am... I think I just feel happy about who I am. When I see myself as not a colt and not a filly, just a foal, a pony, it makes me real happy-like. But, I don't get too sad unless people are real serious about calling me a filly. I do get sad sometimes though, when I look too much like a filly to other people..." As Applejack placed an orchard blossom in Big Mac's hair, tucked snug and safe behind her ear, a thought went through Big Mac's head. "Applejack!" she jumped up, the rush of movement startling him, who was so concentrated seconds prior. "Let's give you a haircut! It'll be like how you braided my hair for me, we can cut yours!" Applejack nervously rubbed his elbow, then raising his hoof lightly beneath his muzzle, and he began to sweat. "Well, I, what if Ma and Pa don't like it?" Big Mac thought hard as Applejack grimaced, "Well, we can hide it with one of Pa's hats, an' I'm sure they won't mind," she suggested happily. Applejack considered briefly, just for a moment, the downsides of it all. He then immediately turned them all away and smiled so hard his eyes shut, stomping his front hooves against the ground up and down, "Okay, let's do it Big Mac!" As they galloped back to the barn, Applejack had suddenly realized he was so surprised with how much Big Mac had been talking, she never seemed so excited to talk about anything, and he realized how much this all meant to her. It meant a lot to him, too. Especially that his sister was so supportive while still knowing so little, but in her defense, he didn't know much either. It was a very special feeling, he thought to himself, very pleased. They skidded to a halt clumsily as they reached the doors to the barn. Foal-ishly peeking through the front windows, they realized it was only Granny and baby Bloom home, their parents must be out. They looked at each other, grinning, and cantered to the back, sneaking inside through the back door. When they made it to the bathroom, Applejack noted Big Mac looked a little worn out, wearing a tired look on her face. She figured all this chattiness probably made her sister a little exhausted. He shot a reassuring patended Sibling glance at her telling her all she needed to know, not needing words. Big Mac let out a gentle smile. She helped her little brother reach the cabinet above the sink, reaching the scissors that were so high up it took them both working together to reach. Applejack had a slight doubt in his mind, his parents probably didn't want him touching the scissors by himself, did they? But he had his big sister with him, and it had to be done! Nopony else would, and only they understood. Applejack balanced shakily with two hooves on Big Mac's back, warily reaching one back hoof up onto the sink, as he balanced with his two front hooves against the edge of the cabinet. He grasped the scissors between his teeth, and brashly jumped down, just barely missing a potential accident, even though they both knew better than to jump around with scissors, they threw caution to the wind regardless. Applejack happily put his front hooves on the rim of the sink, tapping them and bopping his little head, he looked at his big sister, who began working at his hair. Big Mac chopped with a great lack of care, playfully snipping one strand then the next. Applejack beamed the whole time, simply happy to have it happen, plan or not. Big Mac frequently spun around him, balancing on three hooves and sometimes getting in so close that she held his face with one hoof, his hair with another, and cut with the scissors firm in her mouth. Applejack's body relaxed completely and was kicking and rearing with every cut, wiggling and happily holding his front hooves together and constantly swishing his head from side to side to check how it looked, one side fell to his muzzle, and the other to his chin. He smiled bigger than ever before. With the final snip, Big Mac dropped the scissors carelessly to the tile below. She gently grasped Applejack's chin and turned her sibling's head forward to face the mirror, and his mouth immediately fell agape, his jaw slack, and his eyes slowly widening with the purest joy there ever was. He cupped his hooves to his mouth, removing them, turning his head to the side, and then fixing himself and putting his hooves to his open mouth once again. He felt a soft tug in his throat and his chest, and he couldn't control the watering in his eyes, "Big Mac!!" his voice cracked. "Yes Applejack?" the filly said apprehensively, fearing that she had done something wrong. "Oh Big Mac, oh my gosh I love it so so much!!" He bucked and whinnied, spinning in circles, his once-flowing tail too short to trip over now, and the euphoria of it all was the most overwhelming emotion little Applejack had ever felt. The tugging became so immense he couldn't ignore it, and he acknowledged it by leaping onto Big Mac with a hearty hug, squeezing her tight as his little arms could, and he rubbed his muzzle into her neck. Big Mac politely pushed her hoof between her neck and AJ's hoof, making sure he didn't squeeze too tight, struggling slightly to breathe. This foal was definitely a strong one. "Thank you so much big sis!!! I feel so great!!" he neighed, stepping back, one hoof raised wiping his immense wave of tears. The feeling of euphoria shot through his body in a rush, showing itself in the form of a tiny but powerful hop, as he lifted his legs into the air and threw them around. Applejack rushed back to the mirror, urging Big Mac to come look as well, as she didn't quite see herself yet with her hair "done all proper-like." Big Mac's face became pale, as she felt the rush of a thousand different emotions. The paranoia became astounding again, what if she didn't like how she looked as a filly? What if she still didn't feel right? What if it wasn't - Her thoughts were abruptly cut short by Applejack tugging her over, knowing her sister just sometimes needed a push in the right direction. "Lookie Big Mac!!" he placed his arm cheerfully around her, wrapping it over her back. Big Mac's eyes were glued shut, and she only bashfully peeked one eye open because curiosity would've ate her alive otherwise, and deep down she knew she had to see herself eventually. She uncovered her hoof from her eye, and opened both of them slowly. Her mouth opened ever so slightly, and she wasn't even aware she had stopped breathing, her eyes fluttered up and down the braided locks, along with her heart, and her eyes landed on the blossom in her ear. She couldn't speak, her throat clogged up from such elation. She felt the choking once again, but it wasn't like before, this feeling was quite welcoming actually. It rushed from her throat up to her head, and took her breath away. The sobbing ebbed at her cheeks right away, and she turned to look at her brother. As they spoke with lack of words, they stared with inordinate graditude. As Big Mac smoothly turned back to the mirror, Applejack stomped all his hooves again, one after the other with no apparent order or care, shaking his head in a frenzy as his ears twitched and he smiled a mile wide. He finally felt *pretty.* Big Mac watched herself adoringly, for the first time ever, and felt this acceptance and understanding of herself coursing through her veins with a confidence she'd never had. She blushed, and her ears fell downward, a small smile creeping onto her face. "Applejack," she whispered softly, as if she were too worried the world would hear her secrets. Applejack peered closer with wide, curious eyes, "Yeah Big Mac?" he whispered back. "My name.." she mumbled. Applejack raised his eyebrows, captivated, as Big Mac slowly lifted her hoof to the blossom behind her ear. "Blossom?" Applejack stated inquisitively, before Big Mac could shake her head AJ corrected himself, "Orchard Blossom!" he exlaimed, leaning back and jumping in the air, "Oh big sis, that's so pretty!! I love it so much!!" Orchard Blossom nervously gestured for him to keep it down, as he was prone to being unaware of his volume control. Applejack embarassedly covered his mouth with a shy smile, "Oops, sorry big sis." he cleared his throat, "Orchard Blossom!!" he yell-whispered, the excitement shining through him, he stamped his tiny hooves and clapped them together in celebration. "That's so pretty, Orchard Blossom!" Applejack told her earnestly, loving the new name. "I don't think I want a new name, but I'm really happy ya found one you like!" "Orchard Blossom, Orchard Blossom, Orchard Blossom!" Applejack repeated, playfully prancing in circles, excited by the sight of his short tail, he spun even faster. "What's all that commotion in there? Applejack? Big Mac? Are ya in there?" they heard through the shut door, hoofsteps gradually approaching, painstakingly slow but steady. Both of them felt their hearts drop from their chest as they froze, unable to even fathom moving. How would they explain any of this? Applejack hurried to clean up desperately, brushing the hair together with his hooves, coldly sweating from his brow as he frantically hurried to remove any evidence. He stopped mid-sweep to quickly shove his father's hat on his head, which slumped immediately and blocked his vision. "Oh dangit Blossom, Pa's hat's too big! I can't see!!" Orchard Blossom was still unmoving, sheer panic stopping her very breaths. Applejack felt the tugging in his throat rise up again as he began whimpering.

   The morning sun shimmered through Valiance Ascalon’s window. The large pale horse finished packing her briefcase and donned her metallic purple and gold armor. Her parents, a large albino shire and a dusty unicorn, awaited her along with the whole town of Salo at its entrance for Valiance’s departure.

   “... And remember to mind your manners, she is generous, but easily disrespected.” Valiance’s mother, the unicorn, warned as she stood on her back legs to give her daughter one final hug.

   “I know, Ma. You’ve told me several times.” Valiance replied warmly, returning the hug.

   “Don’t you forget about us either, write to us when you get the chance.” her father, the shire, said gruffly.

   “Yes, Pa, I knooow.” Valiance teasingly replied as she also gave him one more hug, “I’ll be sure to write to you as soon as I get settled.”

   “Hey, Valiance!” called a young colt who squeezed his way through the crowd, “I heard you’re going to Canterlot to work for Celestia. You better be nice, or she’ll have ya flailed!”

   “Junior!” the colt’s mother barked, slapping him in the back of the head.

   “Ow! What’d I do?! I was only telling her the truth!” the colt yelped, rubbing his head.

   Valiance chuckled, adjusting her helmet on before kneeling to the colt, “Thanks for the warning, but I think I’ll be ok.” She gave his mane a good ruffling before rising to her hooves. Within a few short strides, all she ever knew was behind her. Then, for one last time, she looked back to the town and proudly declared, “Hail Celestia!”

   “Hail Celestia!” cheered the villagers as they watched Valiance make her leave and waved goodbye.

   The town of Salo was located on the dryer half of the Hayseed Swamps where its residents lived in relative isolation for generations. Its closest neighbor was Dodge Junction, and even then, the walk Valiance had traversed, had taken from dawn to the early afternoon. It wasn’t the first time she had visited the junction for its train station, however, this time was different. Whether it was with her parents, with her classmates, or helping any of the local farmers deliver goods, Valiance had seen her fair share of mainland Equestria, if but briefly and never alone.

   Butterflies aggressively fluttered in her chest once she sat down in her seat on the train. The pony adjacent to her only quickly flipped through his paper as she attempted to gain his attention.

   “Sorry,” Valiance blurted out, “I’m quite nervous, it’s the first time I’m riding the train alone, heh, what about you?”

   The business pony shot her a look with half opened eyes, “Lady, it’s my job.” He flipped his paper to shield himself from the bizarre mare, yet her striking size and armor left his curiosity to be satisfied. Closing his eyes and taking in a sharp sigh, he threw his paper to his side and asked, “So what's your story?”

   Though the stallion could not see her face underneath her helmet, a gleam in Valiance’s eyes shimmered and a smile grew on her lips, “Oh! I am on my way to Canterlot to serve no other than Princess Celestia herself!”    “That explains the getup, but why would you wanna do something like that?”

   “Why wouldn’t I? What could be more meaningful in life than serving Celestia herself?”

   The stallion paused for a moment before lightly chuckling, “I get it now. You’re one of those cultists, aren’t you?”

   Valiance gasped, “I-I beg your pardon? A cultist?”

   “Yeah, every couple of years some loons come outta the woodwork sacrificing foals in the name of Celestia. It makes sense too, since you’re here at Dodge Junction. You probably swam outta the Hayseed Swamps, didn’t you?”

   “Well… yes. But I assure you, we’re not cultists. And we don’t sacrifice fillies. How could you say that to someone you just met?”

   “Hey, don’t worry about it.” He smiled while patting her shoulder, “I’m a cultist too. There’s a bunch of freaks and weirdos like us in the city. You’ll feel right at home.”

   Valiance sunk deep into her seat, regretting opening her mouth. As the stallion returned to his paper with a comforted smile, Valiance hoped her new acquaintance's words were exaggerated.

   It was late afternoon when the train had finally reached Canterlot. The cultist gave a friendly wave as Valiance rushed off trying not to look back. She quickly looked towards the station’s clock and noted, ‘I better grab a room so I can hurry to the military signup office before it closes.’ She briskly booked a room in the closest hotel she came across and rushed to the castle. With five minutes to spare, Valiance slammed the door open to the enlistment office.

   “Excuse me, there’s no need to cause a ruckus.” the front desk pony insisted as he shuffled a stack of papers, “How can I help you?”

   “I’m so sorry, but I didn’t want to wait until tomorrow to sign up.” Valiance panted, removing her helmet.

   “Eager to enlist? Never heard of that before. Well, here’s the papers, be sure to read thoroughly and don’t pretend like we didn’t warn you.” the secretary grunted as he handed Valiance a stack of documents.

   Valiance thought to herself aloud, “Wow, who would’ve thought it was so easy.”

   “That’s what they all say.” the secretary winked, “Let me know how it goes in a month. They always beg to get out.”

   Valiance’s signature sealed her fate in every document and with a smile stamped across her face, no less. Her stomach was tingling in excitement as the secretary looked over her papers.

   “Welcome to the royal army, soldier.” the secretary remarked while stamping her documents, “You’re in luck, the next boot camp starts up in a few days. Here’s a card of where it will be and what time. Don’t be late, cause we’ll find you if you are.”

   Valiance took the card while she giggled and jumped in place. Just that morning, she was back at home, and now she was working for the God Princess herself. Suddenly, she stopped, “Won’t I need a physical and mental examination of some sort?”

   “Sure. But that’ll come when boot camp starts. Not to mention, you look healthy enough. But between you and me, everypony gets accepted. Where do you think the masked guards come from?” the secretary asked as he leaned in closer, “Just don’t ask them about that. In fact, don’t ask them anything, ever. Don’t talk to them.”

   Valiance tightened her lips, “Thank you. I’ll, uh, be sure to keep that in mind.” Slowly she backed out of the office, wishing the secretary a goodnight, and into the evening air. With the amber glow of her magic, she wrapped her mane up as tightly as she could before placing her helmet back on. Despite the secretary’s warnings, Valiance didn’t feel any less enthusiastic about her success. She stretched and cracked her neck, wanting nothing more than to grab a quick bite to eat before heading back to her hotel room for some much needed rest. Thinking back to past field trips as a filly, she recalled the castle garden also led to the entrance and began to make her way through there as a shortcut.

   Inside, beautiful plants of nearly every kind flourished. Contrastly, horribly disfigured marble statues with faces of pure fear and agony drew the eye from every direction. ‘I don't remember the sculptures in the garden being so… what was it? Avant-garde?’ Valiance thought as she looked at a statue of a goblin-like creature mooning her, a lone pigeon sitting right on its exposed bottom.

   "They say that my work inspired the art of Jeffrey Dahmare." A low voice echoed from behind. Valiance froze at the sound and slowly turned to face the source. Towering over even her, hair glistening in the colors of day, stood the God Princess, Celestia. A confident smirk graced her lips, “Do you like it, Pale One?”

   Before Valiance’s knees could buckle from Celestia’s poise, she kneeled and lowered her head, “Your majesty, it’s an honor to be in your presence.”

   “I couldn’t help but be drawn towards your armor. It’s a vintage design. Where do you come from?”

   “The village of Salo, ma’am.”

   “Salo, you say? My, it has been a long time since someone mentioned that name. One of the few populations I needed not show force for their cooperation. Your people’s naivete is amusing, however, your innocence is admirable to an extent.”

   Valiance held her breath, unsure of the princess’ intentions behind her statement. Yet, after a moment, she replied with slight shakiness, “Much obliged, your majesty.”

   “Tell me, why are you here, Pale One?” Celestia asked.

   “As you said, our devotion to you is as strong today as when Salo was founded. To serve and to die for you would be my greatest honor.” Valiance replied humbly, “Today, I signed up for the royal army, in hopes of bringing glory to you, and the ponies of Salo.”

   Celestia’s eyes narrowed and her grin grew wider. After a few moments of silence, Celestia turned away towards the castle. As she departed she called back to Valiance, “I expect nothing but the best from my soldiers.”

   When Celestia left the premise, Valiance sprinted out of the castle grounds, heart pounding, and mind racing. Rushing to her hotel room, she threw off her armor, leapt onto her bed, and screamed into her pillow. Not a more perfect day could’ve existed for Valiance and in a few days her dream of servitude would begin.

   Before then, Valiance pulled out a pen and paper and began a letter to home about her first day in Canterlot.

While I start crying again, real talk, I'm surprised that since the beginning, Yona was willing to change her lifestyle just to be there for Sandbar at the dance. Not just that, but she has wanted to be among the ponies and this admiration for being among them even tho she’s a yak has been subtly shown with some of her previous appearances like her looking up to Rockhoof or trying to be more humble and soft spoken around everyone in a particular episode. Shows that even though she comes from a heavily prideful race, she represents the side of them that gladly wants to ally with others but has a hard time doing so with the differences in culture.

Also, I’m glad Sandbar is better utilized here than in previous appearances where he’s more oblivious and air-headed in reading the room.

Moral of the story? Besides Yona is still the best by being herself? Well, you generally don’t have to accommodate your style for the sake of someone else, even if traditions speaks otherwise. I’m glad Rarity and the others recognized their mistake yet the episode understood that it was never of forced/ill intention for Yona generally wanted this herself. And in the end, Sandbar was there for her to provide her the just validation she deserves and it ended nicely with everyone celebrating the dance her way, giving her the chance to proudly be herself. Already my favorite episode of the season, hands. Down.

All characters of my Star vs the Forces of Evil next gen so far! This is the post that contains all their bios and trivia.

Now onto introductions!

From (your) left to (your) right, we have:

Katrina: one of the many children of Buff Frog (aka Yvgeny Bulgolyubov) and a very smart/talented fighter. She spends much of her day working out, and since the monsters have found more peace on Mewni, she's joined the Butterfly royal guard in a sort of integration program.

Meteora: formerly the villain Miss Heinous, Meteora received a second chance at life when she was reborn. She was raised by her mom Eclipsa and dad Globgor, and while they ruled Mewni after the issues of the true Butterfly bloodline and monster vs Mewman were settled, Meteora eventually decided to give the throne back to Star Butterfly. She now acts as an adviser and tutor to Star's children, and may or may not have a crush on Marco Jr.

Marco Jr: the next son of Angie and Rafael Diaz, Marco Jr (aka MJ) has grown up surrounded by magic and mayhem. He's gotten used to it though, and even joins his older brother Marco on his trips back to Mewni. He is a very chill and relaxed person, much more than his brother, and enjoys going where the winds take him. He has a strong talent in music, and may or may not have a crush on Meteora.

Harleen: the eldest daughter of Foolduke and Ruberiot, she's grown up with her mother's sense of humour and her father's performance skills. She loves clowning around and often does comedic clown routines, and while a little destructive with an affinity for chaos, she has a good heart.

Aloe: a little shy and kind of awkward, Aloe is the eldest son of Slime and Princess Spiderbite. As he is half-slime monster, he oozes a lot of slime and this often causes him to be rather clumsy. He's not the most commanding of princes, but he's very sweet and can always find the good in others.

Coloratura aka Rara: musically talented, this unicorn from the Cloud Kingdom is famed for her songs and performances. She's also very kind and mature, although she has a strong desire to make her mark on society. She got to know the others during a misadventure in the Cloud Kingdom seeking her autograph, and she was happy to make friends, since her life can get rather lonely.

Muse: ethereally charming and incredibly smart, Muse is the son of Janna and Oskar. Because his mother became the talent agent and manager for his musician father, Muse has always lived a life in the limelight. Growing up like this means he knows how to be fast on his feet, and rather than pick up his father's spacey attitude, he's instead inherited Janna's keen senses of business and...well, other talents, like pickpocketing. Muse is known to be a flirt and a heartbreaker, but he's still a loyal friend.

Quince: despite being Harleen's younger brother, Quince is very much so not like his sister. He has spent a lot of his life under the tutelage of their family friend Mime Girl, and his easily frightened nature means he's chosen to pursue the path of a mime rather than a clown like Harleen, or a jester like their mother Foolduke.

Chandelure: one day, when Hekapoo was very very bored, she happened to drop a little bit of wax and eventually Chandelure was born. While his mother is not all that present in his life, Chandelure has no issues with that. He's learned the craft of making dimension-hopping scissors from Hekapoo, and works with her in safeguarding travel between dimensions. Chandelure is incredibly independent and snarky, so talking to him can often feel very one-sided. That being said, he is a good friend.

Weslie: son of Princess Ram and Heartrude Butterfly, Weslie is the prince to his mother's kingdom. He is very cheerful and clever, and while friendly, he knows when to stand his ground. In the crisis of the werewolves attempting to invade the Kingdom of the Green Pastures, he's helped in fighting them back. He has many friends in his own kingdom, but he greatly loves visiting his Butterfly family in Mewni.

Tyrian: the only child of Tom Lucitor, king of the Underworld, and his wife, Jackie Lynn Thomas, Tyrian is not at all what most people expect from a demon prince. He's quite shy and often even lonely, and has weak demon powers because he's not even half-demon (Tom himself is half-demon). Despite this, he does have a temper, and when it flares, his demonic powers really seem to come out quite strong. His hair turns from blond to red when he's uncomfortable, and when angry, his hair can burst into flames (at max rage mode, his hair becomes a blue flame).

Shiara: as a descendant of the Pony Head royal family, Shiara may be able to inherit the throne...but there is quite a lot of competition, and Shiara herself has little interest in ruling. She mainly loves going out for parties and having fun. Despite this, her sense of responsibility kicks in when it's needed, and she has a love of puzzles.

Celeste: twin sister to Crescent and the daughter of Star and Marco, Celeste is much more like her mother in personality. She's quite an unorthodox princess and doesn't really have interest in studying magic or how to be the next queen, even though as the girl, she is to inherit the Mewni throne. Celeste loves to make friends. While she was quite close to Crescent when they were younger, she is disappointed by his distant attitude now.

Crescent: twin brother to Celeste and the son of Star and Marco, Crescent is more like his father. While not as safety-focused or as willing to let loose and have fun, Crescent is quite serious and even studious. He works hard to perfect his magic and learn how to be a good royal for the benefits of Mewni, especially because he is one of the rare instances of a boy being born to the Butterfly family. This means that he can't inherit the throne according to tradition because he has a sister, and this has made him grow jealous of her, especially because she doesn't take her studies seriously. While she received the wand instead of him, it split in half when he grabbed it, making his very faded cheek marks finally visible.

Whitney: daughter of Brittney Wong, Whitney is not nearly as mean as her mother. She is kind of spoiled and often plays dumb, but she's actually quite clever. While being raised to be a picture perfect child, Whitney personally dislikes the way her mother runs things and how the rich people around them act. It is through meeting Crescent and Celeste that she eventually grows as a person and can learn to stand up to her mother.

Kyle: the only son of Kelly, Kyle does not know who his father is. Kelly spends much of her time training as a warrior, and while Kyle has studied martial arts as well, he prefers curling up with a good book much more. He desires to know everything about everything. Being quite emotionless and even snarky, Kyle can be difficult to befriend, but he often doesn't mean to hurt anyone when he seems a little too straightforward.

Vera: the second child of Slime and Princess Spiderbite, Vera is a very cheerful and happy little girl. She's very outgoing and optimistic, coming off as the opposite of her older brother Aloe, but like him, she also sees the good in everyone. She is known for her sweet nature, and she also jumps at the chance to learn more about the world. This is perhaps why she's one of the only ones who isn't deterred by Kyle's dead-serious sarcasm, because even as he grows annoyed with her peppiness, he appreciates her desire to learn.

Y'Gythgba aka Mona Lisa: a Septarian, Mona was hatched and taken in by Meteora after the younger kids, including Crescent and Celeste, have a bit of a misadventure in the Mewni swampland where many monsters still live (despite Star, Meteora, and Eclipsa's hard work at reintegrating monsters into Mewman society). There they found an abandoned Septarian egg, which they brought back. Meteora named her Y'Gythba from legends she'd heard of an alien race called the Salamandrians, but when she found the name was quite hard to pronounce for most people, she nicknamed the young Septarian "Mona Lisa", after the famous Earthen masterpiece, in the hopes that Mewmans will see her beauty. This is because even as monsters and Mewmans grow less separated, Septarians remain the one monster race that Mewmans cannot stand, because of Toffee and Seth. Now that they've both been defeated, Meteora is determined to raise Mona without the hatred that many Septarians seem to have, and for the most part, Mona is a very sweet and smart young girl—just with a few violent tendencies. Meteora has put her in training of the royal Mewni army, and Mona has proven to be very skilled in battle. She is very loyal, although she does have a temper. Only time will tell if she ends up being the answer to Mewni's Septarian problem.

Trivia:

Harleen and Quince are based a little bit on Harley Quinn, hence their names. Aren't I clever? Lol.

Yes, Rara is based on the Rara from My Little Pony. I thought it'd be fun to base Pony Head-like characters on MLP, but it was hard choosing who to base them on. I might do a few more based on the mane six and/or princesses.

Muse may look like he has an eye issue, but the extreme sparkliness is thanks to his dad. Oh, and yeah I sort of matched Janna and Oskar for fun; figured it might work.

Chandelure is based on the evolution line of the Pokémon Litwick, Lampent, and Chandelure! I wanted to give Hekapoo a kid even though it seems unlikely she'd ever have one, and basing the kid on that evolution line seemed like too good an opportunity to pass up.

Weslie is based on the character from the series Chinese cartoon Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf (喜羊羊与灰太狼 (Xǐ Yáng Yáng yǔ Huī Tài Láng), with a direct translation being "Pleasant Goat and Grey Big Wolf"). He's specifically based on the main character, 喜羊羊 (Xǐ Yáng Yáng), whose English names include Weslie, Happy, or Pleasant Goat.

Oh, if Weslie's legs look broken, it's because I wasn't sure if I wanted to full-on goat legs or just human legs, so I sort of tried to do both haha.

Shiara's colour scheme comes from this comic where I put in an arbitrary friend for Celeste to goof off with, but she wasn't fully shown and was pretty random.

I do NOT have a parent planned for Shiara, and she isn't Pony Head's kid (I don't really see Pony Head as a mom?). If any of you have suggestions for a parent let me know!

Whitney is 100% based on Whitney Biskit from the show Littlest Pet Shop! I'm considering what if I gave her the twin Britney Biskit but I feel like it'd be weird making Brittney Wong name a child after herself...or maybe not?? Idk, do you guys think I should give her a twin? Or would that take away from the twins Crescent and Celeste?

Mona Lisa is 100% based on Mona Lisa from the TMNT 2012 series! I had a free space left and I sort of went, "Why not design one last one?" While scouring my mind for ideas, I thought I'd make a monster kid and ended up choosing the Septarian race for the story ideas. That's when I thought of Mona Lisa—heck, even their species names sound similar lol: Salamandrian (TMNT 2012) and Septarian (SVtFoE).

[h1]Chapter 1: Heartbreak[/h1]

Two ponies, fancy restaurant with a flower on the table. Both of them so enraptured with each other than they don't know they're being watched. Just outside, Blue, as his name implies, stands staring at them, shell-shocked. It's clearly her; the mare he had been seeing for a year and half. A girls' night out, she had told him. Well, that well dressed gentleman across her sure doesn't seem to be one of the girls. But he had to make sure.

He sends her a text. Just in that instant, the mare digs out a phone from her purse, smiling awkwardingly and offering her date an excuse Blue cannot hear.

"Having fun with the girls?" the text reads. "Sure am! We are having a blast!" the mare texts back. She attaches a picture of her and the girls in a random bar. Blue sighs as he reads his phone. She forgot to remove the timestamp from the picture. He thinks of busting and making a scene, calling her out right there like on reality TV. But he isn't like that. It would serve no purpose. "That's a nice picture... That you took two weeks ago." he texts back, but doesn't wait for a reply. Block, delete and goodbye. Just before he turns around to head back, Blue takes one look at the surprised horror on her face.

But there isn't any. She doesn't even care.

"Typical." Blue muses to himself when walking forth. "He's just the type I always lose to. Successful and driven. Meanwhile, me... Well, I'm just like a leaf floating on the water. Just going through the motions." And through the motions he must go, once again. At least he knows what to do... And who to visit.

"I'm coming back." beeps the text. And just like it was planned, it starts to rain.

Back in the edge of town, inside her apartment Tiny can already surmise what has happened. She has drawn a warm bath, made some warm tomato soup, the well rehearsed motions. She buzzes, almost literally, with her wings flapping rapidly like a hummingbird's, making her float around when she zaps around the room. The grey blue mare with a tint of purple in her black wings and hair looks like she'd be preparing for someone special, if it wasn't for her everyday clothing of pastel goth purple tanktop, short shorts and striped socks.

Right on cue, there's a knock on the door.

Blue stands there, black hair soaking wet drooping down on his frowning face.

Tiny opens the door and cocks her head to side. The image in front of her reminds of that one meme. "Welcome back... Doctor Whooves?" She thinks she's funny, but the joke fails in this situation. "I'm guessing your worst fears came true. Come on in, then. You'll catch a cold."
