wanted to do a "year" in review, though actually i only joined tumblr in october! so instead i just did twelve pieces i'm proud of, in roughly chronological order!

I know how we all love to say that Will looks good covered in blood but I bet he fucking hates it. Have you ever been covered in blood? Its a sensory nightmare. His autistic ass would crumple like a car in a high speed collision if he had to sit there in damp clothes smelling like copper for more than 5 minutes. And if it dried on him? Full meltdown. No wonder he hurled himself into the ocean after killing Dolarhyde. Bro was probably ready to crawl out of his own skin at that point. Front door's a bust, so Mario makes his way to the basement entrance, humming a little tune (you know the one) as he does so. He doesn't even remember the last time he'd been in this way - it's a bit of a pain to have to go through the tunnel just to get to the basement - and felt an odd sense of urgency. The pillars, pounded long past, protruded perpendicular as Mario ran past, and Mario felt calm.

So, one can imagine he let out a particularly loud "HOO" when he saw a portly polygonal phantom promptly lurch out from behind one of them! He socked it in the nose, and it blew up into a coin, as all enemies do. Still - nearly scared the spaghetti outta Mario! He took a moment to pat himself down, dust off his cap, and continue onward as

-No. Wait. What? Absolutely not. Hold on. Mario pauses and takes inventory of the situation. His little pixelated eyes squinted at the splotch on the wall where that Thing once stood. First off - rude. It didn't even make a little sound effect or anything! It was just like 'BOO!'. Second off, Mario's not normally the type to be introspective, which makes this sudden ability to think and act cognitvely very concerning. He's code. He's a video game character in an 8mb file. Polygonal Plumbers don't have mental breakdowns.

"...Alright. Spooky'a whatever you are? I'a give you five coins to'a come out and explain yourself." Mario took off his hat and dug inside, pulling out five pixelated sprites of spinning yellow coins and dropping them on the floor in front of him.
