But remember, he's human too, he has darker days and bad moments. The world is cruel. It's something Luca has to deal with on a daily basis, both in his original timeline, and in this one. He'd spend days, months even, telling you about every little detail regarding his work, smiling brightly at the fact he finally had someone to talk to about this. And assuming since you knew of him, you knew of his cases too. He couldn't be happier to have you in his life. He vows to you that should anything happen, such as being transported back to his timeline, he will spend his life finding a way back to you.

Vox Akuma:

It's well known that Vox doesn't have the happiest past. It took years for him to be able to accept another into his life, the images and screams of his clan still haunting his dreams, leading to endless sleepless nights. When he first laid to rest beside you, he assumed you were magic, the nightmares and pleas for help nowhere to be heard. It was as if fate had lead you to him, in his eyes at least.

Similar to Shu, I can see Vox using his powers to show you some of his favorite parts of the past, weather it be through a trance due to his voice or using demonic energy to conjure up an image or replica of said moment or item. Seeing the look of awe in your eyes was enough to warm his heart, the dull pain lessening as he's able to share his life with you.

It's also well known that a certain demon slayer is after him, even in present times. So imagine the surprise on Shoto's face when he sees the all powerful voice demon reduced to a pile of mush at the softest touch of your hand. There's nothing more amusing than seeing said demon and slayer turn to the exact opposite of what they're said to be. Shoto trapped in a fit of laughter as hearts seem to replace Vox's pupils, larger hand enclosing the soft fingers that resided on his cheek.

Lucifer

He does not appreciate what you're trying to do. He's not the kind of demon who's meant to be coddled, so all of this attention is both utterly wasted and an insult to his pride. Lucifer doesn't take your attempts to help him heal very well, especially if he feels like you're patronizing him in any way. He's survived everything that's been done to him before, and there's no need for that to change now. And yet... he's still instinctively preening under the attention.

Mammon

As much as the overwhelming amount of attention makes him nervous, Mammon is nothing if not greedy for whatever he can get. Even though he should really know better than to just accept your kindness, if anything, he accepts it a little too readily. There's plenty of bad behavior and trying your patience involved, but Mammon is enjoying the constant spoiling enough to hope that maybe, maybe you might be serious about being nice.

Leviathan

It absolutely terrifies him. Leviathan is barely used to being noticed, let alone being the focus of someone's complete and utter attention. No matter how much you insist that you just want to help him feel more comfortable, he looks like he wants to hide every time you get close. But... there's still a part of him that wants to be spoiled. Even if he's too shy to admit it and too scared to let it happen, he's really hoping you'll keep going with the nice things.

Satan

You have a tough road ahead of you, that's for sure. Satan is capable of being polite under normal circumstances— but having you constantly in his space is not a normal circumstance. He gets aggressive when you're too pushy (though he never hurts you), and that just ends up stressing him out even more. And of course, he doesn't trust you. You're nice, weirdly nice, but all he can think is that you're setting him up to have his hopes crushed, somehow.

Asmodeus

While he's not sure if he trusts your kindness to be genuine, that doesn't really matter. Asmodeus wants attention more than he cares about being safe, so he'll delightedly eat up every second of your efforts to help him "recover". It doesn't take him long at all to get attached— his feelings for you are the kind he's learned in a far worse environment, though. He doesn't know what to do with a proper home, but he can't just sit by and wait for it to end.

Beelzebub

So long as you feed him, he's content. Beelzebub trusts easily, much too easily, so a few regular meals are all it takes to have him convinced you're a good person. He still gets nervous when you're too overbearing or affectionate, but he really does believe you're trying to help. Of course, that doesn't make it any easier to talk himself out of the responses learned from years of abuse, so he still needs something of an adjustment period to it all.

Belphegor

Nope, nope, nope. Belphegor has absolutely zero faith in what you're trying to do, and he makes that opinion plenty clear. In his mind, you're trying to trick him. He doesn't know the exact plan yet, but there has to be some ulterior motive behind a human being so nice. And of course, he doesn't take well to the constant attention, either. You're bound to have him snap or lash out at you at some point... which is when he gets scared instead.

The night starts with a phone call through blurry tears.

Needless to say, Mk was in pretty rough shape after the past year or so of horrible, near world-ending events, and that followed him in his sleep. They started out few and far between, just a change in tone of a normal dream, and he'd wake up and fall right back asleep after. Slowly but surely, though, the nightmares got worse, and sometimes he needed some support before getting back to sleep again.

Mei was his go to. She was always up at absurd hours of the night, and sometimes she'd even drag him into a phone call to soothe his nerves by distracting him. She was an awesome friend- a much better one than he was, at least. She always had his back, no matter what, even when things looked too difficult or when Mk made an odd choice that would probably lead to their failure. She trusted him with everything. So, in turn, Mk extended that unconditional trust to her as well, and when Mk says "no matter what", he means it.

And then Red Son joined their group and made things a little more complicated.

It was nice to have their duo turn into a trio- Mk was actually very happy to drag him along to their hangouts, especially after they'd gotten closer due to the whole Lady Bone Demon mess. Red Son was hesitant at first, but over time, the trio was basically inseparable, much to the dismay of the demon parents that kind of wanted Mk dead. After saving their respective lives multiple times, though, they let Mk and Mei slide and be friends with their son.

Thankfully. Mk really didn't want to fight the two of them anymore.

One night, however, on one of his and Mei's late night distraction calls, Mk says something he'll probably regret. The thing in question isn't the problem, no, Mei is just horrible at keeping secrets. Also for the fact that saying it out loud makes it real, and he's been trying to keep this thing in particular at the back of his mind with the rest of his troublesome emotions. He should really learn to hold his tongue, but Mei gives him these puppy eyes as she begs him to tell her, and he just can't say no.

"I think I like Red Son," Mk says, like it's his biggest secret in the world, but Mei doesn't really seem to get it.

Her head tilts to the side. She's got her camera on, and she's been carefully painting her nails (and repainting them, because she cannot decide on a colour for the life of her) for the past hour or so. "I mean, I would hope you like him? He is our friend," she says casually, and Mk does a mental facepalm.

"No, like," he groans, hating that he has to explain all these gross feelings and not just say it normally, "like him in a non -friend way."

Mei is silent for a moment. There are a few seconds where Mk thinks she understands, and then she goes, "I'm not following, Mk, you're gonna have to say it to me straight." Before he's even opened his mouth, Mei speaks again. " Don't make a gay joke, you know what I mean!" 

He laughs for a bit, and he knows she'd do the exact same thing if their positions were switched at all. "Okay, okay, fine," he takes a deep breath, mentally preparing himself for the reaction he was bound to get, "like him in… a crush kind of way?" Silence follows his words, just as expected, but Mei's voice breaks it in a very level tone. 

"If my parents weren't asleep right now I would be screaming into my speaker," Mei responds in the calmest voice he has ever heard from her during talks like these. "Dude, when did this happen ? Like was there a certain moment, or, like, did you just go poof ! Feelings for the fire demon that insults me everyday! You gotta explain everything -"

She rants like this for at least thirty minutes before Mk is able to get another word in.

Hi there! I saw in one of Songbird of Asgard's chapters that you headcanon Heimdall as demi - do you have any other Heimdall headcanons you would like to share with us? Sincerely, a definitely-not-Heimdall-content-starved anon.

I have a few, though I don't want to share some of them just yet since they would give away things that happen in SoA later on.

-Like I said, I hc Heimdall as demi. Gender identity really doesn't matter to him so long as he can tolerate someone and trust them enough to accept them (which is the real hard part lol)

-Heimdall is a little shit, that much we know. I like to think that applies to people he's close to as well, but in a different way. He'll give them sass and do annoying things to them just for the fun of it. Short? He puts things on the top shelf just to watch them go crazy looking for it, then casually reveal that he moved it after they've lost their mind just to watch them blow up. Have a pet peeve? You better believe he's doing the exact thing that pisses them off every chance he gets. Neat freak? He will 100% walk into their space and fuck it up. If they're someone who will push his buttons right back at him for revenge it turns into a never-ending war of pranks and sass and just messing with each other, and he's too prideful not to have the last laugh.

-Speaking of caring, Heimdall is an all or nothing kinda person, so if he cares, he goes all out. He'll be a selfish, snobby prick to everyone else, expecting them to meet his needs and expectations because they aren't worthy of his time and effort. But if someone's earns his trust and becomes important to him, he will do anything for them. There are limits to how far he'll go depending on the circumstances, but he is devoted to the people he values.

-The same can't really be said for animals, unfortunately. Yes, he respects them, but in the end he sees them as tools that can outlive their usefulness, hence his reaction when Gulltoppr dies. T_T Though he could grow to care for an animal as well, but it would take a lot. It boils down to how he perceives external bonds, seeing them as valuable only if they benefit him (we can thank ol' Odin for that) and he has to get very, VERY close to people to let go of that idea be as devoted as I described above.

-I see him as being 6'0, 6'2ish max. I know Kratos is 6'4, and it looks like Heimdall isn't *too* much shorter than him? (This would make Eivor about 5'5 in SoA)

-Based on the God of War: Lore and Legends book, I'm guessing Heimdall is not too much older than Baldur? The book states Odin and Freya were married about 125 years before GoW 2018 and Baldur came along 5 years later. Freya clearly knows Heimdall, and considering she doesn't care for him at all makes me think she never saw him grow up (if she did I honestly think she would cut him some slack since she has a soft spot for children). That would mean Heimdall would have to be an adult by the time Freya came around, making him at least 135ish? BUT he still seems a lot younger than the other gods like Tyr and Thor based on appearance alone, so he can't be too much older. I hc he's 150ish, which is still very young compared to most other gods.

-My mans is touch-starved and you can't convince me otherwise. So force this man into a hug for god's sake, he just can't admit he needs it so someone has to take it into their own hands.

-He appreciates the arts. Literature, architecture, visual art, music, anything like that. He's just very picky about what he likes.

-I subscribe to the idea that his fate would have been different if just one person cared about him. He would have had one reason to trust someone other than Odin, and that could have changed his perspective completely. Odin likely never allowed that to happen specifically to keep Heimdall under his thumb.

-He does drink, but it's more of an Asgardian culture thing than a letting loose thing. He never gets drunk and has no desire to be.

-His favorite color is gold (shocking, I know).

-He had to learn how to control his foresight in his youngest years. It's always warned him about anything that's coming at him, but actually *reacting* to it in an efficient way was something he had to work on. He wouldn't have been able to catch arrows when he was a teenager, just duck out of the way of them. Of course, his mastery over this skill is part of what makes his ego so enormous.

-My dude is an indoors enjoyer. He very much likes neat environments, clean floors, organization. Outdoors is only nice in the short term, but ask this man to go camping? No way, bruh. You'd have to work to get him to sit on the ground, let alone SLEEP on it.

-Between Heimdall's snarkiness and Atreus's smart mouth, I see so much annoying sibling energy between them. If things had been different, Heimdall would have definitely been like a smartass, I'm-better-than-you older brother, and Atrues would have been the flat-out irritating, Nuh-uh-your-face-is-stupid younger brother. I will ride or die with the idea that the god of order and the god of mischief would piss each other off like brothers who beat each other up for fun. I may or may not plan to hint at this is SoA at some point ;)

(Side note, this blog DOES ***NOT*** support Heimtreus shipping. That last headcannon is strictly in a platonic and familial kind of way)

GOD, how do you just live in my brain, this is exactly what they're like! Hamlet and Osric are even more like this, and in the verse where all three of them are dating sometimes they'll come to him with some dispute and he's just like "you two are so stupid, you're saying basically the exact same thing as each other" and then they call a temporary truce to turn on because he's So Fucking Wrong. (they're fighting about like. the correct way to tie a windsor knot, something that super doesn't matter)

for this particular argument, it's tough to choose. on the one hand laertes likes super cheesy things and is often blinded by nostalgia. but on the other hand, osric's tastes are so carefully manufactured so he'll look competent and put together, but also a little bit clueless so he doesn't have to work as hard at the office, but in private and with people he trusts, he's just as fueled by sentiment and nostalgia, and would be willing to admit to laertes that he likes the tarzan soundtrack even though it's "cringe".

i think i'm going with laertes is pro-tarzan, because i once saw a production of macbeth where during the intermission music fleance sang 'son of man' and in that context it became this ballad of a son who had lost his dad and had to figure out how to carry on now that his life had changed and, well.

So Motorsport Italy said that there will be a floor and wing upgrade in Singapore and then maybe something else in Mexico. This isn't a guarantee that it'll happen. Duchessa the journalist I would trust the most with Ferrari news hasn't said anything yet so don't take it as gospel.

The thing is they don't really need to get Checo any closer to Max. They have both championships wrapped up. And it would only be to make Checo happy but if the are close to the budget cap then that's not really a priority.

Looking at the recent results then he should probably be closer in Singapore again because he was pretty much on the exact same pace as Max in Hungary which is also a high downforce track. my assumption would be that the floor just makes the car more draggy because that is the only explanation I can come up with that would explain why he was almost a second slower in Monza.

I think the question always is what is the teams ultimate goal. Ferrari for this season have clearly been prioritising the team result and if that is their goal then having both drivers comfortable is important. Plus it means more tactical flexibility because you don't have to go and ruin one drivers race to help the other.

RB clearly also care about the constructors, but the wdc is the main thing that they want. Constructors brings more money but the drivers way more publicity. And then the comfort of the second driver matters less.

Both attitudes are perfectly valid. Although I do find it a bit weird to not have the same floor available to both drivers. With most teams one driver gets the upgrade first but to not make it available to a driver for the rest of the season is an interesting situation.

I wouldn't be surprised if Ferrari weren't doing it this way if they were in the fight for the drivers and felt like they were properly in it the whole season. Then they wouldn't keep a driver in mind when making/ tweaking upgrades.

I personally just find the narratives around both of those situations fascinating!

"Come on, Dad," Margaret said as she talked on her phone. "It's not that bad. I'm doing fine, aren't I? Just enough to get by... Yeah but... All that matters is that I pass, right? I'm not going to spend every waking minute studying. I want to have some fun every now and again... Dad, that's none of your business. Besides, I'm doing okay in my classes... I'm not some super genius, okay? Why can't you just accept that my current grade is acceptable?... Don't be unreasonable, okay? Look, I got to go, alright?... Yes, I do study but when I do it is up to me, okay? Alright, I got to go, bye." After hanging up, she let out an exasperated groan. "He just won't quit bugging me."

Continuing to walk across campus, Johan entered her view causing her to stop. 'Maybe I should wait till he's gone, but I've been meaning to talk to him. It's been a few days, after all.' Standing by the sidelines, she twiddles her fingers before walking towards him.

"Hey, Johan."

As if surprised Johan responded, "Hi, Margaret. How are you doing?"

"I'm doing well, but more importantly, how are you doing?"

I couldn't believe my luck, or so I thought because turns out that she got off expecting me to rescue her. She was heading to a far away place, one where I would never be able to reach her. I couldn't have been any happier at that moment."

"So let me get this straight. At the exact moment when you left our date, this girl you happen to know just so happen to be on a train that stopped at the exact time you were there. When the train continued its destination, you drove for miles to its next stop, to a place you've never been to, one she knew she had to get off because she trusted you were coming for her?"

I was at the lowest I'd ever been and she appeared before me in my time of need. I still can't believe that I drove my car to another city, hoping that I could reach her in time. "I can't understand a situation where you can't tell me that you can't be with a girl. That is if... you know... the secret lies within you, not her."

"What does that mean?"

"Oh, you know. How you reject women so easily, yet you seem to be chummy with men."

Johan groaned, "Will you ever stop thinking that way about me?"

"I'm sorry but I only have our date as a reference. Men can hardly keep their hands off of me. You, I was struggling to hold your hand."

"I was being a gentleman."

"A bit too 'gentle' for my taste." Margaret chuckled.

"But I'm serious, Margaret. I'm in a bit of a pinch because I have to make a decision now. I had confessed my love for her on that station and now I got to follow it up with a decision. Do I follow through with my feelings and reciprocate them, or must I rescind them and remain friends? I don't know what to tell her."

"Can you at least tell me the consequences of each?"

"If I accept her feelings, I'm responsible for not just mine but hers. I can hardly control my feelings, let alone that of a girl. I'm thinking if I tell her I want to be her boyfriend, I wouldn't know how to handle it and may end up hurting her later on. There's also the stigma about dating her. If people find out, it's over for both of us. We'll be back to being burned at the stake."

"Whoa, really? That's a bit much."

"As for just being friends, that should technically be the right thing to do, but you know what? I've had enough of that. Doing the right thing only caused me anguish. We both have strong feelings for each other. This makes it so difficult to just be friends. I truly, really, am in love with her and I'm at a point where I've had enough of people's judgmental ways. If anything, it just draws me closer to her. Maybe someday I'll even enjoy seeing them livid." Johan puts his hand on his mouth before slowly lowering it. “I guess those were my real feelings coming out.”

"My, oh my. Johan, you're really growing up now. About time."

"Are you just going to make fun of me?"

"Okay, fine. Then let me tell you what I think. First, as I kept telling you, you should forget about what everyone else thinks. I don't know who this Lucy is, and frankly, I may not want to know, but I know that if you really do love her, then it's nobody's business. After all, if we kept on worrying about what other people think, we wouldn't have the guts to fight off oppression, and progressiveness wouldn't exist. Equal rights came from disrupting the system, right? Fight for your love, Johan."

Johan straightened out his tie, "I don't think this applies to that, Margaret."

"Okay, I'm exaggerating, but my point is, people bringing you down isn't helping you or anyone else. It's just their egos doing all the thinking without reasoning. And as for making a decision on whether you should be with her or not... well... if you really are struggling to make a decision, and this is a complicated matter that will change everything, I guess all I can say is to listen to your heart."

"You mean, turn off my brain and listen to my heart?"

"Like you did earlier.”

“Really? I never thought that was the reason.”

“I think this is a matter of just doing what you think is right. Just forget about the world for a moment. Just forget about school, forget about me, Wendy, even Lucy, and especially your brain. Just listen to yourself for once. I bet you haven't even considered your own personal feelings in this. You seem like the kind of guy who thinks of others before yourself, but this is a situation that is impacting you more so than any other person, yet you put aside your own feelings on a whim. I mean, you said earlier that she kissed you, and then you kissed her. Why the guilt? That's normal. It's normal for two people in love to kiss."

"I'm certain most people would agree with me more than you in this matter."

Margaret rolled her eyes. "There you go again, blaming yourself, putting yourself in a time-out, turning on that brain of yours. Just clear your mind and ask yourself, what is it that you really want?"

"What I want?"

"You ever thought about what you really want, or have you just been thinking about what everyone else wants? It's okay to be selfish at times. Think about yourself and what you want out of life. Then the answer will come."

They eventually reached the parking lot where they approached their cars. Upon entering her car and starting its engine, "Be a man, Johan. At least for once in your life, be a man. I told you this, didn't I? Keep going and stop worrying so much. Turn off that brain on occasion and just do what you need to do." She closed the door and pulled out of the parking spot.

As she exited the campus, with a big smile on her face, "You can't fool me, Johan. I know who you really are."

Jaken = Rin's Dad?

Okay, is this how a daughter treats their so-called father?

Most definitely not.

Rin and Jaken's relationship clearly screams of your typical sibling rivalry punctuated with cute and silly moments of playful bickering.

Yes, Jaken may technically be her main provider, but that doesn't necessarily equate to him being more of a father than Sesshomaru. If anything, he demonstrates more of a brotherly love towards her. As we all know, parents (which Sesshomaru embodies more based on real life patterns and parallels) will leave their older more capable children in charge of looking after their younger brothers and sisters. In this case, that would mean making Jaken responsible for watching over Rin and protecting her if need be. Ah-Un offers protection, too. Think of it as Jaken as the big brother and Ah-Un as the family dog who are babysitting while Sesshomaru as the parent of the household is away at work or taking care of business. I mean, they literally fit that description to a tee and I'm dying at the accuracy of it all! 🤣👌

[Quick! Someone write up a modern au where Sesshomaru finally gets out to have a nice date night but everything goes wrong in the most spectacular way. Like maybe Rin and Jaken catch a ride on Ah-Un to go spy!]

I recently revisited some episodes from The Final Act, and I couldn't believe how many moments like this there were where Rin got after Jaken or when she would "put him in his place" so to speak. Obviously, all of it is mostly harmless. I was only surprised by how often it occurred, not to mention how Jaken would just stand there and take it. Towards a supposed father figure, Rin's behavior is downright unacceptable. There's a certain level of respect a child is expected to show their parents/guardians, and that's just not what I'm witnessing here between them. Like at all.

Rather their dynamic has the nature of some sibling relationships like I mentioned above. So I really wish fans would stop pretending otherwise, because based on what we know of father-daughter relationships- healthy ones at least- they don't appear anything like what Jaken and Rin have. If you could please provide me other examples of where we've seen similar portrayals in fiction or in real life, then perhaps I can get on board.

Look, that doesn't have to mean that because Jaken isn't her father then Sesshomaru must be. They can both be her caretakers without necessarily filling that traditional father role. I'm just saying that if we're going to start assigning titles to characters, let's make sure we are accurate and truthful in our assessments. If you're going to label anyone Rin's dad, then it needs to be Sesshomaru. Jaken doesn't have precedence over him in terms of fatherly attributes, that just wouldn't make sense.

After all, this isn't about what you want to see, this is about what Rin very likely sees. It's safe to assume that she views Sesshomaru more like a father than she does Jaken. She knows she's safe with him (broadly speaking lol) and that he'll come for her no matter what. That sense of security and comfort is what a child seeks and what they should always feel in a parent's presence. She trusts and even idolizes him, just as a young and innocent child tends to do with their parents. At that age, parents are perfect and could do no wrong in their child's eyes. Idk about you, but this describes perfectly how Rin is around Sesshomaru.

Rin adores him and will follow him anywhere- yes, even into danger! That's what the innocence and unconditional love of a child will bring them to do if necessary. Fortunately, at the end of The Final Act we learn Sesshomaru takes Kaede's advice when he realizes that leaving Rin with her in the village is in her best interests. That way she'd be able to lead a more normal and safer life alongside other humans. Remember, Sessrin shippers, that doesn't mean he wasn't still a part of her life and didn't witness her become a young woman over the years right before his very eyes. Therefore, if they eventually do become romantically involved, then most if not all of those gifts had intimate and seductive intentions and it essentially constitutes as child grooming.

I understand from a Sessrin shipper's point of view why it'd be so much easier to claim Jaken as the father. In doing so, they diminish Sesshomaru's role in her upbringing. By refusing to acknowledge the real role he had in helping raise Rin (short periods can be crucial and impressionable too esp. in a child's early years so yes they did assist in raising her not only Kaede), these shippers are better able to justify how their filial-like relationship evolved into a romantic one. So yeah, I get it, if I were a Sessrin shipper I'd probably do the same. It's one of the more plausible arguments available to them, after all. "Let's pin Jaken as the father to fend off antis!" is the best chance they've got, but even so, it's still not good enough. But if you insist Jaken is indeed like a father to Rin, then Sesshomaru is most certainly one too. Who says she can't have two fathers anyway?

The thing is however much you want to deny or downplay what Sesshomaru truly means to Rin and vice versa, nothing will ever change or hide the truth of the matter. Please, stop acting like they're only traveling companions and nothing more. Some of y'all even go so far as to say that they're like strangers. Knowing potentially little about a person is not equal to a lack of love and affection. Making big assumptions such as this to defend your ship is actually doing you more harm than good. Let me elaborate.

According to your reasoning, if that's all Rin ever was to him was a companion and Sesshomaru had no real attachment to her, then what precisely is the basis of your ship? Recall that Adult!Rin doesn't exist yet, thus we have no real idea what she will be like or if she's even alive. So how can you make comments like that but then go on later to say "they have such a unique and unbreakable bond" or "only Rin can be the mother because she's the only human he ever cared for" if all that time spent traveling together didn't amount to much in the first place like you claimed to believe beforehand? Do you see how your rationalizing is confusing?

Contrary to what some of you may think, I'm not just saying all this because I'm an anti and I'm obligated to disagree with you, or whatever other excuse you want to tell yourself. Believe it or not, I'm attempting to give as unbiased and objective of an analysis I can based on widely accepted interpretations of family dynamics, development, and any history we know of.

Of course I respect that at times fans will perceive things differently since that's bound to happen. What's hard for me to wrap my head around however is the unwillingness of some fans- not exclusively Sessrin shippers- to apply basic common sense and sound judgment to their observations and deductions.

Looking at all our facts, then taking the small handful of scenes Sesshomaru and Rin do share together into account, one can logically conclude that their dynamic is akin to one found in a typical parent-child relationship. If you still fail to recognize Sesshomaru as a parent to Rin, then that's fine too. In the end, that won't really change the fact that he'd still take on a role resembling an adult figure overseeing a young child's care and protection. Be it as a vassal, guardian, what have you. Plus, nobody is saying here that Sesshomaru doesn't make mistakes regarding Rin's general well-being, but so do all parents. Overall, I think the majority of us agree that Rin is in good hands. Whether it's in his direct company or in his occasional supervision from his frequent visits to the village.

In other words, it doesn't really matter what exact title you assign him in relation to Rin, as the distribution of power is all inherently the same with any and all adult-child relationships. That bond never changes once you've established it either, seeing as it's a special kind of connection one can only form with a child and a child alone.

I was a teacher for a few years, and speaking from personal experience, you don't need to be a parent, per se, to take on a role of authority in a child's life. I know without a doubt that I could never and will never view any of those kids I taught in a sexual/romantic light later down the road; yes, not even once they become grown-ups who are independent and more than capable of making their own decisions. Those of you who disagree are usually missing the whole point though, because we're not trying to dictate what Adult!Rin can and cannot do like many tend to accuse of us doing. This isn't a question of taking away from her autonomy nor does it fall under "purity culture," which is why people shouldn't continue jumping to these outrageous conclusions and really listen for a change. You're deflecting from the real issue here when you choose to misinterpret what we're saying by ignoring the problem we're actually referring to. You cannot present a valid counter-argument if you persist in twisting our words.

Bottom line: once these kids become old enough to pursue a sexual/romantic relationship, of course they have that right if they're ready. All we're trying to say is you guys ought to stop pushing forward this it's-completely-normal-to-want-to-bang-your-adoptive-dad-since-you're-an-adult-and-can-do-as-you-please agenda and not expect backlash. Ship it if you want, but please stop acting like their romance would be the epitome of a pure and healthy relationship.

Sesshomaru may not wear his heart on his sleeve, but it's foolish to presume he didn't actually care about Rin during their whole time together just because he didn't openly express his feelings until the very end. Surely everybody can comprehend that people handle and process their emotions differently. The way Sesshomaru chooses to is completely valid for the most part, so let's cut him some slack regarding this already.

What I'm trying to get at is that any child whose life you played an influential role in will always be a kid in a lot ways to you even when they're old and wrinkly. Just as they will always picture you as the loved one who guided and protected them when they were most vulnerable and couldn't always fend for themselves. Can't we relate this to children we know personally and apply it accordingly?

Finally, I want to end on this note. Could you kindly take a look at these two images below for a second?

The reason I ask is because of something I recently read that's relevant to the topic. There was this pro-sessrin tweet I saw that stated Rin trying to take care of Sesshomaru when they first met is what a mom would do for a child, which in their opinion, translates to Rin being more like a mother than a daughter if anything.

First off: are you freaking kidding me????

Seriously, so now children aren't allowed to tend to their sick or injured parents?! Parents are apparently superhuman and shouldn't be offered a helping hand from a child, even if they mean well and want to help their parent who's in pain?? Now this Twitter user was mostly being a smartass, but at the same time, it was evident they genuinely thought they offered a valid enough point that warranted no further explanation or clarification.

Secondly, by saying this Sessrin fans don't seem to realize that in actuality they're contradicting themselves and proving the point we've been trying to make all along. Glancing at the first picture and moving down to the second, the role of the one being cared for and the caretaker is reversed. So then by their own logic, Sesshomaru IS in fact like a father to Rin.

What it comes down to is the names you give to the roles these characters play aren't as crucial as the dynamic they share. The specific characteristics of that dynamic are what define the importance of said role, not so much the name in the role itself. So real father or not, Sesshomaru and Rin clearly mean a lot to each other. Close relationships are defined and solidified by the devotion and belonging they have to one another, not solely by the duration of time spent together and their proximity.

THE ROAD SO FAR

It's not that hard to say goodbye. But it's really sad for the notable few who enjoyed it.

The SIXth Ship

"Alex"

Sierra Leone, Africa

"Echo 3 - 1 to Hunter One One. We have confirmed the presence of a suspected SAM Turret. Advising not to deploy air support until it's down, over." Alex muttered over the radio as he lowered his scope.

"Copy that, Three One. We'll stand by for your go signal." Roach replied as Alex signaled his team to move forward, covering Alpha Team's six.

"This place is suspiciously quiet." Price muttered over comms.

"It's 5 am. Bad guys probably needed sleep too." Alex commented, scoping on what's head of Team Alpha.

"Well, I want Volt awake, so I could beat Nero's location out of him." Price spat.

"Guardhouse on the east. Single guard, fast asleep."Alex shot his suppressed rifle as the guard dropped to the ground.

"Good Night."

"I'm hearing an engine starting on our east." Soap whispered as Alex turned his scope east. There was indeed a truck load of food arriving at their base.

"Civilian delivery truck." Alex warned.

"Let him pass. He'll notice the dead guard and run." Price predicted and it actually happened as the innocent driver sped off away from the base.

"How long till he calls the cops?" Alex asked.

"Never. France already bribed the guy." Soap answered.

"What?" Alex was puzzled.

"Welcome to Africa." Soap chuckled and they hid into the supply truck while Price drove inside.

"Alright, we're in. Soap and France should plant charges on SAMs and Comms. Once their alarm rings we light things up." Price ordered as Alex's team advanced and circled the perimeter, protecting the gates.

"Where could Volt be hiding?" Alex asked.

"Could be anywhere. This base has lots of buildings." Rocket replied not far behind him.

"There are also six ships by the dock. He could be in one of those." Royce added.

"Alpha Team, we've got movement on your six. Looks like they're looking for their supply drop. They're by the truck and unloading their supplies." Alex warned as the three remained quiet.

"Tango by the guard house down." Rocket confirmed his kill as the body dropped on the ground.

"They're about to discover their dead allies. Prepare for the alarm!" Alex roared as their alarm system activated, dozens of troops from their camps emerged carrying weapons.

"Shit! I'm taking sniper fire by the rooftops!" Soap yelled over comms. Bravo team immediately turned their sights to the rooftops and took down the snipers with ease.

"There's no sign of Volt here. He must've woken up early. Rendezvous with me by the tower." Price muttered.

"Sir. This is Meat from Charlie Team. We've confirmed movement on the docks. No positive ID of Volt yet."

"Copy that meat. Proceeding to the docks." Price said as gunfire echoed through his comms.

"Seeing multiple reinforcements from the gate!" Alex alerted as they attempted to shoot down armored cars loaded with more enemies.

"Alex! This area is compromised!" One of his allies suggested as smoke started to cover their forest.

"Shit! We'll have to meet up with them inside! Change to assault weapons and advance to the gate. You two cover our six using thermals." The two nodded as Alex switched to his assault rifle, advancing towards the gate, taking down reinforcements as they arrived.

"Price? Soap? France? Sitrep?" He roared through comms as his team was now barraged with heavy fire as they hid for cover.

"This is Bravo Six. I made my way inside the last ship. Looks like he's trying to escape. France and Soap are by the docks taking heavy fire. I'll handle Volt from here. You hold out for extraction. It looked like we didn't have a choice." Price said.

Alex felt the heat of the explosion as the ground shook. Soap had detonated the charges they set and help was on the way.

"Roach!" Soap sounded hurt.

"Way ahead of you!" Roach said as the air support bombarded the base with grenade shells, blasting every enemy away as the ground troops recovered.

"Reloading for another round. Stand by." He said as the plane circled back.

"Okay team! Their numbers have reduced. Let's finish this." Alex informed his bravo team as they finished off the remaining waves of enemies, which were too resourceful as they also had attack hyenas, something they didn't expect.

"These dogs are furious!" One commented as they entered the gates, securing the whole base or what's left of it, for valuable intel.

"Echo Three One to Actual. Jack, it looked like they cleaned this place already."

"Actual to Three One. Looks like it. I guess their getaway ship had all his latest work."

"Charlie team found a way to follow them. Bravo team resume recon on the five ships." Jack commanded and the rest followed

"Copy that, Actual. Proceeding towards the ships with caution." Alex replied as they carefully pressed deeper into the base toward the pier. Alex wondered how many piers and ships had been involved on his missions. Looks like Nero doesn't trust air travel.

The ships were rusted and broken, but the components inside were new stacks of equipment possibly used for his bomb making.

"This sly guy hides his stuff inside these rusty ships." Alex reported, his voice echoed around the ship.

"We're all clear, Alex. This ship is empty of tangos." One of his allies reported.

"So are the other ones." Another one reported.

"We found the rest of Alpha team by the pier. Looks like Soap's injured." Said another.

"Copy that. Stay frosty. We have no visual of the entrance so reinforcements might arrive." Alex replied to everyone.

"Roger that." The rest of his team replied in unison. Roach's Air support chopper hovered ahead of them and followed the getaway ship, providing support to Capt. Price. Charlie team had borrowed some small boats to aid in Volt's capture.

"It's all up to him now." Alex muttered as they resumed securing the enemy base.

"So, how was your day?" Samantha smiled, slipping herself inside the covers as she lay down beside Alex. The tired man huffed out a sigh and looked at her beautiful girlfriend, whose eyes were staring at him longingly. It's been almost a month since the task force was created and they were on separate beds, but Alex always makes sure he sleeps over every time he's free.

"Oh, you know. The other kind of usual. We beat information out of Nero's bomb maker today." He said in an interesting tone.

"I know beating people is wrong, but when you've been played with by these kinds of people, it's kind of pleasant to the ears." She chuckled, her hand gliding on his arms and looked for his hands.

"Yeah. I'll never stop doing it until they get a taste of their medicine." Alex breathed and looked at Samantha. Her eyes that once looked blank and lost now looked happy. It was tragic how she just wanted to live a normal life but had everything taken away from her.

"What would you do when this is all over?" She asked, questioning his last statement.

"Well, I could finally take you out on a nice date. Maybe say hi to your dad or something." he blurted, making Samantha's eyes widen in surprise.

"Aww.." She smiled as she leaned in for a kiss, while Alex slowly lifted her so that she's now lying on top of him.

"Why is it that every kiss feels so different." She mused as she leaned for another one.

"Maybe because my love for you grows stronger every second?" He replied.

"Haha. You're funny." She said sarcastically.

"That I am." He grinned as they rolled over, giggling at whatever they were doing.

"I love you, Samantha." Alex whispered in the sexiest way that he could resulting to Samantha actually giggling in disbelief.

"I love you too, Alex." She replied.

"Now, go to sleep. I want you well rested for your work tomorrow." She added as she turned the lamp off. Alex groaned like a kid who doesn't want to go to bed yet.

"How can I sleep, when even in the dark, I could still see your pretty face." He whispered as Samantha laughed.

"Flattery will get you nowhere, mister." She said as she turned back, letting Alex hug her from behind. She always loved his warm embrace beside him, a feeling of security amidst all the times that she'd been kidnapped.

The next morning, Alex came back to the base after breakfast with Samantha. It has been a while since he had that and thought that it wouldn't hurt to go late once in a while.

"Where have you been?" Roach asked as soon as he got to the base.

"I overslept." he lied as Roach scoffed.

"You? Hahaha. Nice try. I know full well that no matter what happens you always wake up at the exact time." Roach laughed.

"Why? Is there something wrong with Volt?" Alex pressed on to the main topic at hand.

"The guy had a little fight. But he actually talked."

"Yeah? About what? Nero's location?"

"No. And This isn't like the official thing, it's just rumors. Price slept at the infirmary today and hasn't woken up yet. So the news is that his EMP tech is now capable of killing humans on a set radius."

"Shit." Alex hissed.

"I know. It could launch anywhere anytime and no one could hide from it. A whole new kind of killing weapon." Roach wondered, making them worry about what Nero's about to do.

"Volt better get talking soon."

"Yeah. He better." Roach approved with an encouraging voice.

Later that afternoon the whole 141 was briefed about a message sent from Nero himself. Thousands of humans, civilians and soldiers alike, were nuked just outside the American capital.

The blast didn't do much damage to infrastructure but machines and humans suffered more than ever. Some were able to withstand the mental damage while some were left in a trance state. Some who already had some form of mental problems suffered horribly and dropped dead on the streets.

It was estimated that about half a million people were affected as the nuke exploded by the ocean. Some say this was a miscalculation and others speculated that this was Nero's warning shot.

America had raised itself on high alert, any time Nero's troops would charge on American soil ignoring all authorities who wanted to stop him. This was it. His plan finally came to fruition.

As for the task force, they have located the main signal of the nuke's control. A place somewhere in Cuba. Alex and Jack knew this place was once visited by older CIA SAD members and rumors had it that one of their Black Ops comrades died there. It once housed the reverse engineered Greenlight nuke. Alex never told anyone in 141 about this as history would tend to repeat itself. He hoped that this was not the case.

This would be the lead that the rest of the task force will be focusing on. As the war rages, Alex was sure that the following days would be the toughest so, while waiting for any potential final lead and orders from above, they spent the rest of their time training for the final showdown against Nero.

Dead. Immediately. There's no pause to hear them out or explain themself, their head will be crushed in that spined fist before he even finds out what they were about to say was criticism. There is no concern or regret over this later, he won't even care enough to remember their face.

Far more forgiving in private as he’s not needing to play up to his persona, but still - respect has to be shown.

Someone he is aware of by name/rank, or sees as having value?

Stay polite and factual and he'll listen. Hands clasped behind his back and shifting his eyes down their body as they speak, like they’re being measured, or read. He'll listen. The more numbers they can provide, the more clear data they can give that shows his information or his actions are wrong and what they are suggesting is better, the more likely he will take it on board. The God King is surprisingly polite and coldly calm when approached correctly, regardless of if he likes what he is being told.

Nervous, picking at his teeth with the tips of his nails and finding it hard to meet their eyes. Hunched over himself and back bent even if he still towers over them, like a child who just wants to go hide. Stuttering. Apologetic to the point of becoming self deprecating even if what they were raising was only minor. It's not a big deal Troy, it's not, it was just some feedback. Lol who are you. Who the fuck are you to think your opinion has any value, let alone matter to her? She's not even hearing what you're saying, you should be out of her presence by the time she stops eyerolling by the way, she's a busy woman. May not be healthy to waste more of her time.

Silence. Not quite making eye contact, she's focusing on breaking down what you're saying and digesting useable information. A quick "Got it, I'll consider what you said" afterwards is genuine. She will consider it. That doesn't mean she will take it onboard, but she knows not to waste valuable data.

Friend?

A mix of both. She'll make it clear there's a very good chance her opinion on this is going to supersede yours, but that yours still has value for her. She might not make change changes right now based on it.. but it could affect how she approaches things in the future.

Pet Peeves:

Tyreen

A pet peeve, one she's irked by but doesn't spend a huge amount of time lost in rage over, is people treating her like she's airheaded. It happens often, especially when she's around Troy. She's not dumb. At all. Just because she's not a giant, brooding, scowling asshole who stands in silence while death-glaring everyone in the room, doesn't mean she's vacant or stupid. Just because she's louder, and more animated, doesn't mean she's ditzy.

In talks, the conversation always gets pointed to him for any discussion regarding anything with business or technical depth, she hates it. He's good at this shit, he's great with numbers and logic, but just because she communicates differently doesn't mean shes terrible. It's irritating.

Seifa:

Bullshit. She cannot abide hearing someone talk complete wank, and wants extremely direct clearcut conversation at all times bar if she's talking shit with friends. That's totally different.

She wouldn't manage to be in the same room as someone like Rhys or Katagawa for more than 5 minutes before she'd be ready to peel her own face off and eat her hands, so takes a lot of comfort from the "Please fucking kill me oh my god" gestures and grimaces Troy makes towards her from out of the speakers sight in meetings where they are dealing with the waves of verbal shite emanating from some corporate tool.

Troy:

Sleeping. It's just a fucking waste of time. It's completely pointless. Shut yourself down for hours so your body can release chemicals it needs? Fuck sake, just take the chemicals and stay awake, wow, well done, now you have 1/4 of your life back!

Dreams suck, waking up feeling like death sucks, spending hours laying awake staring at your ceiling while trying to make your "brain be quiet for once, just please.. be quiet.." for hours till you eventually pass out sucks, it's all stupid and wasteful and humans are dumb. He's dumb. Everyone's dumb.

Tenderness:

She'd see wanting it as being weak in a way, Ty doesn't need anyone for any reason, so she doesn't need intimacy or tenderness. Why would she? She's not weak, or soft. Not being able to touch others isn't even a factor here, don't you dare imply it is. Intimacy is for people who aren't strong enough to exist alone, don't insult her by thinking she'd ever want it. She watches those romcoms for the PLOT and the character development, did you see in that last episode of Skags of fire that Miguel finally got with Santia-

Seifa: Born 2 Tender (physically and monetarily)

She thrives off receiving and giving affection to close friends and partners, it's a part of herself she masks off from her general authoritative persona for a lot of reasons, people often see being caring or gentle as weak, and that's not something she can afford in day to day life.

People close to her know she's very tactile platonically, and an arm around a waist or shoulders is the norm if you're spending much time with her and she's in good spirits. She doesn't shy away from touch in general and has no problem initiating contact with anyone she trusts and is close enough with that she doesn't feel like being caring is a risk around. Intimacy and close tenderness with a partner is her main love language, and something she absolutely expects be provided to her.

Troy: Viciously envious of it

The last time he encountered freely platonic intimacy was in his childhood, both with Leda and Tyreen before Ty started to resent showing affection more and more as they got older. He's desperately, pathetically lonely and fully aware of that, even if he lies to himself that he's fine.

He can't request it from the people he sleeps with as it means showing them the real man under the persona, and he's learned that people do not like the real Troy, so he's starved of real intimacy despite having so much access to other people's bodies nightly.

Troy

His intelligence.

It's one thing he can think back on and remember only ever receiving positive comments on, right from as early as he can recall. He's always been able to consider problems in a way that lets him break them down and approach them from a unique angle. Dad said he was able to "Think outside the box", but he never really understood what that meant till the twins landed on Pandora and he watched so many people run themselves into the ground when such simple solutions were right there. Maybe not moral solutions, but simple solutions regardless! He absorbs and retains information very easily without any real effort, and when he found out that wasn't the norm, it became a genuine point of pride for him. Something he was great at, unrelated to his persona.

Hips and thighs

While most of his upper body causes him physical pain or he dislikes in general for multiple uhh.. reasons, he's never had any issues with his lower body. He loves the definition of his hips and lower stomach, his knees haven't ever had any joint pain, his legs have always been toned and strong without really needing any focus on them. He's worked himself to the bone trying to fix the things about his upper body that he hates, but his legs? Nah. Nice :ok_hand:

He's really good at looking after plants

He's really good at it. Lots of people can't keep plants alive but he can :) No one knows about it, but he does. It's nice to be good at something. It's just ...nice. :)

Seifa

Her waist and stomach.

Sei is relatively curvy for her height and is very thankful for her narrow waist, or she'd look like a solid rectangle in heeled boots no matter what she wore. It helps her keep up the soft fem aesthetic she likes to mix with punk bullshit without much effort, gives her a shape in baggy engineering overalls, and keeps belt pouches ON. Like, ON on. Shit is never going to move. She has a slight soft curve to her lower stomach she used to hate, thinking it made her look overweight , but as she grew into her twenties learned to love. Other people liked it, she was just being a dumb kid.

Physical strength

Years of working with lugging heavy machinery has given her an unexpectedly solid core, and she'd have no problem lifting something, say, Troy weight, and flipping it over her low center of balance without a sweat. Which is very fun. On things that are Troy weight.

The loyalty she builds with others without trying

She's not sure what it is exactly she's been doing to prompt it, but over the last few years she's come to realise she has a genuine support network across the system of people who are very loyal to her, and are there when needed to back her up in trades, or filling positions she needs, or getting her in touch with a group she's got no foot in. People she works with or gets to know trust her and remember her even years later, it's been a nice thing to find out about herself, though she wishes she knew what exact thing about her was the source of it.

My boyfriend told me if his ex two children ever need him for anything then he'll be there for them no matter what. My problem is... He cheated on me with her and they were together for a few years,engaged,then they ended the relationship. I wasn't going to take him back but I decided to let it go since it was years ago. I feel like why deal with her children and they're not yours? No matter what I say,he doesn't change his mind. What would you do is this situation? Maybe I should move on...

Short Answer: He needs to get clear on his boundaries w this woman. 

You need to accept you’re going to have to compromise and allow him to build a new co-parenting relationship that involves and is transparent with you or make plans to exit this relationship again. You must have an in-person discussion with his ex abt new boundaries and agree on what they look like or you will constantly be triggered bc of the trauma/distrust of being cheated on with these exact people. And it will break u emotionally or change ur personality/permanent emotional state. 

He should be more than willing to do what he has to do to re-build trust with you as his first priority, and be his ex’s coparent again second.

Long Answer: 

No offense but “Its been a year” means nothing imo. Because change is not produced by time.

Real change happens when a person acknowledges their previous patterns of behavior, why they made poor choices, and chooses NEW VALUES that weren’t there prior. But most importantly they faithfully show up for every opportunity to change their previous patterns based solely on these new values. Change doesn't look like perfection but does look like thoughtfulness without prompting/applause, new values and consistent choices.

It sounds like the bigger issue is that he doesnt understand that poor boundaries w the woman who helped him be unfaithful also looks like help her kids “no matter what” without any discussion/context for his current partner. Its exactly the same as when they were together if theres no new boundaries! 🙃What does co-parenting look like for them now post-breakup/affair? Did they specifically address that romance/flirting/nostalgia/jokes is a hard line for everyone? Does he know that you will leave him if you cant trust him - even if he didn’t cheat again/theres no evidence? 

What are the boundaries? When does he get to say, “No.” and stop involving himself w her (which includes her kids)?

If that woman can have kidS with a whole S there is tons of support out there for her. He cant be his exes all and only provider, protector, fix it man, grocery store runner, dinner picker-upper, take Johnny to school/soccer practice etc. Push her to be resourceful about support outside of your bf! It sounds like if no one else steps up or it will be your boyfriend doing it all with no end in sight.

Get clear on what the boundary is for you - Do they make plans together as coparents or for the kids without telling you? Is she calling/dropping at odd hours or unannounced? Does she not give any notice when theres things to do/places to show up to? Is he allowing her to create chaos in yalls relationship? Are their basic daily things she should be able to do solo as a mother she expects him to do? (ie food, meals, paperwork, school work, transportation, clothes, medical needs etc). Is he the ONLY person she calls on for help? Get clear on what you expect not just from a boyfriend but from your future husband/father of yalls actual children.

For example - “My future husband and I move as a unit. So he would never fully commit to help another family at the drop of a hat without me. My future husband understands we’re building a strong foundation for our relationship, so we can start our family is our NUMBER ONE PRIORITY. And my future husband will understand leaving behind previous romantic/sexual partners means also leaving behind situations that bring us close proximity to them like any involvement with our ex’s parents or kids, families, projects, companies/jobs, friends circles etc. My future husband and I would never make a commitment without boundaries. Because focusing on our goal means we can and should be able to say “No.” to distractions or excessive involvement with exes because thats not our priority. My future husband has clear boundaries and consistent behavior within these boundaries - which is the cornerstone to our trust. ”

When you speak like this men he will either immediately meet those Future Husband expectations or they do not at all. This is the greatest indication of what will happen in the future. What is his response when you calmly reinforce your boundaries and expectations?

Then if you realize what you want is NOT in the room - and you decide: “Would I like to lower my standards and settle with this person or pursue what I know I actually need and would make me happy?”

I want you to feel empowered making your choice. And to do it from a thoughtful place. Clarify where you need to see change, why and what it looks like. & Be prepared to change things yourself if no one else changes.

Brothers anon and it is extremely good. The game has it owns pokemon, own sprites and cries (mostly own cries), own region and story. Its also difficult but I can't tell if its because it's just difficult or because my refusal to change my team in the slightest is really shining through. It also has its own built in nuzlocke and randomizer (though you need to beat the championship to unlock the randomizer). It's very fun and I recommend it. Only thing I dislike is the fact the exp. share can only be given to one pokemon and not to the whole party. 

14: He knows it because in the beginning of him chasing and hunting Ran, Ran refuses to speak English and spoke exclusively Enderian and used the fact that Raq didn't know it to his advantage. So to get rid of that advantage, Raq spent time learning it. He's not very aware of what's happening, as he is out of it the entire time, but when he can tell whats happening, he often sees people leering at him or in his face poking and examining him like he's a exhibit. Ran is almost in the same state as his brother, but unlike Ranbob, Ran manages to stay lucid enough to be able to get himself and his brother out of the camp. But once their safe Ran quickly declines and soon is in the same state as Ranbob. Because they both got far enough away to be safe nothing else bad happens, though their groups do panic when they can't find the brothers. When the groups finally find the two their beyond relieved, though quickly alarmed when neither are super responsive. But after a quick look over decide they can't really do anything as the posion is the kind that isn't harmful but is ment for subduing, so they stand by and wait for them to wake up so it can be shared whats going on. 

They hug while somewhat more lucid and recovering from the type of posion the arrows where laced with. And Ran does admit that he was worried and how he believes that he's finally ready to start forgiving him and working with him to fix their relationship.

THATS EXACTLY WHAT HE DOES! And after the brothers make up Ran makes sure to call him stupid (teasingly) whenever he walks into water. I just imagine Ranboo and Tubbo get into a fight and Ranboo stares at him as he walks back into water while Tubbo looks on in horror. 

They plan to hide in a hole small enough that Phil can't get into when they push him into the lake.

Phil. He just kinda sighed with his head in his hands, and suggested that god hated them with a defeated voice. And everyone quickly agrees and even when the others heard of the theory they all agreed god hates them. 

Yes, when the tension between the enderman hybrids finally goes away, they all act like siblings with Ranbob acting as the big brother and keeping peace as Ran and Ranboo cause chaos and have stupid competitions. And Watson, Phil, and Benjamin get to bond over being the father of their friend groups. 

Tommy and Wilbur are like brothers to Techno, even though they really get on his nerves, he'd do anything to make sure their safe and doing well. And anyone who attacks the two are sure to get a visit from a pissed off Piglin. Techno isn't super close to Fundy, but since Fundy is Wilburs son he feels like he has to protect him when needed. And Ranboo is Technos mentee/student relationship. Also Techno just has a fondness for Ranboo. 

It definitely takes a while. Because they need to first figure out how they got there, then have a soild idea of how to get back, then find a way to get back, and find a version that looks promising, then just pray it holds. 

Tubbo just stared at him, pointed at him and said hypocrite. Phil said that he's encouraging the right things but he needs to follow his advice himself. Techno snorted and said he can give that advice once he follows it himself. And Karl and Sapnap didn't really react cause their not very used to spineless Ranboo and don't know how spineless he is.

Idk if im allowed to talk about it even though I don't have much. But, Karl is semi-aware if that makes sense. He remembers Ran being close and even grabbing his arm when his watch started to go off, and he remembers seeing Rans confused face before he got time traveled. But other than that he doesnt think Ran actually got pulled through. Ran doesnt escape because he's scared as he doesnt know where he is, he's hurt enough that in the start when he tries to stand up he'll end up falling over every single time, he's also curious though about the people he's found himself with. Techno: He feels threatened by Techno at first and often shows that by growling and basically hissing at him to try to get him to go away. Like how a hurt cat tries to make themselves look big to scare off a predator. Phil: Ran wants to trust him, he truly wants to trust him as Phil gives off a vibe of calmness and trust, but he's to scared and hesitant to attempt to trust him. Ranboo: I'm honestly not sure how to describe this. He knows Ranboo is another enderman hybrid and he knows he's intruding on this endermans haunting, but it seems like Ranboo doesn't mind which really confuses him. Actually Ranboo tries to talk with him and help him which just confuses him more. Steve: He avoids Steve because he's a big and dangerous looking polar bear but secretly really really wants to pet him. Edward helps because he's a elder enderman, and elders are highly respected and idolized almost in enderman culture and give a constant feel of safety and comfort, so Ran gives in to his instinct and listens to and takes comfort in Edward's presence, and starts to quickly grow to trust him more than anyone else. Which opens up a bit more treatment options. Im not sure, maybe 3 enderman are a crowd?
