My delicious 90sec. Keto bread
3 tbls almond flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tbls melted butter
Mix all ingredients & put into microwave safe cup.
90 sec.
Take out of cup when done
Cut in half
Put butter on and place in pan to toast both sides
And then yum 😋
You eat 🤓

Take a deep breath 🧘🏻 and start reprogramming your thoughts. When ever you have a negative, discouraging thought, stop and try your best to turn things around. Practice brings Happiness
Consistently practicing is the only way you will achieve what you want. Stop thinking it and start doing it. It doesn't matter where you begin, it’s the end result that you will value the most. 
If you don't dedicate time to your goals and dreams, that is all they will be just plans made and never executed, dreams dreamt and never fulfilled. Will that lead you into the happiness that you deserved or are you going to live with the thoughts of, what could have been? What could have been if you would have dedicated more time, if you would have practiced more, if you would have really taken yourself more seriously.
If you act now and chase after your imagination then your imagination will one day become tangible. You will find happiness, you will never know what could have been, what could have been if you didn't consistently practice and chase after your dream which finally brought you great Happiness.

Don't be scared it's just eating real food. Unfortunately, some people have blownit out of proportion. Its eating: Healthy greens, healthy meats, and healthy fats. Stay away from processed foods, additives and preservatives. I stand by it because this lifestyle has healed my body, keeps me fueled and focused. What more can you ask for?

Increase your knowledge. When you increase your knowledge, you increase your VALUE. How much you are worth in life depends on how much you can offer, to whatever passion you might have. Educate yourself. Care about the information you gather and store it in your brain the same way you worry about apps and information you can store on you devices ➡️ 📱 ➡️ 🧮😂.
So what I’m trying to tell you is to constantly update this➡️ 🧠 so that you can be Interesting when you socialize ➡️💃🏻🕺🏽 and not just look like a sexy fool that should never open your mouth😶.

I work in a kitchen so I always have to make accommodations for myself, that Way I don’t destroy all the progress that I have made. I am constantly being mindful of how I prepare myself for my meals and how I can work myself around cravings so that I don’t sabotage anything. I switch stuff around every now and then. I started Keto, not for the weight Loss but for all the amazing health benefits, energy, brain clarity etc. The weightless is just a gift that you earn because of all the hard work. I also kick my own A$$ at CrossFit. I’ll be hitting 44 in 2 days but I feel like a 24 year old, lol. I love that I found myself again after such a dark point in my life.
