Recipe follows: 3lbs ground turkey 1 pound ground beef 1/4 measure of chorizo browned 2 cans fire roasted tomatoes 1 can of tomato paste 1 bell pepper of each color 1 yellow onion 2 jalapeños (seeded and deveined), all chopped minced garlic Seasonings are: cumin, chili powder, red chili flakes, onion and garlic powder, smoked paprika, 2 bay leaves, celery salt, pepper. 2 cups of water. Instant pot for 11 minutes after browning meat in skillet.
