My Voice (KatrinaGorryXClaraMarkstedtXHarperXTeenReader)

Warnings: Trauma, injury, scary, Car accidents, drunk Driver,being trapped, mutism, ptsd, nightmares.Lots of Angst but also some Fluff.
Summary: you stopped talking after a Traumatic experience & your little sister tries to get through to you.
You and your Friends have been in a Car accident. Being Ran off the Road and getting trapped in the Car for hours. The physical damage has healed in the Last six months. Altough you had scars covering your body. But the emotional damage was deep. You didn't speak. Not at all. Not a single Word has left your lips since that day. It was also the day you lost your spark. You usually smiled alot. Since that day you haven't smiled once. Your Friends that also were in that Car accident with your best Friends Brother being the Driver also were traumatized still. neither of them stopped talking though. But one was drinking regulary now and your best friend was sleeping around to avoid thinking about the accident. So all of you were a little broken. Or damaged. Whatever you want to call it.
There was a loud Scream coming from your room. Something your moms heard every night at this point. Your Mama quickly got out of bed and went to your room. Pulling you into her arms . You grab a hold of Mini. Your Mama knew that you had a nightmare again.
"shh, sweet Girl. It's okay. I got you! You are safe. you are Home." She told you, barely above a whisper. She was thankful that Harper and Koby were used to it by now. Cause in the beginning your little siblings would get scared when you would let out that Scream. It sounded like you were terrified. Which you were. Mini gently rubbed your back, kissing your head.
"you want to sleep in our bed with me and mom?" Your Mama asked. You nodded your head softly.
"okay. Let's go!" Mini walked to her bedroom, holding you close , you pressed into her side, holding onto her and cuddling your Koala plushie named Kol you had since you were like 3 years old. You were 16 now. When you reached the bedroom, Harper was there as well.
"you had a bad dream again?" Your little sister asked. The little Girl was always concerned about you these days. You nodded your head gently. you nodded your head and climbed into the bed, Harper kissing your forehead when you laid down.
"we are here for you, sissy!" She let you know. You cuddle into your mom's Side. Clara wrapping an arm around you.
"your sister is right, my sweet Girl!" Your Mom answered. Gently stroking your hair.
The four of you were all cuddled up and you ended up falling asleep, so did Harper. Holding Kol.
"Babe? Do you think a Family Trip away from all of this would help her?" Your Mom asked your Mama.
"i mean we could try. Next weekend maybe?" Your Mama suggested. Cause both of you didn't have a game or practice then. You just started going back to Team practice two weeks ago. Before that you were still recovering from the physical aspect of the Car accident. Since you broke your shoulder Blade and had also had a broken Leg and ankle.
"yes let's do that." Your Mom nodded her head in agreement. Harper was all snuggled up into your side, you were sleeping rather peacefully right now. Which was rare for you.
A few hours later you woke up, everyone was still asleep, you somehow managed to untangle yourself from your Family and walked into the kitchen. Grabbing yourself a Glass of orange juice before walking into your room. Sitting down on the floor, with your Art supplies. You just started a pencil sketch. It was a Family Portrait of your moms, Harper, Koby , Charli & Kyra (cause they were your older Matildas sisters and Part of your Family) . Of course you also added yourself . All of sudden you hear small footsteps walking into your room.
"y/n, No more sleep?" Your Baby sister asked. You shook your head 'no'.
"cause of Bad Dreams?" She wanted to know. You nodded your head 'yes' now. Tearing up a bit. Harper climbed into your lsp right away. Wiping your tears away.
"mommies are worried. You have no voice." She explained.
"i...am afraid." You whispered out. Your voice hoarse.
"afawid?" Harper asked. You nodded your head softly. She looked at you, quite surprised. For two reasons, because you talked and you admitted you were afraid.
"yes, cause people want to talk about the accident, Harps." You explained. Voice still barely above a whisper.
Outside of your room behind the half closed doors, there was your Mom watching. Tearing up. Your Mama walked over.
"why are you crying, Love?" Your mama asked your Mom. Whispering gently.
"Harper got y/n to talk." She whispered out, wiping away her tears. Your mama was tearing up now.
"are you sure you heard her Talk and not just..." She started to say but then she heard you reply to Harper.
"i know i have to talk about it... it's just scary." You admitted.
"oh my god." Your Mama whispered out.
"let's go make ourselves known." Your Mom answered. A sleeping Koby in her arms.
The two walked into your room.
"hey sweet girls." Your mama answered with a smile on her face. You noticed the tears. Realizing your moms must have heard you talk. You just knew by the looks of it. So you got up, Harper on your hip. Hugging your Mama and your Mom at the same time. While you managed to hold your little sister and be careful not to hurt your Baby Brother.
"i Love all of you." You told them and they teared up again. Full on crying now. After so many months of not hearing your voice you finally talked again. It may was a small step to Others outside your Family. But for your moms it was such a big deal. And to you it was as well.
"we Love you too!" Your Mama said.
"with everything we have." Your Mom whispered out. Smiling through the tears.
A/N: let me know If you want a second Part.

Imagine: Kol taking you to meet his family
Staring at your feet, bundle of nervous mingling in the pit of your stomach. You have never react such a way when meeting new people but knowing you are going to meet the family of your partner. That hit a nerve, when he ask you to be introduced to his family; you stood their gobsmacked with the news. You just hum to the agreement but deep inside you were mortified. What if his family doesn't like her because she is a mere human? Or what if their isn't anything captivating about her. They are just gonna find her boring.
In snail-like pace, she walks to the door as she goes to knock the door was immediately open by Kol. By seeing his face, she let out a breath that she didn't know she was holding. She quickly goes for an embrace to persuade herself that everything is going to be fine. Kol snicker at her reaction and pulls her inside. He knew how she was feeling right now that she is meeting his family. He finds in absolutely adorable how she is freaking out.
He lowers himself to whisper in her ear, "Everything is going to be alright, darling." He leaves a peck on your temple maybe that would ease the jitters.
"Is she here already?" A voice asked, the foot steps began louder and louder indicating the person was coming closer. Y/n didn't know what to do, she moves behind Kol to hide.
"Don't be afraid, darling." Kol states, which she finds absurd that he is telling her to not be terrified that she is dating a thousand year old vampire. In an instant his sibling could and will kill her in a blink of an eye. To be scared to death is a statement that she knows down in her soul could happen, if ever dared to be annoying or disrespectful.
"Kol, Where is our guest?"
"She is right behind me dear sister." Kol moves to aside to show his sister that his lover is behind scared out of her mind. Rebekah softens seeing the state that her brother's girlfriend was in.
"Hello, I'm Rebekah but you can call me Beka." She introduces to the shy girl.
"Hi, I'm y/n... it's nice to meet you." She says softly scared to speak a little louder.
"Don't be shy, love. We will never hurt you." Rebekah tells her, Y/n reminds her of herself when she was still human. Sweet and innocent. Until her world became darker and cruel, she needed to learn and adapt so she wouldn't be this scared little girl.
Now Rebekah can defend herself from their enemies and anything that gets in the way of her and family.
Rebekah got closer to Y/n and throw her arms around to embrace her warmly hug. She felt Y/n tense underneath her but slowly found comfort in the hug. She lets her go and sees she much more relaxed.
She turns to Kol and says, "I like her already."
Kol smiles brightly from the interaction his sister and girlfriend were having. He knew they were going to be best of friends. He goes up to her to clasp her hand in his and guide her throughout the house until they arrived to go to the patio where their little dinner was going to be held at. Y/n was kind of starstruck with how beautifully decorated was the backyard. It felt like it was straight out of a Disney film, she will never get over on how breathtaking it is. Kol notice her reaction and shakes his head softly, guides to the table.
"Ah! Our guest has arrived." Klaus announces excitedly, he wants to see the woman that has made his brother carefree. He would like to thank her for loving his unconditionally. He knows how difficult and stubborn his dear brother can be.
Y/n turns around to see Kol's brother approaching them, she was stun to see that his brother is as well attractive. She wonders were this family blessed to look this drop dead gorgeous.
"Hello love, I'm Klaus but you can call me Nik." He says, he shakes her hand. He could tell how nervous she is. It made him smile softly, he knows Kol admired those type of woman with sharp tongues and confidence that are killer. But what made him fall in love with a girl who is this shy of a mouse. That truly did intrigue him so much.
"It's so nice to meet you! I'm Y/n." She greets him, now with a new found confidence. Her in mind she was thanking Rebekah, who have gave her the reassurance that everything was going to be alright. Yet again, she was thankful that she met her first then others. Rebekah and Kol stood there still weirded out the interaction that was taking place. Mostly, of their brother, Klaus. He has never allowed anyone call him, Nik. Only his siblings. Which this whole situation is all out of character for their brother.
"Come on, darling. Let's go and sit. We have to wait for my other two siblings." Kol says to her as he guides her to the table.
Y/n sits down and looks at Kol, then says, "How many siblings do you have?"
"I have seven siblings but two of them have fallen." He replies to her while leaning in to give her a kiss on the cheek.
"Seven!" She exclaims.
"I admire that's all the information she took in." Klaus replies to Kol. Kol shook his head while laughing, he couldn't deny how adorable you look at this very moment. He can say that he is quite lucky to have found someone like you. You are the light to brighten up his darkest of days. The reason why he fought to change himself to be a better man because you made him want to change. You are the reason why he wants to exist in this pathetic world.
"We truly apologize for arriving late." A man in a suit said, while behind him stood two women. One of those women is holding cute baby... y/n heart swell when she saw the small child. Kol look at her and smiled sadly. Knowing that he will never be able to give the children she would desire to have. Y/n looks up toward Kol and saw the frown on his face, she gently pecks his cheek. He looks down at her and kisses her forehead, she whispers to him softly, " I am amazed."
"Why?" He whispers back to her. He got curious as to why she was amazed, they haven't done anything out of the extraordinary nor have they began chatting among with his family.
"How come everyone is so fucking attractive. I feel like it a crime." She whispers back.
Laughter was heard around them, they both look up to them staring Y/n; she shyly look down.
"Don't fret, love. I always have been told I was a god." Klaus replied, everyone knew his ego.
"Yes, dear brother. They have called you a god of short temper." The one in the suit says back to his brother.
Which everyone laughs, Klaus rolls his eyes at everyone. Y/n
"How rude of me! Hello, I'm Elijah." He says as he extends out his hand for a shake. Timidly shakes his hand and smiles softly, she waves at the two ladies.
"These three are Freya, Hayley and lastly, the baby is Hope." He says, as he gestures at them. The women smile softly, Hayley walks toward Klaus and hands him Hope. Hope giggles in the arms of Klaus, Y/n understood right there that Hope is his child. She did a small cutesy wave to Hope.
"Do you want to hold her, little dove." Klaus ask her, with a brow raised.
Y/n leans her head to the side, curious as to why he calls her little dove. She looks at the face of everyone at the table and they all had the same face. They were all confuse with the fact he gave her a nickname.
"Why little dove?" She asks.
"Because among all of us, you are the purest. Dove are a symbol of purity." Klaus states, as he hands hope to her. She gently embraces Hope into her arms, she began making funny faces.
"Now, let's begin." Freya announces, as she gestures for the waiter to begin bring out the food.
"Where is Y/n?" The older brother of Kol asked, they had a lovely time getting to know her. They truly believe, not only them believe that Y/n change him for the better. Klaus knew that having her around will also bring his family a little closer to humanity.
"She is upstairs, we were thinking about watching a film." Kol replies, he knew that Elijah and his two sisters approve of their relationship. He was ecstatic to hear the news but he was entirely scared of what Klaus would think. He demand to know his brother impression about their entanglement.
"I can say little brother that you have found the one. I hope you keep in mind to cherish her forever." Klaus adds, he places his hand on his shoulder to assure him that it is alright. He has to not worry of any aggressions he might do. Meeting the human girl, he felt as she was like another sister. He vowed to himself that he will help Kol protect her from the harms that come from being involve in this family.
_____
"What did you think about my family?" Kol asks.
"What do I think about them, it's more likely what do they think about me?" She says dramatically, as she points at herself. Throughout the whole dinner she kept on worry with the fact she would mistakes or embarrass herself. Which she is great on doing so, Kol laughs at her and shakes his head; he leaves her there on the bed so he can go get the remote.
"Stop laughing at me!"She shouts while tugging on her hair. She across her on top of her chest and pouts she hates it when he never takes her seriously. Kol jumps back on bed and pulls her to him, he cups her face with her hands to place a soft kiss on her plump red lips. He can never get enough from kissing her, every kiss felt it was the first.
"Don't worry. I know for a fact they love you."

Hello! If you don’t mind, I would like to request a Rebekah Mikaelson x reader?
Something like, reader is human but is the key to one of Klaus’s plans, so he takes her to the Mikaelson mansion and keeps her there. She’s kind of a prisoner, but Rebekah has seen this film before, so she’s just expecting one of her brothers - or both of her brothers - to fall in love with yet another stupid human and make everything complicated again
However, reader starts to get affectionate with her. She starts looking for her when she needs something, when she has to make a decision, she looks at her for reassurance, she goes to Bekah’s room late at night to talk and very often just falls asleep there, it’s a whole thing, but Rebekah is always expecting the moment she’ll leave her for her brothers, not really opening her heart, she’s scared because she has been fooled so many times
So, one day she sees reader talking with Elijah and she’s even giving him those pleading eyes she usually reserves for her and they both shut up immediately when she gets close, and she knows the moment came, Y/N will be Elijah’s, Klaus will freak out and hell will break loose. She’s hurt but pretends no to be and just starts keeping reader away
But reader was only talking to Elijah because in one of these late night talks, Rebekah told her that no one has ever baked for her even though she has been doing it forever, so she was just trying to convince him to get everything she needed to bake for her, she’s completely in love with Rebekah
So, that’s it! I hope you like the request, thanks anyway!
'didn't like the ending' - rebekah mikaelson
masterlist
God, Rebekah Mikaelson has seen the same scene play out so many times, she’s starting to feel like she’s spent half her immortal life in deja vu. For a family of Original vampires that prides itself on being leagues beyond the rest of their bloodsucking proteges, the Mikaelson brothers can be a little, well, predictable. Especially at times like this.
If there’s one perfect example of the Mikaelson men repeating themselves, it would have to be the hostage problem. Rebekah can’t even begin to count the amount of times she’s witnessed the same damn thing over the centuries. At this point, it’s starting to border on ridiculous, yet the only one who seems attuned to this problem is Rebekah. And it’s not as if her brothers are really that keen to listen to her, anyway. Certainly not about something like this.
Every time, it starts and ends the same: one of her brothers, maybe even Rebekah herself, will drag in some human or vampire or witch to serve as a hostage during one of their many disputes with the neighbouring supernatural beings. They’ll chain up this poor sap in a cell, or lock them in one of the many rooms of the Mikaelson mansion. At first, all will be perfectly ordinary. The hostage will beg and plead to be rescued, Rebekah’s family will laugh scornfully from atop their ivory towers, and everything will go as planned.
But then the negotiations don’t happen as quickly as they would like, and the Mikaelsons end up spending a lot more time with their hostage than initially envisioned. They have to tolerate the company of this foreign presence more and more, especially since the hostage often ends up being a key part in someone’s plans, and information is required from them. Then, Elijah or Klaus, or heavens, even Kol sometimes, will end up spending far more time with this hostage than ever before, and they’ll do the unthinkable and fall in love.
Rebekah is no stranger to the plight of the lovestruck Mikaelson. Although it seems impossible, one of her brothers will fall in love, and then face the unsightly issue of having to wrestle with their guilt over letting the hostage go, or the more likely option, they’ll keep the hostage forever as a little trophy or token of their affections until they fall out of love again and the hostage is set free.
This has happened many times over the centuries. No matter how much her brothers love to talk about how they’re so above mortal things like feelings, Rebekah has watched them fall victim to their hearts until an affection becomes an affliction. Normally, she wouldn’t have a problem with any of this, it is rather amusing to watch her brothers fall over themselves in an attempt to woo a human of all things, but more often than not she ends up being the reluctant ear to their monologues, so the whole affair has grown rather wearisome over the years.
And so, when Klaus drags yet another human hostage into the Mikaelson mansion as a cog in one of his many elaborate plans, Rebekah just sighs and mentally starts planning when she’ll take an extended vacation out of New Orleans yet again so she won’t have to deal with all of this. It’s a shame, too. She was just starting to put herself back out there again, and now all of her hard work is for nothing.
Rebekah watches from the balcony as Klaus dramatically announces to the hostage that they’ll have nowhere to go unless they help him. This time, he’s allowing the hostage free reign of the place, since he’s had a witch charm the hostage into being unable to leave the mansion unless Klaus directly allows it. That way, he won’t have to deal with pesky things like vervain getting in the way of his commands.
Rebekah sighs, rolling her eyes at the scene. The hostage seems like a perfectly nice young woman, albeit one that has absolutely no idea what’s coming for her. Inwardly, she wonders if she should start issuing ominous warnings about staying away from the Mikaelson brothers, although if this hostage is in any way involved with the vampiric communities of New Orleans, she supposes they would already know more than enough about that.
A sudden whoosh of air by her side; Rebekah looks up to see Elijah suddenly emerging from the shadows of the hall to stand next to her. “Something seems to be troubling you,” he notes. “Should I be afraid to ask?”
Rebekah just groans. “Klaus has gone and conjured himself up yet another hostage. This is not going to end well.”
Elijah arches a brow. “You don’t mean to tell me you think Klaus will harm her already? He should hold off at least a week or two, he needs her alive.”
Rebekah shakes her head. “Worse. I think he’s going to grow to care for her. Either you or him.”
Elijah chuckles. “Well, I hardly think that being under the protection of a Mikaelson is cause for concern. If anything, it should extend her lifetime a few decades or so.”
Rebekah scoffs. “I couldn’t care less about how long she lives. I just don’t want you two to bother me when you fall in love again.”
Elijah gazes down at the hostage. “You don’t even know if she’s our type. We might not like her in the slightest. Rebekah, have you even bothered to learn the poor girl’s name? That’s meager hospitality on your part.”
Rebekah almost laughs. “Dearest brother, I do not give a damn who this girl is or what she’s done wrong to get herself on Klaus’ radar. The more she stays out of my way, the better.”
With that, she spins on her heel and heads back towards her quarters. This plan is one of Klaus’ mad schemes, not hers, so Rebekah is determined to avoid the whole matter as much as she can. Maybe then she could finally manage a moment or two of peace and quiet around here.
Peace and quiet, as it turns out, are not the sorts of things to hang around the Mikaelson estate, certainly not when Klaus has a few tricks up his sleeve. Try as she might to stay out of the way, Rebekah finds herself brought back into the mix not by Klaus, or even Elijah on one of his many attempts to bring the family together, but by the hostage herself: Y/N L/N.
Rebekah had been honest with Elijah when she said she couldn’t care less about the hostage. Really, she couldn’t. For some reason, however, Y/N seems to have decided that Rebekah is her best bet when attempting to navigate the complex relationships of the Mikaelson extended sphere. She’s not wrong, really, Rebekah can be level-headed when she decides it’s interesting enough for her, but she can’t fathom why Y/N would seek her out intentionally.
Yet this is precisely what happens. Y/N takes it upon herself to introduce herself to Rebekah out of the blue one day, then keeps tracking Rebekah down to ask her questions or seek advice on how to deal with Klaus. Honestly, it’s ridiculous. Rebekah does not need new friends, nor would she try to find them in a human.
That being said, she doesn’t entirely mind Y/N, not really. As far as humans go, Rebekah would be kind enough to say that she’s one of the better ones. She doesn’t annoy Rebekah like some of the Mystic Falls crew did, and she listens intently whenever Rebekah speaks, as if she truly cared about what Rebekah had to say. After many lifetimes over her brothers overruling her every thought, Rebekah can’t deny that it’s nice to have her opinion valued every now and then.
Just as expected, Y/N’s tenure in the Mikaelson mansion drags on for longer than planned, and what was meant to be a stay of just a couple of weeks turns into one month, then two. Y/N remains, and she remains by Rebekah’s side. They actually exchange jokes, and secrets, and before Rebekah knows it, she actually looks forward to when she crosses paths with Y/N. They get along brilliantly, and when Y/N isn’t with Rebekah–
Well, when she’s not with Rebekah, she’s with Elijah. Practically glued to the hip. At first, Rebekah would jealously tell herself that Y/N would never get along with Elijah, but inside, she knows it isn’t true. If Y/N can win over Rebekah when Rebekah was firmly opposed to the whole idea, then good-tempered Elijah would be a walk in the park to Rebekah’s bloody battlefield.
It makes Rebekah sick. She knows how this play turns out, doesn’t she? Rebekah has attended many showings, and no matter the venue, no matter the star actress, it always turns out the same. The hostage falls for a Mikaelson brother, not sister. In the end, there is love to be shared, but not with Rebekah. Never with Rebekah.
She wants to tighten her hold, but afraid of pushing Y/N away for good, she pretends as if nothing is the matter. Y/N doesn’t seem to notice the war brewing between Rebekah’s ribs. She spends more and more time in Rebekah’s room, talking over some issue or other. Sometimes, when the nights get low and Y/N forgets to leave, she’ll even fall asleep on Rebekah’s bed, or when leaning against her shoulder. It feels personal. It feels like maybe, it might even be Rebekah’s turn to fall in love.
She knows better, though. Of course Rebekah knows better. Rebekah has been through enough lifetimes to know that hope is a very rocky fissure upon which to build one’s aspirations. Even if a lot of her life has been spent daggered in a box, she still knows enough to not be naive. This story isn’t going to go her way. It never does.
She’d like it to, though. She really would. Y/N gets along with the whole family, and Rebekah can’t stop herself from imagining how nice it would be to have a significant other that wasn’t in danger of getting murdered by Klaus or Elijah for once. Klaus, with admittedly great reluctance, has come to value Y/N’s input. And Elijah’s conversations with Y/N seem to increase in number, but mainly whenever Rebekah isn’t around.
That happens a lot, actually. They’ll be getting along, thick as thieves, and then the moment Rebekah turns the corner and comes into their direct line of sight, the two of them mysteriously clam up. Keeping secrets, it seems. From her. And Rebekah reckons she can guess the subject matter quite well.
That’s it, then. That’s the mystery sorted, the grand question of which Mikaelson their latest hostage would fall for. It’s not as if this hasn’t happened before, but Rebekah finds herself far more disappointed than she had for any of the others. Vampires are protective and jealous and selfish, and Rebekah is the worst of them, but still, she swears she had never wanted anything quite like this before. Now this thing, this love, this woman, is out of her reach, and Rebekah’s entire existence has suddenly turned tragic.
Although she should take the high road and pretend that nothing is the matter, Rebekah has never been good at brushing off trivialities. Once, when she was younger, Klaus had told her that she had a ‘gift for theatrics.’ At first, she’d been delighted, assuming her brother believed her to be a master actress, and then she’d realized that Klaus’ words, as they always seemed to be, were nothing but a barb meant to wound her. Then she’d stomped around as usual, doing nothing to raise her spirits and only proving him right.
Stomping around can be rather satisfying, though. When Rebekah runs into Y/N and Elijah deep in a heated conversation one day, she just can’t take it anymore. This time, instead of running away and pretending as if she hadn’t seen a thing, Rebekah purposely walks towards them. Just as before, Y/N’s eyes go wide, and she hurriedly shuts up.
Rebekah isn’t willing to let it slide, though. She stops in front of them and folds her arms across her chest. “What’s all this about? You look as if you’ve been caught red-handed. Which, I suppose, you have.”
Y/N grins weakly. “Nothing. We, uh, aren’t doing anything.”
Rebekah arches a brow. “That’s hardly believable, now, isn’t it? How about you try telling me the truth for once. I’d certainly like to hear it.”
Elijah claps his hands together. “Actually, I think this is a matter just for you and Y/N, my dear sister. I don’t believe this concerns me at all.”
Before either of them can stop him, Elijah disappears down the hall, gone in an instant. Y/N glares after him. “For an immortal vampire, he’s absolutely terrible when you want someone to stand by you.”
“That’s Elijah for you,” Rebekah murmurs. “He never likes it when we fight.”
“Yeah, well, I can hardly blame him,” Y/N muses. “Fighting with your family seems rather painful.”
“It is,” Rebekah instantly agrees, then remembers that she’s supposed to be upset. “Now, you can’t distract me anymore. Tell me what’s going on, I mean it. I know we’re friends, but you don’t have to hide things from me.”
Y/N’s eyes go wide. “You mean– you know? And you’re okay with it?”
Rebekah feels as if she’s been daggered. She almost wants to turn around and see if her murderous brother is standing behind her, ready to put her in a coffin again for another century or two. Y/N does like Elijah, then. How utterly heartbreaking. “Why wouldn’t I be okay with it?” She asks listlessly. “I know my brothers, and as far as Mikaelson men go, you chose the one who tends to be the most stable. Nothing wrong with that.”
Y/N’s brow furrows. “Wait, what are you talking about?”
Rebekah looks away. Thinking it is one thing, but admitting the painful truth aloud suddenly seems far worse. “You know. You’ve fallen in love with my brother.”
She isn’t sure how she expects Y/N to react. With relief, maybe, that she won’t have to hide anymore. What Rebekah certainly isn’t expecting is for Y/N to start laughing. “What? No, Rebekah, I’m not in love with Elijah. I’m in love with you.”
The floor seems to have fallen about beneath Rebekah’s feet. “With– with me?”
Y/N laughs again. It’s a lovely sound. “Yes, Bekah, I love you. It’s very easy to do, you know.”
Rebekah shakes her head, still not entirely sure that she isn’t dreaming or something. This certainly feels like a dream. “But– you’re always with Elijah– and you keep sharing secrets with him that you won’t tell me–”
Y/N grins. “That’s because I’m trying to make sure he won’t tell a soul. Elijah figured me out a few weeks ago. Mainly, though, I’ve been trying to persuade him to get me a few things. I want to bake something for you, and Klaus only ever keeps this house stocked with blood and alcohol. It’s sort of horrific, actually. You don’t even have baking soda.”
Rebekah’s brow furrows. “You wanted to bake me something? Why?”
Y/N’s smile turns quiet. “You mentioned it once. You were sad that no one had ever baked for you even though you were always making things for your brothers. I didn’t want you to feel that way anymore.”
“I can’t believe you remembered that,” Rebekah says softly. “I only mentioned it once.”
“I like listening to you, Rebekah.” Y/N tells her.
And at last, at long last, Rebekah knows why. She’s seen this play before. For once, she gets her happy ending.

Masterlist
a/n is at the end of the post.
When you accepted Klaus’ proposal a thousand years ago, you could’ve never imagined that your life would end up the way it would. For a long time, you were happy, maybe even the happiest girl in the world. It didn’t matter if your family was dead—the Mikaelsons became your family. And for a while, that was fine with you, but now it just felt like torture to be with them every single day.
But you supposed that you signed your life away when you married your husband.
His infractions amazed you, but you still didn’t leave him, even when every bone in your body begged you to. It was the little things, like watching Hope smile as she opened presents on Christmas morning, that made you feel like it was worth it.
You had grown attached to her. While you still weren’t the best of friends with her mother, you remained civil for her. After all, you were both stuck in this family with no way of escaping, so you found it pointless to continue to ignore her.
Klaus, however, was much more deserving of your ignorance, but like Hayley, you pushed that to the side. Your feelings didn’t matter when their child was involved. Even though you weren’t her mother, Hope felt like a daughter to you. Her name was so fitting; she really was this family’s last hope, and she was definitely yours.
Over the years you had, you managed to mend your relationship with Rebekah, even if it was never really the same as it was before. You were no longer running around Chicago together, dancing the night away, but now you had responsibilities to care for and hurt in your hearts. Rebekah had always been a child of sorts, but coming back to this city forced her to grow up. In a way, you supposed you did, too.
Elijah and you were better after that talk you had that one Christmas Eve, not as good as before, but better, and for the time being, that was good enough.
Sometimes, as you were playing with Hope in the living room, your siblings surrounding you, you lied to yourself and pretended you were a family again. But you knew better now. You’d been here before already.
But then something happened, something that almost made that lie feel real.
You walked into the Abattoir with a wide smile on your face, a sight that’d become rare to see. But when you were with Hope, it was impossible for the corners of your lips not to go up. She was giggling at something you said, but, looking back, you couldn’t even remember what it was.
There were shopping bags in your hands. You just took her out to get clothes for her first time at school. You were expecting to see the family seated on the couches, prepared to watch her “runway” her new wardrobe.
Instead, you were met with an apparent crisis. Rebekah sat on the couch, hand cupped over her mouth in shock, tears in her eyes. Hayley stood off to the side, glancing in between Elijah and Klaus, the former staring pointedly at an unknown man whose back was turned to you and the latter with his arms crossed, also staring at said man.
At your entrance, Hayley looked over to you, seeming to let out a breath, as if she was thankful to have a reason to leave the situation. “Mommy, mommy!” Little Hope waved Hayley over, even though she was already walking in your direction. “Me and Auntie Y/N/N bought pretty clothes! Wanna see?”
“Yes, sweetheart, just after your father and Uncle Elijah work this out.” She picked the child up, glancing your way with a sort of warning in her eyes, nodding over to where the rest of the family stood before she looked back to Hope. “For now, why don’t we get you in the bath?”
Hope groaned in protest, making you smile in amusement, but Hayley paid no mind to this, taking her upstairs. Your smile was immediately wiped away. The look the werewolf gave you suggested that something was going on, something she didn’t want Hope to be apart of. The rest of the Mikaelsons hadn’t taken their attention off the man they were staring at for even a second, worrying you.
So, you placed the shopping bags you were holding down next to the gate, walking towards them with your arms held out. “What’s going on?” You asked, but no one turned to answer you. Your brows furrowed. Just as you were about to ask again, the mystery man turned around and it was like the wind was knocked out of you instantly.
Standing right in front of you was no stranger. It was Kol Mikaelson.
For a moment, you almost forgot how to breathe. He gazed at you tenderly with an indecipherable look in his eye. Before you could get to even trying to figure it out, you jumped out of your shock and engulfed him into a tight hug that he quickly reciprocated. Tears leaked out of your eyes for the first time in years.
After a minute, you pulled away, patting his arms and looking him up and down, like you were trying to figure out if he was real. He looked just like Kol, just like your Kol. You pinched yourself, causing the man to let out a small chuckle.
“Oh, how I’ve missed you, Y/N,” he said, and you were gobsmacked because that was his voice, his voice that you hadn’t heard in years. As you realized this was real, that this was really Kol, you pulled him in for another hug.
Kol was the one to pull away this time, cupping your cheeks with his hands and wiping your tears away. You opened and closed your mouth like a fish, trying to find the right words to use, trying to figure out what you even wanted to say. When he died, you felt like there was so much left unsaid, but now you didn’t know where to start. “How- how are you here?”
He softly smiled at you, so different in comparison to the usual Mikaelson smirk that you were used to. “I’m going to explain everything.”
All of a sudden, you heard a throat clear, reminding you of the others in the room that you’d somehow forgotten about. You looked behind Kol to see Elijah, straightening his cufflinks. “Yes, it appears that we all have a lot to discuss,” he remarked, almost looking uncomfortable. You then glanced to Klaus whose jaw was clenched. Rebekah was still in the same exact position as before, expressionless.
Kol guided you to the couch next to her, telling the brothers they should sit, too. And then he told you all the story of a lifetime.
You listened intently as Kol explained how he was alive. He said he had been on the other side, watching all of you every day. Hearing this made you tense as you wondered what he could’ve possibly seen or heard; you were embarrassed that he might’ve seen how Klaus treated you and how you stayed, but your mind didn’t linger on the subject for long as he continued with his story.
He said the other side started to fall apart, all thanks to the travellers and their sociopathic leader, Markos. You were surprised he was even real; when you came across travellers in the past, you thought they were insane, but it turned out that they actually had real power, enough to bring down a supernatural purgatory that had existed long before even your time.
Kol then said he went back to Mystic Falls after a witch told him that Bonnie Bennett had taken the place of the other side’s anchor. He explained how, following Stefan’s death, the scooby gang engaged in a plan to bring him and their other fallen friends back.
“So I was stuck with my life in the witch’s hands.” He suddenly looked to you. “She refused at first, but when I mentioned you, she eased up and decided to let me through.” For some reason, this information made you freeze. You were stuck staring into Kol’s eyes until he eventually looked away, making you shake your head. “Whatever you said to her, Y/N, may have just saved my life.”
You knew what he was referring to. Long ago, when you were still in Mystic Falls, before Klaus cheated and before Kol died, you gave the Bennett witch some advice you thought she’d find useful. You told her not to let people walk all over her, to start living for herself.
How ironic was that?
It seemed that neither of you had followed this advice, though, because Bonnie was still stuck putting her life on the line for her friends and you still lived with your husband and his family.
Both of you were doing things that’d kill you eventually.
Maybe it already did.
After Kol’s story, you were all worn out, like each of you had lived through it yourselves. Even though you were exhausted, you were still ecstatic that Kol was alive, that your wishes had come true. When Rebekah got over her shock, you could tell she was happy too, and even Elijah had a ghost of a smile of his lips. But Klaus didn’t look as happy as you would’ve thought he’d be.
You didn’t mind this, ignoring it altogether, refusing to let anything ruin your good mood. That night, you went to bed happy in a house full of Mikaelsons.
The next day, when Kol met Hope, the smile that was already on your face got even wider. Oh, they would cause trouble together, you thought. The three of you spent the week together, sometimes including one of your other siblings. And for the first time since you were with that boy, you felt human again.
You could’ve never imagined this turn of events, Kol coming back to life, Klaus’ child being your salvation. But no longer could you imagine any what ifs, any other life for yourself. You didn’t wonder and wonder about what would’ve happened if Elijah let you go, if Klaus never found you. If you got the chance to go back, you didn’t even know if you would’ve done it all differently. That was saying something, but at the moment, it all felt like it was worth it.
There were so many questions you had for Kol, so many qualms you still had with your family, but for that week, you ignored it all. You could only focus on the influx of pure happiness you felt. You started living like you weren’t a thousand-year-old Original whose heart was broken and like you were gonna die the very next day.
And it was liberating.
But you knew better than to think you could live in paradise forever.
You and Kol lied on the grass of some hill he’d driven you to. You were surprised he even still knew his way around the city, but he was always one to surprise you.
You just stared up at the stars together in silence, a comfortable silence that didn’t feel like it was suffocating you. It was just the two of you, no Klaus, no drama, no anyone. It was just you and the stars.
Out of nowhere, Kol broke the silence, his voice just above a whisper. “My brother doesn’t deserve you.”
Your breath hitched, turning your head towards him, but his gaze was still aimed at the sky. Your perfect little moment was suddenly invaded by the thought of your husband who you’d been unknowingly avoiding in conversation with Kol altogether. Maybe he noticed that.
Maybe he noticed the way you and Klaus no longer touched, even though you couldn’t keep your hands off one another the last time he was alive. Maybe he really was watching you from the other side, and that terrified you.
You knew Kol held you on a pedestal, even if neither of you would ever acknowledge that. He thought you were so good, so strong, so it killed you to think that he saw you when you were most vulnerable. It killed you to think that he knew all of his brother’s indiscretions and how you stayed, anyway.
You knew better than that—no, you were better than that.
Kol went on, “He never has-”
This time, you cut him off, the shock wearing off. “Kol-”
“No, Y/N.” He finally stopped staring up at the stars, turning to look at you. You were expecting the disappointment, but you weren’t expecting the raw anger in his eyes, an anger that’d never been directed at you. But you know it wasn’t. “You were always too good for that bastard, too good for this entire fucking family.”
You tried to stop him, but he kept going every time you opened your mouth. “Here you are, raising a child that isn’t even yours for his sake. Even after what he did to you, what he kept doing to you, you stayed—because that is just how loyal you are and how loyal he isn’t.” He started laughing, but there was no trace of humour in it. “You have no idea how much I want to sock him every time I see him.”
“Kol-”
“You know there’s nothing you can say to make this better, Y/N.” That shut you up. “I’m not going to let you spin this just to spare my brother the trouble.” Oh, how embarrassed you felt. Klaus cheated on you over and over again, yet you still felt the need to defend him.
Things were okay with Elijah and Rebekah because, even though they were there, they weren’t really there. They didn’t know how bad things were between you and Klaus, how it ate you alive, not even Rebekah who watched you break down and isolate yourself. But Kol- oh, Kol saw it all.
You swallowed, looking back up to the sky. “I’m sorry,” you whispered.
Never had you been turned so fast. When your eyes met Kol’s, they were fierce, but his voice softened. “Don’t ever apologize for him. Never again, not to me- not to anyone.”
You swallowed a second time, losing your words as you just stared into his eyes. You hadn’t seen him in so long; you forgot how well he knew you, how he was able to read you like a child’s book.
But Kol had gotten more complicated to you. Whenever you were around him, there was a new look that’d surface in his eyes. This look was like a passerby that you didn’t know but had seen before, a friend of a friend. This was a look you could not decipher, and currently, he was giving you that exact look.
For a long while, the two of you just looked at each other as if you were the stars you’d came all this way to see. The only things heard were crickets and the cars from the city until Kol’s voice sounded.
“I should’ve never let him do this to you,” he said. And you didn’t know what that meant.
But it didn’t matter.
Because, seconds later, you both got up and drove away.
This night hadn’t dampened your mood. There were so many things to be happy for. Years ago or even a week ago, you were depressed beyond words, but Kol coming back had filled a hole you’d thought would never go away. So even though this conversation stung, you were still okay.
When you got back to the compound, you both pretended he never said what he said. Kol went back to being his playful self, making jokes, and you went back to laughing at them.
It was like you’d been given a miracle. You never thought you’d feel like yourself again, and you didn’t really, but it was so close, as close as you’d been in a long time.
You didn’t feel so alone anymore.
Every day started being spent with either Kol, Marcel, Hope, or sometimes even Rebekah. Life was as normal as it had ever been, as sunny as you’d ever seen the world—at least as sunny as your life has been in decades.
Until it started to rain.
You were in the kitchen of the Abattoir, looking through the cupboards to see what you could make. While none of you had to actually eat, Hope did, and so it’d become a staple in the Mikaelson house to have dinner every night. These dinners stopped being so awkward after a while.
Hayley and Eijah were at some werewolf meeting, Rebekah had taken Hope to buy school supplies, Kol was roaming around, and you suspected Klaus was out causing some sort of mayhem. You assumed you were alone in the house, but you were proven wrong.
Footsteps sounded behind you; you sensed him before you even turned around. Even though Klaus and you had gotten to a point of pleasantness, that didn’t mean you enjoyed being alone with him.
A few years of pleasantness couldn’t erase the thousand years you’d spent together.
“Love,” he greeted, pulling out a barstool and sitting down, the kitchen island separating you. You lightly inhaled, turning to nod to him in acknowledgement.
You kept rummaging through the kitchen, trying your best to ignore your husband’s presence. Oh, Klaus hadn’t felt like your husband in so long, but what else could he possibly be to you?
You were trying so hard to be friends with him, but could you really be friends with the man you were in love with for a millennium? With the man who had hurt you more than anyone else ever had? You didn’t have an answer to that.
The two of you sat in silence. There was a point in time where silence between you both felt like a warm blanket, comfortable and safe, but now it felt ominous, like the calm before a storm. With Klaus, there was always a storm.
Just as you placed your final ingredients on the counter, he caught you off guard and asked, “What are you doing with my brother?” You quickly spun around, widening your eyes and narrowing them in the same sequence. This was a question, but it felt much more like a challenge.
Klaus was impassive, but you knew better than to actually believe that. However, you mirrored his expression, anyway. “What do you mean?” you quizzed. You tried to keep your voice devoid of emotion, but you couldn’t help the bite of annoyance that seeped through.
He clearly noticed this if the tick in his jaw was of any indication. “You and Kol, Y/N.” Your brows furrowed at his vague explanation, causing his eyes to roll. “Come on, don’t act as if you’re surprised. You had to have known that I’d ask eventually. You’re my wife.”
He stared firmly into your eyes. No, I’m not your wife, you wanted to scream, but you bit your tongue. You hoped that your gaze said it for you, anyway. Instead, you scoffed, “No, Klaus, I really don’t know what you’re talking about.” He tried to say something, but you cut him off. “I’m not sure what insinuation you’re trying to make, but you need to cool it.”
You were fed up, and you could feel an argument on its way. Klaus and you hadn’t argued in a long time, but that didn’t mean you didn’t have things you wanted to say to him. You held your comments in for Hope’s sake, but if he wanted to poke the bear, then you’d make sure that the bear poked back.
This time, he scoffed, his calm façade falling apart as he snarked, “Oh, please, you can’t possibly be so naive.”
“There is nothing to be naive about, Klaus—there’s nothing going on between your brother and me.” And if there was, it wouldn’t be your business, you wanted to add, but you weren’t gonna add more fuel to the fire. You didn’t even know why your mind went there in the first place.
“Perhaps that’s what you think, Y/N, but I’ve seen the way my brother looks at you-”
“He doesn’t look at me in any way.”
“Yes, he does- and you’re fooling yourself if you think he doesn’t.”
There was a door in your mind that Klaus had opened with these remarks, a door you’d been scared to even go near. But you closed it right away, refusing to wonder about it. He was wrong. There was nothing going on between you and Kol.
Your eyes hardened and you snapped, “I don’t have the time nor do I have the patience to deal with another one of your paranoid episodes.” He scoffed again, but you paid it no mind. “Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have dinner to make.” You turned around, not caring to see Klaus’ expression. You heard the barstool screech against the floor and then his angry footsteps as he left the kitchen.
And just like that, that opened door was slammed shut.
You tried your hardest to ignore Klaus’ words, telling yourself it wasn’t true, that there was no way it could possibly be true, but you couldn’t stop thinking about it. You and Kol had always been close, but there was nothing that wasn’t platonic there.
Or maybe you were wrong.
You had given up on love so long ago. You gave your lover your heart without a second thought and he threw it to the ground like it was nothing, like it wouldn’t shatter everywhere, like it was possible for you to ever recover from that. And then when you try and find happiness, he rips that away from you, too.
Klaus had blown out any spark you had, leaving you alone in the dark.
Was love worth it if felt like this?
You didn’t know. These weren’t questions you asked yourself when you said “I do.” You didn’t know what to do anymore.
So you did what you always did, stuffing your feelings away and acting like nothing was wrong. But something changed. Whenever you saw Kol after that, you felt something—something you couldn’t explain, something you couldn’t name. It was like you had felt this before, but just never noticed it.
This feeling lurked in the background for a while until it was pulled back to the forefront of your mind when you least expected it.
“Bloody hell,” you muttered, storming into the compound with Kol following soon after. Your language was partly ironic because bloody you were. Of course, not your blood, but you hadn’t been in this state in at least a century.
Safe to say, you didn’t miss it.
You had just killed a horde of witches. They were good opponents, strong, but nobody was ever really smart if they decided to go up against the Mikaelsons. Nothing was stronger than family, even if it didn’t always feel that way.
They wanted to go after Hope, but you would never let that happen—none of you would. So you killed them- slaughtered may have even been a better word to use. Some of them had their hearts taken, their limbs ripped apart, stakes stabbed into their chests; your family could get creative.
Elijah, Hayley, and Klaus were dealing with the mess while Rebekah was tending to Hope. They didn’t need anymore man-power, so Elijah told you both to go home and clean yourselves up. He didn’t have to tell you twice.
“Seems that this family can never escape a bloodbath,” he joked.
“Ugh, disgusting. I need a real bath.” You spun around, a dramatic look on your face. Kol chuckled. He was more at ease than you were; he got a meal out of it, but you preferred quick kills, so now you were just annoyed.
“If you weren’t my brother’s wife, I’d join you.” His tone was light and playful, teasing even, but there was a glint in his eye that made you think he wasn’t completely joking. Your mind went back to what Klaus said to you, about the way Kol looked at you, then you thought about everything he did to you, how he just discarded your vows like they were meaningless.
Maybe, if you hadn’t just come from a fight, you would’ve laughed it off, but you were tired of thinking about what Klaus wanted.
You shrugged. “Well, I don’t think I’ve been his wife for a long time now.” You maintained eye contact with Kol as he paused. The playful atmosphere disappeared and was replaced with tension.
A beat passed before he slowly responded, “Y/N, what are you trying to say?”
What were you trying to say? You didn’t know if you could put it into words. So you stepped forward, hearing his breath catch in his throat, putting a hand on his bicep. “I think you know what I’m trying to say.”
Another beat. And then the next thing you knew, Kol’s lips slammed onto yours. You were sped upstairs, immediately ripping his shirt off and letting it fall to the floor. Yours came off somewhere in the mix. You could taste the leftover blood on his lips, not enough to satisfy you, but just enough to leave you wanting more.
You didn’t know what you were doing, but it felt good. You never thought you’d feel anything remotely like this ever again, but now that you had it, who knew if you could ever let it go?
Kissing Kol was like drugs. Ecstasy raced through your veins. You didn’t know if you had ever felt anything like this before; if you had, then how was it possible that you let it slip through your fingers? No, this was unlike any experience you’d ever had.
He suddenly pulled away, heaving. You reached to pull him back in, but he stopped you, breathing, “Are you sure that you want this?”
You didn’t even have to think about it. “Yes- you have no idea how badly.” This clearly sufficed because he was back to kissing you the second you stopped talking, hands going to unclasp your bra.
Oh, at that moment, you couldn’t give a damn what Klaus thought.
And Kol made sure you didn’t think about Klaus for the rest of that night.
Kol made it feel like your first time all over again, like everything you felt was new and foreign to you, but by the time you were done, your body was anything but foreign to him.
After multiple rounds and showering, you laid in your bed tired. You couldn’t remember the last time someone else laid with you. Part of you thought that, for some reason, Kol would leave, but he stayed right next to you, holding you in his arms.
You only had sex, but this felt like so much more than that.
The only thing that could be heard in your room was the sound of your breathing. You didn’t want to say anything, to talk about it and be reminded that you were married. You just wanted to bask in this moment.
You don’t know how long you’d been lying in silence before Kol whispered, “You have no idea how long I’ve wanted to do that.” You turned your head toward him, but like that night on the hill, he kept his vision directed to the ceiling as if he was afraid what he’d see if he directed it to you. He hesitated. “I think I’ve felt something for you for years, centuries. Maybe- maybe I always have.”
Your heart nearly stopped. Not just because he was confessing to having feelings for you, but because maybe you did, too. But this was more than a confession.
Your response to this could determine your future, if there was any, with Kol.
The rational part of your brain argued that this could never work, that Klaus would never let it happen, that this would only end in tragedy. You wanted to stop this before it became something more, but that other part of yourself, the part ruled by her heart, told you that it was too late for that. This was already something more.
You couldn’t let this go, not even if you wanted to.
You cupped his cheek, turning him to you. When his eyes met yours, you saw an emotion that Kol rarely ever showed, and that was fear. You wondered if he could see that you were scared, too.
You looked into his eyes for what felt like forever but was really only a minute. And then you decided that what you were feeling was more powerful than words, so you didn’t say anything at all, leaning in to kiss him. It wasn’t as fervent as before, now tender and soft but still with purpose. You weren’t too sure of what’d happen after this, once you woke up from this dream and got back to reality, but as you kissed him, it didn’t matter.
You were together.
And for now, that was more than enough.
When you woke up, Kol was still there, right next to you. You could’ve stayed in bed together all day, but you weren’t normal people. You belonged to the least normal family and led the least normal lives. So you got up, reluctantly, and he went back to his room before anyone could find him in yours.
Then you walked downstairs, ate breakfast, and dealt with the effects of the your most recent problem. You were at Rousseau’s, about to meet with Marcel, when you were pulled into the bathroom, Kol’s lips immediately meeting yours.
The feeling of his lips soon became so familiar to you.
You wanted to be normal so badly, but you couldn’t. You knew you couldn’t. So this became your new normal instead: stolen moments and glances, being together when no one else was around.
Slowly, that feeling you had whenever you were around him was given a name. You don’t know if it was love, if it could even be that yet—but it felt dangerous, and exciting, and warm all at once. You felt it whenever you kissed him, whenever you looked into his dark brown eyes, and whenever he smiled.
You were falling for Kol Mikaelson.
You constantly berated yourself, even though it felt so good. This was like alcohol, and drugs, and every other vice out there: it was temporary. The Original Hybrid was your husband—this was his brother. He wouldn’t let this happen.
This was wrong.
But it felt so right.
You had rejected every possible opportunity of happiness for years. Couldn’t you just have this one thing? Couldn’t you just let yourself be happy?
Oh, Kol made you happy. He brought out a part of you that you thought was gonna be gone forever. He made you feel like yourself again, like you were alive, like you had something to live for.
You had been living in black and white for so long that you forgot what it was like to live in colour.
Music filled the Mikaelson living room, music that the rest of the world would perhaps call old but never got old to you. Kol held you close to him, rocking you to the rhythm while your head rested on his chest. You were both very well versed in classical dances, but you didn’t need a big fancy dance for this to feel the way it did: special.
There was something going on—there always was—but, at that moment, that something didn’t exist. At that moment, it was just the two of you.
A small smile came to your lips. “You know, you weren’t even actually alive when this song came out.”
You felt his chest rumble as he chuckled. “Yeah, and I’m glad. This song is terrible.”
You gasped, pulling away and hitting his arm. “Kol Mikaelson! Don’t you dare speak about Celine Dion that way.”
He laughed again, easily pulling you back to him and kissing the crown of your head. You tried pouting, but it felt impossible to do anything other than smile. “Don’t worry, darling. You like it, so I like it.” Your smile got wider, pulling back again but this time it was to kiss him.
You found that, when you kissed Kol, it wasn’t always so hot and heavy. It didn’t always lead to making out or making love. Sometimes, you just kissed because it felt good. It was soft, and gentle, and reassuring, and it felt good.
Maybe, if you were being honest with yourself, it felt better than anything else.
You pulled away after a few seconds, taking the time to stare into his eyes. You did it all the time and yet, every single time you did, it felt like the first time all over again. You could stare into his brown orbs all day long if you could. However, your lives didn’t allow for that.
But that just made little moments like these all the more special.
After a few seconds, he directed your attention away from his eyes, mumbling under his breath, “The song’s still shit, though.”
“Oh, shut up,” you scolded, but your head still made its way back to his chest, anyways.
Everyone else was back at the benefit. You were there, too, until you both decided to sneak away and go back home. That was cutting it close, definitely, but you couldn’t find it in you to care. You didn’t get to go on dates or hold hands in public, so you were gonna grab these moments while you still could.
You knew that what you were doing was just prolonging an eventual- no, an inevitable outcome, but after everything you went through, you learned a few lessons. All good things came to an end—everything had to end at some point. Your marriage sure did, but that didn’t mean that you’d go back and change a thing. Yes, things with Klaus ended badly, but he gave you a thousand good years first.
So if what you were doing with Kol ended, then at least you had this. At least you had dances in the living room, and stargazing, and soft kisses.
Maybe this story wouldn’t have a happy ending.
But as long as you got a happy middle, then you were okay with that.
And he did everything he could to give you just that.
It felt… different, to be with someone other than Niklaus, but it was a good different. It felt good to smile and to actually mean it. And it made you wish for something more, to be more than just two people engaging in a forbidden love affair, but that’s what this was, wasn’t it?
But Kol made it feel like it really was more than that. He made you feel like a diamond, like you were beautiful, like everything that had weighed down on you only made you that much stronger.
This was more. This was so much more than you could’ve ever hoped for.
You were lying in bed together late at night when it happened. You weren’t expecting it- you weren’t sure if you ever expected it. But Kol was always one to do the unexpected, surprise you and keep you on the edge of your seat.
Yet, when he spoke, he didn’t sound so dauntless. He sounded small and afraid, but at the same time, you could hear the hope in his voice. Hope, courage, bravery—at the end of the day, it was just called Kol.
He was always brave enough for the both of you.
“I love you.”
Your breath hitched, turning to see that he was already staring at you. The déjà vu hit you hard. Here you were, in the same position you’d already been in with him, but this time, he looked right at you.
Brave enough for the both of you.
You didn’t say anything. You wondered if you were dreaming, hallucinating, imagining things, if this was some cruel trick of the mind. But, the longer you stared and the longer he stared right back at you, the more convinced you became.
This was real.
This was real.
You wrapped your arm around his neck, pulling him in and connecting his lips with yours. Butterflies still erupted in your stomach, even though you had been at this for a while. You put your everything into this kiss, but Kol deserved more than everything.
This scared you, but Kol had given you so much. He didn’t need to be the brave one all the time.
You wanted to be brave, too.
So when you finally pulled away, resting your forehead on his, eyes closed, you whispered back, “I love you.”
You and Kol were brave together, braver together. Yeah, there were dragons out there so much more powerful than you, but you could slay them together. Maybe it would’ve been safer to just stay away, to just tuck yourself away in a castle and avoid the dragons altogether, but what was the point in that?
What was the point of being alive if you weren’t truly living?
And you were living.
Everyone around you could see it. Your change in behaviour was unusual, but it lifted everyone’s spirits. You were starting to be able to actually hold a conversation with Rebekah, and you were starting to be able to talk to Elijah about things other than the family’s latest conflicts. You were even starting to be a little more friendly with Hayley.
You didn’t tell her, but a part of you was thankful for what she did. She knew who you were when she met Klaus; she knew he was married, and she still slept with him. This had previously enraged you, but now you couldn’t help but feel relieved.
Had she not done what she did, you may have never had this with Kol.
And Hope would’ve never been born.
Oh, you would do anything for her. This family may have been cursed, but you were all willing to do whatever it took to break the cycle. No more running, no more instability. No matter how dysfunctional you all were, you would give her that.
She was never alone. When her parents weren’t there to bring her or pick her up from school, you were. And if you weren’t, then Kol was, or Rebekah, or Elijah, or Marcel. The odds were against you from the start, but you were all there to flip them.
For her.
You were always happy with Hope, but even she could tell that something had changed. She was a child, but she was bright, and she knew you were happier.
The relationships in your life blossomed. Klaus was the only person that this didn’t happen with.
You loved Kol—you were in love with Kol, but loving him didn’t skew your memory. Klaus and you had a long history. You still couldn’t look at him without picturing it.
It was easier to be more forgiving of Hayley. She wasn’t the one who vowed to be faithful to you, nor was she the one to cheat on you three times or give up on your marriage. He was. You couldn’t see yourself letting go of that. Maybe one day, but being around him wouldn’t speed up that process.
Klaus was actually the last person on your mind.
But that didn’t seem to be the case for him.
You were on your way out of the compound when something caught your eye. You stopped, turning to see your husband by himself in an empty hallway. It appeared that something had caught his eye, too.
He was so focused that he didn’t even see you. You could’ve pretended not to see him, walked away and gone on with your business, but you knew what he was looking at. You’d be lying if you said you didn’t look at it every once in a while, too.
Yes, you could’ve walked away, but the easy thing was never easy for you to do.
So you walked up to him, leaving a foot between you and looking at what had captured his attention. It was a portrait, and a familiar one at that.
The truth was, you’d studied that portrait until it was engraved into your memory. Even when you weren’t looking at it, it still came and found you in your dreams and even when you were just sitting around and thinking.
It was you. It was you, and Klaus, and Rebekah, and Elijah, and Kol. Before he died, before Hayley, before this godforsaken city. It was when things were calm, when you still had some sort of semblance of family. Or at least that’s what it was supposed to be.
Because it wasn’t real.
You never got together for this portrait. This time didn’t exist. It was fake. Niklaus was such a wonderful artist that he almost made you believe it, but it wasn’t real. He could paint you all so realistically, make you look so happy, but when was the last time you were all happy as a family? It was never in these clothes, never in this age.
But he made it look real.
He made it look like you were all picture-perfect, like his brother didn’t bring you to your end, like Rebekah never lost her mind, like Kol was never murdered, like you were never out crying in the rain for a man who would never change, like he was a man who could change.
Who knew that such a happy picture could evoke such sadness. Because this portrait wasn’t what was— it was what could’ve been.
Klaus broke the silence with a voice you would’ve never heard without enhanced hearing. “I really did love you.” Neither of you turned to face the other. “I really do love you.”
Not too long ago, you would’ve started crying. And while tears did build in your eyes, you smiled first. You didn’t doubt that. It didn’t take you long to respond, “So did I.”
1996, when you left, when you came back, when he cheated again, when you found out he was having a baby, when he killed Leo, when you stayed, when you took Hope. All of this flashed before your eyes, but it wasn’t all you saw. You also saw your wedding, your first time, when he painted you as you slept, when you got drunk together, when he cooked for you, when you kissed on the beach at night all by yourselves. You saw how happy he made you and how easily he just took it away from you.
You would never forget these things, none of it. You would never forget the bad, but you would never forget the good, either.
He lightly chuckled as if he was remembering all the same things as you. And then, for a while, you both just stood there, staring at the painting. There was a time when you could practically read his mind, but now you had no idea what he was thinking.
You were different people now. You weren’t the same people who went through the good, nor were you the same people who went through the bad. You weren’t the same people you could’ve been in that picture, either.
And he knew that, too.
“I’m never going to be your husband again, am I?” He mused, but this wasn’t a question. You both already knew the answer, even if you hadn’t said it out loud to each other.
“No.” You shook your head, opting to look down at your boots. “No, you’re not.”
Maybe you were imagining it, but out of the corner of your eye, you saw him wipe at his eye. Suddenly, a part of you felt bad, but not for him. You felt bad for the boy you fell in love with, the boy who gave you humanity even when he had lost his own. And you felt bad for the girl who kissed him at the altar.
So, against your current feelings, you turned and swiftly wrapped your arms around him, hoping that you weren’t just hugging Klaus, but that you were hugging the boy you married all those years ago. He quickly hugged you back, holding you tightly, but his grip slowly lessened.
Like he was getting ready to let you go.
You don’t know how long you were in his arms, but eventually he pulled away. You could finally see his eyes, his beautiful blue eyes, and how they were filled with tears despite the smile on his face. He didn’t say anything, and he didn’t need to. You had both said everything you needed to say; there were no more chapters to write in this book of yours.
It was time for your story to end.
You let go of each other and you turned around, walking away without sparing that painting another glance. You were just at the edge of the hallway when he called your name, making you turn your head.
“Be happy with him,” he said, even though it looked like it annihilated him to say it.
But you didn’t question it. You just nodded, then you turned around and walked away. You didn’t need to ask him who he was referring to or have him explain any further. You understood perfectly.
You would.
You were gonna be happy with him.
And just like that, the Original Hybrid and the Mikaelson Wife were done.
But who knew? You could very well become a Mikaelson once again if Kol got his way. You wouldn’t admit, just as to not inflate his ego, but deep down, you wanted him to get his way.
Slowly, the suspicions your other siblings had became confirmed. You weren’t overly affectionate in public, but they were able to put two and two together. Rebekah had been in love so many times that she was able to see it clearly on you, and Elijah was always the scholar amongst you, the smart one. Marcel saw it from a mile away. While he and Kol hadn’t always gotten along well, they were both willing to put that aside for you.
Even a child could see that you were in love; Hope did.
“Aunt Y/N/N, do you and Uncle Kol love each other like Belle and the Beast?”
You both simultaneously turned to her, along with everyone else in the living room. It was movie night; Beauty and the Beast had just finished, and Hope had asked you that question as soon as the credits were rolling.
She was just a kid who was curious. She didn’t know the potential outrage her question could cause.
But you weren’t gonna lie to her. You weren’t gonna deny what was possibly the best thing you ever had, even as your entire family was in the room.
“Hope-” Hayley had started to scold, but you cut her off.
“Hayley, it’s alright.” She didn’t look convinced and still looked embarrassed, but you turned back to Hope with a smile on your face. “Yes, sweetheart, Uncle Kol and I do love each other.”
She now looked confused, like your reply hadn’t cleared anything up at all. “But my daddy looks at you the way Uncle Kol looks at you.” You opened your mouth, but you didn’t know what to say. “Does daddy love you, too?”
It appeared that none of you had the answer to her question. How were you meant to explain your situation to a child, that you and her father had loved one another for a thousand years and then your relationship ended because he slept with her mother?
What you were least expecting happened. Instead of having an outburst, Klaus beckoned Hope over, petting her hair once she was sat on his lap. “Ah, my littlest wolf,” he sighed, but the corners of his lips were upturned. His eyes were slightly glazed over as if he wasn’t really there, but that look quickly disappeared. For Hope, he’d be present. “I wish that love was as simple to understand as Belle and the Beast, but it is much more complicated than that. Your Aunt Y/N has been there for me many times, and for that, I will always love her,” he professed. His eyes found yours for a moment, but he quickly looked back to his daughter. “But we love each other differently from how her and Uncle Kol love each other. We love each other as family, not as people in love with one another. But no matter what any of us feel for each other in this family, Hope, we will all always love you.”
Hope slung her arms around her father’s neck. “I love you, too, daddy.”
“Always and forever, little one.”
While Hope’s back was turned, your eyes met again and the corners of your lips quirked up slightly. You knew that must’ve been hard for him to say, so you mouthed, thank you.
He smiled back at you. Even though it was so obviously fake, you still appreciated it. He nodded in response.
Yes, you and Klaus had been through a lot. You all had complicated relationships with one another, Kol and you included, but you were gonna push that aside for Hope. Every time.
One day, you would explain it all to her, how Marcel was her brother but your son, why Rebekah was so soft and hard at the same time, why Elijah was so protective, why her parents weren’t together, how you fell in and out of love with her father, why you were still here, how you fell in love with Kol.
But for now, you were gonna let her hold onto her innocence for as long as she could.
Hope still had questions, but she also had all of you to distract her from all of the problems you dealt with. However, you were no longer consumed by all these problems. You had someone to distract you, too, and that was Kol.
Whether you were in bed together, kissing, or just holding hands, he always took your mind off your troubles. He was like a wizard, transporting you from reality and bringing you to cloud nine every day. The problems, the threats, the drama—none of it mattered to you. To you, being with Kol was enough.
If you could just have this for the rest of your life, then you’d be happy, and that is exactly what he wanted to give you.
Time passed in a blur. It was a true what they said, that time flied when you were having fun. Before you knew it, a year had passed since Kol first kissed you, since you started this. A perfect year, calm with minimal conflict both in the Quarter and in the Abattoir.
You could’ve passed many more years this way happily, but you were always one to accept less than what you were worth. Kol knew that, and he wanted more for you- more for both of you.
He wanted to do more than just take you to dreams away from reality.
He wanted to make those dreams come true.
“Kol, what are you doing?” You giggled, stumbling a little but never falling. Kol would never let you fall.
He hushed you, “Shhh, we’re almost there.”
A blindfold was over your eyes as he guided you around. You got into the car together hours ago, and when you woke up, the blindfold was on. He said he had a surprise for you.
This was so cheesy, but you were a sucker for these kinds of things. You never thought you’d get to a place like this again, that you’d be a hopeless romantic or even just a romantic ever again after what Klaus did to you, but Kol made you believe in romance again.
He put your heart back together after you thought it’d been broken beyond repair.
Finally, after more stumbling and laughing, he stopped, holding you in place. “Okay, are you ready?” You couldn’t see him, but you could hear the excitement in his voice. You nodded. “Alright. Three, two, one-”
The blindfold fell to the ground and the sight he’d been withholding was revealed to you. Your brows furrowed. You were in a living room with beautiful floors and beautiful decor, a fireplace parallel to the big couch behind you. You looked around and saw incredible artwork hanging on the walls and gorgeous windows that let the moonlight in.
It was beautiful and all, but did you drive all this way to break into someone’s house?
You voiced your confusion. “Kol, what is this place?” You turned around to see him trying to hold back a smile, a twinkle in his eyes. He looked like a kid about to tell you that he saw Santa. That thought made you laugh. “C’mon, Kol, really. Where are we right now?”
“Well, geographically, we’re in North Carolina.” His explanation produced a gasp from you, making him laugh. He was having way too much fun having you in the dark.
“North Carolina?” you echoed. Your jaw was practically on the floor. “We’re in North Carolina? You’re kidding- that’s like ten hours away-”
“Thirteen, darling.” This didn’t get rid of your disbelief, though you doubt that was what Kol was aiming for, anyway. He shrugged, adding, “Well, I actually got it down to twelve, but that’s besides the point.”
“Trust me, the shocker for me is not your reckless driving-”
He cut you off by speeding to you, lifting up your chin so you were looking right into his eyes. Funny, how he was still able to make you speechless. “I’m going to ignore that jab at my impeccable driving skills because I love you.”
You snorted, “Sure, if impeccable means shit.”
He hushed you again, causing you to roll your eyes. “Back to your question,” he said, making you remember the topic of conversation. You wondered if he had any idea how easily he was able to make you forget about anything—about everything. “I drove us here because North Carolina is relatively… quiet.”
You raised a brow. “Quiet?”
“Yes.” He gently grabbed your hands, holding them in his. Sometimes, he did this absentmindedly, but you were never bothered. You were far from bothered. “Louisiana is perhaps the heart of the supernatural. New York and any other state with a thriving night life also has a thriving vampire population, and they’re busy enough with humans as it is. The big states always are. But North Carolina… North Carolina isn’t on any vampire’s bucket list.”
You drawled, “Okayyyyyy… but why are we here?” What he was saying made sense, but you didn’t get how it related to either of you.
He just smiled, so clearly amused by your confusion. “You amaze me, Y/N, truly,” he proclaimed, that same shit-eating grin on his face that you’d grown accustomed to. “Only you would take so long to get the hint.”
That was obviously a hint, too, but you weren’t catching it. Kol shook his head, getting that look in his eye that he got when he was remembering something. “You told me once that, if we weren’t who we were, you’d want to live somewhere without ruckus, like a normal person. But you knew that couldn’t happen with my brother’s aspirations.” Now he looked at you pointedly and, all of a sudden, a wave of realization washed over you.
Your eyes darted all over the house. There was a reason why you were so in love with it. You looked back to Kol, mouth agape. He continued, “You wanted a house that wasn’t just decadent, but a home.”
Tears welled in your eyes as your hand flew up to cup your mouth in shock. You could remember telling him that, but it was so long ago. You’d long since abandoned the idea, but here he was, offering it up to you. “You- you remember that?”
He leaned in to wipe a tear that you didn’t even notice had fell, caressing your cheek. “I remember every moment I’ve ever spent with you, Y/N.” His actions were pointless because his words caused even more tears to fall.
You had never felt such an overwhelming feeling, so in love, so loved. Your heart’s immediate instinct was to kiss him, to say yes, but your mind… you’d been through enough to know better.
“How are we going to-” you stammered, “we can’t- we can’t just move away.”
“Y/N-”
“This is the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me, but-” your voice cracked. “we can’t just pick up and leave, Kol—you know that.”
He was now cupping both of your cheeks, staring so deeply into your eyes that you were sure he could see the parts of yourself that you’d tucked away. “Do you remember when I left Mystic Falls?” Of course, you did. How could you ever forget? “I asked you to come with me and you didn’t. Why was that?”
You didn’t want to answer, to relive this after you’d already agonized over it for so long, but you did, anyway. “Klaus. I didn’t go because of Klaus.”
“Exactly. You didn’t go because of that bastard, and you don’t want this now for the same reason.”
“Kol-”
He stepped closer when you thought he’d already closed all the space between you. His voice was soft and firm all at once. “I died thinking I’d never get the chance to tell you how I felt. I wasted so much time, worrying, unhappy.” He shook his head. “Well, I don’t want to worry anymore. I don’t want to waste any more time.” More tears fell, from both of you. “You make me happy, Y/N. I just want to be happy with you.”
A teary laugh escaped your lips. He made you happy, too, so much happier than you’d been in so long, so much happier than you even thought was possible after everything you’d been through. And he was right. Klaus was the one thing holding you back, but why should he get to do that?
You’ve given away years of your life for other people. Couldn’t you be selfish, just this once, and have this one thing for yourself?
You just wanted to be happy.
So you pulled him in and kissed him until you had to pull away for air, and when you did, you whispered, “Yes.”
And that may have just been the best decision you had ever made.
When you eventually drove back to New Orleans days later, you explained the situation to Klaus. He wasn’t jumping up and down with joy, but he surprisingly took it better than you expected.
You spent a thousand years with that man; saying goodbye wasn’t as easy as it seemed, but it needed to happen. It was time for you to go your separate ways. And even after everything he put you through, you still hoped that he could maybe find happiness one day, too.
Niklaus Mikaelson was your epic love, but you knew without a doubt that Kol was your true love. He was the warmth you’d been yearning for, and you were gonna let yourself have that.
North Carolina was the perfect place for you to settle down. It was quiet, like Kol said, with little to no supernatural population. It was also close enough to Louisiana that you could distance yourself from all the crazy but still get there if they needed you.
That’s what you told Elijah when you said your goodbye to him, that you were just a phone call away. He was gonna be the one running the show now, as always. He was always the responsible one amongst you, and you hoped that he’d let go of that and let himself live a little, too. As much as you didn’t like her, maybe he could get with Hayley one day or even find his own person.
You had hope that all of your family could one day be free of this Mikaelson curse, that they wouldn’t be bearing the hybrid’s sins for the rest of their lives. Rebekah was getting there. She was still growing up a little, and she all the time in the world to do that.
It was hard saying goodbye to Hope, but you just reassured her that this wasn’t goodbye. She’d always have a place in your home if she so needed it, and she’d definitely always hold a place in your heart. The only reason you felt okay with leaving her was because you knew she wouldn’t be alone; she had two parents that loved her more than life, a crazy aunt and uncle, and her big brother.
Marcel congratulated you with a wide grin on his face. He was elated for you, telling you that he’d be visiting you, to which you replied that he would always be welcome with you two.
Maybe you were just sentimental, but even saying goodbye to the city itself was hard, nerve-racking. It had given you so much, but taken so much more. You were learning, though, that love wasn’t supposed to drain you. You were learning to let go.
Goodbye, New Orleans, you whispered to yourself as you passed the town sign, and then you were saying hello to North Carolina… and also the new you.
Y/N and Kol Michaels. You got married not too far down the line. Of course, if you wanted to be normal, ditching the medieval last name was best. You supposed you could’ve kept it, but getting rid of it was more symbolic than anything.
You wanted to start over completely, and so that’s what you guys did. You weren’t abandoning your family, but making one of your own, too. Eventually, the idea of kids came up. You wanted nothing more than to raise your own child with the man you were in love with, but you couldn’t conceive a child and you didn’t want to drag one into this life, anyway. It was too dangerous.
The realization that you would never get to have kids broke your heart, but your lover repaired it like his words were glue. The two of you were together, and that was good enough for you.
Doing this, starting over, was scarier than any other situation you had ever been in—and that was saying something, considering how long you’d lived. But with Kol at your side, you were able to be brave.
There was so much to be afraid of. You were scared that this wouldn’t work out, that this was only a happy middle with no happy ending, that you’d feel cold again one day after growing accustomed to the fire, but if all of that happened one day, then you decided that you’d be okay with it. You would be okay with it because at least you lived. You weren’t gonna let your fears stop you from doing that. If you just gave into your fears, then you would’ve never felt this feeling. You would’ve never fallen in love. You would’ve never found yourself again.
You owed it all to your bravery.
And you owed it all to Kol’s.
But together, you were fearless. Together, you were braver.
You were braver together.

Let me show you who I really am
Pairing- Kol Mikaelson
Series- vampire diaries
Summary- usually you’d get quite a few boys ask you to prom, but not this year. Apparently they were all scared of your admirer who wanted you all to himself.
Warnings- kissing, vampire killing, mentions of blood, detailed description of killing.
“I can’t believe it was over a month since I posted- I apologise! I will try to be more active but sitting A levels has apparently hindered my ability to come up with ideas. Just bare with me <3”

It was finally the day of our school prom. I’d been stressing about what to wear, how to have my hair, what colour to use on my lips. But the biggest thing I was stressing about, was who I was going to go with. It’s not a flex but in the past I’ve had multiple offers from boys to go to dances or gatherings. But this time, nothing. Not one offer. I even went out my way asking hector wathe to come with me, seems we’d gone to a dance together last term. But he just shook his head and ran away from me. I would have been embarrassed if I wasn’t consumed with confusion about his behaviour.
So I gave up on the date thing, assumed I’d be going myself. But my girl’s picked me up, ditched their dates so they could come with me. Prom was about friendship anyway. Not a random boy I’d forget once I made a life for myself.
“Y/n? Is that you?” My mother called as I walked through the door. I smiled as she entered the hallway with a giant box in her arms. “This came for you sweetheart” she edged over to me passing the box into my arms. “What is it?” I questioned frowning. “We haven’t opened it, it’s private” she shrugged staring at the box. I could see her mind was racing with the possibilities of what could be inside. “Thanks mum” I swallowed joining in with her thinking myself. Who was it from. What was in it. I carried it up the stairs as my mum filtered back into the living room to watch whatever was on the tv. I put the box on my bed and then lifted the lid off it, curious about the details. There was a note on top of the white tissue paper.
“Saw this and it reminded me of you, thought you’d look good in it, like you do in everything” I whispered as I read it out to myself. My eyes flicked down to the bottom “from Kol” my eyes widened at the three letters of his name. Kol? Why would Kol send me a dress? What game was he playing? Sure id noticed his eyes lingering on me for a while too long before and noticed how his deep eyes compelled me to stare into them until I melted. But that doesn’t give him a reason to send me a dress. I placed the card on my bed and unwrapped the tissue paper. I pulled out this gorgeous emerald dress. It had a silver strip coming from the waistline all the way down the sides of the leg spilt. It looked as if they’d put the gems on by hand, one at a time taking precaution not to ruin or snag any part of it. The dress was slightly off the shoulders which would make my chest look great.
It was overwhelming. It must have cost a fortune. But here it was in my house, lying on my bed. All because of Kol? A Mikaelson was showing me more interest than any of the boys from school. He was supposed to be a sworn enemy, and because of that, I folded the dress back up and put it back in the box. I already had a dress. It was a lot simpler and less expensive but it was mine. And it wasn’t gifted to me by a deranged, gorgeous psychopath. No I meant a deranged, bloodthirsty, psychopath. Not gorgeous. I couldn’t have meant gorgeous. Putting the note back, I lifted the box putting it under my bed where no one would find it. I’d give it back to him if I ever got the chance. It wasn’t right to keep it let alone wear it. Plus I was running out of time overthinking this, I had to get ready.
I curled my hair after my shower and put on my red dress. It didn’t have sparkles on it, but it did have a cute leg slit and a nice tied up back. “Mum!! Can you come and do me up!!” I yelled out of my room. A minute or two later she came plodding up the stairs. She stopped in front of me smiling and her eyes filling up as she raised a finger to wipe her tear. “Oh y/n you look so gorgeous” she whimpered walking over to hug me. “Thanks mum” I whispered nuzzling my face into her neck with a grin across my cheeks. “Come on, let me tie the back” she smiled ushering me over to the mirror. “Oh- y/n have you noticed this rip?” She blinked looking at the back of me. “RIP?! Where!!” I turned around trying to have a look in the mirror. “Here?” She pointed looking stressed herself. “Oh god- what am I going to do- can you fix it?” I blinked at her in utter panic. “No- well yes- but not in time for your prom” she shook her head having a closer look at it. “Come on, I’ll need to work fast, you’ll only be a little late, take it off” she patted me on the back but I eyed the box sticking out from under my bed. “No- no it’s okay, I’ll wear something else” I blinked, not taking my eyes off it. “Something else? What else do you possibly have to wear to a prom?” She raised an eyebrow following my eyeline.
“I’ll meet you and dad downstairs, give me ten minutes” I smiled rubbing her shoulder. “Alright…” she trailed off leaving my room full of confusion. I didn’t move. I swallowed staring at the box. Would it be completely wrong to wear it? I had nothing else I could wear. Surely my friends would understand. I sighed walking over to it, clipping on the floor in my black heels. Taking it out from under my bed. I held it up over my body looking at it in the mirror. I put my head on one side thinking for a second. Before removing all the thoughts out of my head and putting it on. I walked down stairs to my parents sitting in the front room. Their eyes widened as I walked in. “Y/n! That dress is stunning where did you get it?” My mother gasped covering her mouth with her hand.
“It was a gift” I bit my lip not wanting to say anymore. “You look amazing darling, you’ll be the best dressed there” my dad smiled at me. With that the door bell rang. “That must be the girls” I smiled rushing out as fast as the dress would let me go. But when I opened the door the girls weren’t there. Kol was. He stood with his famous smirk, his hand held a big bunch of roses as his eyes looked me up and down. “So I was right, it does suit you” he joked, my jaw was ajar now staring at him. “What are you doing here- why are you wearing a suit and- why do you have flowers- why did you send me a dress?” I hissed coming outside closing the door so my parents wouldn’t hear us. “Because I’m taking you to prom” “erm- no you’re not!” I scoffed almost laughing. “You don’t have a date? So why can’t it take you?” He raised an eyebrow at me.
“There are a number! Of reasons why you can’t take me to prom kol” I laughed before the realisation sank in. “How the hell do you know I don’t have a date?” I whispered frowning at him. His brown eyes slimmed on me as his smirk widened. “I may have sent out a message to some guys- that you were taken” he shrugged his shoulders. “What?” I blinked in disbelief, my breath hitched. “I want to take you, I don’t want other guys putting their hand on you” he told me slamming his eyebrows down. “You’re serious?” I asked him in a quiet voice. “You’re a vampire kol- you’ve hurt my friend- not only that you’re an original…” I trailed off holding the door handle. “And what?” He shrugged laughing. “I’m here aren’t I? I’m not lying I’m not causing trouble- a vampire can’t admit his feelings for a girl?”. “Feelings? For me? I’m just an ordinary human Kol” “you’re not ordinary y/n- you’re different from your friends, different from all humans” he smiled staring into my eyes. “How” I slimmed my eyes at him shaking my head not believing a word that came out of his mouth.
“You think you can put me on the spot y/n?” Kol chuckled to himself. “The way you carry yourself, the way you stick to your morals, your loyalty to those you love, your way of seeing the best in people even if they have hurt your friends- you’re out here talking to me, you could have stayed in your house in the safety- so you must be slightly intrigued or trust me slightly- just give me a chance y/n” he put his head to the side as I consumed everything he dumped on me. “I will protect you- treat you right- I just want a chance to show you who I really am, I don’t want anything more to do with klaus and his mess- let me show you that” he begged, I saw it in his eyes. He wasn’t lying, if he was he was a damn good lier. I wasn’t wearing vvraine so he could have compelled me but, he didn’t. “Okay- you have one night to make me feel anything but uncomfortable around you” I raised my eye brow at him reaching out for the flowers. I smiled at them clutching them between my arms. “I’m gonna grab my bag and text the girls to meet me there- you can wait here” I told him with a little smile warming up to the idea of Kol Mikaelson liking me. If he was a normal boy this would be so much easier, he was attractive- he was gorgeous. But he wasn’t normal, he’s a vampire who’s been around 1000 years longer than me.
I did as I said I would before saying goodbye to my parents. I met Kol outside his car where he opened the door for me before getting in his own side. He drove us to prom while keeping up basic conversation, which just intrigued me more. I wanted to know what he was up to. We got to the prom location in under twenty minutes. When no one was looking Kol vamp ran round to my side and opened my door for me. “Kol!” I hissed shaking my head. “Don’t do that you could get caught” I whispered as he put his hand out for me. I took it gently. “They wouldn’t be alive very long if they did catch me darling” he whispered in my ear as I stepped out. “I don’t want any killings here tonight, or I’ll never forgive myself” I widened my eyes at him. “Yes mam” he smirked leaning in closer to me. There wasn’t much room between my back and the car or my front and kol. “I can hear your heart racing darling” he whispered tucking my hair behind my ear. “Don’t worry, I won’t kiss you until you ask me to, and you will” he winked before stepping back and putting his arm out for me.
“You’re delusional” I giggled rolling my eyes taking his arm. We walked towards the enterance and kitty Renfeild stood outside with a camera. “Hey y/n- and y/n’s handsome date” she winked at Kol who completely blanked her without him even knowing I was looking at him. His arm wrapped around my waist and he whispered “going have to get a little closer now love” he pulled me into his body. The flick of jealously I felt from kitty’s comment was what I blamed my actions on. I pressed my body against him putting my other hand on Kols chest. I heard him chuckle as I posed for the photo. “Have fun” she told us after snapping the photo and in we went. There were lot of people here even though we were maybe ten minutes early. There were flashing lights and drink tables everywhere. People were already dancing to the shit music playing. “Has Kol Mikaelson ever been to a high school prom?” I asked him smiling up. “Oh I’ve been to my fair share of dances, balls and whatever was going on in the 1920s but never a prom” he laughed catching my eyes. “And I’ve never had such a gorgeous date to attend any of these events with” he winked. “Quite the charmer ain’t you” I nudged him gently.
“Y/n? What’s this all about?”. I look up and see Elena, Bonnie and Caroline all staring at me like I’m an alien. Or, staring at Kol like he’s an alien. “Hey girls…” I trailed off as my heart started pounding. Kol clearly picked up on it because his grip round my waist became tighter. “I can explain, I have a thing for y/n- have done ever since I laid my eyes on her and i decided now was the time to tell her” “what” Carolin blinked in horror. “He’s a Mikaelson y/n” Elena widened her eyes at me. “He doesn’t want to be involved anymore” I shook my head at her hoping they’d find some way to look at this differently. “You can’t trust him- he’s a vampire” Bonnie hissed at me, her face pulled into disgust. “Well that’s why I’ve braught him- to see if I can trust him” I told them with a little bit of a shrug. The girls all looked round at each other. “I’m done with all klaus’s shit, I want to prove that- not necessarily to you guys but to y/n” he told them blankly. “I’m sorry y/n, but I don’t like it” Elena stepped back before rushing off into the crowd. Kol rolled his eyes at her “she’s always so dramatic”. “I…” Caroline trailed off not knowing what to say in this situation.
“I’m going to get some air, will you be alright for a second” I tapped Kol on the bicep. “Yes gorgeous” he nodded brushing my hand with his. That made me smile. Even within this mess. My friends hated the idea of me and Kol being together, on a serious level. Elena was ready to cry about it. But what made it worse was the fact that I thought I was really starting to like him. He was charming, he was handsome, he was bold and confident. He was my type. I made it outside to the side of the tent and took a deep breath. I had two options here, to lose my friends and continue on with Kol- or leave him now. And that was a hard decision. “Y/n, i didn’t expect to see you here”. I whipped around seeing klaus standing opposite me. He had a girl in his arms and blood was dripping all down his chin. Her neck had been torn open. Klaus’s eyes illuminated orange as fear spread across my face. “Klaus- what have you done…” I whispered blinking at the lifeless girl.
“I came to create a massacre, I’d say I’m going to start with you but I’ve already started” he chuckled throwing the body on the floor. Klaus walked a few steps towards me while I took a few back hitting the tent behind me. “Why are you doing this?” I gasped as he vamp ran in front of me. I could smell the blood that was smothered across his mouth and T-shirt he was that close. “Because i simply can” he smirked reaching out for my hair. I pushed his hand away from me scrunching my face up. “That was stupid” his eyes lit up again as anger starting to corse through his veins. I saw his jaw tighten emphasising his anger. “It was stupid to come out alone anyway” he grunted and my last thought was about to be ‘klaus is right’. As he lunged forwards towards my neck his body got ripped away from me and he flew backwards hitting a tree with a thud. I pannted looking around before finally seeing my hero. Kol stood there scowling at his brother who was in the process of standing up. “She didn’t come alone brother” Kol raised his eyebrows. Once klaus stood up he flicked his eyes between us assessing the situation.
“A human?” Klaus chuckled from a distance. “I thought you were into witches” “I thought you were into Caroline but we all know how that worked out” Kol walked closer to me standing in front of me as if he was a shield. “What are you playing at Kol?” “I like her, and you aren’t going to touch a hair on her head without going through me” Kol answered folding his arms across his chest. Klaus laughed, it went right through me making my blood boil. “I could easily get through you” “so do it” Kol shrugged letting his arms lose once again. “I’m sure we will see each other real soon little brother” klaus nodded before vamp running away into the forest. Kol turned around and came to me fussing and checking I was okay. “Kol! I’m fine- do you realise how many people you just saved” I questioned almost weak from the shock of his protection. “I don’t care y/n, you are my priority, when you’re with me you will be safe I’ll make sure of it” he told me brushing a finger down my cheek. I felt my cheeks going red. He made me feel emotions I’d never felt towards a guy before.
I pushed my body against his and wrapped my arms slowly around his neck gently pulling his head down to meet mine. Our lips met, gently at first but then Kol gripped my waist, pulling me even closer to his body. There’s something about almost dying that makes you do crazy things. Life is short, and I want to try life with Kol. No matter the repercussions.

Firstly I wanna say your stories are amazing, thank u very much for posting ♡♡♡ Well I ve been thinking about a smut with klaus
Reader and him have been dating for long time but they never had sex and she is virgin and really innocent and fears she won't be enough for him, she just guess it would be rough and painful but but he surprises her with so much tenderness
And then maybe a good aftercare if u want to?

Ready
Y/n was beyond nervous.
She knew Klaus, she knew he wouldn’t purposefully harm her or force her into anything but she also knew he was rough by nature.
She knew he had been with thousands of other women and she knew she wouldn’t compare to those of his past.
She didn’t know how to do all the things he probably wanted to do but she also didn’t want to disappoint him.
That was one of her flaws, she never wanted to disappoint anyone and especially not Klaus. He loved her more than she had ever been loved and he had killed for her, protected her wholesale and provided for her like no other. She couldn’t imagine taking this away from him, and she didn’t want him to get bored and find someone else.
Last time they were going to have sex, she panicked at the last second and couldn’t do it. Not that it upset him, he was so very understanding and that almost made it worse because she didn’t know why she was so scared. If not of his disappointment then what?
So she tried to force herself to do it, she figuratively and literally threw herself at him. Eyes closed as she pulled her top off and kissed down his neck while he groaned softly and touched her hair. But the smell of worry rolled off her in waves and he ended up with her curled to his side while he kissed her forehead and put on a movie.
Klaus could see straight through her, she was like glass and he knew it. He knew how easy it would be to break her, scare her and hurt her. But for once in his immortal life, he had no desire to make someone’s life a misery, not her.
So he stopped her going through with something he so desperately wanted, because he knew she wasn’t ready and he wanted her to be comfortable and safe when he took her purity away.
Not that she would ever be anything less than perfect in his eyes, an innocent doe, his angel.
His siblings had made many jokes to him about his lack of sex life, he kept his love away from his family. She knew he was a hybrid and that he had done some truly awful things but he didn’t want them to share the details, he didn’t want to haunt her or terrify her sweet mind. He didn’t want to ruin her positive outlook on the world. But he also wouldn’t take anyone saying a bad word about her so when Kol made a joke that he would warm her up before Klaus could have her, well Kol ended up on the other side of the country. Rebekah asked if this girl was a nun, to which Klaus snapped back at and Elijah brought out the stronger alcohol.
If y/n wanted to wait till marriage then perhaps he would marry her. Yes, after a thousand years settling down with someone as pristine as her would be a dream come true for even the darkest of hearts.
And he told her that, which made her cry but not in disparity of sadness, in disbelief and love. It wasn’t hard for him to decide that she would never see an ounce of pain in her life.
But deep down she didn’t want to wait anymore. She didn’t want to wait until after marriage. What if she was no good for him and he was stuck with her forever? What if he didn’t want to teach her and instead wanted rid of her existence?
She loved him, she knew that. And she knew that he loved her. That should be enough, right? Love is a very powerful emotion and it’s enough to drive a person to do almost anything.
So she told him he was ready, and although he was skeptical, seeing her determined face, he wanted to make her happy. Even if she decided she couldn’t do it again and he was left with a painfully hard cock which he would sort out later.
———————————————————————
Klaus could feel how tense show was beneath him, his mouth was on hers moving quickly as she roughened the kiss. He knew she didn’t really want to kiss him like that but felt she had to, so he pulled away a moment and just cupped her face. Her legs were around his waist as she lay back and he had one hand helping to keep him just above her.
He could feel her shifting against him, her hands pulling him down but not in the need that he wanted her to have.
“Love, it’s okay if you’re not ready” he told her gently but she shook her head
“I am, I promise” she smiled faintly and he sighed softly
“Okay…okay just close your eyes” he instructed and she did.
He pressed his lips to her softly, stopping her from trying to rush it and instead barely moving his mouth against hers. His lips parted and so did hers, their movements getting a little bigger before his tongue slowly slid into her mouth. His hand brushed over her cheek lightly and her hands held onto his neck as she wrapped her tongue around his. Wet sounds filled the air between them as they moved their head more to taste as much of each other as they could.
He kept their faces attached as he began to roll his hips to hers slowly, happy to hear a genuine moan out of her and feel her breathe him in. He pushed her dress up a little so it wasn’t in the way and rubbed himself at her panties, careful not to overwhelm her too soon.
Klaus pulled back from her mouth a moment just to look at her eyes, checking for that fear that usually rest within them. It was still their but much less than normal, lust covering it and love overpowering them both. A soft kiss was given to her again as she moaned for him once more.
He moved backwards a little to look down where he was moving against, pleased with the growing wet patch along her panties which rubbed onto his sweatpants easily.
“See? Feel nice love?” He asked quietly and she nodded with a whine. “Good girl…you just keep relaxing, I’ll take care of you” he murmured softly. He kissed her lips lightly before trailing his way down her neck and back up again. His hands gently pushed her legs back down and had them lay open for him to rest between.
His mouth went back to hers as he tore her panties off of her in one swift movement. She barely noticed the material missing as she eagerly welcomed his tongue back into her mouth, enjoying the dominance he had over her movements. She assumed it was his crotch rubbing against her again when his fingers slipped along her now soaking pussy. He groaned softly into her mouth at the feel of it and couldn’t help but get a finger inside her to feel how tight she would be on his cock.
Klaus wasn’t sure how he would be able to do this without hurting her, but he would sure as he’ll try.
He had only dreamed of her being this tight, her silky walls had such a good hold on his finger as he slowly moved it back and forth. Her back arched and her mouth left his as she moaned out and ground her hips to his hand.
Klaus often wondered what she did usually after they got this far. Did you have to finish herself off like he did? He wasn’t sure anything had been inside her, not even her own fingers, based off of how much she was squeezing him as he pushed another one inside. A little whimper leaving her as her face scrunched at the stretch sting that rippled through her for a moment.
His thumb pressed to her clit and he rubbed slowly, matching the pace with the thrusts of his fingers and watching her cunt tighten around him. The amount of wetness that was dripping from his hand was ridiculous, the sounds produced when he sped up his actions was more than pornographic and her moans only added to it.
He groaned to himself as he took notice of her clit swelling as he rubbed quicker, listening as she called his name and her hands gripped the sheets harshly.
His fingers curled and the cry she let out told him everything he needed to know before he continued the action over and over until she was trembling and shaking with need. A burst of fluid was squirt up at him as she moaned so loud that her throat went sore. His lips pulled into a smirk and and he didn’t hesitate in licking his fingers clean. His eyes rolling closed as he leaned down to press his open mouth to her wetness.
Her hips jolted and legs clamped around his head making him grunt and bury between her thighs in determination. Her hands were straight in his hair, pulling and tugging as his tongue rolled against her and inside her.
“Nik!” She cried over and over making him smirk and suck at her harder, she had only ever called him Klaus so hearing her moan his name which was reserved for certain people made him all that more happier and sure that she was in fact ready.
Her hips ground desperately to his face, her fingers clinging to his curls and tears in her eyes as he devoured her within seconds.
It barely took another minute before her taste was exploding all over his tongue again and he was moaning with her as she filled his every sense.
“Nik” she panted, barely able to focus on anything as he continued to hold her thighs tightly and pull her puffy clit into his hot mouth. Her hands couldn’t let go of his hair, she couldn’t help but keep pulling him closer. No matter how sensitive she felt, how many nerves he was playing with, god she just needed more, “more! Oh more!” She cried and he would never deny her of this, never. He would beg for this to be his last meal, and he treated her as though it was.
After leaving her hanging on the edge of her fifth orgasm, he finally pulled away. Both of them breathing heavily and still moaning or groaning softly.
He crawled back up her now sweaty body and had his lips on hers, tongue fucking her mouth and sharing her delightful taste. At some point during his feast klaus had managed to shred her dress into pieces and had to get his own clothes off to stop them feeling so tight against his poor, aching cock.
He moaned outright when it felt the wet lips of her pussy and his hips moved to rub between them. Her breathing grew more erratic as she grabbed the back of his hair and pulled him back down, kissing him with need.
“I’m ready, please Klaus, I’m ready” she whispered and he let out a breath
“Nik” he uttered “you call me Nik” he ordered and she nodded
“Please Nik” she moaned and he thrust himself along her, his dick sliding over her clit many times over.
He had to stabilise his breathing and thoughts before he did this. He knew she had been so worried, so scared before and nothing could ruin this, not now. He couldn’t let her slip through his fingers now. He would be the softest, most gentle man on the planet if she would let him fill her with his cock, let him pump her full of his seed.
Fuck. The thought alone had him rubbing against her faster, but shit, he needed to be slow. Come on Klaus, slow.
He took a long breath before taking his heavy cock into his hand and pressing his tip to her dripping cunt. Her heart sped and he glanced up to find her watching his tip with anticipation, teeth on her bottom lip and a moan threatening to leave any second. It was all the confirmation he needed before finally, at last, getting inside her.
Klaus was 90% sure he was louder than she was when her soft, soaked walls sucked him inside. Just his tip to begin with, he slid it in and out of her carefully, lightly tapping it against her clit a couple more times before going further. He got a couple inches in before she made a whine of discomfort and he stopped, his hand found hers and he held it firmly but gently while his other kept a hold of his cock as though if he didn’t then it would do as it pleased and fuck her into oblivion.
“It’s okay my love” he whispered, his hand squeezing hers lightly in reassurance. “You don’t have to take it all” he told her as she shut her eyes so he couldn’t see the twinge of pain inside them.
He let the first few inches thrust in and out of her, allowing her tightly wound body to stretch at its own pace. When her hips moved by themselves against him and her mouth involuntarily opened, he knew she could take more. And more he gave her, a good two thirds in and his breathing so ragged that he wasn’t sure how he wasn’t passing out.
Her pleas were getting more common now and he obliged to every one, keeping each movement calculated and soft. His thrusts, although relatively slow, still reached all those places inside her which she had only dreamed about and she couldn’t have asked for anything better.
She had always worried he would treat her like she were a toy or a slut but he touched her like she was glass, like she were his priceless diamond and she adored it. Craved it.
He was perfect.
Any doubts were chucked out the window as he checked on how she felt time and time again, even though her constant call of his name told everyone in a 5 mile radius that he was giving her the time of her life.
“Nik-“ she moaned and he grunted, his face just above hers and a little further forward as she was leaving kisses and disappearing marks in his neck. He placed a wet kiss to her forehead and struggled to keep his pace steady. “Can- oh- can you go faster Nik?!” She pleaded and he nodded without an ounce of control. Completely following what she needed, his mind was locked on hers and he just wanted her to feel as good as he did.
His body moved to hers faster but still not roughly, not bruisingly or harshly. Just quicker to rub against her spongey spot, to have her back curved off the bed and legs shaking.
His body faltered above her as he felt his balls go tight, the same balls that had repeatedly slapped against her and were ready to empty inside her.
“Y/n” he panted and she moaned. “Gonna- cum- inside- you-“ he panted and she cried out pleasantly
“Please Nik, please please” she begged and he held her hand so tightly, he feared he’d broken it as she screamed and cried.
The sound registered minutes later, him having already overfilled her three times over with the amount of cum he had for her.
His head shot up and he grabbed ahold of her face with his hands
“Love? Did I hurt you? Oh god-“ he started but her hand cupped the side of his neck and she smiled weakly
“God no Nik, no you were- wonderful, unbelievable” she whispered breathlessly and he sighed in relief, his head drooping to kiss her cheek softly.
“Are you tired love?” He asked and she laughed
“Yeah, I’m tired. Are..are you? Do you need more or-“
“I would love as much as you could let me have but for tonight, believe me when I promise you that I am beyond satisfied. You were…” he leaned down to her ear and nipped the lobe gently, “quite frankly, the best I’ve ever had” he whispered and she blushed darkly
“Over a thousand years I do doubt that-“
“You have the softest, hottest, wettest, tightest little pussy I have ever had, the most delicious, most beautiful-“
“Nik” she cut him off, embarrassment colouring her red as she looked up at him shyly.
“Believe me sweetheart, I would never lie to you” he told her softly as he leaned back down to kiss her lips. “The best” he whispered again and she let out a happy breath before a yawn forced through her and he smiled
“Tell me if anything hurts okay? I’m gonna clean you up, I’ll be gentle he murmured as he pulled out of her and lifted her off of the ruined sheets. She groaned at the empty feeling and held onto his hand with her own as he brought her to the bathroom. “Bath?” He questioned and she shook her head.
“Sleep” she mumbled and he nodded. He grabbed the wipes and got her as clean as he could before doing himself, not once putting her down.
He paused at the state of his bed and instead carried her to the guest room next door. He kept her right against his bare chest as he laid with her beneath the covers and kissed her head so much his lips hurt.
Her eyes had closed earlier than he realised as he held her dearly and whispered to her resting body. Just sweet nothings and true promises. Things she would hear many times over and experience in the future.

Movie Night
kol mikaelson x reader (minor poly!mikaelsons x reader) | requested
summary: kol is unsure about letting his siblings meet you, afraid they'd scare you away and he'd lose his best friend (and the girl he's in love with). but when he finally brings you home one night, his family has a reaction he never would've expected.
tags: mutual crush / pining, flirting, confessions
word count: 2.1k
“They asked to meet you again,” Kol says suddenly, “I keep saying no, but they keep asking.”
You smile a little, curiosity peaked. “What’s the harm?”
“They’re… difficult sometimes. You know how families are.” He bites his tongue, afraid to say too much. You two are best friends; very loving and protective of each other. But there seems to be only two responses that the Mikaelsons ever give: complete obsession or extreme dislike. They could either love you or hate you, and Kol’s not sure which is worse.
“Yeah, but what family isn’t complicated? I’m sure they’re not so bad.”
“Y/N,” he sighs, tone somber, “are you forgetting my brother is Klaus Mikaelson? The greatly feared hybrid that terrorized Mystic Falls before he even arrived to town? And the rest of them are only a diluted version of his madness.”
“You aren’t.”
“You didn’t see me in the 1600s, darling.”
“Well that was then and this is now. I’m not afraid, Kol. I know you’ll keep me safe if they try anything.”
“You know I will. They wouldn’t dare.”
“Then there’s no reason to worry.” You give him another smile.
As soon as he meets your eyes, he looks down immediately. Your smile gives him butterflies. Kol would be lying if he said he didn’t harbor a little crush on you. That’s part of the reason he doesn’t want you to meet them - he’s afraid they’ll scare you away and you’ll want nothing to do with him. “I’ll try not to,” he finally replies.
A few minutes go by before you groan and shuffle in place. “This line isn’t going anywhere.”
The wait time on the screen says fifteen minutes, but it’s been way longer than that. You take a sip of the drink balanced in your arms amongst popcorn and snacks.
“I guess that’s what we get for trying to see a new movie on opening night.”
“Do you still want to see it?”
Kol’s juggling his own handfuls, or else he would’ve taken yours so you wouldn’t have to carry it. When he realized he couldn’t carry yours on top of his own, he apologized. It’s little things like that that make you want to cross the best friend boundary. He’s just so sweet, funny, and gentlemanly. Though you have yourself convinced that you’re way out of his league. I mean, come on - why would an original vampire date a mere human? You shook your head a little to send the thought away.
“Eventually, yeah. But I’m not so committed to this line.”
Lost in your head, you forgot you asked him a question. It takes you a second to ponder a response, but then he continues,
“Alright, how about this? We’ve already got the drinks and snacks, so why don’t we go to my house and watch something there? It’s plenty dark, usually quiet. It’ll be just like the movies.”
“Wait, did you say at your house?” Usually your own house is the movie destination. Did Kol just propose to go to his instead?
He shrugs, “my family wants to meet you, you aren’t intimidated by them. They might be there and I could introduce you, or we could slip in and watch a movie in peace.” You’re stunned for a minute, and he starts to take it as hesitation. “Unless you don’t want to. I understand completely if you don’t.”
“No, we should! I’d love to meet your family, Kol, no matter how scary.”
“Okay.” He puts a smile over top of his worry while he fishes his keys from his coat pocket. “I’ll drive.”
On the short ride to his house, he gives you a basic rundown of each of his siblings. He knows you already know most of what he’s telling you, but it distracts him from his nerves. And you, recognizing he seems more antsy than usual, listen quietly.
“So to summarize, they’re all pretty outspoken, very protective, and often threatening, but if you’re someone they care about, you have nothing to fear.”
Kol swallows hard at that. You’ve got it on the nose, but your awareness doesn’t give him much comfort. “Yeah, pretty much.”
“Okay, cool. Let’s go.”
To his horror, all three siblings are in the living room at that moment. As soon as the two of you enter, all eyes snap to you.
“Well that was a quick movie,” Rebekah had started. Then she sees her brother’s company. “And who might you be?”
“Bex, Nik, ‘Lijah, this is Y/N. Y/N, this is the family.”
“Hi!” You greet them with a smile.
For a second, they only stare. Though Elijah’s first to speak, “Very nice to meet you, Y/N. I suppose you are the friend my brother speaks of so often?” When you nod, he continues. “My, was he right when he said you were beautiful. Those e/c eyes remind me so much of the stained glass windows they used to make in the 1100s. Kol, do you recall it?”
Once he gets over the perplexed feeling running in his head, Kol clears his throat. “I do, brother. And yes, Y/N is quite beautiful, as I told you. She’s a good friend.”
“More than beautiful,” Klaus compliments, “she’s a work of art. Would you like to sit, love?”
Your face turns red as the men praise your features. Your response comes out in a stutter. “U-um, I’m okay. The movie we tried to see had a really long line, so Kol suggested we just come here to watch one instead.”
“Kol suggested it? I’m surprised he would let us meet you. He’d been denying our curiosities for months.”
“Don’t put her on the spot, Nik, she’s-”
“Oh, she’s fine, brother. She’s doing well for someone in her position. Y’know,” Klaus twirls a strand of your hair between his fingers, “it must be quite intimidating to meet a whole family of original vampires all at once.”
Don’t scare her, Niklaus! Ease up on the poor girl,” Rebekah interrupts, swatting his hand from you. “And don’t touch her without her permission.”
“I’m sorry, love. Your hair just looked too soft.”
“It’s alright. But um, yeah, it’s a bit intimidating, but I’m not easily shaken.” You straighten your back. “I was actually wanting to meet you all, too.”
“See if we live up to the tales?” Rebekah teases. Her eyes stare into yours, and you find it hard to maintain eye contact.
“Not really,” you admit, “just wanted to meet Kol’s siblings. Out of curiosity.”
“Ah. So are your expectations met?”
“I don’t know. I didn’t know what to expect.”
Elijah then steps forward. “Tell us this, Miss Y/N. Do you feel safe in this moment? Or would you like Kol to take you away from here?”
It’s an odd question, even to Kol. The man’s throat dries and he narrows his eyes. Is his brother threatening or welcoming you?
“I um…”
“Please, be honest.”
“I’m good. I mean, I feel safe.”
Elijah’s straight lips curve into a smile. “Delightful. It was an honor meeting you, Miss Y/N.”
“T-thank you. You too, Elijah. All of you, I’m glad we got to meet.”
“I second that,” Klaus approaches you again, “what a lovely girl my brother’s brought home to meet the family.”
“Friends, Niklaus,” Elijah mutters under his breath. It’s quiet, but you can still hear it. “He’s said they’re just friends.”
Klaus gives the man a look, like he’s doubtful of that, but then turns back to you. “Apologies. What a lovely friend you are to my brother. Perhaps, if you’re available later, we can talk more. I’ll show you one of my favorite paintings. The shade is just like that of your skin.” His eyes travel your body like it’s a piece of art, and you can’t help but blush.
“Okay. I’ll be sure to stay a while after the movie.”
“Wonderful!”
The eldest two leave you with the youngest two. Kol, teeth clenched in aggravation, turns to direct you to his room. His sister, however, beats him to your attention.
“It was a pleasure meeting you, Y/N, as my brothers have said. My, my, I sure do see why Kol speaks so highly of you.” She smirks a little. “Enjoy your movie, and if you need anything, I’m just down the hall.” As she walks away, she flashes you a wink, then disappears.
Kol wastes no time bringing you to the lounge room where he and Bex used to kill time some hundred years ago. He explained in the car that they’d watch old black and white films in there together, while their brothers were off running amuck. Even now, they still retire to the darkened room for the occasional movie.
“Sorry about that,” he says the minute he shuts the door.
You cock your head at him. “Sorry about what?”
“Them.”
“What about it? They were nice.”
“Y/N…”
“What? Were they not nice? Is that their ‘not nice’ behavior?”
“No, darling. That was actually the nicest I’ve ever seen them.”
“Then what’s the-”
“They were all flirting with you, darling. Ogling you. Not a care about it.”
“Oh,” you whisper, realizing he might be right.
“I’m sorry, Y/N. We shouldn’t’ve come here.”
“Wait, Kol, it’s alright. I don’t mind.”
“No, it was totally inappropriate. In fact, I should talk to them about not doing it in the future.” He starts to rant. You’ve learned to not interrupt Kol when he’s ranting, because he’ll miss every word you say. “God, I didn’t want them to see you because I thought they’d scare you off, but I didn’t think they’d so openly hit on you! Elijah, too, where did his manners go? And I mean, I know why they were. You’re gorgeous, Y/N, and I’d want you, too, but…” he stops, realizing what he had admitted.
Your heart leaps out of your chest, but then falls to the hard ground all at once. I’d want you, too, but…
“But what?”
“I didn’t say that.”
“Kol.”
“It’s nothing, darling.”
“Kol, tell me. Please!”
He takes a deep breath. “I can’t have you. I can’t put you in that kind of danger. Being your friend puts you at risk enough, but if we were anything more, you’d become a target. I can’t let that happen; I can’t let anything bad happen to you.” One glance, he allows himself to take, before dropping his eyes back to the ground. He sees your frown, but misses the way your eyes search for him. “Besides… you’re better off with a human, not someone with such a violent past like myself.”
“Well I’d like to disagree with that last part,” you snort, “your past doesn’t matter to me. Right now is what matters. Also, being a vampire doesn’t make you violent. Plenty of humans are violent.”
“That’s not the point, Y/N, I’m saying-”
“I know what you’re trying to say. But I’m saying I like you regardless of whatever you’ve done in your past. And - since you already admitted it, what’s the harm in me saying it, too? - I like you. More than a friend. I have for a while.”
Finally, he looks up at you and doesn’t break eye contact. “You do?”
“How could I not?”
“But what if you get hurt? If we were to have something?”
“Well, one, you’d protect me. You already do, so why would it be any different now? Two, I don’t care. If that’s the only thing standing in the way of us trying this out, then we’ll just have to face it head-on. And who knows? Maybe it’ll never happen. But I want to be with you, if you want it too.”
“More than you know, darling.”
“Okay,” you breathe out, giddy with excitement. “So what first, boyfriend?” You test the term out, tasting it on your tongue. You like it.
Kol’s smile tells you he likes it, too. “Well I have a great idea for our first date. How about a home movie?”
“Perfect idea. What time?”
“Right now.”
The two of you move to the couch and assemble your drinks and snacks. Only this time, when you sit beside one another, he can confidently put an arm around your back to pull you close.
“A true gentleman waits until at least one date to kiss the girl,” he mutters into your ear, “but that’s not counting these.” Then, you feel a quick kiss to your cheek.
Your face blushes instantly. “Okay, so how about you press play so we can get to the end of the night?”
He senses your quickened heart rate at the thought of getting to kiss him for real. It makes his own heart race, too, but he holds himself back. Instead, he gives you another kiss on the cheek in the meantime. “Oh, we’re just getting started, darling.”

here me out...........

COSMO THE CAT, HE'S LITERALLY SUCH A COOTIE PATOOTIE AND SO ETHEREAL, ELIJAH AND THEO WOULD LOVE HIM (ion know about klaus, he may be jealous that the cat is cuter than him)
idk why i just randomly came up with this but I was scrolling through the aesthetic tab, AND I FOUND THIS BEAUTY AND I CAUGHT AN IDEA FOR YOUR BOOK
i literally thought of an entire backstory for this cat, and since I'm bored, I shall dump this at your doorstep
Cosmo's backstory: He's a stray kitten that became an alleycat but one day he bumped into Y/n (if you even decide to put this in your story, its your story not mine, just a random idea i came up with) YOU DECIDE HOW HE DID (like maybe she could be on a walk, thinking about the uttermost TEA that is being bestowed upon her and then she walks down an alley and bumps into him, idk) and Y/n was like "cat. mine. you're mine neow." and then Theo saw cosmo and was like "WE'RE KEEPING HIM. HE'S TOO CUTE TO PUT BACK" and don't worry, he's just a stray, but when Y/n took him to the vet, he like didn't have a specific breed and Y/n was like "huh, that's weird. wtv i got too much shit to deal with to think about a cat" BUT LITTLE DOES SHE KNOW, COSMO IS A SPECIAL CAT (kinda like the witch kitties, BUT HES DIFFERENT, TRUST)
he was born by the force of mother nature because he's a special little kitty to protect y/n and theo, although I wont get too much into his backstory because once again, ITS YOUR STORY, YOU DECIDE, NOT ME HONEY BOO BOO, YOU DECIDE WHETHER HES NORMAL OR NOT
Cosmo's personality: -Chill -Affectionate with certain humans -Can lowkey being a little spacey, it could take like 2 minutes of theo calling his name for him to realize theo is calling his name -Protective when Y/n and Theo are around certain people (*cough* klaus *cough*)
Cosmo's abilities:
-Smart (he's literally like the most intelligent cat ever oml) -Can tell evil from good (so he probably won't like Klaus at first) -Speedy -Can see literal SPIRITS (him and bonnie are going to get along so well) -Can telepathically speak with other animals
Cosmo's fav humans so far: -Y/n, he thinks she's such a baddie -Theo, although he gets scared when Theo randomly rages at games or yells when he's yapping on the phone with Jeremy -Elijah, HE LITERALLY IS SO AFFECTIONATE WITH HIM -Caroline, because who doesn't??
ALRIGHT ENOUGH OF MY PROJECTION, lemme know what you think?? i personally heart him and would love to know if other people heart him. i know you're most likely not going to use him, but just an idea!! knowing me, I might actually use him for my teen wolf story, BUT JUST AN IDEA I CAME UP WITH!! LOVE UUU!!!<333 BAII
This is so cuteee!!! I was actually thinking of adding an animal in and kind of hinted towards it with kols reaction to the reader not having a turtle.
I don’t think I’m going to have the cat be supernatural just because I forget a lot of the stuff I add already so I don’t want to forget more lol
But I literally love this idea and please send me the info for your teen wolf story because I literally love teen wolf

Part 5
Little Slavatore sister x Stefan Salvatore x Damon Salvatore
Summary: Klaus takes you from your house to trade you for the white oak stakes from your brothers and their friends
Warnings: vervain use on child vampire/kinda torcher (don't know how to word it), swearing I think-idk
A/n: I wrote this series a while ago and just started realizing how cheesy it got, so don't mind my older writing 😅
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
“What did you do Niklaus?” Elijah said, rage laced in his voice.
He turned around, facing his younger brother, fury written on his face. Klaus just looked back and smirked, knowing what he’s talking about.
“I have no idea what your talking about, brother” Klaus said before Elijah went over to him and held him up against the wall.
“Oh now brother, those Salvatore brothers have a little secret that apparently they will tell you and not me. The obvious more dangerous and good looking one of us” Klaus smirked before getting out of Elijah’s hold.
“Please do not tell me you kidnapped their little sister” Elijah said, eyes widened.
“But the thing is I did and they are probably going to want her back so in favor they’ll give us the white oak stake back and then we’ll give her back to them” Klaus said and poured himself a drink.
“Seriously Niklaus? Show me where she is” Elijah said, jaw clenched.
"If you must know, she is currently in the basement in that room we had no idea to do with. Well also I fixed that problem" Klaus answered, annoyed and followed his brother as he started to go to the room.
When they walked in you were no where in sight, the ropes that Klaus had you tied up by were on the ground in the middle of the room next to chair that was toppled over.
"It seems that she is not here" Elijah stated, glaring at Klaus.
"She was here fifteen minutes ago, I don't know where she went!" Klaus tempered.
Meanwhile as Klaus and Elijah were searching the house you were in the vents crawling around. You reached a room and saw a pretty girl inside with blond hair and is on her phone while sitting on her bed. You tried to push the grate off but this one was more sturdier then the one in the basement.
While you made the noise the girl looked up and saw you tiny fingers through the slits of the grate. She got up off her bed and moved over a chair, she stood up on it and took the grate down, seeing you.
"Who are you?" She asked, concerned.
"Not 'upossed to tell st'anger name" you mumbled to her.
"Okay, well my name is Rebekah."
She lifted you up a bit from underneath your armpits and carried you back down to the ground and placed you onto her bed.
"Okay, then can you tell me how you got here then?" Rebekah asked.
“Woke up in rwoom wif rope ‘round me and I climb frough dat” You explained and pointed to the vent.
At that point, Kol came into the room and picked you up, speeding off downstairs where Klaus and Elijah were. Rebekah followed and saw how Klaus grabbed you out of Kol’s arms immediately, pushing you over to the side.
While Klaus did so, he grabbed your wrist really hard, hurting you. A bruise starting to appear.
“What did you do Nik? You hurt her, look there’s already a bruise that’s starting to show up from where you so forcefully grabbed her” Rebekah explained, starting to get mad.
“Now, now sister calm down, she is just a bargaining chip to get the white oak stake back - the only thing that can kill us” Klaus said pointing over to you.
You were backed up against the corner of the wall and a book case, crying your eyes out, scared of them.
“Who is this again?” Kol asked confused as to why his two brothers were looking for a little girl.
“Nikaus got one of his hybrids to kidnap y/n over there who is Damon and Stefan’s little sister. If I remember correctly she got turned at four, also how did you know about her?" Elijah explained and then asked the hybrid.
"Well I simply just asked for one of my hybrids to look for anything valuable that the Salvatore brothers and everyone else would want back" Klaus said and started to go over to where you are crying.
Before he could grab you to tie you up again Rebekah got over to you first, picking you up into her arms. "Look, I know we want the stake back but she's just a terrified little girl!" She started to rub little circles on your back to sooth you a tiny bit.
"Evidently I don't care if she's scared or not, I'll be right back to get new chains" Klaus then left the room.
While so, you were staring at Elijah and Kol with a scared look in your eyes and tears streaks on your face. "So are we going to torture-"
"KOL!" Elijah stared at him wide eyed and got him to leave the room, glaring at him.
"Lijah, we can't let him chain her up like some animal again!" She looked at him with anger written on her face.
"Oh but weren't you happy yesterday when I said that we'll be able to get the stake with having a bit of fun with someone first" Klaus reappeared with chains in his grip, not allowing Elijah to answer Rebekah.
He walked over, dropping the chains on the couch and brought up a chair. "Now we can either do this the easy way or the hard way which one do you pick sister?" Klaus inched closer to the both of you.
You whimpered, shutting your eyes hoping that this isn't real and just another one of your nightmares. Rebekah turned so that you were blocked from Klaus's view almost entirely.
"The hard way it is then" Klaus glared and picked up his pace towards you guys. Elijah sped in front of him, flipping him over onto the ground when he held up an arm about to throw the first punch.
Rebekah was about to run away with you before Elijah came crashing into her, knocked out by Klaus's doing. Before she had time to react she dropped you and Klaus pulled out a dagger from his pocket and stabbed it through Rebekahs heart. She paled and vains started showing all the way up until they stopped at her forehead. Klaus then pulled out another dagger and wasted no time to stab it in Elijah's heart aswell. Rebekah laid limply beside Elijah and you screamed, scared trying to get up but Klaus got to you before you and the chance to. He dragged you over to the chair he pulled out, sitting you down even though you were trying anything to get out of his grasp.
He pulled out a syringe and stuck the needle into your arm, injecting vervain into your system making you pass out. Klaus quickly chained you to the chair and took his siblings down to the basement, locking them in there until he got the stake back. He couldn't waste his chances, even though they were daggered.
You woke up to see Klaus in front of you reading a really old, torn up book. Once he realized you were awake he put the book to the side and walked over to where you were chained to the chair. You tried pulling at the chains but it didn't work, you also noticed some dried blood on your arm.
"Now that your awake, before I offer bargain you for it do you know anything about a white oak stake?" Klaus asked you, looking deep into your eyes to make sure your not going to lie to him.
"N-no. What dat?" You asked him and tears started to stream down your face again.
"I'm going to ask you one more time. Do you know anything about the white oak stake and where it is?" He compelled you this time.
"N-no! What is white o-oak s'ake?" You shrieked out and this time he didn't talk back to you.
Instead he got back up from crouching down in front of you and flipped over a table, mad at your answer. Soon enough he left the room and came back with a grey duffle bag in hand. He sat it down on one of the couches and pulled out a pair of gloves, putting them on. After he pulled two jars, one of them having the same verevain like the ones in the syringes and the other filled with the plant, some of them a bit off colored from being in the jar for some time. He opened the one with the plants and pulled one out, closing the jar lid afterwards.
Slowly inching the plant toward your cheek, you quivered with fear. Finally he pressed the vervain against your face and you screamed, painfully as it was burning your skin. He kept that up until most of your face has burn marks. Once he removed the plant from your face he placed it onto a napkin beside him. He reached over to the other jar which was way bigger than the other one and opened it up. He stuck one of his gloved hands inside and pulled it back out, setting the jar on the coffee table. Then brought the gloved hand shakes with vervain to his other hand to make sure he had enough on both.
While he was doing so Klaus was wondering where Kol was since he would've heard your screaming, probably wanting to help him with this. In the end he just suspects that he left the house after Elijah told him to leave the room earlier.
Klaus brought his hands over to you and wrapped them around your arms, making you scream even louder than the last, each time he did so. Doing the same thing over and over until the jar was empty and at some points of your arms were bleeding. They eventually healed but there's was a bunch if dried blood littered on your arms and your face now.
As it was later now, and you were at a very thin line of passing out from the torture and sleepiness, Klaus stopped and put everything back into the duffle. He came back into the room with something hidden behind his back.
"Now when you got here, you had this in your arms, I am going to give this back to you, because it would be a waste of space in the garbage bin. Maybe tomorrow you'll be more cooperative and I might make a deal with your brothers to give you back to them" he said and placed the teddy bear on your lap.
Whe he was out of sight, you smiled seeing your teddy bear was alright. You probably shouldn't be happy but its the most you've been in the past hours.
It has been like 6-7 hours since then and everyone is asleep except for you. Your quietly trying to break free from the chains. By that your wiggling your wrist from the hold, since they were really small and eve though the chains were tied tight, they couldnt be that close or else they would've just snapped in half while Klaus was tying them.
You finally got one written free from the chains and shortly after you got the other free. It took a bit of time to undo the chains wrapped around your stomach and ankles but you manged eventually.
You got off the chair and picked up your teddy bear since it fell onto the ground. Now your quietly and slowly looking around for an exit out of this place.
While you were looking for an exit your brothers and everyone else is still awake, worried about you. It's five thirty am now.
All of them are still at the boarding house, thinking of ways to get you back. No one could sleep, they tried and nothing worked. Even though mostly all of them just met you they care about you a lot.
"Okay, so the first thing we need to figure out is where Klaus took y/n....Elena have you heard anything from Elijah?" Stefan asked.
"No, but I have a feeling that Elijah found them but Klaus did something to him before he could contact back. Everything I call him it goes to voice-mail" Elena sighed.
"Well it's too late now to do anymore searching we can try in the morning, well when people are actually up and outside" Alaric said.
"That'll have to work I guess but you guys have school and you can't exactly get out of it since it would look too suspicious" Damon said, pointing towards everyone including Ric. Except for Katherine.
"Wait do you guys have a tracker on her?" Katherine asked.
"No" Stefan and Damon answered at the same time.
"Worth a shot" Katherine said and slumped back down on the couch again.
You found a way out and made no noise whatsoever. Now your running down a road and after 10 minutes at vampire speed you saw the Mystic Falls sign. You smiled and started to walk instead of run because you used a lot of energy and haven't had any food or blood in a very long time.
While you were walking you tried to see if you could spot anybody that you could feed from but there was absolutely no one anywhere. Yet you still kept walking, wanting to make your way back to your brothers and everyone else you grew to liking.
It has been almost an hour and your not close to town but you can't stand anymore. So you went to the closest hiding and shelter spot so no one could see you and fell asleep quickly with your teddy wrapped in both arms.
It's now light outside again and you woke up, hearing a lot of birds cawing and chirping. After sleeping you got more energy and stood up. You started to run at vampire speed again. When you stopped your finally at a place you semi remember from before, a bunch of houses but you knew where you were. Starting to walk normaly because people could see you, the high school came into view. You started to run at normal pace into the school grounds, hoping that you could find Stefan or someone you knew there.
Some of the teenagers were looking at your burn marks but didn't say anything about them, just staring. Some wondering what a little kid was doing there but didn't exactly really care as to why.
Finally you saw someone you knew and ran over to him. "Jer!" You called, arent able to pronounce his full name.
"y/n?!" He picked you up immediately and you wrapped your arms around his neck, hugging him.
The two friends he was talking to looked at him weirdly wondering how he knew you. But he just glared back at them, resulting to them walking away. By now it's lunch time.
"What happened to you?" Jeremy asked concerned, seeing burn marks throughout your arms and face.
You shook your head, scared to say anything about what happened. "It's okay, you don't have to say anything right now. How about we go find Stefan" He said.
"Stefy!" You nodded your head fast.
"Alright, let's go" he started to walk to the courtyard outside and saw everyone there except for Alaric. (Damon and Katherine obviously not there).
Caroline was the first to notice. "Jeremy! Where did you find her!?" She said, getting everyone to face towards the two of you.
"She came running up to me in the hallways" Jeremy answered quickly.
As soon as you saw Stefan you reached out grabby hands for him. He came over and got you into his arms hugging you tightly. "Stefy!" You exclaimed and started to cry again.
"Hey, hey its going to be okay, just calm down sweetie" Stefan said softly and started to lightly bounce you up and down, soothing you into sleep. He held you close to his chest with one hand on the back of your head and the other one supporting you. He kissed the top of your head. All the girls held back their awws at how soft Stefan is with you at this moment.
Once you fell asleep everyone started to talk in hushed tones. "Bonnie can you let Alaric know that we have y/n and are going back to my house with her, then meet us back at our cars" Stefan whispered.
Bonnie nodded and started to jog back into the school over to Alarics classroom to tell him. While she was doing so everyone else started to walk to their cars and got in, waiting for Bonnie which didn't take long. You were still in Stefan's arms while Elena was driving.
They then headed back to the boarding house to where Damon and Katherie are.
My DR S/O's are so diverse like .-.
Tom Holland's Peter Parker - Specifically my DR where I am Tony Starks adopted child alongside my younger sister. Real Y/N plot
Bucky Barnes - Different MCU DR where I am Steve & Bucky's friend from the 40s. That way when Steve leaves to be happy with Peggy, Bucky will still have someone from his past. Loki is secretly my father in that one but I digress
Astarion - My shared trauma buddy
Remus & Sirius - I couldn't split WolfStar but also I am madly in love with both
Damon Salvatore & Lorenzo St. John - Again I can't like choose but also DR me makes sense with both, they don't date each other tho. Also my own separate species of supernatural, Druid witch. Live longer, have a grove instead of a Coven. Lots of fun stuff
Kol Mikaelson - Completely separate reality for him. He is just a sharing guy 🧍🏼♀️Couldn't decide between a mermaid/siren vibe or Druid so I said both & called it a day
Poison Ivy - Every DC DR of mine just her. She's mommy bro
Aizawa Shouta & Todoroki Touya/Dabi - I can not explain how well this whole dynamic works it just does
Sebastian - I am just a farmer girl with her emo boy
Gabriel - This archangel full of tricks got this Winchester sister committing sins
Stiles Stilinski - Funny haha nerd guy
Finnick Odair - Again shared trauma
Evan Buckley & Eddie Diaz - again how do I split up the two himbos from their son 😳 I am Bobby's oldest daughter from his first marriage. Giving him canonically 3 marriages, 3rd times the charm. Athena is an amazing step mom
Harry Hook & Uma - Just my Villain posse of queers
I have some S/O's that are not fictional in CR & I get scared to talk about them cause what if in the future they get canceled for smth here despite being good people in my DR they are crappy here. I don't want that. I literally destroyed one of my scripts with fire & couldn't shift there ever in my right mind (despite obviously him being fine in another world) cause Wilbur ended up being abusive here. Like yeah the guy in my ex DR was another person but it's not something I could separate. Glad that version of me is happy with him but yucky ucky
Klaus let out a choked sob as he heard your voice. He leaned forward and wrapped his arms around you, holding you tight. "My little wolf," he whispered, his voice thick with emotion. "You're back. Thank god, you're back."
He held you for a long moment, just savoring the feeling of having you in his arms again. Eventually, he pulled back and gazed into your eyes.
"I was so scared," he admitted, his voice filled with vulnerability. "I thought I'd lost you forever. But you're here. You're safe."
You reached up and wiped the tears from his cheeks. "I'm here, Dad," you said, your voice growing stronger with each word. "I'm not going anywhere."
Klaus smiled through his tears, his heart filled with gratitude. "I love you, Y/n," he said, his voice shaking with emotion. "I'll never let anything happen to you again."
Klaus turned toward the door, his smile growing wider. "Elijah! Rebekah! Kol! Freya! Hayley!" he called out. "Come quickly! Y/n is awake!"
Within moments, the rest of the Mikaelson family and Hayley rushed into the room, their faces filled with relief and joy.
"Y/n!" Rebekah exclaimed, her eyes shining with tears. "You're back! Thank goodness!"
"We were so worried," Elijah said, his voice filled with emotion. "We didn't know what we would do without you."
Kol grinned and pulled you into a tight hug. "Looks like you're tougher than we thought, little wolf," he said.
Freya stepped forward, a smile on her face. "Welcome back, Y/n," she said softly. "We're all so glad you're okay."
Hayley pulled you into her arms, tears streaming down her face. "Oh, my baby," she whispered, her voice choked with emotion. "I'm so sorry I couldn't protect you. I promise I'll never let anything happen to you again."
You hugged her back, feeling the love and warmth of your family surrounding you. "It's okay, Mom," you said, your voice filled with reassurance. "We're all here now. We're all together."
As you looked around at your family, you felt a sense of peace wash over you. You knew that no matter what happened in the future, you would always have them by your side.
The rest of the family stayed with you for hours, talking and laughing and catching up. And as the sun began to rise outside the window, you drifted off to sleep, secure in the knowledge that you were safe and loved.
Days passed, and with each day, you felt your strength returning. You were eager to get out of bed and start exploring the world again, but your family was hesitant to let you go.
"You need to rest," Hayley said, her voice filled with concern. "You've been through a lot, and we don't want you pushing yourself too hard."
You sighed, feeling frustrated. "I'm fine," you said, your voice growing sharper. "I'm not a child anymore, Mom. I can take care of myself."
Klaus stepped forward, a small smile playing on his lips. "Ah, I see where you get your stubbornness from," he said, his voice teasing.
You rolled your eyes, but you couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction. You knew that if anyone could understand your need to be independent, it was your father.
Rebekah laughed, her eyes dancing with amusement. "Oh dear," she said, her voice playful. "It looks like we have two Klaus's to deal with now."
Klaus grinned, his eyes meeting yours. "That's right, sister," he said, his voice filled with pride. "Y/n is just as stubborn and independent as I am."
You smiled back at him, feeling a sense of connection and kinship with your father. You knew that he understood you in a way that no one else could.
But even as you reveled in your newfound independence, you knew that your family was just looking out for you. They loved you, and they wanted to make sure you were safe and healthy.
And so, you agreed to take things slow, to listen to your body and to let your family help you when you needed it. You knew that there would be plenty of time for adventure in the future, but for now, you were content to be surrounded by the people who loved you most.
Vincent's expression was grave as he approached the four Mikaelson siblings. "I have a matter of great importance to discuss with you all," he said, his voice low. "But we must speak privately. It is not something that should be overheard by anyone else."
The four Mikaelsons siblings exchanged worried glances, but nodded in agreement. They knew Vincent well enough to know that he wouldn't be making such a request lightly.
Vincent led them to a quiet, secluded room in the compound, and closed the door firmly behind them. Once they were all seated, he took a deep breath.
Rebekah stepped forward, her eyes blazing with anger. "You can't do this to us," she said, her voice dangerously low. "It took months to get Y/n to talk to us again. We're just starting to rebuild our relationship. If we leave now, we might lose her forever."
Vincent's expression was sympathetic, but he didn't back down. "I understand how difficult this is for you," he said. "But the threat is too great. If you stay here, you could put Y/n in even more danger. You need to trust me on this."
Klaus snarled, his fangs extending. "We don't trust anyone but ourselves," he said, his voice dripping with venom. "And we're not going to let some vague threat force us to abandon my daughter again.”
Kol scoffed, his voice dripping with sarcasm. "So, what, we're supposed to just go to Y/n and say 'Hey, we're leaving again because Vincent told us to'? Yeah, that'll go over well."
Elijah stepped forward, his expression serious. "And if we are bringing danger to Y/n, then why did she wake up from the coma in the first place?" he asked, his voice filled with suspicion. "It seems more likely that our presence is actually helping her, not harming her.”
Vincent sighed, knowing that this was not going to be an easy conversation. "I understand your concerns," he said. "But the fact is, we don't know exactly what caused Y/n to wake up. And we can't risk the possibility that your presence here is somehow putting her in danger."
Klaus glared at Vincent, his eyes flashing with anger. "This is ridiculous," he said. "You're just trying to control us, like always. We're not leaving, and that's final."
Vincent watched as the Mikaelsons siblings stormed out of the room, their expressions thunderous. He sighed deeply, knowing that he had failed to convince them of the danger.
Just as he was about to leave, a voice behind him spoke up. "Vincent," You said. "We need to talk."
Vincent turned around to see you standing there, your expression serious. He took a deep breath, steeling himself for another difficult conversation.
"Of course, Y/n," he said. "What can I help you with?"
You walked towards him, your eyes locked onto his. "I overheard your conversation with my family," you said. "And I want to know what's going on. Why are you so insistent that they leave again?”
Vincent hesitated for a moment before speaking. "They still have the hollow on themselves so it’s a threat to the city, Y/n," he said. "And we know that your family's presence here can make things worse. We're just trying to protect you, and everyone else.”
"And I heard you talking to that witch," you continued, your tone now a mix of urgency and apprehension. "You said there's only one person who can defeat the Hollow."
Vincent's eyes widened imperceptibly, realizing how much you had overheard. He hesitated for a moment, choosing his words carefully. "Y/n, don't jump to conclusions," he said cautiously.
"Don't insult my intelligence, Vincent," you pressed, your voice firm. "Tell me."
Vincent sighed, his shoulders slumping slightly. "Fine. But promise me you won't react like Klaus," he requested, his gaze pleading.
You nodded, your expression serious. "Just tell me."
Vincent met your gaze, his voice low but steady. "The only person who can defeat the Hollow... is you."
The revelation hung in the air between you and him, heavy with both promise and uncertainty.
Klaus and his siblings found Freya and Hayley in the study, their expressions serious as they gathered around them. Elijah took a deep breath, breaking the uneasy silence. "Freya, Hayley," he began, his voice steady but tinged with concern, "Vincent approached us with urgent news."
Freya looked up, her expression shifting from curiosity to apprehension. "What did he say?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.
Klaus stepped forward, his gaze unwavering. "He told us to leave again because it's not safe for us to stay in New Orleans any longer," he explained, his tone grave.
Hayley's brows furrowed in concern. "Why? What's changed?" she pressed, her worry for her daughter evident in her voice.
Rebekah spoke up next, her tone resolute. "He mentioned that the threat of the Hollow is escalating," she continued, her eyes flickering between Freya and Hayley. "And that we need to leave to protect ourselves and Y/n."
Freya's grip tightened on the edge of the table, processing the gravity of their situation. "So, you're leaving again," she stated, her voice tinged with resignation.
Klaus nodded solemnly. "at first we didn’t want to, but then we thought about it.," he affirmed, his expression reflecting the weight of their decision. "For Y/n's safety and to investigate further."
Hayley's eyes widened in realization. "But it took so much for her to trust you again," she protested, her voice catching with emotion. "Freya's right, it's not fair to uproot her after everything."
Elijah's shoulders sagged slightly, acknowledging their concerns. "I know it's difficult," he began, his voice gentle yet firm. "But we must do what's necessary to protect our family."
Freya exhaled deeply, her resolve hardening. "Fine," she conceded, her tone clipped with determination. "But we'll make sure Y/n is prepared for this."
Klaus nodded in agreement, his features softened with understanding. "We'll explain it to her together," he promised, knowing the weight of their decision rested heavily on their shoulders.
And with that, the Mikaelsons began to prepare for their departure, their hearts heavy with the knowledge that once again, they must face the uncertainty and dangers that awaited them, all for the sake of protecting you.
Your brow furrowed in confusion, your mind racing with questions. "But why me?" You asked, your voice tinged with disbelief. "Can't my aunt Freya defeat it? She's incredibly powerful."
Vincent sighed softly, his expression reflecting the weight of his revelation. "Freya is powerful, there's no doubt about that," he acknowledged. "But the Hollow's magic operates differently. It requires a unique connection, a resonance that only you possess."
You struggled to comprehend the magnitude of Vincent's words.You had always admired Freya's strength and abilities, leaning on your aunt during times of uncertainty. To learn now that the fate of defeating the Hollow rested solely on your shoulders was both overwhelming and unsettling.
"I'm going to defeat it," you asserted, your voice filled with resolve. "I need to. So that my family can finally be happy, and we won't have to worry about it anymore."
Vincent regarded you with concern, his brow furrowing slightly. "Y/n, are you sure? It's incredibly dangerous," he cautioned, his voice tinged with worry.
You nodded firmly, your determination unwavering. "Yes, I'm sure," you replied with conviction. "But I can't do it alone. I need your help, Vincent. You're going to help me."
Vincent sighed softly, understanding the weight of your decision. "I'll do everything I can to support you," he promised sincerely, his gaze steady on yours. "We'll work together to prepare, and I'll be by your side every step of the way."
As Klaus and his siblings gather outside your room, preparing to search for you, they are surprised when you appear at the hallway with Vincent. You announce confidently, "Guys, we finally figured out who can defeat the Hollow."
Klaus, curious and concerned, asked, "Who? Little wolf.”
You meet their gaze solemnly as you reply, "Me."
Shock and worry flash across their faces. Klaus speaks first, his concern evident, "Little wolf, I know you're capable, but this is dangerous. I can't bear the thought of losing you."
You step forward, your resolve unwavering, "But dad it's the only way that we can all be together again.”
Before Klaus can protest further, Vincent interjects, his tone firm yet supportive, "Come on, Klaus. You know she's right. She's strong enough to do this."
Klaus hesitates, torn between protecting you and trusting in your strength. After a moment, he nods reluctantly, "Alright. Little wolf.But promise me you'll be careful."
You nod,gratitude and determination in your eyes as you prepare yourself for the daunting task ahead.
Under the full moon’s light, you and your family arrived at the secluded clearing chosen for the ritual. The atmosphere was heavy with magic, the air crackling with anticipation. You stand alongside your father Klaus, your two uncles (Elijah and Kol), and your aunt Bex, preparing themselves for what lies ahead. The air is tense with anticipation and the weight of the task they are about to undertake.
As Klaus and his siblings approach Vincent to express their gratitude, Vincent shakes his head, a mix of determination and apprehension on his face. "Don't thank me," he says quietly but firmly. "I'm only doing this for Y/n. I may be powerful, but I'm also afraid of her. I didn't want her to unleash her inner Klaus on me."
“But Thank you, Vincent.”Klaus replies sincerely. "For everything."
Vincent nods back, his gaze shifting to you, who is preparing yourself for the ritual. Deep down, he knows this is the right path, despite the risks involved.
“The ritual circle is prepared. Y/n, you must stand in the center where the Hollow’s energy is most concentrated.” Vincent tells you
You nodded, your heart pounding in your chest. You took your place in the center of the circle, surrounded by ancient symbols that glowed faintly in the moonlight.“I’m ready.”
As the ritual began, you started chanting the ancient incantation. Your voice was steady, but the intensity of the Hollow’s dark energy tested your resolve.
Vincent states “Focus on severing the connection between the Hollow and the vampires. I’ll handle the Ancestral Plane.”
Dark tendrils of shadow lashed out from the ritual circle, attempting to pull you away from her task. You stood your ground, your voice rising above the dark whispers as you continued the incantation.“I won’t let you win! This ends now!”
One by one, the vampires controlled by the Hollow began to fall, their connections to the dark force severed. The four Mikaelson siblings felt the oppressive weight of the Hollow’s grip beginning to lift.
Vincent tells you. “It’s working! Keep going, Y/n!”
With the connection severed, Vincent began his part of the ritual. He raised his arms, chanting a powerful spell that resonated with ancient magic.“Prepare for the final act. We must destroy the source of the Hollow’s power!”
The ground beneath them began to tremble as the Ancestral Plane started to crumble. The air was filled with the roar of collapsing magic as the once-stable foundation of the Hollow’s power began to break apart. “I’m almost there!”
With a final, earth-shaking command, you expelled the Hollow from the vampires’ bodies, her energy pouring into the ritual’s focus. The dark force was trapped in a vessel designed to contain its power. “Almost there! Just a little more!”
You focused all your strength on the ritual, your hands steady as you guided the energy into the vessel. With a final burst of power, the Ancestral Plane shattered, its destruction sending a shockwave of energy that dispersed the Hollow’s influence.
Exhausted and drained, you collapsed to the ground. The four Mikaelson siblings rushed to your side, their faces etched with relief and concern.
Klaus knelt beside you, his eyes filled with a rare, unguarded vulnerability. He took your hand in his, his voice thick with emotion. “You did it. You saved us all, little wolf.”
You smiled. “We did it. It’s over now.”
Klaus embraced you tightly, his pride and gratitude evident in the strength of his hold. Rebekah and Kol joined you guys, their faces wet with tears of relief.
Rebekah starts crying as she hugs you.“You were incredible, Y/n. We’re so proud of you.”
Kol smirks. “You faced the greatest challenge and emerged victorious. You’ve done something extraordinary.”
Elijah stepped closer, placing a hand on your shoulder. “You’ve given us a chance to rebuild and heal. Thank you.”
Y/n looked up at your family, your heart filled with a mixture of exhaustion and hope. “I couldn’t have done it without all of you.”
After successfully defeating the threat in the secluded clearing, you, your father, your two uncles, and aunt Bex return home, the weight of the recent battle still heavy on their minds. The journey back is quiet, each reflecting on the dangers faced and the sacrifices made to protect the family and community.
As you and your family walk through the door of home, you break the silence, your voice slightly shaky but filled with relief, "I can't believe we did it."
Klaus nods, his expression softening with pride as he replies, "You did brilliantly, little wolf. We all did."
Elijah adds calmly, "Indeed. It was a formidable challenge, but we prevailed."
Kol chimes in with a grin, trying to lighten the mood, "Who knew family outings could be this thrilling?"
Rebekah smiles warmly at you, placing a hand on your shoulder, "You were remarkable out there, sweetheart."
You return their smiles gratefully, feeling their support and love surround you. "I couldn't have done it without all of you," you admit, your voice sincere.
You and them gather in the living room, sharing stories of their individual roles in the battle, laughter mingling with relief as you and them recount the experiences. Despite the lingering tension, the home is filled with a sense of accomplishment and unity, strengthened by the shared victory. Your family and you spend the evening together, reaffirming the bonds and cherishing the moments of peace after the storm.
As the evening progresses, you and your family members find solace in each other's company. You and them sat around the fireplace, the crackling flames casting a warm glow across the room. Klaus pours glasses of whiskey for himself and Elijah, while Rebekah opts for a glass of wine. Kol, ever the rebel, teases them about their choices of drink, opting instead for a beer.
You watched them with a fond smile, grateful for these moments of normalcy amidst their extraordinary lives. you lean against your father, feeling safe and loved in his presence. "I'm glad it's over," you admit softly, breaking the comfortable silence.
Klaus wraps an arm around your shoulders, squeezing gently. "You showed incredible strength today, little wolf," he says proudly. "I knew you could do it."
Elijah nods in agreement, his expression serious yet filled with admiration. "Indeed. Your determination and bravery are truly remarkable."
Rebekah raises her glass in a toast, her eyes shining with pride. "To family," she says warmly. "No matter what challenges we face, we face them together."
They clink their glasses together in a quiet affirmation, the sound echoing in the room. Kol raises his beer can with a smirk, "To kicking supernatural butt!"
Laughter fills the room, easing the tension that had lingered since their return. For a brief moment, they forget about the dangers that often surround them and simply enjoy being together as a family. In that moment, you know that no matter what the future holds, you and them will always stand united.
As night falls, you and Klaus prepare to step out for a brief excursion. He adjusts his coat while you double-check your belongings, a sense of anticipation in the air. Just as your father and you are about to leave, your uncle Elijah, with a playful glint in his eye, interjects with a teasing tone, "You two better not cause any trouble out there."
Klaus chuckles, his expression amused yet affectionate. "Oh, Elijah, when have we ever caused trouble?" he retorts with a knowing smirk.
You grins mischievously, nudging your father playfully. "We'll be back before you know it," you assures Elijah, your tone teasing yet filled with warmth.
Elijah shakes his head with a fond smile, secretly enjoying your and his brother's banter. "Just be careful," he advises, unable to completely mask his concern.
Klaus nods in acknowledgment, his demeanor becoming more serious. "We will," he promises, placing a reassuring hand on your shoulder.
With a final exchange of glances and a shared understanding, you and Klaus head out into the night, leaving your uncle Elijah to watch you guys with a mixture of amusement and protective concern. As your father and you disappear into the darkness, Elijah's thoughts linger on the unpredictable nature of their lives and the unbreakable bond that ties the family together, even in the face of uncertainty.
Outside, under the canopy of stars, you are walking alongside Klaus, the night air cool and crisp around you and him. as your father and you stroll through the familiar paths near home, the steps echoing softly against the pavement.
You break the silence first, your voice carrying a hint of nostalgia. "Remember when we used to take walks like this when I was younger?" You ask, a fond smile playing on your lips.
Klaus nods, his expression softening with memories of those simpler times. "I do," he replies, his voice tinged with warmth. "It was our way of escaping the chaos, even if just for a little while."
You and him pause near a bench overlooking a moonlit garden, the scent of night-blooming flowers lingering in the air. You gazes out at the serene landscape, feeling a sense of peace washing over you. "Things have certainly changed since then," you muses, more to yourself than to your father
Klaus joins you on the bench, his presence a comforting anchor beside you. "Indeed," he agrees quietly. "But some things remain constant. Our bond, for instance."
You look at him, gratitude and love shining in your eyes. "I don't say it enough, but I'm thankful for everything you've done for me," you admit earnestly.
Klaus smiles warmly, placing a hand over you. "You've grown into a remarkable young woman, little wolf.” he says sincerely. "I'm proud of you."
You and him sit together in companionable silence for a while longer, the quiet night enveloping them in a sense of tranquility. For you, these moments with your father are a reminder of the shared strength and resilience, a testament to the unbreakable bond between them that has endured through countless challenges and triumphs.
You take a deep breath, feeling the weight of your words as you turn to your father, your voice sincere and regretful. "Dad, I want to say it again—I'm sorry for being so rude to you, my uncles, and Aunt Rebekah. I know you've all protected me from the Hollow and so much more."
Klaus looks at you with understanding and affection, his expression gentle. He places a comforting hand on your shoulder. "Y/n, we understand. You've faced challenges that have tested us all. Apology accepted, my little wolf."
You nod, grateful for your father’s understanding. You continue, your voice soft but resolute, "I've learned so much from everything we've been through. And I want you all to know how much I appreciate everything you've done for me."
Klaus smiles warmly, a mixture of pride and reassurance in his eyes. "We're a family, Y/n. We protect each other, no matter what. Always."
You lean into your father’s comforting embrace, feeling a sense of peace and love wash over you. In this moment, you know that your and his bond is stronger than any threat you guys may face, a bond forged through love, sacrifice, and unwavering loyalty.
Rebekah's voice cuts through the phone with a teasing tone . "Brother, Elijah told me you and Y/n are taking a walk. You two better not be causing any trouble!" She pauses, a playful smirk evident in her voice, before adding, "Anyways, don't forget to buy the turkey for tomorrow."
Klaus chuckles softly, shaking his head at Rebekah's playful admonition. He glances at you with a knowing smile, sharing a brief moment of amusement. "We won't cause any trouble, sister," he calls back, his voice carrying a hint of amusement. "And don't worry, we'll take care of the turkey."
You join in with a light laugh, enjoying the banter among your family members. You look up at Klaus, a glint of mischief in her eyes. "Looks like we've been warned," you remarked with a grin.
Klaus nods, his expression fond as he gazes at you. "Indeed. Let's head back little wolf," he suggests gently, his tone indicating a desire to continue enjoying his and your peaceful evening together.
Your father and you start to make the way back home, the warmth of family and the anticipation of a holiday gathering filling his and your hearts with joy. As your father and you walked , you silently vowed to cherish these moments with your father and the rest of her family, knowing that love and unity are the truest gifts of all.
As you and Klaus return to the house with a turkey in hand, your uncle Kol notices the matching smirks on his brother and your faces and immediately senses mischief in the air. He steps forward, a playful accusation in his tone, "Oh no, you two. You did cause trouble, didn't you?"
Klaus glances at you with a mischievous twinkle in his eyes and nods dramatically. "Oh, we sure did," he says, playing along. "They're chasing us right now!"
Hayley raises an eyebrow skeptically, catching on to your game. "Come on, are you serious?" she asks with a hint of amusement.
You and your father burst into laughter, unable to contain your and his amusement any longer. "Oh my gosh, your faces!" You exclaim between giggles.
Kol grins, his competitive spirit rising to the challenge. "Just watch," he declares with mock seriousness. "I'm going to get you back for this."
Inside the house, the atmosphere is filled with warmth and laughter as you, Klaus , Hayley and the rest of the family gather around the kitchen island. They set the turkey down, the centerpiece of tomorrow's celebration, and exchange playful banter about their evening escapade.
Klaus raises a glass of wine, his eyes twinkling with amusement. "To causing a little mischief now and then," he proposes, a grin spreading across his face.
The others join in, clinking their glasses together in agreement. Hayley leans against the counter, shaking her head with a smile. "You two are incorrigible," she says, her tone fond yet teasing.
Kol eyes you and his brother with a mock glare, his competitive spirit still evident. "You haven't seen the last of my retaliation," he warns playfully, but his eyes betray his amusement.
You laugh, feeling a deep sense of contentment in the company of your family. "Bring it on, uncle Kol," you challenge with a playful grin. "We're ready for whatever you have in store."
As your family and you continue to joke and reminisce about past adventures, the bond between them grows stronger. you guys share stories, laughter, and the anticipation of the upcoming celebration, knowing that no matter what challenges your family and you face, you guys will always find strength and joy in each other's presence.
Rebekah's comment about having "two Klaus" in the family elicits a mixture of amusement and playful protest. She smirks as she continues, "I guess we need to start getting ready for double trouble."
Klaus chuckles, shaking his head in mock dismay. "Heaven forbid," he jokes, his tone laced with humor. "One of me is enough, wouldn't you say?"
Kol joins in with a teasing grin, adding, "I think the world might not be ready for two of you,”
Hayley laughs, her eyes twinkling with affection as she looks at Klaus. "Oh, I don't know," she counters, her voice teasing. "It might just be twice the charm."
Kol raises an eyebrow, pretending to ponder the idea. "Two Klaus... That's a lot of ego in one family," he quips, earning a round of laughter from everyone.
As your family and you continue to jest and share in the light-hearted banter, the sense of familial camaraderie deepens. You guys prepare for the holiday festivities ahead, grateful for each other's company and the bond that holds them together through every challenge and joy.
Elijah joins in with a subtle smirk, his demeanor as composed as ever. "Indeed, Y/n has always had a kinder touch," he remarks, his tone gentle yet teasing. "A trait she undoubtedly inherited from her mother."
Klaus rolls his eyes playfully, pretending to be offended. "Ah, always the diplomat, Elijah," he replies with mock indignation. "But yes, I suppose having another 'me' with Y/n's kindness would be quite the combination."
You laugh at their banter, feeling a sense of warmth and belonging in their playful exchange. "I promise not to let the ‘my father’ side take over," you joked, earning chuckles from your family.
Rebekah smirks knowingly, interjecting with a wink. "Well, let's hope for everyone's sake that she takes after the best parts of both of you," she says with a playful glint in her eye.
Hayley feigns mock indignation, crossing her arms with a playful scowl. "Yeah, I'm still mad," she declares, her tone dripping with playful sarcasm. "I give birth to my baby girl only for her to end up like her dad."
Klaus raises an eyebrow, a grin tugging at the corners of his mouth. "Well, Hayley dear," he responds with exaggerated innocence, "consider it a compliment. After all, she did inherit my charm and impeccable sense of style."
You stifle a laugh, trying to maintain a straight face as you look at your mother. "I promise to make up for it by being the best combination of both of you," you reassured her with a teasing smile.
Hayley rolls her eyes with a smirk, unable to hide her amusement. "Oh, I'm sure you'll find your own path, sweetheart," she concedes with a wink. "Just try not to cause too much trouble along the way."
Rebekah joins in the playful banter with a mischievous glint in her eye. "If you cause too much trouble, we're definitely blaming it all on our brother," she declares with a playful smirk, casting a teasing glance in Klaus's direction.
Klaus throws his hands up in mock surrender, feigning innocence. "Hey now, don't drag me into this," he protests with an exaggerated look of surprise. "I'm the epitome of innocence and decorum."
You laugh along with the rest of your family, enjoying the light-hearted exchange. "Looks like I have a scapegoat just in case," you joke, winking at your father.
Hayley shakes her head with a grin, her eyes twinkling with amusement. "Oh, this family," she muses fondly. "Always ready with a witty comeback."
As morning arrives on Thanksgiving Day, the kitchen is bustling with activity as you and Klaus prepare to cook the turkey. The sun filters through the kitchen window, casting a warm glow over the countertops adorned with ingredients and cooking utensils.
You carefully unwrap the turkey, your expression focused yet filled with excitement. "It's going to be amazing," you said to your father, a hint of anticipation in your voice as you prepared to season the bird.
Klaus nods, a proud smile on his face as he watches you take charge in the kitchen. "I have no doubt," he replies, his voice filled with admiration. "You've learned well."
Outside, the rest of the family begins to gather, their voices mingling with the crisp morning air. Elijah enters the kitchen with a tray of vegetables, his presence calm and reassuring. "Shall we begin?" he asks, his voice carrying a hint of formality.
Rebekah follows close behind, her hands filled with spices and herbs. "I'll help with the seasoning," she offers, a playful glint in her eye as she surveys the kitchen.
Kol saunters in last, his usual smirk in place. "Just make sure you don't burn it," he jokes, earning a playful shove from you.
Klaus playfully interjects with mock indignation, his tone filled with humor as he addresses Kol's jest. "How dare you assume that my little wolf is going to burn the turkey?" he exclaims, feigning offense with a dramatic flair.
You join in with a laugh, shaking your head at your uncle Kol. "Yeah, you should know better by now," you tease, giving your father a playful nudge.
Rebekah smirks, adding fuel to the playful banter. "I think Y/n has inherited your culinary skills, Klaus," she remarks with a teasing glint in her eye. "Let's hope it's the good ones."
Klaus chuckles, his expression softening with affection as he looks at you. "I have full confidence in you, little wolf," he says warmly, his pride evident in his voice.
Elijah, ever the diplomat, steps in with a reassuring smile. "I'm sure the turkey will turn out perfectly," he assures them all, his calm demeanor bringing a sense of harmony to the playful exchange.
Hayley, chiming in with a playful remark, adds to the banter with a smirk. "If she burns the turkey, we can always blame it on Kol," she suggests with a teasing glint in her eye.
Kol raises his hands in mock surrender, feigning innocence. "Hey now, why am I always the scapegoat?" he protests with an exaggerated sigh, earning chuckles from the others.
You laugh along with them, enjoying the light-hearted teasing. "Sorry uncle, Kol," you say with a grin, "but I think you'll have to take one for the team this time."
Klaus joins in, his voice filled with amusement. "It's settled then," he declares with a playful wink at Kol. "If anything goes wrong with the turkey, it's all on you."
Rebekah nods in mock seriousness, adding fuel to the fire. "We'll make sure to remember that," she says with a smirk, her eyes sparkling with mischief.
The sun sets, casting a warm, golden hue over the dining room as the Mikaelson family gathers around the beautifully set Thanksgiving table. The aroma of roasted turkey, seasoned vegetables, and an array of delicious side dishes fills the air, creating an atmosphere of warmth and festivity.
You and your father carry the perfectly cooked turkey to the table, placing it at the center with a sense of accomplishment. The table is adorned with autumn-themed decorations, candles flickering softly, and the family's favorite dishes spread out, creating a feast for the eyes and the palate.
As everyone takes their seats, Elijah raises his glass, his expression filled with gratitude and warmth. "To family," he begins, his voice calm and sincere. "For the love, strength, and unwavering support we share. Happy Thanksgiving."
The family echoes his sentiment, raising their glasses in a toast. "Happy Thanksgiving," they chorus, clinking glasses and smiling at one another.
Rebekah, sitting beside Kol, glances around the table with a fond smile. "I'm thankful for all of you," she says softly. "For the laughter, the love, and even the occasional chaos."
Kol smirks, lifting his glass in a playful salute. "And I'm thankful for surviving another year with all of you," he jokes, earning a round of laughter.
Hayley, sitting next to you, looks at you with pride. "I'm thankful for the strength and resilience we've all shown," she adds, her voice filled with warmth. "And for the new memories we're creating together."
Klaus turns to you, his eyes filled with fatherly pride and affection. "I'm thankful for my little wolf," he says, his voice tender. "For her courage, her spirit, and the joy she brings to our lives."
You smile, feeling a deep sense of love and belonging. "I'm thankful for all of you," you replied, your voice sincere. "For being there through everything and for making this family what it is."
As you guys begin to enjoy the meal, the room fills with lively conversation, laughter, and the clinking of cutlery against plates. Your family's bond, strengthened through trials and triumphs, shines brightly as you and them share this special Thanksgiving dinner together, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
As your family and you enjoyed the Thanksgiving feast, Rebekah turns to you with a playful glint in her eye. “So, Y/n,” she begins, her tone light and teasing, “is there anyone special at school you’ve got your eye on? Any boys catching your interest?”
You feel your cheeks flush slightly, caught off guard by the question. You glance around the table, seeing the curious and amused expressions on your family’s faces. “Well,” you start, trying to keep your composure, “there might be someone.”
Kol, ever the jokester, leans in with a grin. “Oh, do tell,” he says, clearly enjoying the moment. “What’s his name? Should we be worried?”
Klaus, adopting a more protective tone, looks at you with a raised eyebrow. “Yes, do tell us more about this boy,” he says, though his voice is gentle and teasing.
You laugh, shaking your head at the attention. “It’s nothing serious,” you insist. “Just a guy in my class. His name is Landon. He’s nice.”
Hayley smiles warmly, sensing your slight embarrassment. “Well, as long as he treats you well,” she says, her tone reassuring. “That’s what matters.”
Elijah chimes in with his characteristic calm demeanor. “And if he doesn’t, he’ll have us to answer to,” he adds with a small smile, earning nods of agreement from around the table.
Rebekah winks at you, clearly pleased with herself for bringing up the topic. “Well, you know we’re all here to support you,” she says. “And maybe tease you a little bit.”
Klaus, ever the protective father, leans in with a serious yet loving expression. “If he hurts you, you tell us, little wolf,” he says, his voice firm but gentle. “And we’ll make sure he regrets it.”
You smile, feeling a mix of embarrassment and appreciation. “Thanks, Dad,” you reply, knowing he means every word.
Kol chimes in with a grin. “Oh, we could definitely put the fear of the Mikaelsons into him,” he says, earning a round of laughter from the family.
Hayley rolls her eyes playfully but nods in agreement. “Just remember, we’re here for you,” she adds warmly. “No matter what.”
Rebekah reaches over to squeeze your hand. “We’ve got your back,” she says with a reassuring smile.
Elijah raises his glass, his expression serene. “To family,” he toasts, “and to the bonds that keep us strong.”
The rest of the family raises their glasses in unison, echoing Elijah’s sentiment. “To family,” you guys chorus.
Kol, never missing an opportunity to stir things up, leans back in his chair and looks at Klaus and Hayley with a mischievous glint in his eye. “So, since she likes somebody now,” he begins, his voice dripping with playful intent, “do you think it’s time to give her ‘the talk’?” He winks, clearly enjoying the moment.
Klaus narrows his eyes at Kol, a smirk playing on his lips. “Careful, brother,” he warns lightly, though there’s a hint of amusement in his tone. “I’m not sure you’re the best person to be giving advice.”
Hayley laughs, shaking her head. “I think we’ve got it covered, Kol,” she says, her voice warm and reassuring as she glances at you “But thanks for the suggestion.”
your cheeks flushing, giving Kol a playful glare. “Really, uncle Kol?” you say, rolling your eyes. “As if this day wasn’t already embarrassing enough.”
Rebekah chuckles, joining in the teasing. “Don’t worry, Y/n,” she says with a grin. “We’re all here to help guide you, even if Kol’s advice might be a bit… unconventional.”
Elijah, ever the voice of reason, smiles softly. “We trust you to make good decisions,” he says to you. “But if you ever need to talk about anything, we’re all here for you.”
Kol, ever the provocateur, continues with a teasing smile, “Our brother here didn’t always make the best decisions, no offense, Klaus.” He pauses for dramatic effect, glancing around the table. “Just imagine life without Y/n. Until now, Klaus would have been… well, a bit ruder, and constantly finding reasons to put us in the box.”
Klaus chuckles, shaking his head at Kol’s antics. “Fair point, Kol,” he admits with a wry smile. “But having Y/n has certainly changed things for the better.”
You laugh, feeling the love and camaraderie around you.
Hayley smiles, reaching over to squeeze your hand. “You’ve brought out the best in all of us,” she says warmly. “Especially in your dad.”
Rebekah nods in agreement, her eyes shining with pride. “You’ve brought us closer together, Y/n. And for that, we’re all grateful.”
Elijah looks at you with a gentle smile. “You know, before you came into the world, your father was… different. He was often angry, always seeking control. But you changed him.”
Rebekah chimes in, her voice softening. “He was always ready to fight, to protect what was his, but it often meant pushing us away. Your arrival brought out a side of him we hadn’t seen in centuries.”
Kol adds with a grin, “Yeah, before you, he was always brooding and plotting. You’ve brought a lot of light into his life, into all our lives.”
Klaus, touched by his siblings’ words, looks at you with a mixture of pride and love. “You’ve made me a better man, little wolf. More than I could have ever imagined.”
Elijah raises his glass once more, his voice filled with sincerity. “To Y/n,” he toasts, “for being the light in our lives and bringing us together as a family.”
The family echoes the toast, lifting their glasses high. “To Y/n.”
As the Thanksgiving dinner draws to a close, the Mikaelson family remains seated around the table, basking in the warmth of their shared meal and the love that binds them together. The room is filled with a comfortable silence, broken only by the occasional clink of glasses and the soft murmur of contented conversation.
You look around at your family, feeling a deep sense of gratitude and love. You reflect on the day, filled with laughter, teasing, and heartfelt moments shared with those closest to her. Each member of the family wears a smile, their hearts full with the joy of being together on this special occasion.
Klaus, sitting at the head of the table, gazes proudly at his daughter. "Thank you, little wolf," he says softly, his voice carrying a mix of paternal pride and affection. "For bringing us all together today."
You smile back at him, your eyes shining with happiness. "Thank you, Dad," you replied sincerely. "For everything."
Rebekah raises her glass once more, breaking the silence. "To family," she toasts, her voice filled with warmth. "May we always cherish these moments together."
The family echoes the sentiment, lifting their glasses in unison. "To family."
As you guys finish the toast, the Mikaelsons rise from the table, sharing hugs and affectionate words. You feel a deep sense of happiness and love as you embrace each member of your family, knowing that their and your bond is unbreakable.
With hearts full and spirits lifted, you guys begin to clear the table together, a sense of contentment filling the air. As you and them prepare to part ways for the evening, the echoes of laughter and love linger in the room, a testament to the strength of the family ties and the gratitude you and them feel for each other.
And so,with hearts full of love and memories to cherish, the Mikaelson family concludes their Thanksgiving celebration, looking forward to the many more moments of joy and togetherness that await them in the future.
The next morning, the Mikaelson family wakes to the gentle rays of sunlight filtering through the windows, casting a warm glow over the peaceful household. You stirs awake in your room, feeling refreshed after the previous day's festivities. You stretch lazily, a smile tugging at your lips as you reflect on the cherished moments shared with your family.
Downstairs in the kitchen, Klaus and Hayley are busy preparing breakfast together. The sound of sizzling bacon and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee fill the air. They chat animatedly as they work, their voices filled with warmth and affection.
Klaus glances over at Hayley with a fond smile. "Did you see the way Y/n laughed last night? She's growing up so fast."
Hayley nods, flipping a pancake with practiced ease. "She really is," she agrees. "But she's still our little girl, no matter how much she thinks she's all grown up."
Meanwhile, in the living room, Elijah sits comfortably with a cup of tea, quietly reading the morning paper. He looks up occasionally, his gaze softening as he listens to the faint sounds of his family's morning routine echoing through the house.
Rebekah and Kol emerge from their rooms a little later than the others, their voices carrying down the hallway as they engage in their usual banter. They join Klaus and Hayley in the kitchen, adding to the lively conversation with their own brand of humor and wit.
Rebekah smirks at Kol. "You know, Kol, you're lucky Y/n inherited some of Klaus' charm and not all of your mischief."
Kol grins back at her. "Yes, well, I like to think I've had a positive influence on her," he quips, earning a chuckle from the others.
As the family gathers around the breakfast table, plates piled high with food, you and your family continue to talk and laugh together. Your family shares stories from the past and plans for the day ahead, enjoying the simple pleasure of being together as a family.
With each passing moment, the bonds between you and them grow stronger, woven with love, laughter, and the shared experiences that make them who they are. As you guys savor the meal and each other's company, your family and you are reminded once again of the deep joy and gratitude you guys feel for the family.
As December brought its festive spirit to New Orleans, the Mikaelson Manor was alive with the warmth of holiday traditions. You, your two aunts, and your mother are busy decorating the Christmas tree, your and their laughter echoing through the room as you and them reminisced about past celebrations.
From across the room, Klaus and his brothers, Elijah and Kol, watched with amused smiles. Klaus approached the group, admiring their efforts. “Impressive work as always,” he praised, his tone softened by familial pride.
Rebekah then entered, brandishing a stack of garishly colorful Christmas sweaters. “Guess what I found,” she announced with a mischievous grin. “Ugly Christmas sweaters for all of us!”
Klaus’s expression turned slightly skeptical. “Ugly being the operative word,” he remarked dryly, though a hint of amusement danced in his eyes.
You turned to your dad, your expression pleading. “Come on, Dad,” you urged playfully, your eyes wide with anticipation. “It’ll be fun! For Christmas Eve and Christmas Day?”
Klaus hesitated, looking torn between amusement and reluctance. After a moment, he sighed in mock resignation. “Fine,” he relented, casting a fond glance at you. “I suppose I can endure it for you, my little wolf.”
Kol, leaning casually against the door frame, couldn’t resist chiming in with a theatrically broken-hearted tone. “And here I thought I was your favorite brother,” he teased, feigning hurt feelings.
Klaus rolled his eyes, unable to suppress a chuckle. “Oh, brother,” he retorted, his voice dripping with playful sarcasm, “you know you’re irreplaceable.”
Kol shot Klaus a mock glare before smirking and turning away. “Well played, brother,” he called over his shoulder, disappearing down the hall.
As Kol left, Klaus leaned in closer to you, a mischievous twinkle in his eye. “Don’t tell your uncle that I said this, but I do have a soft spot for my little wolf,” he whispered conspiratorially, his smile genuine.
You beamed up at him, feeling your heart swell with affection for your father. You squeezed his hand affectionately, grateful for your and his special bond amidst the festive chaos of the family home.
The Mikaelson Manor was adorned with festive decorations, and Christmas Eve dinner was in full swing. The family gathered around a beautifully set table, all donning their hilariously garish Christmas sweaters. You sat beside your father, both wearing matching reindeer-themed sweaters, giggling at the sheer absurdity of their attire.
Kol, ever the instigator, raised his glass of eggnog with a mischievous glint in his eye. "Alright, let's settle this once and for all," he declared theatrically. "Raise your hand if you think Klaus loves Y/n more than he loves the rest of us."
Elijah chuckled softly, shaking his head in amusement as he lifted his hand along with Rebekah and Freya. Hayley joined in with a knowing smile, playfully nudging Klaus. "Looks like the votes are in.” she teased, earning a playful roll of the eyes from Klaus.
You couldn't help but chime in, your tone teasing yet confident. "Of course he loves me the most," you interjected playfully, your eyes sparkling with mischief. "I'm not only your favorite, Dad, but theirs too."
Klaus chuckled warmly, reaching over to tousle your hair affectionately. "Well, it seems my little wolf has spoken," he remarked, his voice tinged with amusement and adoration.
Amidst the laughter and good-natured banter, the Mikaelson family embraced the warmth of the holiday season, cherishing these moments of playful camaraderie and love..
Kol, ever the playful one, raised his glass of eggnog with a mischievous glint in his eye. “Alright, Y/n,” he teased with a grin, “should we leave cookies and milk out for Santa Claus tonight?”
You rolled your eyes playfully, but couldn’t resist joining in on the fun. “Uncle Kol,” you quipped, your voice laced with mock seriousness, “I’m not a child anymore, but who knows,” you added with a sly grin, “you might end up eating them yourself.”
Kol feigned offense, placing a hand dramatically over his heart. “Wow, Y/n,” he exclaimed with mock indignation, “you’re such a bully! I’m definitely telling your dad on you.”
Klaus, overhearing the banter, leaned in with a smirk. “Or else what, brother?” he interjected, his tone lighthearted yet teasing. “You know how Y/n has a way of getting her way around here.”
You grinned mischievously, knowing your father was on your side. “That’s right, Uncle Kol,” you teased, nudging him playfully. “Better watch out or I’ll convince Dad to side with me.”
Kol chuckled, raising his glass in mock surrender. “Alright, alright,” he relented, his eyes twinkling with amusement. “I surrender to the power of the little wolf.”
Amidst the laughter and good-natured teasing, the Mikaelson family continued to enjoy their Christmas Eve together, cherishing the warmth and joy of their playful bond
Elijah, always the voice of reason and warmth, raised his glass gracefully. “Let us toast to Y/n,” he began, his voice carrying a gentle sincerity. “For bringing hope and light into our lives. Before you came into this world, Y/n, we were lost in the darkness. But your presence has shown us the beauty of family and love.”
The rest of the family joined Elijah in raising their glasses, murmuring words of agreement and affection. You looked around at their smiling faces, touched by Elijah’s heartfelt words and the love that surrounded you.
Klaus, his gaze filled with paternal pride, placed a hand on your shoulder. “Indeed,” he added softly, his voice tinged with emotion. “You are our guiding star, Y/n.”
The holiday season had arrived, and the Mikaelson family gathered for a Christmas dinner at the Mikaelson mansion. The grand dining room was adorned with festive decorations, and the scent of pine and cinnamon filled the air. The table was set with a magnificent feast, and the family felt a sense of warmth and togetherness that had been hard-won over the years.
As everyone took their seats, Klaus stood up, raising his glass. "Before we begin, I’d like to say a few words."
The room fell silent, all eyes on Klaus.
"This year has been one of healing and rebuilding for our family. We've faced challenges, but we've come through stronger and more united," Klaus began, his gaze moving to each member of his family. "And none of this would have been possible without the hope that binds us together."
You felt a lump in your throat as your father's words resonated deeply within you.
Klaus continued, "little wolf, you are the hope of the Mikaelsons. You remind us of what it means to be a family, to fight for each other, and to love unconditionally. We are here today because of you."
Your eyes filled with tears as you looked around at your family, each face reflecting pride and love.
Elijah stood up next, his voice steady and filled with emotion. "To hope, and to the future we build together. Always and Forever."
“Always and Forever," the family echoed, raising their glasses in unison.
Rebekah smiled warmly at you. "You are our light, Y/n. You remind us that even in the darkest times, there is always hope."
Kol nodded in agreement. "To family, and to the bonds that can never be broken."
Freya added, "To the strength we find in each other, and the love that keeps us going."
Hayley, her eyes shining with tears, raised her glass. "To our daughter, Y/n, and to the family that stands together through it all. Always and Forever."
You, overwhelmed with emotion, stood up and lifted your glass. "To my family. Thank you for never giving up on me, and for showing me the true meaning of Always and Forever. I love you all."
As the family clinked their glasses together, a sense of peace and joy filled the room. You guys knew that no matter what challenges lay ahead, you and then would face them together, bound by the unbreakable bonds of family and the enduring hope that you represented.
The rest of the evening was filled with laughter, stories, and the warmth of being surrounded by loved ones. The Mikaelsons had come a long way, and as you and them celebrated Christmas together, you guys knew that your and their future was bright.
After a delightful Christmas dinner filled with laughter and camaraderie, your family and you gathered around the towering Christmas tree in the grand hall of their manor. The room was adorned with twinkling lights and colorful ornaments, casting a warm glow over the scene. Each family member had a stack of beautifully wrapped presents waiting to be opened.
your eyes sparkling with excitement, handed out the presents with glee. "Okay, everyone," you announced cheerfully, "let's see what surprises await us!"
Rebekah eagerly tore into a box adorned with a silver bow, revealing a delicate necklace from Freya. “Oh, sister, it’s stunning!” she exclaimed, embracing her sister warmly.
Freya smiled warmly. “I’m glad you like it,” she replied softly, her eyes gleaming with sisterly affection.
Across the room, Kol unwrapped a package to find a set of antique books from Elijah, his eyes widening in genuine surprise. “Brother, these are incredible,” he murmured gratefully, a rare sentiment of appreciation crossing his usually playful demeanor.
Elijah smiled graciously. “I thought you might appreciate something from our family’s history,” he explained, his voice tinged with warmth.
Hayley received a beautifully crafted bracelet from Klaus, tears glistening in her eyes as she admired the thoughtful gift. “Thank you, Klaus,” she whispered, touched by his gesture.
Klaus nodded, a rare softness in his expression. “You deserve the world, Hayley,”
Rebekah grinned mischievously as you unwrapped the gift from her, revealing a sparkling tiara that once adorned Rebekah's own head during childhood dress-up games. "I thought you might enjoy this," Rebekah explained, her voice tinged with nostalgia. "It's been through a lot of pretend adventures."
You beamed, carefully placing the tiara on your head. "Thank you, Aunt Bex," you replied warmly, feeling a special connection to your aunt through the sentimental gift.
Freya's gift was next, a beautifully bound spell book filled with ancient and modern incantations. "I know you have a knack for magic," Freya said with a gentle smile, "so I thought you might appreciate this."
You flipped through the pages, your eyes widening with wonder at the powerful spells detailed within. "This is incredible, Aunt Freya," you murmured gratefully, already eager to delve into its secrets.
Elijah's gift came next, a small box that contained a set of car keys. You blinked in surprise, looking up at your uncle Elijah in disbelief. "A car?" You asked, your voice filled with excitement.
Elijah chuckled softly. "Not just any car," he clarified with a warm smile, "but a reliable one for when you're older and need your independence."
You hugged Elijah tightly, overwhelmed by his thoughtfulness. "Thank you, Uncle Elijah," you said sincerely, already imagining the adventures you would have with your future car.
Kol's gift elicited laughter from the family as you unwrapped a book titled "How Not to Be Klaus Mikaelson." Kol grinned mischievously. "Consider it your guide to navigating the Mikaelson family dynamics," he explained, his eyes twinkling with humor.
You giggled, flipping through the pages to find amusing illustrations and witty anecdotes. "This is perfect, Uncle Kol," you replied, already planning to put the book to good use.
Hayley’s gift touched you deeply as you unwrapped a delicate ring with a small, intricate design. "This belonged to my mother," she explained softly, her voice filled with emotion. "I thought you should have something that connects you to your heritage."
You amired the ring, feeling a sense of Loveness and history as you slipped it onto your finger. "Thank you, Mom," you whispered gratefully, touched by the significance of the gift.
Lastly, Klaus presented you with a set of paint brushes, tubes of paint, and a sturdy paint board. "For your artistic endeavors little wolf," he said with a proud smile, his eyes reflecting paternal pride. "I can't wait to see what you create."
You hugged your dad tightly, feeling a rush of love and gratitude. "Thank you, Dad," you said softly, your heart full with affection for your father and your family.
As the Mikaelson family exchanged gifts, laughter and love filled the room, each present a testament to their deep bond and the joy of being together during the holiday season.
the Mikaelson family gathered around their beautifully adorned Christmas tree. You stood proudly in the center with your father and your mother on either side of you, while your aunts and uncle lined up beside your parents and you, all wearing the festive Christmas sweaters.
“Alright, everyone,” Klaus announced warmly, setting up the camera on a tripod. “Let’s take a family picture!”
The family gathered closer, playfully teasing each other as you guys prepared for the photo. Klaus adjusted the camera settings, ensuring everything was ready for the automatic shot.
“Okay,” you exclaimed eagerly, glancing at the camera’s timer. “It’s about to take the picture. Get ready!”
You all grinned and got into position. “Three, two, one…”
The camera clicked, capturing the moment perfectly as everyone smiled and posed together. Laughter filled the room as you and then held each other’s poses for the automatic family portrait.
Klaus walked over to the camera, his expression soft with affection as he examined the photo. “Thank you for bringing us hope, little wolf,” he said warmly, his voice carrying gratitude and love.
Hayley hugged you tightly, her eyes shining with pride. “You’re the light of our family,” she said lovingly, her voice filled with warmth.
Rebekah tousled your hair gently. “You brighten our lives, sweetheart,” she added with a warm smile.
Freya nodded in agreement. “You remind us of the joy in our hearts,” she remarked softly.
Elijah, always composed, smiled warmly at you. “Your presence is a blessing,” he said sincerely, his voice filled with admiration.
Kol, ever the joker, grinned mischievously. “We wouldn’t be the same without you,” he teased, earning a playful shove from Elijah.
The end
A/N: I want to extend a heartfelt thank you for diving into my series, your support has meant so much to me! Writing this story was a joy, and while it’s bittersweet to see it end, I hope you loved reading it as much as I loved writing it. there were two endings, but I chose the one that felt right for Y/N and her family. After everything they've been through, they truly deserved a happy ending. rather than that thank you once again.
Kol Mikaelson x Reader
Requested by Anon
Halloween 2023 event
Make a request
Request: Anonymous asked: halloween2023 Hi there! I was wondering if you could do a Kol Mikaelson x reader with the prompt: "AHHHHH! The black cat I was holding turned into a person." (reader being the cat? 👉🏼👈🏼) Love your writing <3
Read on Wattpad
Read on AO3
Kol had been looking for you for days. His siblings kept telling him that he was worrying about nothing and that you would show up any day now. Which, given all of the monsters and creatures in the area did not fill him with confidence. He only became convinced that they weren’t involved themselves after searching the Mikaelson house twice.
He had, however, befriended a rather nice black cat during his search for you. At first, the creature had followed him around, annoying him as he tried to shoo it off and then scare it off but no matter what he did not only did it find him again but it rubbed up against his legs and yowled.
“I can’t find (Y/N). Someone has to have done something!” Kol snapped as he stomped into the room. Elijah had been inspecting several magical items that you had left behind and was beginning to come to the same conclusion as Kol.
“You’re being paranoid.” Klaus said with a smug smile. Kol went to argue with Klaus and pointed an infuriated finger at his brother while Revbekah hurried to intervene. The commotion caused Elijah to drop that cat-shaped charm he was looking at which shattered onto the ground as Kol stormed out of the room.
“AHHHHH! The black cat I was holding turned into a person." He yelled and hurried back into the room and pointed.
“It’s me you bloodsucking idiot.” You grumbled and stretched. Revekah held out a jacket for you which you snatched up and shrugged on.
“Took you lot long enough. I’ve been stuck like that for months! And you!” You turned to Klaus who raised his eyebrows in amusement. “Run off! I’ll show you running off!” You threw a candle stick that was on the edge of the table at Klaus who caught it. Kol reached for you and rushed you from the room before Klaus could throw it back.
A/N: I released this an hour early. I’ll release my master list 2PM PST!
you went back to the mikaelson house, you saw kol and decided to kiss him..
he kissed you back, you both slowly started to make out but kol’s vampire hunger almost took over you saw his fangs, but he broke away… you hugged him calming him down, although you were scared knowing he had insane power turned you on…
You told kol you loved him… and when you were telling him about the vampires you heard something from outside in the garden, it was a howling sound, i thought someone had found us but then kol grabbed my hand… “let's go” he said we ran downstairs… you ran into a room but not far enough as you bumped into kol’s arm… ‘he’s so big’ you thought ‘and hot too’. you looked at him with longing eyes…‘he looks like an avenger, or a knight in shining armor, maybe a demon’. he took your hand and put it behind his head…“do you trust me (y/n)?” he asked looking right into your eyes…‘what are these feelings?’ “always.” You said softly, as he moved towards me, putting one of his hands under my chin… “good… i love you.” he whispered before capturing my lips again…‘that felt so amazing.’ you thought while kissing him back… it got really bad… you pushed him up against the wall and tried to get closer to him but he pushed you off him...“wait… I want to but I can’t right now… ”
you both got up and went down to see klaus, you smiled he kept flirting with you however, you knew that he wouldn’t be able to resist getting jealous about kol for long and soon he would come back. you didn't know who would break first though, and after kol left, Klaus came up to you and gave you a small box of chocolates, you opened them and they were strawberry chocolate covered ones… ‘ you smiled he smirked, you both slowly kissed, after a bit you went out to reinforce, some spells.
you walked to see Elijah, out he was keeping watch as kai was still around, soon you ran into kai he grabbed you by the throat you started to gasp for air, Elijah quickly grabbed Kai and put his stomach facing a tree, however Kai managed to escape, he had a bow shooting Elijah in the arm, Aswell as KOL, quickly klaus grabbed you but you reinforced the spells and hid the house, soon you confronted Kai, but he left and left a note saying “watch out the game is on…”
shortly after you healed Elijah and Kol, you went to check up on kol, but klaus grabbed your arm and kissed you saying “what you did earlier was hot… I love me a powerful witch” he kissed you hard before running off… ‘he must have been drunk… no worries though kol probably won’t mind.’ You smiled ‘this night has been great… i wish klaus would have let me enjoy myself better’. you looked around before walking back inside, ‘ you saw kol, laying down tired, you slowly kissed him, he kissed you back saying “your so sexy… your very pretty my darling” you both shivered, you both undressed and started to tease him by driving your fingers across his legs and collarbone… kol moaned and threw himself onto the bed… ‘he loves my kisses’ you thought happily…
it wasn’t much longer until klaus returned and you saw him staring daggers into kol… you sighed as you stood up scared that they would fight, but you kissed kol again, klaus quickly grabbed him by his throat, you pinned klaus against the wall and kissed him reminding him that your the boss when it comes to your relationships, you kissed klaus, slowly kol and klaus started to fall in love with you and were turned on by you.
finally kol pulled away and you both sat on the bed together talking, you kissed klaus, he kissed you back, then he kissed you passionately and started to undress you… you blushed as he touched you, he gently massaged your breasts as you both started to feel more than just lust… klaus was moaning and sighing as you caressed his cheek, and he began kissing your neck… you moaned as he began kissing your belly button, and as he began sucking on it, he began to unbutton your shirt. klaus pulled the shirt away and you gasped as he sucked on one of your nipples, ‘klaus this was incredible… ‘“please stop.” you begged “you'll hurt yourself.” you whispered, but he continued kissing you… “no, baby! i promise i won’t hurt you i'm just so horny right now! please!” he pleaded… you looked at him while kol took a softer approach kissing your thighs and moved to your forehead planting kisses, slowly touching you moaned loudly, knowing you had two strong brothers wrapped around you the thought of that made you so horny. klaus stopped what he was doing and kissed you “are you ready, love?” he asked in a husky voice, and he helped you out of your pants and underwear, as you laid on the bed you watched as klaus and kol got into bed as well… he grabbed you and started sucking on your breast while klaus kissed his way down your stomach… you both began to moan as they rubbed your clit with their fingers while you both held onto each other… it was all so good… you were enjoying the feeling so much that you forgot about how sore you were.
you were so turned on that you barely noticed kol kissing your nipples while klaus kissed your inner thighs… you groaned ‘why am I so turned on’ you asked yourself… you started to climax and you could hear klaus and kol making passionate sounds, “come on (y/n)!” you could hear klaus whisper into your ear “come with us~” as you moaned out loud and cummed loudly, kol and klaus both shivered, kol enjoyed being in your mouth and klaus loved being inside of you… he was envious of your relationship with his brothers but let it slide for you…
the end. Do not reuse my work or post it somewhere else please.
you were not what some would call a “people person”. you liked keeping to yourself. you weren’t mean, you were in fact very nice. you just preferred your own company compared to others. and daddy, we can’t forget daddy. so, needless to say, when daddy said he was bringing you to the market with him to meet some new people, you became very quiet and nervous. he currently was buttoning up your dress as you stood silently, fiddling with your hands. he looked up at you.
“what’s the matter, sweet girl?” he asked, finishing the last button. you shrugged.
“scared..” you mumbled. daddy’s face softened and he rubbed your arms.
“i know how you feel. i get anxious, too, sometimes. but i want you to know, i will be right there by your side. you have nothing to be afraid of.”
“what if they don’t like me?”
“you’re a lovely little baby, and i adore you. you’re adorable, funny, smart, and compassionate. what’s not to love? you’re an amazing human being.” he told you. he looked at you expectantly, but you had no answer.
“i don’t know, daddy..” you trailed off again.
“they’ll love you. i know it.” he said, straightening your dress. you smiled, believing your daddy.
“if you say so.” you finally settled with and he winked at you.
“now, let’s get going.” he said, picking up three small reusable bags and opening the main door.
the walk to the market was very short and daddy held your hand the whole way. he even stopped and got you an ice cream, as you had seen the cart on the way and couldn’t resist. your daddy had chuckled and not been able to say no to you. so, you walked hand in hand with your daddy, a chocolate cone in the other hand. it had helped to calm your nervous.
“daddy, how do you know these people?” you asked, taking another bite.
“they work at the temple or i’ve met them through my travels.” he told you simply. you nodded, walking through the entrance of the market set up. you were flagged down but two men, one a shorter white man with a clean, shaved face and the other, a tall pale man with red markings. also, obi wan was there! your daddy pulled you over introducing them as kai and kol, both guards of the temple.
“hello, there, little one.” kol crouched down to you. you became nervous and hid behind your daddy. your daddy squeezed your hand, lightly pulling you from behind him.
“what do we say to kol?” he asked you kindly, looking down at you and squeezing your hand for support.
“hi, kol..” you trailed off, waving slightly. he waved back as did kai.
“it’s nice to meet you, y/n.” kai told you, bowing his head. you waved back to him, as well. your daddy chuckled and spoke with them discreetly.
“we’re a little nervous today, but we’re working on being a little more open, right, kiddo?” he said, looking down at you. you nodded and smiled.
“yes, daddy.” you replied.
“good girl.” he said.
obiwan came over and gave you a hug, picking you up and twirling you around.
“oh, my goodness! hello, little one!” he told you, setting you down. you giggled and gave him another hug.
“hi!” you smiled. the five of you then turned, walking and talking as daddy got fresh produce for the house. they were currently talking about the war, you trotted behind. kol came up to you and handed you a strawberry candy.
“thank you!” you beamed. “so, how do you know my daddy?” you asked, eating the candy. he smiled.
“your daddy is very talented, he’s a general in the war and works very closely with the chancellor. he’s a hero.” he told you, making you feel proud in a way. your daddy was very talented, he said! “i work at the temple and sometimes serve as well, he usually leads the troops. he’s a very kind man to work under.” he finished and you nodded.
“daddy is really nice.” you agreed. “what’s he like at work?” you asked.
“he’s very serious.” kol said matter of factly. “he’s kind but very serious.”
“he’s so funny at home.” you kicked a rock and it skipped forward. “he’s so lenient and funny.” you said.
“he can be both. at work, he needs to be serious, but at home, he can let his guard down with you.” kol replied. “he feels as safe with you as you do with him.”
“that makes me happy. i want daddy to be happy, sometimes i worry that i do too much and he gets stressed because of me.”
“i can assure you, little one,” he turned to look at you. “that is not the case. you are his safe space, just as he is for you, and he loves you so much.”
you were about to reply when daddy called you up.
“baby? where are you?” he asked. you grabbed kol’s hand and pulled him up to your daddy.
“yes, daddy?” you asked, still holding kol’s hand. he looked down at you, kol almost feeling nervous under anakin’s gaze.
“baby, why’re you dragging poor kol around?” he finally asked, smiling. kol relaxed and you giggled.
“i made a new friend, daddy!” you said. “what’s wrong?”
“nothing is wrong! i just wanted to be sure you were okay, but it seems like kol’s got you.” he said, ruffling your hair. you smiled and you and kol went back to walking next to your daddy. you and kol resumed your conversation.
“so, what else is different about your daddy compared to home?” kol asked. you smiled, excited to talk about him.
“he likes to play with my stuffed animals, he’ll move them and make stories! it’s so fun!” you exclaimed and kol chuckled at you.
“that sounds so fun, little one. what’s your favorite story daddy does for you?”
“the one with stuffy mcgee, he makes him a space pilot who’s fighting the separatists and he always wins!” you said. ahead of you, daddy was keeping an ear out for you and kol. he was so happy you made a new friend, and was even happier it was kol. he was a kind man.
the two of you eventually finished your conversation and you became sleepy. your daddy approached the two of you, bags in hand, and began speaking.
“i think it’s time i get this little one home.” he said, smiling down at you.
“i sleepy, daddy.” you said.
“i know, baby.” he tucked the bags under his one arm and grabbed your hand with the other.
“thank you for talking to me, little one. i enjoyed meeting you.” kol said. you smiled back.
“thank you, you too.” you said shyly, smiling and waving goodbye. you grabbed daddy’s hand and soon, you were off.
“did you enjoy today?”
“yes, daddy. kol is really nice, i like him. kai was, too, but i really like kol, can we see him again?” you asked and your daddy chuckled, nodding.
“of course we can, but for now, let’s get you home so you can rest.” he said. and the two of you walked, hand in hand, all the way home.
