Alright last two episodes of the Creation of the Gods Training Camp Cvariety show (Episode 6) (Episode 7)

Episode 6

Hou Wenyuan supervising Chen Muchi's singing

This is an ongoing thing, but the narrator in the edited clips has been purposely speaking in a Western accent to mimic Kris Phillips' accent. But it's obvious that they are fluent and just putting on an accent.

According to the teacher, if you're kneeling properly, your knees don't even touch the floor and you're leaning entirely on your calves.

Now the war dance!!!!

While the hostage sons were practising the war dance, Yu Shi was in Xinjiang filming his scene so he only had a few days to practise the war dance and had to ask for extra help.

The war dance was the hostage sons' first scene filmed. And they got it done in one go.

Now preparation for the first battle scenes.

Yu Shi's horse kept avoiding the hurdles. The first step was to lead the horse to the hurdle and have the horse kick it to go past. And then afterwards they would get the horse to jump over the hurdle.

Hello Mr. Krabbs

The original dance choreographed for the feast was a more typical celebratory dance by female dancers. But Wuershan liked the war dance so much that he wanted to add it in. I agree that it was a great idea. The war dance with the topless hostage sons has kind of become iconic. As Wuershan said, most other movies and TV shows will have a rather generic dance. Giving the hostage sons a chance to dance gives the hostage son characters an added dimension too.

Yu Shi had to go to Xinjiang to film at the time of the war dance practice because it was August and it would soon be harvest time for the wheat fields.

Yu Shi tearing up as he talks about this being his first film and how he'll continue to work hard but that his first film will be special

Nana had wanted to be an actress from a young age. When she was a model, she felt a little aimless, but now that she's back on the acting route her goal is clearer to her <3

Naxi teared up too. I would imagine that as an "older" person at the camp, it must be such a positive and moving experience to find a new path for yourself.

The group horseback riding skills are pretty cool. I remember when they were practising their formations before, the instructor was telling them that their circle wasn't round enough, etc. which isn't something I'd normally think about but we see now how good their formations are.

WHAT Hou Wenyuan just found the dog and brought it to camp ^^;; They went around town looking for the dog's owner and also all chipped in some money to get the dog to the vet

Hou Wenyuan and Huang Xiyan were kind of in charge of the dog. And they were both considered for Yang Jian so they were like "is this Xiaotianquan" (Yang Jian's dog in mythological canon)

Apparently the dog is quite a young one

I guess they found an owner to adopt the dog in the end

Tug of war again, but indoors. They're all super competitive about it.

Basketball time. Huang Xiyan was like "we have to take Lin Yunrui out to play basketball or else he'll grow mould" lol

I forgot to mention this before but one of the guys said that they were all growing their hair out for the movie (i.e. so that they could tie up their own hair as opposed to using a wig like in dramas). So that's why all the guys are wearing headbands and sporting buns/ponytails.

And I'm done! Overall it was really fun watching the behind the scenes of the training camp and to finally get to meet some of the cast members. Some of the games were better than others, and the audio quality was bad. But this was still fun.

Even though he knew four languages he couldn't identify any of the ones you were speaking in, as you were changing everytime he tried to figure out what you were saying. He gave up after 20 minutes and just looked at you making weird movements with his hands.

Junmyeon/suho

He would just smile amazed at how many languages you could speak at once, totally unaware that you were angry as you did so. Once you were done he was still in a trance of amazement before you rolled your eyes and smiled at him.

Lay/yixing

Our sheep wouldn't be listening and would probably forget you were talking.

Yixing: "hm?"

Baekhyun

He was getting yelled at for not cleaning the kitchen even though you told him to do it 7 times. He just sat there with a smile trying to find was to tease you for it after.

Chanyeol

Chanyeol would find it funny but confusing. He would look at you like you're insane for while before engulfing you in his embrace hoping you would stop.

Kyungsoo/D.O

He'd be cooking in the kitchen. You had a bad headache that he had forgotten about. He kept letting pots and pans hit eachother for long enough to make your headache worse. You'd come in the kitchen yelling at him in a few languages. Feeling bad for making it worse but also finding it cute he offered you a bath, a massage, food, and a movie night.

Jongin/Kai

Jongin would just be eating his chicken at the table. It was your time of the month so you weren't feeling all that great in so you had token out some anger on kai while he sat there and started

Sehun

Sassy sehun would do it back. Leaving you two looking a bit silly while going back and forward with you. "If you think you can out sass Mr. Oh Sehun think again" he'd say with a sassy look before you walked away not ready to feel like you're arguing with a five year old.

What’s wrong?” After he asked, you felt yourself exploding, your tears stream down to your face as you started wailing, making him alarmed and quickly brought you to his embrace.

Jongdae jolts awake when he heard you screaming, he then looks at you at your crying state as he would grab your hands softly and starts to sing, and once you stop crying, he would lay you down on your bed as he tucks you inside the blanket. “From all that crying, you need rest. Tomorrow, I’ll bring you to your favorite place, okay? Let’s sleep.”

He would talk to you nonstop just to make you smile, he then smiles widely at you, “It’s good to see you smile,” he reassures you as he caresses your cheek.

His hand would make it’s way to your eyes, wiping the tears away, his hands then went to your lips, tracing it as he softly spoke, “I love you Y/n, don’t cry or else I’ll also cry.”

Tao would make jokes, even if they were really bad until he hears a giggle from you, he chuckles will do aegyo to you just like Xiumin so that he could hear you laugh instead of crying.

Well he definitely thinks you’re very enthusiastic, and annoying. You talked his ear off the whole time about how much you think every idol should have pink hair at least one and went into depth about what shades would look good on who.

Yixing

It took words for 4 Yixing to hate you immediately. And he’s such a sweetheart, how did you mange that? Well...

“Oh you’re chinese? Konnichiwa!” 

Baekhyun

Unfortunately you’re very inexperience in cosmetology, but lucky for you (and exo-ls) you’re Baekhyun’s stylist and that man looks good with whatever horrible hairstyle you give him. He does accuse you off trying to make him ugly though, but no, you’re just that bad.

He was very excited for what ever costume you were going to give him for their performance of unfair, but was very confused as to why both he and Baekhyun were dressed as doctors. You tried to explain to him that he couldn’t be a superhero because that’s not a real career but he wouldn’t stop complaining the whole time.

Kyungsoo

Literally you could not have gotten a better person. He barely wears make up and he’s bald. Just give him clothes that match everyone else and pray.

Zitao

You were really at a lose of what to do for his hair. To be honest you never cut hair other than your own, you lied to get this job just to hang out with idols. You put a fuck ton of bleach in his hair and literally used a bowl to cut his hair and prayed for the best and ignore Tao’s dead-inside stare.

Jongin

You thought those cute chocolate scented eye shadow palettes would look really cute on Jongin go really well with the contact you were planning on putting in. You forgot though that this was Jongin you were dealing with and came back from the bathroom to find half the palette “missing”

You were face to face with the man sent to end your life, the soft smell of his aftershave in the air. His face was close enough to touch. A part of you wanted to touch him. Another part was terrified. There was something off about him. Something beneath the surface that gave you chills. Something beyond the fact that he was a trained assassin and you were his latest target.

You looked into his eyes, a small smile on your lips. It was now or never. You pull him further down and away from you as you tighten your thighs against his knees. His grimace lets you know he isn't getting out by himself but the blade against your throat draws enough blood to stop you from completing your maneuver.  

“Quite the predicament we have ourselves in, huh?” You struggle against the robes binding you to the chair once more. “Truce?”

”Giving up already? I’m not ready to concede just yet. In fact, I could stay between your legs all night.”

Luhan

You had been told there was a hit out on you and you were starting to freak out. It had been weeks. You had yet to see anyone. You look behind you wherever you go and slept with one eye open. You are on constant alert.

Luhan has been watching you for awhile before he allowed you to notice him… and notice him you did. He didn’t seem dangerous. He looked like the kind of guy you would ask to buy you a drink. Which is exactly what you did. He didn’t seem prepared for your bold statement.

“You wanted me to notice you. A gentleman should buy a lady a drink before he kills her, don’t you think?”

He laughed and told the bartender to give you anything you wanted. You were on your fourth martini when you asked him to come up to your room.

“Let me guess, a gentleman is expected to spend the night?”

Kris

You were outside in the smoking section. You didn’t really smoke yourself but you needed space from the bustle of the party. You saw his lighter flicker on then off, the clink of metal on metal reaching your ears from the alleyway beside you. You thought about going back inside but something about the ambiance of this man drew you in. Before you knew it, you were by his side, cigarette in hand.

As you leaned closer to the flame he provided, you followed his eyes and realized your blouse had unbuttoned almost completely. Your own eyes widened as you turned your back to the man to button back up. When you were almost done you felt a hand wrap around your waist, his fingers making quick work of the buttons you had just fixed.

Your hair tumbled over your face as you looked back, heat across your cheeks, your eyes burning with indignation. His eyes widened before a grin settled on his lips.

“I like a girl who shines bright in this dull town. Shall we burn this city down together?”

Suho

You slipped into Suho’s lap, wrapping your arms around him with a small pout. “Come on Daddy, don’t be stingy.” He had asked for you to accompany him to this dive bar that looked like it was a den for escorts and drug deals. You had been angry at first. This was meant to be a date but what kind of place was this?

You had been nervous enough to begin with, you didn’t make it a habit of going out with strange men you met at the subway, but he had just been so hot and what was the worst that could happen?

Of course you had adapted quickly, deciding to make a joke out of it. He had his arms crossed, his face was blank, but as you moved around he was starting to react.

You bit your lip with a smile on your face, pleased that you were able to make him feel that way so quick. Before you could say another word, however, you were thrown down on the cushioned couch. Suho was mere inches from your face.

“If you want me to play, you better be worth my time.”

Yixing

You had worked with Yixing for many years. You knew him pretty well. Which is why when he invited you out to drink in the shitty part of town late after work you knew something was up. In your line of work, anything out of the ordinary was a huge red flag.

Your curiosity had gotten the best of you and you had accepted. As you got further away from the city you were really starting to wonder what was up. You asked if he knew where he was going and he had laughed, stating he would never admit to being lost.

It was once you were pulling up to a stop near a construction site that you realized what was happening.

“So this is it, huh? You are going to do it?” He opens your door, helping you out. You lean against the car, letting your shirt fall off the shoulder. You beckon him over. “For old times sake?”

“I need you to disappear. One way or another, you can’t leave here tonight.”

Baekhyun

Baekhyun was intrigued. You hadn’t begged for your life like he thought you would. Instead you suggested raising the stakes. You had leaned in close and whispered against his neck that you felt it was owed to you. Another try of luck. After all, luck was the only reason you were here in the first place.

You pulled out a deck of cards. "Highest number wins.” Your fingers trembled as you pulled out a Jack, a small smile on your lips. His face didn’t change as he held up the King of Diamonds. A small gasp escaped your lips. How was that even possible?

“Double or nothing?”

“How about this time we use a coin. Heads you live, tails you die.”

Chen

Chen looked at you with what could only be described as pure disgust plastered across his face. You were on your knees, between his legs, trying to pull his pants off.

It’s not as bad as it sounds.

He had ordered a Bloody Mary and you were delivering it when you had been pushed by some rowdy customers and ended up spilling it in his lap. Cliché, true, but what had happened, happened.

You now had him in the back room and had tried to get him into some temporary pants so you could clean the ones he was wearing but he wasn’t having it. Finally you stopped pulling, instead grabbing the vinegar and the washcloth and started to dab at the fast forming stain.

“I’m really sorry about this. I’m sure I can fix it.”

“Let’s see how well you can clean before we make any rash decisions.”

Chanyeol

Chanyeol had tried to kill you a few times already. For one reason or another, it hadn’t worked out. He was starting to wonder if it was divine intervention.

He tried many methods yet every single time you denied him the ability to reach his goal. His latest attempt was to have you run over but you swerved out of the way, even saving someone else in the process.

He was at the small gathering to honor your bravery, apparently the person you had saved was someone important. He shook his head in disbelief. How did this even happen? That’s when you walked over to him and introduced yourself and he formed a new plan. You had told him it was getting stuffy in here and you needed some air. Your smile was contagious.

When he asked you out you were taken aback. It was not what you were expecting. “I’m not a hero or anything if that’s your thing.”

“I just want to get to know you, and see what you look like, deep down inside.”

Kyungsoo

Kyungsoo caught you on your way home from work. He was very charming. He had started the conversation asking for directions yet somehow you ended up at a jazz club in the more seedy side of town.

You had only had one drink but you were feeling off. When you told your companion you thought it was best if you went home he insisted you stay and watch the next song. By the time the next song was finished, you were pretty sure you were coming down with something. You could barely stand.

Kyungsoo walked you to his car, which happened to be outside the jazz club. You couldn’t remember why that was strange but you couldn’t walk by yourself so you had other things on your mind; like how your head ended up on Kyungsoo’s shoulder, or figuring out what the metal object was in his hand.

“Too bad we didn’t meet under better circumstances.”

Tao

You didn’t have a chance to seduce Tao, he would snipe you from afar before you were able to get too close. He would admire the outfit that hugged your curves in all the right places through the scope of his rifle. But that wouldn’t be enough to stop him from completing the job.

He would make an excuse to come back a second day, watching you from the rooftop as he sighed in regret. He wouldn’t waste time on the job. That’s all you were to him, after all.

“What a pity. Beauty never lasts.”

Jongin

Your heart raced as you sprinted down the road, led by the stranger who wouldn’t let go of your hand. You weaved through the large boisterous crowd, following close behind. The shouts of “Happy New Year,” could be heard from different clusters along with your own heartbeat. You turned your head, but the fog behind you was covering anyone who may have been on your tail.

The man had introduced himself as Kai. He had warned you that someone was after you right before you were attacked.

But now that you were thinking about it, were you attacked? It was New Years and the excitement of everyone around you was high. Was it a gun or champagne popping? You thought about this, the straps of your dress slipping down your shoulders for the 20th time that night as you realized where you were.

You were in an alley and you could only just make out the sounds of the previous crowd, it was dark and the hand that had felt so comforting was now crushing your fingers. Your back was jammed into the cold concrete behind you.

“The night’s still young. You don’t mind taking a quick detour, right?”

Sehun

“I know everything.”

That’s what he had told you before fanning out the polaroid photographs on the desk. You tried to keep calm and face this stranger head on. You denied that they were you, you denied that you knew the other people in the photo, and you demanded to be shown to the door.

He wasn’t having it. He laughed, his fingers digging into your jaw as his lips made his way onto yours.

“See, I think that it is you in those photographs, and I also think that you knew I would be watching.”
